Loved the hotel itself! Very beautiful and beautiful terrace for dining! The food is excellent and the hotel staff and wait staff are all top notch! Very friendly, very professional ! And the location is perfect!

Прекрасный отель с достойным и внимательным персоналом. Отличный вид из окна на озеро, ресторан на территории с прекрасной едой. Так же есть свой выход к озеру и небольшой пирс, и эта территория аккуратно огорожена, что добавляет уюта и приватности. Отдельное спасибо за завтрак и пожелания (на нашем родном языке) с собой в дорогу, поскольку выезд был очень но ранним. Забота и уважение ощущалось в каждом действии персонала. Парковка - недалеко от отеля 8€ в сутки.

Очень хотелось получить номер с круглой кроватью. Не сложилось.

Personal sehr nett. Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker. Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Wasserkocher auf Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.

Das Hotel hat eine super tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Wolfgangsee. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit großem Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können, aber sind immer satt geworden.

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay here 😍. The location was amazing, right on the water. My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the dinner menu was 10/10. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful hotel with an authentic Austrian countryside charm and a fantastic location right on Lake Wolfgangsee. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with a large balcony overlooking the lake and a truly breathtaking panoramic view. The hotel has a warm, traditional character that fits St. Wolfgang perfectly. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent — the food was delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was good overall, although we found the selection somewhat limited, particularly the hot options. Eggs are prepared in the kitchen in small portions, and the quantity served was barely enough for one adult. The room did not have air conditioning, which could be an issue during warmer summer days. However, the staff were very kind and provided us with a fan, and fortunately we stayed at the end of August when the temperature was manageable. A special mention to Ervin at reception, who was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend Weisser Hirsch, especially for the authentic Austrian atmosphere and the spectacular lake views.

Absolut tolle Lage des Hauses mit Garten und Wasserzugang zum Wolfgangsee. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich und das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus und unser Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten haben eine 1 mit * verdient.

Die Anfahrt und die Kurzparkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind ein wenig herausfordernd und das zugewiesene Parkhaus (gebaut in den 90-zigern) in der Innenstadt ist von den Stellplätzen her sehr beengt.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le style de l’hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, ainsi que le ponton pour plonger dans le lac qui est un des meilleurs souvenirs de nos vacances -c’est difficile sinon de se baigner dans le lac car les berges sont très privatisées, et enfin le restaurant est très bon et donne sur le lac et le paysage magnifique.

Nous avons eu très chaud -en raison d’une canicule exceptionnelle -, une des chambres (junior suite) etait difficile à rafraîchir et les ventilateurs étaient trop puissants à notre goût pour rester allumés la nuit.

Ich hatte ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer im 3.Stock mit Balkon in eine kleine Seitengasse , wo einem das Gegenüber direkt ins Zimmer schaut. Es war sehr laut und auch Gerüche von umliegenden Lokalen drangen ins Zimmer. Mein Pech war auch, ich hatte mir Tage vor meinem Aufenthalt einen Bändereinriss am li. Fuß zugezogen und konnte meine Buchung nicht mehr stornieren. Also machte ich das Beste daraus. Am 2. Tag meines Aufenthaltes fiel im Hotel der Lift aus und ich humpelte 3 Stockwerke rauf und runter, bis zu meiner Abreise am Sonntag. Hätte ich meine Freundin nicht mitgehabt, hätte ich auch noch meinen Kpffer runterschleppen müssen. Ich weiß schon, dass nicht immer alles glatt laufen kann, aber bis auf ein tut uns leid, kam vom Hotel nichts.

Hotel ubicado en el centro del pueblo y primera línea del lago. Tiene acceso privado al lago desde el hotel, con tumbonas, sombrillas y toallas a disposición de los clientes, esto es una maravilla, sobre todo los días de verano. La habitación con balcón y vistas al lago es fantástica, no tengo palabras. Tienes a dos minutos el muelle para coger los barcos a los distintos pueblos del lago. El desayuno es maravilloso (tienen productos variados y de buena calidad) y además con vistas al lago, también puedes desayunar al aire libre o dentro del restaurante, lo mismo con las comidas y las cenas. La limpieza es fantástica, tienen en las habitaciones algún detalle para los clientes q siempre se agradece. Todo el personal es una maravilla, un trato excelente. Si viajas con coche el parking está cerca del hotel, y puedes dejar las maletas en la habitación y después aparcar el coche en el parking. Si algún día vuelvo a este lago maravilloso no dudaré en volver a este increíble hotel

Ligging direct aan het meer en centraal gelegen in het dorp. Vriendelijk, beleefd personeel. Uitstekend verzorgd ontbijt wat je ook buiten op het terras onder de bomen kunt nuttigen. Parkeren in de garage.

