We had a very positive experience at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. We were given a spacious room with a beautiful view, where we could truly relax in comfort. Another big plus was the very good food served in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our stay. The hotel informed us about this one day before our arrival, which was a little disappointing as we had been looking forward to using the pool area. However, we really appreciated the way the hotel handled the situation. As compensation, we received a voucher to use in the hotel restaurant, which was a very nice gesture. Despite the pool being unavailable, we have very good memories of our stay. The excellent service, cleanliness, comfortable room, beautiful view and good food made our stay very enjoyable, and we would gladly return to this hotel again.

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, henkilökunta ystävällinen.

Kylpylässä melko suppeat palvelut, lapsille ei ole toimintoja.

Aamiainen ihan huippu. Henkilökunnalle täydet pisteet.

Huoneesta oli hieno näkymä Ylläksen rinteeseen. Kylpylässä tunnelmallinen poreallas. Aamupala oli hyvä! Toista kertaa jo majoituimme täällä.

Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia, mutta huoneinfossa mainittiin yhteiskäytössä oleva jääkaappi. Itse säilytimme jääkaappitavarat parvekkeella. :D

Aamupala on erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen!

Hotelli oli oikein viihtyisä ja kauniilla paikalla. Ulkoilureiteille oli lyhyt matka. Aamiainen oli tosi hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Hyvä sijainti vaellusreittien lähellä. Runsas aamiaisbuffet. Tilava ja siisti huone. Late check out oli tarpeen, kiva kun onnistui.

The spa needs to be updated, the water temperature needs to be warmer in the jacuzzi (otherwise what is the point?) , you need block out blinds and better airflow in the rooms for summer

Spa was really nice, especially the saunas. Staff was the best, everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even our dog was greeted with some treats when we arrived. Breakfast was really good.

Fantastic location with true ski‑in/ski‑out access, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and it was a real treat to relax in the spa after a full day on the slopes. The restaurant was lovely, offering great food and a stunning view of the mountain — a perfect way to end the day.

I would have liked a refrigerator in the room. It appeared that there had been one previously, but the space was empty. The bathrobes in the room were size XXL. When we asked for a different size, we received quick and smooth assistance, but the bathrobe provided was a children’s size and ended up being too small. It was not a major issue, but it would have been nice to have a medium size available.

Väldigt bra frukost. Smidigt för mig som är allergisk då de hade tydlig märkning. Fint hotellrum med utsikt mot backen. Vi kunde sitta på balkongen och titta på slalom tävling. Smidigt att bara ta på skidorna och börja åka.

Hotellin sijainti on kätevästi rinteen vieressä ja näköala revontulineen upea. 2 mh huoneisto sisäyhteydellä oli toimiva ratkaisu 4 lapsen kanssa. Buffet ravintolan ruoka oli hyvää ja aamupala loistava.

Ravintolassa voisi olla pääsiäisen aikaan enemmän perinteisiä pääsiäisruokia ja buffetissa monipuolisemmat gluteenittomat jälkiruuat.

The room was very dated. I expected more for the price. It was very expensive. The pool spa area was very crowded and disappointing because of that.

Kaunis ja siisti Lappi-henkinen hotelli. Kivasti sisustettu, mukava tunnelma. Kaikkialla ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamiainen laadukkailla ja monipuolisilla kotimaisilla tuotteilla. Useampi ravintola, joissa ruokailla päivällä/illalla. Ruuissa Lappi vahvasti läsnä. Huone vähän kulunut, mutta siisti ja puhdas. Hyvä päivittäinen siivous. Rinteet, ladut ja talvipolut lähtivät aivan hotellin vierestä. Hotellin edestä myös suora bussiyhteys Ski Bussiin, lentokentälle, Snow Villageen ja Leville.

Kylpyläosasto ajoittain kaaottinen ja liian täynnä. Lähinnä lastentarha. Harmitti todella!! Sijainti vähän syrjäinen koska ei ollut autoa mukana. Mutta onneksi Ski Bussilla pääsi näppärästi Äkäslompolon puolelle (melko hintava tosin matkan pituuteen nähden).

Kylpylän aukioloajat voisivat olla laajemmat ja äänieristys huoneessa parempi, huoneen sisustus kaipaa hieman päivitystä

Very clean rooms and nice personnel

The hotel was too big for my liking. Breakfast was too crowded, lines were forming which made it impossible to access some of the foods. Finding a table was also a struggle.

En stor grupp med fransmän utgör majoriteten a. Gästerna. De hade eget program och aktiviteter så saknade sportlovskänslan. Inga aktiviteter för övriga gäster. Saknade ex aktiviteter för barnen. Fanns ett lekrum med leksaker för 1-3 åringar

Good Location. Bland but clean.

FOOD POISONING from the restaurant. I was violently ill, and we told the restaurant, the front desk, that night, and in the morning, and at checkout, they had an issue taking that dish off the bill. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. Terrible management, and I recommend you find somewhere else to stay.

Kuntosali, oli mahtavaa kun sinne pääsi majoituksen yhteydessä. Aamupala oli maittava ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huumorintajuista!

Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen. Allasosasto on kiva, Hydroxex vesijumppa on hyvä juttu. Ilmainen pysäköinti. Kuivauskaappi kylpyhuoneessa oli mukava ja kätevä yllätys

Lasten leikkihuoneessa pitäisi olla ilmaisia toimintoja, se että siellä on vain liitokiekko ja toinen pelilaite ja kummatkin pitää maksaa kolikoilla on erittäin typerää. Ei kuitenkaan ihan halvat yöpymis/ruokailuhinnat, niin voisi edes lasten leikkihuoneen jutut kuulua hintaan.

The breakfast in this hotel was great, something for everyone and so much choice.

The sofa bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable.

Amazing location with easy access to the ski slopes and all of the local activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place for a family winter adventure!

Not sure why hotel guests have to pay extra to use the swimming pool

Breakfast was really good, lots of variety and very fresh. It is a must at this hotel as there are little alternatives, however the breakfast is top notch and very well thought through for all guests

The wider food choice later on the day, which was buffet or bistro, ment there was little variety. The sister restaurent Tagia has a similar fare, but has some Pizza, but it was mainly burgers and chips, so catered again for all. This area had only one independent restaurant that was hard to get into. At new years the resort closed at 7pm, so higher level cafes were not available. So be aware of food choices.

Comfortable hotel & excellent friendly staff. Good WiFi connection, delicious breakfast buffet. Easily accessible by car and car park available in front of hotel. Hotel is equipped with ski equipment rentals, spa and indoor swimming pool.

Room interior might be due for an upgrade. Apartment room available was 2 single beds. We had the impression from the photos assigned with the room selection that they will be closed together but unfortunately the beds could not be joined together due to the limitation of the room size.
