Nepostojeći parking, automobil se treba ostaviti kod urušene zgrade jer hotel nema dovoljno svojih parkirnih mjesta te je potrebna rezervacija parkinga ako ga uopće ima. Soba je bila iznad kuhinje pa je sav miris ulazio u sobu ako su prozori bili otvoreni.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Die Altstadt war fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot für jeden etwas, Obst & Gemüse, Brötchen, Wurst & Käse, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, direkt am Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Fahrräder können sehr gut untergestellt werden und sogar ein Reparaturständer ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich meine das Hotel hätte mehr als drei Sterne verdient!!! Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The apartment itself is basic, with an average standard. On the plus side: excellent location by the Old Town, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff and secure bike storage. A shame, because we could recommend this place if guests were treated better when problems arise.
Our biggest disappointment was the way we were treated when a problem occurred. The fridge in our apartment was broken and, despite reporting it, it was not fixed for most of our stay. We were offered to store our food in the restaurant fridge and had to go to reception every time we needed something. There was little communication unless we asked ourselves, and action was only taken after we contacted Booking. On the last day of our stay, we returned to find a team replacing the fridge. They left a mess behind and simply left without cleaning up. Also bathroom and windows needs renovation

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Waren zum zweiten Mal da, waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Mit dem deutschesten Kompliment " da kann man nicht meckern" ist es am besten zu bewerten. Besonders möchten wir die Frühstücksversorgung hervorheben, die Mädels machen das toll. Der Zimmerservice war auch sehr gründlich. Zusätzlich ist die Lage zum See perfekt, mit Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Außerdem direkt an der Altstadt von Arco. Es gibt ein kleines Parkhaus 50 m vom Hotel, dort ist das Auto auch sehr gut untergebracht Die Kommunikation mit dem Staff im Vorfeld der Reise war auch sehr hervorragend.
Die Klimaanlage hats geradeso geschafft, wie das bei 40 °C untern Dach wird🤔 Der Kühlschrank der Minibar könnte für eigene Sachen ein bisschen größer sein. Ist aber dann doch meckern auf hohen Niveau.

The have lights in the rooms come on when you move, on our stay last year all the lights came on even when you moved in your sleep and the receptionist had to come to disconnect them. This year the lights came on when we got out of bed so you wake up the person you’re sharing the room with when you go to the toilet. I did mention this to reception and they said they are aware because other guests have complained 🤷🏽♂️ Errr… perhaps it’s time to get of the stupid lights 😉

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Alapvetően nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. A személyzet nagyon kedves, készséges. A szobát minden nap takarították, cserélték, pótolták amit kellett. A reggeli inkább édes mint sós, de van egyébként minden, de minden nap ugyanaz. Van fedett fizetős parkoló, ami olcsóbb mint bárhol máshol és dedikált helyet kaptunk. Van lift, bár és terasz.
Pár dolog ami nem tetszett, a legkondi alapvetően hangos, hiába vettem le a legkisebb fokozatra és elég kellemetlen szagot árasztott magából, szóval ha csak lehetett nem használtuk. A szállás alatt a saját pizzériájuk van, amival az a probléma hogy az ott dolgozókat egyáltalán nem érdekli, hogy felettük pihenni vágyó vendégek vannak és már reggel 6-tól kezdve üvöltöznek egymással, csörömpölnek az üvegekkel, stb stb. Mintha a szállás azt akarná sugallni, hogy "itt ez a szokás, szokjátok...". A szobának eleg kicsi volt az ablaka, légáramlás nulla, sokan a folyosón résnyire kitámasztották az ajtót, hogy huzatot csináljanak. A TV nagyon régi darab, számunkra használhatatlan volt, olasz adókat nem akartunk nézni, streamingre vagy külső videó lejátszásra alkalmatlan volt. Egy vasaló jó lett volna.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026W hotelu Pace 1954 spędziliśmy dwie noce i to był bardzo udany pobyt. Pokój był duży, czysty, klimatyzowany. Hotel jest położony na starym mieście, ale przy zamkniętych oknach w pokoju było cicho. Śniadania znakomite, obfite i urozmaicone, na bieżąco przygotowywane dania na ciepło (naleśniki, omlety, jajecznica), duży wybór ciast. Przyjemnie jadło się na zacienionym tarasie. Pod samym hotelem nie ma parkingu, ale można podjechać, żeby wyładować bagaże. Samochód zostawiliśmy na nieodległym, zamykanym parkingu podziemnym. Bardzo miła obsługa, na recepcji i podczas śniadania.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026מקום נעים ונקי, ארוחת בוקר טובה, צוות מקסים, הפתעה מעולה שהמלון צמוד מאד למדרחוב המקסים של העיירה שהפתיעה לטובה- מיוחדת ונעימה וממנה היה נעים לתת קפיצה לאיזור ההרים. לא השתמשנו בחניה של המלון שהיא יקרה אך הם עזרו לנו למצוא חניה קרובה מאד.

