Todo era sumamente agradable: la posada, el cuarto, el jardín y por sobre todo, el trato del personal. Todos fueron muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa y poniéndose a disposición para cualquier cosa. Bertina una genia.

Lo único que no me gustó es que no pudimos quedarnos más tiempo porque tuvimos que seguir viaje.

This beautiful "agroturismo" guarantees a pleasant stay. It is a place to truly unwind... The staff are friendly, the grounds are impeccably maintained, and the pool area is clean and inviting, offering a stunning view of Pienza. We were bothered a lot by mosquitoes by the pool (my daughter, who is very attracted to them, ran off). But there is little you can do about that (it is an "agroturismo," after all). My son and I were less bothered by them. Like the rest of the property, the room was spotless, except for the air conditioning (the vents were in desperate need of cleaning, though that was the only downside). The room features a large bathroom with a good shower, although we found the bed a bit on the soft side (a matter of personal preference). However, the room itself (excluding the bathroom) is quite small. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night, but if we return for a longer stay, we would look for a larger room. There is a good restaurant serving excellent wines; be sure to try the Brunello "Riserva." A whole bottle is very pricey, but a glass is worth it!

What was disappointing? You can read part of that between the lines above. Furthermore, you need to get used to hostess Bertina a bit. At first she seems more an armyofficer than a hostess to be fare. The check-in didn't go smoothly, but that was my fault because I hadn't noted my name on the booking, so the hostess couldn't find our booking – of course, they could have asked me for my name after the booking... anyway. Once you are a bit more familiar with her, you understand that Bertina also needs to get a bit familiar with you. She is decisive, straightforward, but not unfriendly, and you can ask her anything. Perhaps the leader necessary for the organization of a good accommodation like this.

Hôtel idéal ! Tout d’abord, l’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la région. On peut facilement revenir se reposer et poursuivre les visites, tout en étant À l’extérieur des villes. L’hôtel est tenu par Bertina. Cette dame est super ! Elle est accueillante, attachante, intéressante, très professionnelle et mène son équipe d’une main de maître. L’hôtel est vraiment charmant et le service est parfait ! Merci pour cet accueil. Nous n’avons pas envie de partir…

Struttura fantastica, immersa nel verde e curata in ogni dettaglio. La piscina è meravigliosa, con acqua sempre piacevole e mai troppo fredda, e il servizio è davvero impeccabile: i camerieri portano tempestivamente le bevande richieste direttamente a bordo piscina. Le camere sono bellissime, con letti comodissimi, e l’intera dimora è stata arredata e recuperata rispettando i materiali originali e l’anima del luogo. Ottima anche la colazione e molto piacevole il ristorantino, con un giardino fresco e rilassante. Un posto davvero sublime, quasi da sogno. Lo consiglierei senza esitazione a chiunque voglia staccare completamente la spina e trascorrere qualche giorno immerso nella natura.

Se proprio devo trovare un unico neo della struttura, è stato il ristorante: purtroppo la pasta che ci è stata servita era davvero troppo scotta. Gli antipasti, invece, erano buoni. Per la nostra esperienza, quindi, sconsigliamo i primi piatti.

The accommodation is absolutely stunning, the view from the swimming pool on Pienza is breathless. Located only 7min away from Pienza it is the perfect location. It is also located in one of the most beautiful part of the region. The family room was beautiful, large and clean. Crispy sheets and towels. Good food at the restaurant and good breakfast. Everything was clean and well taken care off. Bertina the host was lovely and did her absolute best to make us feel welcome and taken care of.

Ontbijt was goed, maar mocht meer afwisseling zijn. Diner is een aanrader, maar ook hier een vaste menu met weinig variatie. Maar zeker de moeite om 1 of 2 keer te gaan dineren.

Le gîte est très beau. La piscine est magnifique avec une vue époustouflante. Tout est très propre. Personnel très gentil et notamment Bertina qui fait tout son possible pour nous rendre notre voyage agréable. Merci à elle car elle n'a pas la tâche facile quand des voyageurs peu respectueux sévissent ! Séjour de trois jours et il était temps de partir car l'arrivée de deux familles irrespectueuses ont perturbé la quiétude du lieu. Le restaurant est très bon et c'est bie pratique de diner à l'hôtel après une journée de visite éreintante à cause de la chaleur. Infrastructures top. De l'espace pour se poser après diner et trouver un peu de quiétude.