Het was behoorlijk warm, dus ook in de kamer. Geen airconditioning. Wel ventilator aanwezig, maar niet geruisloos. Daarom in de nacht geen goede optie voor mij.

Snídaně super, sice jsem čekal na ham and eggs nekolik desítek minut a musel jsem to nakonec urgovat,přestože jsem tam byl úplně sám od 7:30, ale OK velmi slušná obsluha se omluvila, to se muze stát, neresim to, Jídlo a obsluha prostě super. všechno to pokazilo, že celou dobu nejel výtah, jsem skoro 70 lety kardiak, takze 3 patra v tom vedru...na pokoji neni klima - dnes absolutni standard, na pokoji č.31 byla na zdi umistena TV, ze z postele nedivatelne atd., do cca pulnoci myslim tam byl strasnej kraval-festival, ktery rano tesne po 6 hodine zacali likvidovat-uklizet, takze jsem se vubec nevyspal, ráno-dopo na privatni plazi me oslovil nekdo, ze potrebuje tam neco hodinu fotit, chtel jsem si jeste pred check-outem chvilku na slunci polezet s koupanim, takze jsem se nedal a v podstate jsem jim logicky nevyhovel. asi vše. takže nějaká kompenzace by byla na místě.

Úžasná poloha hotelu, vše v pořádku, ochotný personál, snídaně vynikající, velký výběr, krásná zahrada, soukromá pláž/molo, kde jsou k dispozici ručníky, lehátka. Co víc si přát :)

Na pokoji nebyla klimatizace, větrák byl, ale hodně hlučný, nebylo možné mít puštěný.

Perfect location right in the center, beautiful small private beach with free towels, beach beds and umbrellas, with possibility to order drinks right from the beach. Spacious rooms, nicely furnished, clean, very good and comfortable beds. Breakfast with good choice of food and beverages.

Unfortunately we had quite warm days and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which seems to be probably by local rules, because we didn’t see a single AC compressor anywhere on the houses

Alles war super… Mitarbeiter:innen waren nett und bemüht, die Lage ist perfekt, die Zimmer sind rießig und sehr sauber, der Badebereich ist klein, aber sauber und angenehm inkl. Terasse für mehr Privatsphären von anderen Touristen (mit Schiff Ankommende machen ständig Fotos von der Ortschaft)

Das Essen im A la carte Restaurant war gut, jedoch es gibt zu wenig Optionen für Vegetarier:innen. Es gab nur 1 Nudeln-Hauptgericht, 1 Salat und 2-3 Beilagen zu wählen. Vegane Optionen gab es fast keine, auch nicht zu Frühstück. Es wäre super, wenn daran noch gearbeitet werden kann, dann wäre es 10/10

This was our second time staying at Hotel Weisser Hirsch and it was even better than our first. The location is wonderful with the village and lake at your doorstep. Amazing food at the restaurant and exceptional service.

酒店位置极佳，就在白马酒店餐厅对面，临湖。公交🚌站下来步行🚶‍♀️5分钟，离轮渡⛴️3分钟。房间干净明亮，工作人员很热情，酒店🏨电梯坏了，工作人员帮我行李🧳搬上三楼，早餐特别丰盛。入住期间正好遇到高温，晚上窗户打开睡觉有些小虫还是蚊子飞了进来，别的各方面都非常的好，我会推荐朋友过来。

天热没有空调，这也是为了环保吧。

Zimmer schon etwas veraltet, passt aber zum urigen Stil… leider ohne Klimaanlage, bei der aktuellen Hitze wäre es ohne Ventilator unerträglich gewesen, generell nicht klimatisiert. Am Tag der Abreise darf man Seezugang nur bis 12 nutzen… Frühstück Durchschnitt; fand es nicht okay, dass um 9.15 (frühstück bis 10.30) nicht mehr nachgefüllt wird - weder Wurst, kaum Brot, Melone war alle (habe nachgefragt, hatten keine Melone mehr)…

מיקום מעולה, על האגם, מרכז העיירה, יורדים עם הרכב לפני הכנסיה עד למטה, להורדת המזוודות וקבלת החדר. את הרכב מוציאים לחניון קומות (תשלום במלון), כניסה ויציאה עם כרטיס. חדר מרווח ביותר, מרפסת לאגם. עיירה מקסימה. ארוחת בוקר - שולחן שמור לפי מספר החדר, קפה וביצים בהגשה לפי הזמנה. מזנון עם כל טוב.

