Отличный апартамент за свою цену. Расположение прекрасное, 3 минуты пешком для пляжа. Кондиционер, большой личный двор, небольшой набор посуды, микроволновка. Хозяин очень внимательный.

Все хорошо. По соотношению цены и качества люкс 5 звезд никто не ожидал.

La posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal capoluogo e dalle spiagge. Il terrazzino, sopra le chiome dei limoneti e da cui si intravedeva il mare.

I prezzi dovrebbero essere un pochino più bassi. Ad esempio mi sono stati chiesti 15€ per il transfert dall'aeroporto,, mentre un'altra struttura in zona me ne ha chiesti 10€. I mobili e gli elettrodomestici sono vecchi e alcuni malmessi (ma per me ciò non ha rappresentato un problema per le 2 notti che ho passato lì)

La cucina,il fornello arrugginito e vecchio con bombola a gas, tutto il bagno da rifare rubinetti vecchi e doccione mal funzionante,scarico acqua doccia a pavimento,porte vecchie ,cambio asciugamani doccia e viso dopo tre giorni senza ascensore

Doamna de la curatenie incepea treaba si galagia de rigoare de la 8 dimineața. Nu trecea foarte des prin camere....

Seminterrato fatiscente e sporco privo di armadi non mi è piaciuto nulla se devo dirla tutta mi ha rovinato la vacanza

Non mi piaciuto nulla . Sporco il bagno privo di finestra e di areatore . Privo di privacy in quanto proprio fuori la nostra porta era posizionato un tavolino e una sedia che veniva occupato o dal proprietario o da altre persone.

Great location. Host was very friendly. Aircon was good. Bed was comfy. Kettle provided.

Bathroom drain smelt sometimes. Bin under sink smelt like ash. Some dishes were dirty.

Pohodové ubytování ve velmi dobré lokalitě. Na pláž ,do města i na autobus pár minut. Pohodlná postel,terasa , prostorná skříň.

Trochu bych zapracovala na "kuchyňce". Ta byla dost nefunkční.

Posizione tranquilla, ottima per la vicinanza con la spiaggia, il market, la fermata del pullman e per il centro. Il proprietario gentile e premuroso.

Arredamento poco curato e non molto pulito. L' angolo cottura molto sporco e poco attrezzato.

Розташування помешканя дуже зручне. Близько біля пляжу і не далеко від міста. Балкон вигляд на сад і трішки видно море.

Все трохи поношене. Дуже багато комарів готуйтесь до цього. Хотілось би трохи чистіше.

Staff gentilissimo, la nostra stanza era accogliente, e avevamo a disposizione anche il giardino dove la mattina potevamo sederci e fare comodamente colazione.

We really appreciated flexibility for check-in as we arrived quite early! The area is quiet but very close to the beach and a couple of restaurants. There are minimarkets close by and 2 bus stops to explore the island, we also walked to the city center and it was fine downhill but would advise to take the bus back. The room also had a lovely sea view.

The room is a bit oldish but we had everything we needed. Perhaps a bit expensive for what it offers, but we also went in mid-August.

Skvělá poloha ubytování, blízko k moři, dobře zásobený obchod nedaleko. Dobrá poloha na večerní procházky do městečka, restaurace nedaleko. Z letiště je možné dojít na ubytování pěšky příjemnou procházkou. Pan domácí nabízí i transfer.

Sinceramente non capisco alcune delle recensioni negative,noi ci siamo trovati benissimo,il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile e gentile,camere minimal ma hanno tutto ciò che serve,molto bella la vista mare,la posizione è ottima,a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Skiathos e a 2 min a piedi dalla spiaggia,ampia disponibilità di parcheggio,cè anche un piccolo parco giochi pubblico per i bambini,cambio biancheria e asciugamani ogni 3 giorni,cè il piano cottura con tutto il necessario per cucinare,avrete a disposizione gratuitamente anche ombrelloni,materassini e sedioline per la spiaggia,nelle vicinanze cè un piccolo market(molto caro).

Very well-equipped room (there was even a beach umbrella to take to the beach), cleaned daily, a couple of minutes' walk from the beach.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale, comoda sia per il centro (passeggiata di 10 minuti con salite e discese) che per la spiaggia di Megali Ammos (sicuramente non la più bella di Skiathos ma comoda per chi ha bimbi piccoli) che è proprio a 50m. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità di tutto lo staff che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa

Se cercate lusso, arredi moderni e tutte le comodità allora cercate altro. Se avete un po di spirito di adattamento allora non avrete particolari problemi

Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού είναι πολύ καλή. Η παραλία μεγάλη Άμμος και η στάση αστικού βρίσκεται σε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών, ενώ από το παλιό λιμάνι το σπίτι απέχει 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ο οικοδεσπότης αρκετά ευγενικός.