Il n'y avait pas assez de transats au bord de la piscine au vu du nombre de chambres. Je n'ai pas pu m'asseoir à la piscine le dernier jour. Nous avons été très décus de la chambre attribuée. Certes nous avons réservé une chambre standard mais au vu de la qualité du gîte nous n'imaginions pas que le standard serait d'un niveau aussi bas. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas choisir la chambre avant et on nous a attribué une chambre minuscule (qui n'est d'ailleurs pas en photo) avec le lit en mezzanine. Nous devions descendre des marches en pierre pour aller aux toilettes en pleine nuit car la salle de bains se trouve sous l'escalier. Nous avions très chaud malgré la clim qui rafraichissait plutôt le bas. Il n'y avait qu'une seule chaise et une fois nos valises ouvertes en bas, nous avions peine à nous mouvoir. Pas de frigo ! Je pense que c'est une chambre qui convient bien à une famille pour y loger les enfants mais certainement pas à un couple. D'ailleurs dans le mail de confirmation, on nous avait annoncé une autre chambre avec un lit king size qui avait été donnée à d'autres voyageurs avant notre arrivée. Notre lit était tout petit. Tout cela pour dire que je ne conseille pas la chambre standard dans ce gîte au risque de tomber sur cette chambre. Il n'y a que deux chambres standards apparemment. Les chambres supérieures sont bien plus chères mais j'imagine plus spacieuses. Heureusement les infrastructures sont top et nous nous retirions dans la chambre que pour aller dormir.

In terms of room, the place looked really clean and spacious. Breakfast was quite similar or the same everyday, but quality definitely better than other farm stays out of tuscany. Pool was amazing although the period we went it was a little cloudy, so the water was cooler. Bertina was very professional making sure we have what we needed. Their balsamic was very memorable. It was a pity i didn't have luggage space to buy them back.

I have nothing to comment since we stayed only for 3 days.

Eigenares van het zéér bazig type maar wel georganiseerd. Zij bepaalt alles, ook aan welke tafel je ontbijt... Zéér goed adresje maar wel vrij duur. Overal in het huis is het zéér warm. Ze laten dan ook overdag de ramen open staan als het > 35 graden is. Op kamers wel airco maar toch niet fris genoeg.

Family feel, welcoming staff, beautiful rooms and pool, amazing restaurant… the list could go on! We hired e-bikes from the property and took them on gravel trails to Pienza, equally it’s only a 10 minute drive to the town.

Traumhafte Lage und wunderschönes Ambiente.Idealer Ort für verschiedene Ausflüge. Grosszügige, saubere Zimmer, toller , grandioser Pool mit genügend Liegen. Sehr feines Essen und eine sehr herzliche , aufmerksame Chefin. Da kommen wir gerne wieder.

Etwas mehr Schattenplätze am Pool wären ideal.

Der Poolbereich und der Aufenthaltsbereich,sowohl Innen als auch Außen, sind mit viel Liebe ins Detail gestaltet.

In allererster Linie unser Zimmer,bestand aus zwei Etagen wobei der Eingangsbereich sehr schmal ist,da auch dort gleich der Kleiderschrank stand und gleichzeitig der Zugang zum Bad . Unseren Koffer mussten wir auf dem Fußboden auspacken . In der oberen Etage befand sich unser Bett,für mehr war kein Platz. Der Schlafbereich war nur durch eine schmale und steile Treppe zu erreichen. Man ist auch gezwungen im Hotel Getränke zu kaufen,da es im Hotel nicht gestattet ist,mitgebrachte Getränke „ einzuführen „ und das bei den Temperaturen (36 Grad). Das geht unserer Meinung gar nicht.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal da. 2025 und Juni 2026. Sehr zu empfehlen 😊👍🏻 Es liegt wunderschön, Toskana pur. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Als kleinen Punkt, der Pool wurde saniert und modernisiert. Er wirkt nicht mehr so einladend, 2025 war er noch hell blau, das war freundlicher, jetzt wirkt er etwas dunkel.

Fantastic location within 15min from Pienza and Val D'Orcha. Villa is pretty nice and room is spacious.

Service is a hit or a miss (e.g., they said the ring the bell for a drink, I had to try it 3 times to get a response). It seems like they are training staff and lack structure. Bertina is stretched and tries to do everything. The room was noisy, as the staff do not understand to keep their voice down.