לדעתי כדאי להוסיף בחדר אמצעים להכנת קפה / תה. לבקשתי הביאו לנו קומקום וכוסות, אבל היה חסר קפה / תה.

A localização é realmente muito boa, para quem procura se hospedar em uma cidadezinha mais tranquila sem movimento de veículos próximos, com vista priveligada para o lago e as montanhas o hotel é o lugar certo. Além disso, o café da manhã é bem gostoso, com opções variadas e comida mais local. Comodidades do hotel eram bem legais, principalmente a sauna e o deck em frente ao lago. A vista do restaurante era incrível também.

O que não me agradou foi a hospitalidade de algumas pessoas do hotel. Em alguns momentos, senti que os funcionários foram rudes comigo. Um caso específico foi o seguinte: a recepção fechava aos sábados antes das 20h e só reabria depois das 8h da manhã de domingo. Como eu faria o check-out bem cedo no domingo, precisava entender qual seria o procedimento. Havia uma placa orientando os hóspedes a entrar em contato com o restaurante quando não houvesse ninguém na recepção. No sábado, passei o dia inteiro fora, pois fui passear em outro lago, um pouco mais distante. Após o jantar, fui ao restaurante pedir informações sobre o check-out e fui tratado com rispidez. A pessoa que me atendeu questionou, de forma pouco cordial, como eu havia passado o dia todo por ali enquanto a recepção estava aberta e não havia procurado informações sobre o check-out. Além disso, como ela própria não sabia me informar o procedimento correto, acabou sendo ainda mais rude comigo. Enfim, tive a sensação de que estava incomodando os austríacos o tempo todo, quando, na verdade, era cliente apenas buscando um atendimento adequado. Além disso, o colchão do meu quarto era desconfortável, parecia que tinha um buraco nele.

Das Hotel ist klassisch im Herzen von St. Wolfgang gelegen, mit wunderbarem Steg und Garten direkt am See und herrlicher Aussicht. Das Restaurant ist erstklassig, wir hatten ein ausgezeichnet gutes Abendessen mit sehr zuvorkommenden, netten Personal. Das Frühstück ist ebenso reichhaltig und lecker (allerdings mit wenig veganen Alternativen). Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Was man zuvor wissen sollte - das Hotel (und die meisten in dieser Lage) hat aufgrund der Lage natürlich keinen eigenen Parkplatz, und die Gassen dorthin sind teilweise ziemlich eng. Man bekommt eine Parkkarte für das nächstgelegene Parkhaus und muss sie entsprechend auch wieder zurückbringen - wenn man viel Gepäck hat, kann man daher erstmal vor die Tür fahren und danach ins Parkhaus. Allerdings könnte man theoretisch auch direkt ins Parkhaus fahren und sich den Trubel, durch die Gassen zu fahren, sparen.

Alles.Auch bei schlechtem Wetter war es einfach fantastisch.

Pour avoir déjà sejourne dans cet hôtel il y a4 ans , j ai constaté une rénovation complète de l acceuil et resto salon et des chambres améliorées . On se sent bien c est parfait, un mélange réussi de modernisation en gardant son côté tradition locale . Top j y retournerai

Ohne Zweifel halte ich den "Weiße Hirsch" für ein ganz hervorragendes Hotel. Beste, gediegene aber nicht pompöse Ausstattung, perfekte Sauberkeit, bestes, freundliches, professionelles Personal, hervorragendes, vielseitiges Frühstück. Die Lage am See und die Gästeterrasse zum Wasser sind traumhaft. Unterstellung von Fahrrädern ist nicht optimal, weil man durch den Biergarten und drei Stufen einer gewendelten Treppe begehen muss. Weiterhin keine Fahrrad-Infrastruktur. Die Verwahrung ist aber sicher. Der "Weiße Hirsch" ist nicht das typische Hotel für radfahrende Gäste.