Αρχικά, ορισμένα σεντόνια και πετσέτες δεν ήταν απόλυτα καθαρά, καθώς βρήκαμε τρίχες και λεκέδες. Τα μαγειρικά σκεύη επίσης δεν ήταν πλήρως καθαρά, ενώ ο φούρνος λειτουργούσε με μπουκάλα υγραερίου και μας δημιούργησε σοβαρό πρόβλημα όταν επιχειρήσαμε να τον χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Το ένα ράτζο που προστέθηκε ώστε να χωρέσουμε ήταν ακατάλληλο, αφού υπήρχε πρόβλημα με τις σανίδες. Πολύ ανησυχητικό ήταν ότι ένας άλλος επισκέπτης, που διέμενε σε διπλανό δωμάτιο του καταλύματος, κατάφερε να ξεκλειδώσει νωρίς το πρωί ενώ το κλειδί ήταν στην πόρτα και να εισέλθει στο δωμάτιο! Υπήρχαν αράχνες και σε ορισμένα σημεία μούχλα. Τέλος, προϋπήρχαν απορρίμματα στο κάδο του μπάνιου όταν μπήκαμε πρώτη μέρα στο σπίτι.

Ottima posizione a pochi metri da una spiaggia molto tranquilla e attrezzatissima. Vicina al supermarket ed a ristoranti. A meno di un km a piedi si poteva arrivare anche al vecchio porto.

Migliorerei la pulizia e l’arredamento.

L’emplacement est parfait, tout proche d’une plage(avec location de transats pour ceux qui veulent) avec plein de petits restaurants vue mer, le soir c’est très sympa supérette pour courses à 2mn et loueur de scooter, quad aussi à 2 mn, le quartier est calme et à environ 15/20mn à pieds pour aller au centre-ville ou ferry donc parfait. La petite terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avions vue « partiellement sur la mer) Très sympa la Bouteille d’eau et le « kit » petit déjeuner pour démarrer.

La salle de bain 😩 tout était un peu vieillot, c’est dommage parce qu’il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit bien… vaisselle vieille et mm légèrement rouillée, les serviettes de toilette et draps étaient propres mais avec des taches et auréoles jaunes (peut être un simple produit blanchissant suffirait à les rendre nickel) nous avions posé parterre une qui était sale, elle n’a pas été changé mais juste repliée et posée 🤷🏻‍♀️

La camera n 8 penso sia la migliore, vista mare, balcone e ombrellone - non c era il ventilatore Posizione ottima, 10 15 minuti arrivi al centro e con una passeggiata area pedonale si arriva al porto- A 5 minuti c'è supermercato e noleggio scooter

Asciugamani bianchi duri e tutti macchiati, una macchietta non è un problema ma tutto macchiato e consumato proprio no! Ho chiesto il cambio, peggio che mai. Il wi-fi non funzionava, ho scritto alla struttura, mi ha risposto di mettere a password (già lo avevo fatto)... Stoviglie lavate con acqua e basta, come l armadietto del bagno! Purtroppo come descritto in seguito i vari servizi sono tutti a pagamento. Per l aeroporto consiglio il taxi al costo di 15€

La posizione strategica. Il proprietario persona davvero molro gentile e disponibile sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni necessità e anche ad affrontare eventuali imprevisti. È il punto di forza di questa struttura.

A booking leírása szerint,8 nemrég épült stúdióból áll. Az a ház legalább 40 éves, igazi retro érzés. Zuhogó esőben érkeztünk,a takarító hölgy fogadott. Levitt minkett egy alagsori szobába,amit nem fogadtam el. Utána egy magasföldszinti szobát kaptunk, ahol a fürdőszobai szemetesben még az előző vendég koszos WC papírjai voltak, a WC szintén koszos volt. A hűtőszekrényben foltok,hajszálak. a villanyrezsó nem működött,de volt egy gázrezsó, gázpalackkal. A tulaj 12 órára ígérte,hogy jön, de csak 13 órára érkezett meg. / addigra kitakarítottunk/. Egy plusz pont jár a franciaágyért, az új és kényelmes volt. Én az emeletes ágy alsó részén aludtam kényelmetlen,kifeküdt matracon. A leírásban szerepel még kert is,és grill, de nem találtuk.