The property is beautiful and well kept and well run. The food was amazing . The pool area was awesome with a beautiful view over the valley towards Pienza. Very beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing.

We did not realise and I tried to find it on my booking but we were given a loft room which was not comfortable as we are both tall people and could not move around in the loft room. The bathroom was under the staircase which was not comfortable and easy to use. We loved the hotel but next time I will make sure we don’t get a loft room.

The place is fantastic! Amaizing villa with nice and cozy rooms that give the farm stay feeling. The food at the hotel is great and you can easily spend time at the hotel for a drink to relax if you like. The staff do their best to make you feel at home and they certainly are successfull in that.

This accommodation was simply incredible. The rooms were beautiful, perfectly clean, and the house itself — together with the location and the breathtaking view of Piensa — was unforgettable. The staff were by far the kindest and most attentive I’ve ever encountered. A special shout-out to Bertina, who is truly a heart of gold. Whether you stay overnight, enjoy the food and wine, or just take in the nature, this place is absolutely worth a visit. I would come back again and again!

Il posto è molto bello, la strutture è pulita e la ubicazione per girare tra tutti i paesini vicini buona.

Ci hanno dato una stanza molto piccola e scomoda, era carina per carità ma non valeva assolutamente 220 euro! In modo assoluto! non abbiamo trovata un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La colazione non ci è piaciuta, era povera, infatti abbiamo preso un caffè e siamo andati fuori a fare colazione (nonostante fosse compresa nel prezzo della stanza) Non ci è stato permesso di sederci dove volevamo, ma la signora ci ha imposto un posto… non ci è piaciuto. Insomma, il posto carino ma non lo consiglieremmo ad amici e sicuramente non ci torneremo.

We could not love this place more! The location is perfect for visiting Pienza and Montepulciano, and very easy to find. The property is stunning with its vineyard, olive grove, terrace and views overlooking Pienza. The staff are so kind and helpful, and Bertina was a delight! She really makes everyone feel special and goes above and beyond for all her guests. The restaurant on site is convenient and delicious... we would recommend the steak, it's amazing. Tenutu Santo Pientra will always be special to us, it's where we got engaged and we cant wait to go back again!

The location was fantastic, the property was beautiful visually and the layout of the building excellent. Bertina and her folks were tremendous hosts for our stay and treated us royally. We enjoyed everything about the property, the food, the wine, the views. Amazing!

El agroturismo está justo al lado de la carretera por no que se escucha bastante el paso de los coches. Nos tocó una habitación ubicada justo al lado de la entrada del alojamiento y al lado del comedor.

Staff was amazing, dinner was one of the best meals we had in Tuscany. Bed was very comfortable and the room provided plenty of space. Property was centrally located to Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino. Would recommend TSP to anyone!

Bertina and her staff at the property were kind, helpful and efficient. The property itself is beautiful, a real tranquil escape - we loved the pool and the farm to table restaurant! The location is great for exploring local Tuscan towns like Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino (if you have a car). We stayed two nights but we wished we stayed more!

We had the most incredible stay at Tenuta Santo Pietro in Toscana! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Bertina, the manager, is truly the heartbeat of this place. She’s funny, full of energy, literally skipping around even after a long day, and never forgets a thing. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she made us feel like old friends — chatting and laughing with her was one of the best parts of our trip. The rest of the staff is amazing too. Teresa and Micaela were always there, warm and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well-fed. The estate itself is stunning, decorated in rustic Tuscan style, with a garden supplying fresh veggies for incredible homemade dishes — the pasta and ribollita soup were unforgettable. Their olive oil and wine, both produced on-site, are absolute highlights: the olive oil is the best we’ve ever had, and the wine is smooth, high-quality, and headache-free. Our room was beautiful, the bed super comfortable, and the shower had the strongest water pressure we’ve ever experienced. We rented e-bikes and explored Strada Querciassale — the views were breathtaking. The pool was perfect to cool off, and the entire property is impeccably maintained. Tenuta Santo Pietro is a rare gem where you feel pampered yet completely at home. Bertina and her team made our stay unforgettable — we’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful Tuscan property with lots of charm. The restaurant is excellent and the wines and olive oils produced on site are outstanding. The highlight was the impeccable service – Bertina and her team made us feel truly special. We would definitely come back!