Das Badezimmer mit einer Klapp-Wand auf der Badewanne ist etwas verkorxt aufgebaut. Das Hotel steht in St. Wolfgang. Dafür kann es nichts. Dieses Städchen ist extrem dicht bebaut, hat sehr enge Gassen und viel Gastronomie. Der ganze Ort stinkt nach Küchenabluft und Fritteusenfett, was sich abends, wenn der Wind nachlässt und alle Essen gehen, noch verstärkt. Booking.com nannte im Angebot "Zimmer mit Stadtblick". Das bedeutete, ein Fenster in eine ziemlich enge Gasse, aus der die ganze Duftwolke ins Zimmer zog. Außerdem verstärken sich die Geräusche und Stimmen in der engen Gasse, was bei offenem Fenster unangenehm laut war. Das Zimmer hatte keine Lüftungsanlage und war zu warm (Ende Mai). Die Hotelempfehlung war ein 60 cm breites Geschoss von Ventilator, der bereits auf der ersten Stufe den Charakter eines Düsentriebwerks hatte. Wie man das im Hochsommer aushalten soll, bleibt fraglich. Es gibt nahezu lautlose Ventilatoren, die halt etwas teurer sind (z.B. Balmuda Green Fan). Das wollte man wohl nicht investieren. Ich hatte drei Tage gebucht und zwei Tage verfallen lassen. Ein Zimmer mit Seeblick ist sicherlich deutlich angenehmer.

Das Restaurant hat etwas Luft nach oben. Essen war gut aber nicht ausgezeichnet.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, zróżnicowane. W hotelu bardzo cicho. Hotel oddalony od centrum, do którego jadą samochody. Piękny widok na jezioro. Na powitanie czekały w pokoju serce z piernika i owoce. Wygodne łóżko.

位置惊喜，白马酒店旁，看湖view很棒！前台的女士礼貌热情，让我提前到上午入住了，感谢～有电梯，拖着大件行李也很方便。房间整洁温馨、设施齐全，还备有welcome fruit，非常贴心噢。价格也便宜，性价比拉满啦

地理位置非常好，介于两个车站之间，两个站点都可以随机选择，湖景视野也很棒。两位年轻的前台人员非常友善，协助顺利入住以及提供了出行的建议。餐厅工作人员也很好。

设施有些老旧，卫生间的排风口噪音有一些大会影响睡眠。淋浴的水流也比较小。

The location is spot on right on the lake with a terrace and restaurant. Our view was perfect and it was so good, we spent the evening there. Breakfast was great and the hotel itself has impressive finishings. A real treat and very Romantic.

Amei tudo! O quarto, cama confortável, produtinhos maravilhosos no banheiro, sem dizer q o Hotel eh lindíssimo (a beira do lago) e o silêncio eh incrível! Amei a jacuzzi ao ar livre, a sauna seca … o espaço eh lindíssimo!! Café da manhã com vários pães, yogurte e frutas (e um cardápio com ovos).. funcionários atenciosos… o hotel eh um “sonho”

2026年イースター休暇に三泊しました 湖畔沿いでロケーション最高！中心部だけど、夜間はとても静かでした 受付スタッフは笑顔で、親切な対応をしてくれた 朝食は種類豊富、卵料理はメニューから選択でき、連泊でも飽きず。レストランは明るく、清潔感あり 雪山トレッキング後、サウナ利用は嬉しかった。1F(日本の2F)にあり、同フロアの部屋だったので、バスローブで移動 *部屋から水着で湖まで行くことが可能で、泳げます 自然豊かで、トレッキング・サイクリングルートが整備されており、天候に恵まれれば、アウトドアを満喫できます

Krásné místo, výhled na jezero i když jen boční, u pokoje veliký balkón, na tom balkóně se smí kouřit, výborné snídaně, není nutno u snídaně hledat volný stůl, jelikož jej máte automaticky rezervovaný. Možnost vyložit a naložit zavazadla přímo u hotelu.

Trochu problematické parkování, v parkovacím domě jsou parkovací místa úzká, proto je těžší najít volné místo a to jsme v hotelu byli přes silvestra. Nedovedu si to představit v hlavní sezóně.

Bohatá bufetová snídaně, nabídka vajíček dle menu. Vše čerstvé, kvalitní suroviny, výborná káva a výběr bylinkových čajů. Lokální mošty. Velmi příjemný hotelový pokoj, maximální čistota. Skvělé místo a řešení přístupu do jezera. Soukromá zahrada na zelené střeše v centru města je ohromující. Atmosféra hotelu je kouzelná, stejně tak péče personálu.

我们在6月初到这里，风景极好， 位置中心，由于也不是周末，所以我们在最后时间还订上了酒店。与以前我住过的白马酒店相比，价位低好多，风景和位置可以说是一样的。房间收拾的很干净，早餐和白马相比就差一些。
