La moquette au sol de la chambre mériterait d'être remplacée et il flottait une odeur de cigarette froide. Toute la décoration extérieure de l'hôtel mériterait d'être rafraîchie.

Lets start: We had to wait 10-15 minutes for the receptionist girl to bless us with her presence when we got there, as she was no where to be found. There was also a weird guy that kept asking us where we were from, which is a very irrelevant question to ask in 2026 & you’re not helping to checking us in yet. The rooms are very old and not value for the price we paid, old as in they still had keys and not cards and the doors made crackling sounds. The shower (cabin) was so small that you had to get out to wash yourself and back in to use it, and you cant even close the shower doors. The hotel was noisy, noises could be heard from outside from the main road and also from inside your room. We booked another extra night in which we immediately cancelled after taking a look at the room, and the receptionist didnt give us a receipt nor an email confirmation. At first she didnt want to cancel the reservation, but after I asked about the receipt she handed the money back. We also handed some ice packs to put in the freezer since our refrigerator/freezer didnt work in the room, and when we got them in the morning she had actually put them in the refrigerator and not the freezer, so theres that to mention also. Keep in mind that i speak Greek and there was no room for misunderstanding. Also during breakfast the staff literally sat down to eat so who do ask for help or question there? And they kept making noise with dishes and tableware moving things around, as if they didnt have a decent time to prepare since 7 AM (it was 10 AM). Theres no 0 stars to give out so im giving this hotel 1.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Πάρα πολύ όμορφο διακοσμημένο δωμάτιο με βεράντα. Άνετο κρεβάτι και πλούσιο πρωινό. Προσωπικά με διευκόλυνε η 24ωρη φιλόξενη ρεσεψιόν γιατί ερχόμουν με πλοίο που εφτασε αργά το βράδυ. Πολύ βολικό επίσης που διέθετε και πάρκινγκ. Ήταν όλα υπέροχα.
Τίποτα το αρνητικό.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 213. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig: Die Toilette steht so nah an der Duschwand, dass man mit einer Körpergröße von 1,80 m kaum gerade sitzen kann, sondern nur seitlich. Auch die Duschwand sollte erneuert werden, da Wasser ins Bad drang. Zusätzlich ist die Klimaanlage austauschbedürftig, da sie sehr laut brummt – fast wie ein Traktor. Für eine Nacht war es dennoch auszuhalten.

Sarebbe carino trovare una bottiglia di acqua fresca un camera. I clienti che arrivano dopo le 22 trovano il bar chiuso.

Frühstück war eher Mittelmässig. Sonst hat für mich alles gepasst.

Scruffy,outdated,tired looking. Breakfast very poor. Hot selection all overcooked and cold. Toaster that didn't work properly. No choice for a 3* hotel.

Reviewed May 16, 2026das personal war sehr freundlich, und das zimmer war gross, die nähe zum hafen war in meinem fall sehr gut! das bad war aussergewöhnlich sauber, und der zimmerservice sehr aufmerksam
das restaurant war nur für früstück offen, trotz menükarten die überall auflagen. aber restaurants waren genügend in unmittelbarer nähe, also eher ein detail.

Μικρο, στενό δωμάτιο, στο ντους δεν υπήρχε μια θήκη να ακουμπήσουμε ούτε ένα σαπούνι, τα νερά του ντους έτρεχαν εξω στην τουαλέτα, δεν υπήρχε πετσέτα δαπέδου, στο πρωινό (μολονότι το ζήτησα) δεν υπήρχε ντομάτα/αγγουράκι, φασαρία το βράδυ στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους από ομάδα άλλων επισκεπτών. Πλήρωσα εν γνώσει μου περισσότερα από αλλά διπλανά ξενοδοχεία για καλύτερες παροχές, αλλά δεν τις βρήκα. Άρα η σχέση τιμής κ παροχής είναι υψηλή. Ένα βάψιμο στις σκουριασμένες μεταλλικές κατασκευές του ξενοδοχείου θα του έδινε μια καλύτερη εμφάνιση.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Der Herr an der Rezeption sprach deutsch und war sehr hilfreich. Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr modern, das Frühstück eher bescheiden. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen, und man kriegt natürlich auch den Lärm der Schiffe und Lastwägen mit. Das ist aber auch der Pluspunkt bei der Lage: man geht nur 10 Minuten zur Fähre nach Kerkyra. Igoumenitsa selbst hat kaum Sehenswürdigkeiten, ist aber eine angenehme Stadt, und man kann schön am Meer entlang spazieren. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge!