Der var m beskidt , det så ikke ud til at der var gjort grund rent . Toiletlåg hel gult indvendig og badeforhæng med skimmelsvamp i kanter. Meget nedslidt . Der burde opgraderes i køkken med ovn og kogeplader . Der lå en stor madras under sengen . Rengøringen var dårlig og fik kun håndklæder en gang skiftet. Men hvis der havde været gjort grundig rent var det et dejligt værelse.

Lépe vybavená kuchyň by neškodila.

Veľmi dobrá poloha, tichá lokalita, dobré matrace na posteliach.

Pri prichode nás ubytovali do iného apartmánu ako sme si zarezervovali, potom do ďalšieho a az do tretice do apartmanu s výhľadom na more. Mali tam totalny chaos v tom kdo má akú izbu rezervovanú. V apartmáne chýbal poklop aj komponent na sedenie na WC, záves v kúpeľni bol plesnivý, chladnička neumytá, šporák by potreboval vymeniť....bolo tam hodne nedostatkov.

Ottima la posizione, 10 Min a piedi dal centro e proprio sulla spiaggia. Si vede un pochino il mare dal balcone. Letto grande e comodo. Zona abbandonata silenziosa. Buona la pulizia.

Arredo molto vecchio, da rifare completamente. Forno e fornelli inguardabili. Cattivi odori sia del mobilio vecchio che di ritorno di fogna dalla piletta (ma probabilmente è perché siamo sull'isola). Zanzariera mezza rotta. Ci sarebbero molte migliorie da fare. Bagno senza box doccia ma con tenda e piletta. Non ho mai visto nessuno dello staff, né a darmi il benvenuto, né a salutarmi quando sono andata via, né a chiedermi se mi necessitava qualcosa o informazioni.

Location & view from apartment

Dirty, nothing like the photographs on Booking.com. No cold water from kitchen tap, oven rusty, dirty bathroom either mouldy shower curtain. The owner tried to change somethings but just changed like for like. Wifi non existent and me said he was going to fix tap but didn’t show up. NOW he has cancelled our reservation saying we were a no show so we have difficulty to make a honest review. Air conditioning & safety deposit can only be used for a daily charge.

Struttura molto centrale, ben servita dall’autobus. Molto vicina a supermarket, rent per noleggiare scooter/auto. In circa 15 minuti siamo a Skiathos town. Host molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura si trova in un posto molto tranquillo, è pulita e molto accogliente.

La gentilezza la cordialità l’onestà del titolare della struttura una persona straordinariamente unica

The Location was well positioned & the Host where extremely friendly and hospitable. Also the view fro the roomm over the owners garden was lovely including a small sea view.

The Air-conditioning was a little hit and miss and would not stay on when we left the room, so when returning to the room it was quite hot.

Perfect location - 2 mins walk to the beach and tavernas and restaurants , mini market even closer . 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town . Nice , clean room . Basic decor but we really just slept there spending days out . The owner of the property is really nice and helpful. Price was amazing 🤩

Property was very conveniently located a couple of minutes from the beach and a short walk into Skiathos Town. Very close to Bus Stop 5. My studio had a sea view looking over an allotment with a nice balcony with table and chairs, sofa and drying rack. Inside the studio is basic, but spotlessly clean with crisp white sheets and towels which were changed every couple of days. Bins emptied every day. There was a very effective mosquito screen at the French doors. Air conditioning at additional cost but safety deposit box included. Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare breakfast or lunch including an electric kettle and sandwich maker. The host was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again.

Soltanto la posizione, vicino al centro città ma silenziosa

Una miriade di cose non mi sono piaciute. 1 il locatore ci ha obbligati a non gettare la carta igienica nel wc dicendo che altrimenti si intasava lo scarico. Quindi la carta igienica sporca stava lì nel bagno senza finestra, ore e ore perché alle 13 ancora non aveva svuotato i cestini puzzolenti. Quando gliel ho fatto notare, il titolare era pure infastidito. 2 le foto che vengono pubblicate per affittare l alloggio NON CORRISPONDONO ALLA REALTÀ. Camera con uso cucina con mobili sporchi e stoviglie mezze rotte. Compresa la moka senza Manico. Asciugamani che sembravano carta vetrata da quanto erano rigidi. 3 il prezzo per quel tugurio è sproporzionato per l ambiente che è. Sotto il letto, quindi sul pavimento, c era un materasso non imbustato e quindi pieno di sporco, che presumo lo metta al bisogno su qualche letto.

