the A/C unit in the room is badly positioned which causes the cold air to hit directly the head when sleeping. very uncomfortable.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Une équipe adorable et aux petits soins. Le restaurant très animé et proposant de très bons produits italiens est un vrai plus. La piscine est immense mais faut savoir qu'elle est accessible aux personnes hors clients de l' hôtel en journée.
L'emplacement du relais est un peu surprenant car très proche des routes mais ça reste très calme.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le service et la disponibilité du personnel. Le plus pour nous une borne de recharge électrique pour la voiture, le parking sous terrain. Il y avait suffisamment de transats à la piscine et elle est Top. Coin soleil ou ombre à l'abri des arbres. Le site est très bien entretenu à l'intérieur comme l'extérieur. Très bonne adresse proche de Bologne.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026la piscina grande e bene organizzata, con la possibilità di sistemare i lettini all'ombra dell'ampia pineta, volendo si possono gustare aperitivi veramente buoni facendoseli portare direttamente sui lettini. La colazione piena di scelte ed attrezzata in un meraviglioso giardino curato. La sera c'è la possibilità di cenare direttamente nel ristorante a bordo piscina che oltre ad essere molto buono ha dei prezzi competitivi, ci hanno anche fatto portare il cane al tavolo.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Algemene sfeer is top, erg vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt. Zwembad is heerlijk, soms wel erg druk door bezoek van buitenaf. Prive parkeergarage met mogelijkheid tot E laden tegen normaal tarief. Restaurant is top, porties zijn erg groot! We zijn hier voor de 2e maal in 3 jaar.
Weinig opbergruimte op de kamer, airco kon de warmte nauwelijks aan. Gebouw kan onderhand wel een schilderbeurt gebruiken.

I had the top floor of the Garden Room and it was comfy and quiet. Easy email communication. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the pool is a beautiful place to spend a few lazy hours. Highly recommend!

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Erg vriendelijk onthaal. Ruim zwembad. Aanwezigheid van het restaurant is een absolute meerwaarde - met uitgebreide keuze en erg lekkere gerechten voor een correcte prijs. De kamers zijn zeker ook voldoende ruim en voorzien van alle faciliteiten.
Onze kamer lag schuin tegenover de receptie (101). Wij hebben 3 nachten erg slecht geslapen omwille van nachtlawaai...De locatie is eveneens omgeven door drukke wegen wat de rust overdag niet ten goede komt. Zwembad is -mits betaling - ook publiek toegankelijk wat het erg druk maakt. Dit was onze laatste stop van onze vacantie, na 3 eerdere rustgevende verblijven is dit jammer genoeg tegengevallen. Maar het personeel treft hier geen schuld aan want die waren erg vriendelijk.

Perfetto per le mie esigenze di viaggiatore in moto. Ho avuto la possibilità di fare colazione anticipata rispetto all'orario previsto stante la via volontà di partire presto, un plauso allo staff. Molto consigliato.

la struttura esternamente sembra bella, ma le camere sono fatiscenti e non curate. camera da letto : materasso dsfondato, troppi tessuti e drappeggi pieni di polvere. camere piano terra esterno non curato. non è dimora storica, ma è vecchia. Non è accogliente e rilassante, mette invece a disagio. prese funzionanti solo quelle dove già inserite le luci. bagno non attrezzato, scopino sporco e cestino spazzatura rotto.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The hotel is a charming old villa but the main feature is its location in a beautiful park with such stunning old trees where you can totally relax and disconnect. The restaurant has a very creative menu and it offers enough option for lunch and dinner for a 2 week stay. The fact that the pool is open to the locals adds this special ambiance and Italy feeling. You are not just surrounded by tourists but get a lot of insight into the locals. Situated ideally to explore the many interesting cities in the vicinity: of course first Bologna but also the smaller towns like Faenza or make a day trip to the seaside avoiding the big crowded beaches. The managers do a great job and work so hands on! All their personnel is so charming and helpful. Ee will come again at a less hot period.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026L'hôtel **** est très bien situé dans la campagne de Bologne, idéal pour rayonner dans la région (Ravenne, Modène, Parme et Bologne évidemment sont à moins de 100 km). La piscine et le restaurant attenants sont un réel plus pour cet hôtel. La carte du restaurant est très large, et les prix sont très corrects. Nous y avons dîné 4 soirs sur 5.
Le restaurant et la piscine sont ouverts à une clientèle extérieure à l'hôtel. Ceci n'est guère gênant pour ce qui concerne le restaurant. Ce l'est beaucoup plus pour la piscine car elle était très fréquentée, notamment par des personnes ne correspondant pas à la typologie que l'on attend dans un hôtel ****. La quiétude des clients de l'hôtel en souffre et l'on ne se retrouve pas dans le niveau de confort pour lequel on a choisit cet hôtel. Les places autour de la piscine n'étaient plus disponibles certains jours. Je recommanderais à l'hôtelier de revoir cette pratique.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Een prachtige tuin met zwembad en eigen restaurant. De badhanddoeken en toegang tot het zwembad was inbegrepen. Gelegen op 10 km van het centrum van Bologna. Het personeel en de kamer was top.
Er waren wel dagelijks feesten, soms trouwfeesten met muziek maar door de ligging van onze kamer hadden we er geen last van.

