Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Ich habe mich im Hotel insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und professionell. Der Umgang war angenehm und respektvoll, was den Aufenthalt sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war sauber, grosszügig und entsprach einem gepflegten, hochwertigen Standard. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – ich würde wieder kommen.
Ein kleiner Punkt, der mir gefehlt hat: Eine Möglichkeit für Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer, z.B. ein Wasserkocher oder eine kleine Station, hätte den Aufenthalt noch abgerundet.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Die Lage des Gebäudes ist sehr gut, nahe am Zentrum, Bahn und Bergbahn. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock direkt an der Strasse. Die Balkontüre war nicht richtig dicht und deshalb drang auch der Strassenlärm ziemlich gut ins Zimmer. Alles in allem eine guten Unterkunft für ein Weekend in Davos, aber preislich schon sehr hoch für das was man bekommt. Allerdings muss man das an einer solchen Destination wahrscheinlich in Kauf nehmen.
Die Sauberkeit hätte bei uns im Zimmer etwas besser sein können. Es lag z.B. noch ein Deckel einer Orangensaft-Flasche von den Gästen vor uns auf dem Boden. Dieser hätte bei der Zimmerreinigung gesehen werden müssen,

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß. Wir waren zu zweit untergebracht und hatten zwei Schrankbetten, die mit einem Spalt voneinander getrennt standen – abgesehen davon war das Zimmer in Ordnung.
Es gab ein Missverständnis bezüglich der erlaubten Haustiere. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass Hunde in der Sommersaison erlaubt sind, im Winter jedoch nicht. Aufgrund dieses Missverständnisses wurden wir äußerst miserabel behandelt. Der Umgangston war unfreundlich, es wurde keinerlei Lösungsorientierung gezeigt und uns wurde stattdessen ein schlechtes Gewissen gemacht. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass sich dieser Vorfall ausgerechnet an Heiligabend ereignet hat und wir letztlich aus der Unterkunft verwiesen wurden. In dieser Situation hätten wir zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Verständnis und Menschlichkeit erwartet. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr unherzlich und respektlos behandelt gefühlt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen und können sie aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tiefgarage erfordert sämtliches Können um schadenfrei zu bleiben. Anlage sehr veraltet doch gepflegt und preiswert. Schade, dass Reparaturen an Wänden und Decken von Amateuern ausgeführt wurden und abwärten.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2024We had to check out early 7:15am and it was not possible to get a breakfast earlier. We we where in the breakfast room and asked for a Cappuccino ToGo, and they wanted to charge us 6.50 CHF per coffee, because in the breakfast there is just the normal filter coffee included. The hotel has two Saunas (actually quite nice), but when we came to the room there where no bathrobes waiting for us. So we went down to the reception and asked for two bathrobes and they wanted additional 15 CHF per bathrobe (for rental, not to buy). I would say nothing about charging extra for stuff like this, but when you pay CHF 380 for one night, i was feeling a little bit cash cow they wanted to milk! Value for money in this hotel is not worth it

The booking description should be updated, as it says the crib for kid is free, but it actually costs 20 francs. The parking should be free, or at least to be covered in the booking of the room

Parking is 15 CHF perr day, but very convenient and thus, well worth the money. There are a lot of kids, so maybe less ideal for the noise sensitive traveller.