Close to the beach, bus stop and food store. Downtown is also just 10-15 mins walk. Easy access - we could leave our luggage in the apartment when we arrived in the morning before check-in time, daily cleaning, and towels were changed after 3 days. Kitchen is simple but good enough for easy cooking, warming. The net on the balcony door is very good. The water is nice warm in the shower.

Taps are a bit old, water was always on the bathroom floor coming from the shower.

The studio was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and strong. Wifi was good. Kitchenette is stocked sufficient enough to cook if you choose. We only used it for breakfast which we enjoyed on the balcony. Afternoon on the balcony was lovely too. Location was quiet and 3min walk to the beach and supermarket.

Great service from owner. Supplies a shuttle service to. Close to beach & restaurants. Close to town ( 15mins stroll). Quite area & a supermarket 100m or less away. Spacious room with a great balcony.

Only around 150m to the beach, supermarket about the same distance ( in opposite direction).Walking distance to central town shops etc. One is away from the main crowds ( although still a few in beach hotels as seen after 1000hrs) Handy restaurant " Thessaloniki " around 100m away good food. .Studio Owners are very helpful in all aspects. .

No breakfast bars in area that are open until around 9 or 10. One ( down end of beach opens at 0830hrs)..

Self catering and well equipped. Basic room but clean. Host, Vangelis, was around every day and very helpful and friendly. The location is brilliant. Close to Megali Ammos beach and Thessaloniki Taverna where you can get breakfast, snacks, drinks and sun beds in the day and in the other half serves delicious meals in the evening. Have to admit we didn’t do too much self catering! Ten minutes easy walk takes you to the port via the vibrant town and without having to navigate any steep hills. It is close to bus stop 5 so you can explore other beaches, though buses can be quite full. Our tip would be to walk down to bus stop 0 to be sure of a seat!

Plumbing was a bit iffy but that’s not unusual for Greece.

Eldre hotell med dertil standard. Vanntrykket kommer og går. Rent og pent. Pluss for ekstra myggbeskyttelse rundt vinduer og dører. Hyggelig vertskap med noe begrenset engelskkunnskaper, men alltid blid.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo , posizione ottima e tranquilla , la struttura aveva tutti i servizi necessari ed infine l’host una persona gentile e pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.

La cuisine qui n’est pas très fonctionnelle un petit four électrique , la plaque un feu n’était reliée au gaz qu’à notre demande du coup nous n’avons utilisé que le petit réchaud de camping pour le café une raclette de sol pour la salle de bain aurait été la bienvenue

Abbiamo pernottato per una settimana in gruppo da 5. Nonostante l’appartamento sia solo 50 m2 è dotato di qualsiasi necessità e comodità, è pulito e funzionale. Il mare è a pochi passi dallo studios ma moltissime altre spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili grazie al bus dalla fermata 5, mentre il centro è a 15 minuti a piedi. Ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata l’accoglienza e la cordialità dell’host che ha provveduto a rendere il più gradevole possibile la nostra permanenza grazie alla sua disponibilità nel soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Consiglio: non fate la doccia troppo tardi perché in serata l’acqua calda scarseggia.

Se cortó el agua caliente una noche. Yo viajé solo, pero la puerta corrediza en el baño (del departamento con patio) no otorga privacidad si vas con mas gente. En general, precios elevados en la isla.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and immaculate everything was. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly, they were always on hand with local tips and thoughtful touches that made our family feel so well looked after. Comfortable, pristine, and hosted with heart — we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Siamo state ospiti in questa struttura per una settimana e siamo state benissimo! Il proprietario è gentilissimo, super ospitale e simpatico: ci ha trattate con grande cura. La posizione è ottima, con una spiaggia di fronte molto carina, il centro a 15 minuti a piedi e un supermarket e un autonoleggio dietro l'angolo. Le camere sono piccoline ma dotate di tutto. Lo consiglierò sicuramente e spero di tornare presto!

Läget är brs det är närma till allt. Lite dyrt dock för en källarlägenhet med 1 rum och allrum/ kök. Dock finns alla bekvämligheter och värden var mycket trevlig