This venue is situated in a rural area and it is very quiet. There is an amazing swimming pool as well as other amenities. We fell in love with it and highly recommend this venue.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Das Hotel mit seiner Geschichte und dem wunderschönen Anwesen hat uns wirklich begeistert. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Restaurant war hervorragend – wie so oft in Italien mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und sehr freundlichem Service. Abgesehen davon hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Beim Auschecken wurden 20 € für meinen Assistenzhund berechnet. Mein Hund verliert keine Haare und verursacht keinerlei Schäden oder zusätzlichen Reinigungsaufwand. Daher empfinde ich eine pauschale Gebühr als wenig nachvollziehbar. Meiner Meinung nach wäre es sinnvoller, das Zimmer nach dem Aufenthalt zu kontrollieren und dann zu entscheiden, ob tatsächlich ein zusätzlicher Aufwand entstanden ist.

Molto belle le camere alte ( 3 piano) alcune anche con balconcino, la sala colazioni si trova sotto al -1 ma affaccia su un piccolo giardino, buona, con prodotti del territorio è un buon caffè ( e anche cappuccino di soia buono! ) non abbiamo provato la piscina e neanche la spa però torneremo perché il posto merita. Letto comodo, natura e affacci meravigliosi
Forse darei un tocco in piu nei dettagli e anche aggiungerei personale sebbene tutto sia andato bene e le camere 302/303 sono belle e spaziose migliorerei i bagni, gli armadi, più scelta dei cuscini. Pulizia sotto il letto da rivedere.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, nella splendida camera padronale con il terrazzo da cui si godeva una vista sul meraviglioso parco. Camera pulitissima dotata di tutti i comfort, colazione ricca dolce e salata. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e disponibile. Menzione positiva sul ristorante; abbiamo mangiato molto bene, menù di pesce, carne e pizza adatto ad ogni gusto. Da ritornarci!

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026La struttura, immersa in un parco secolare curato con grande attenzione, trasmette una sensazione di pace e armonia. Gli spazi interni sono raffinati senza essere eccessivi. La camera era accogliente e silenziosa, ho apprezzato infatti la qualità del riposo, favorita dalla tranquillità del contesto. Il servizio attento ma mai invadente, il personale è sempre disponibile, sorridente e professionale. Ci si sente davvero accolti. La posizione è ideale per chi desidera un rifugio verde a pochi minuti da Bologna, perfetto sia per un weekend di relax di bici e passeggiate sia come base per esplorare la zona. Un luogo in cui tornerò volentieri.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Splendida struttura moderna immersa nelle colline, stanza molto confortevole, insonorizzata con vista mozzafiato, box auto personale, staff molto disponibile gentile e di grande preparazione, possibilità di prenotare percorso spa personalizzato per due ore, ristorante e pizzeria con ottime portate e camerieri preparati e sorridenti, assolutamente da passarci un weekend, ci torneremo di sicuro. Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre de l'hôtel dans un parc absolument magnifique. Nous avons pu nous garer dans le parking souterrain aisément. Le restaurant est de grande qualité à un prix très raisonnable.Le personnel était charmant.Nous reviendrons sûrement.