Non si poteva gestire in autonomia il climatizzatore, si poteva solo aumentare o abbassare la temperatura, ma è un dettaglio trascurabile nell’insieme dell’intero soggiorno.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Jeden z nielicznych hoteli, gdzie opis zgadzał się z rzeczywistością. Obiekt w centrum, bardzo dobrze położony. Pokój duży, funkcjonalny. Oświetlenie sufitowe, to na plus. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i dopasowane poduszki. Pobyt tygodniowy, w tym zmiana pościeli. Na plus, powleczone kołdry, a nie prześcieradła do spania. Łazienka duża i funkcjonalna, duży wybór ręczników, zmiana codzienna. W pokoju chłodziarka. Śniadanie urozmaicone, dodatek na ciepło, na zamówienie. Personel w recepcji bardzo pomocny, szczególnie Pani mówiąca po polsku, dziękujemy! Parking kilkadziesiąt metrów dalej, rezerwowany/płatny, ale zadaszony. Generalnie wspaniały hotel, dziękujemy z pobyt!
Nie tyle, że się nie podobało, ale kilka uwag. Śniadanie - brak informacji o możliwości zamówienia innej kawy, niż wystawiona w bufecie. W pokoju: trochę brakowało dziennego światła, małe okno wychodzące na podwórko/studnię. Klimatyzacja niby sterowana w pokoju, ale raczej centralnie, mało wydajna.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Di questo Hotel mi è piaciuto tutto. Arredato con cura e con gusto, gode di una posizione strategica ad un passo dal centro. La stanza era bellissima, pulita, elegante, di gusto e silenziosa. Bagno grande e ben arredato. Colazione eccezionale, prodotti di qualità, ben allestiti e ben assortiti.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Het was de tweede keer dat wij hier drie nachten verbleven. De eerste keer zonder hond en nu met. Wat een warm welkom weer, ook voor onze hond. We gingen de laatste dag vertrekken om 04:00 ‘s nachts en de medewerker stelde voor om een ontbijt en lunch pakketje samen te stellen voor onderweg omdat we niet bij het ontbijt aanwezig konden zijn. Zo onwijs lief en fijn dat we dat mee kregen voor onderweg. Aan alles was gedacht, brood, crackers, beleg, fruit en water. Een aanrader om te dineren is aan de overkant van het hotel, een heerlijke tuin met super lekker eten en ook weer lieve bediening!! Top plek midden in het centrum en je bent zo bij het Gardameer voor verkoeling.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Hotel accogliente, semplice e silenzioso, da scegliere se si cerca quiete e relax. Le camere sono pulite e curate. Al mattino è presente la colazione a buffet che personalmente ho trovato in linea con le mie aspettative. Il personale è cordiale e preparato, abbiamo chiesto spesso informazioni sui locali dove mangiare e ci hanno consigliato luoghi validi.

Widok z pokoju tylko na balkon sąsiedniego prywatnego budunku.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Un hotel tre stelle ma ne vale almeno quattro. Confortevole, pulito, staff gentilissimo e attivo. Posizione super, situato proprio all'inizio del corso pedonale perciò doppiamente comodo in quanto raggiungi rapidamente la strada per le altre località o il centro storico se vuoi passeggiare ad Arco. La colazione non poteva essere più soddisfacente con prodotti fatti in casa, salumi e formaggi locali e le indimenticabili more a km 0 con cui preparano anche una meravigliosa crostata! Valore aggiunto la Trentino cart guest che rilasciano agli ospiti dell'hotel. Solo pochi hotel della zona sono convenzionati e ti danno sconti e omaggi sui trasporti, ristoranti, visite a musei e castelli.

Der "kostenfreie" Parkplatz den das Hotel anbietet war bei mir komplett voll. Da es sonst keine Möglichkeit gibt, bleibt nur der 12€/Tag Platz in der Tiefgarage. Diese ist aber sehr gut.
