Stora, ljusa o fräscha rum. Bra o breda sängar, fint badrum. Centralt läge men ändå lugnt, bara 5-6 min att gå till Fridhemsplan.

Room is big enough with a 6months old. Breakfast was amazing. Location is not walking distance for city center but it is close to public transports.

Frukosten var i toppklass ,bättre kan inget bli. Rummet var stort o lyxigt. Hade önskat ett mindre rum som är mera prisvärd. Personalen i superklass , trevliga o tillmötesgående..

La colazione è molto varia e molto ricca. Il personale in sala è estremamente disponibile e sorridente. La posizione è molto buona: cinque minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, costeggiando un bel parco. In 20 minuti si arriva a Gamla Stan, il quariere più tipico di Stoccolma. La linea è la stessa che porta alla stazione, da cui partono i treni per l'aeroporto di Arlanda.

My room had hair from a stranger in the beds, toilet and bathtub The bathroom door was stained with finger marks The sheets had multiple stains on them Instead of a new room i was offered room cleaning (which didnt even come the same day, so i had to sleep in dirty sheets). After the cleaners were in, the bathroom door was still stained

Breakfast was very good, huge choice and was very popular with my family. Location is good with the train station only a few minutes walk from the hotel, we found this worked well for us. Rooms are very spacious, plenty of room for suitcases. Coat hooks are good, hairdryer is appreciated. Fridge in room is great. Most staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy at all times. Large windows so lots of natural light in rooms.

The beds were too hard for me so I had to request an aditional mattress topper (they kindly provided me with one). No milk in the room for tea in the morning (I had to buy my own and keep in fridge). House keeping not always consistant (some days bed was made, other days they were not but bins always emptied and towels replaced if required). Sanitary bags not replaced in my bathroom. Not much choice for people with severe allergies at breakfast - no ingredients or descriptions to view, but breakfast serving staff do their best to help. Jars of nuts everywhere!

Großes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Parkplatz. Ideal für Hunde, denn gegenüber gibt es einen großen Park mit Hundewiese. U-Bahn fussläufig erreichbar. Restaurantpersonal sehr freundlich.

Der Service war alles andere als ok. Da wir mit Hund vor Ort waren, mussten wir eine zusätzliche Pauschale pro Tag für den erhöhten Reinigungsaufwand zahlen. Allerdings wurde an 2 Tagen hintereinander das Zimmer gar nicht sauber gemacht. Nach Reklamation passierte nichts, nach erneuter Reklamation hat man uns einen zusätzlichen Stapel Handtücher ins Bad gelegt, was eine Zimmerreinigung natürlich nicht ersetzt. Wir empfanden dies als sehr unverschämt. Bademäntel gehörten mit zur Buchung, diese mussten aber dennoch extra angefordert werden, wobei zunächst nichts passierte und erneut angefragt werden musste. Schlussendlich hat es fast zwei Stunden gedauert und bekommen haben wir 1 statt 2 Bademäntel.

De locatie was prima : aan de overkant van de weg een park met de aanbevolen Strandpromenade naar het Stadhuis. Fijne wandeling door park langs het water met zwemplekken en horeca..Heel relaxed. Ook op plm 8 min lopen van de metro en de bushalte naar het vliegveld. Met de metro 2 haltes naar het centrum. We hadden een upgrade met het hotel afgesproken tot een superior room met een Dolce Gusto koffie machine en uitzicht op het park. Inloop douche en een bad. Die kamers liggen op de 11e verdieping met mooi uitzicht. Prima restaurant en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt

Kleinigheidje: een belachelijk klein plankje als nachtkastje. Ook ontbrak een vergrotende spiegel in de badkamer.

The hotel was excellent overall. I really liked the staff, the service, the cleanliness, and the location. Everything about my stay was great.

The stay was great overall, but I was disappointed that there was no telephone in the room to contact reception. This can be quite inconvenient, especially in case of an emergency when you may need to reach the reception quickly.

Bra frukost och trevligt personal!

AC:n på rummet fungerade ej under hela vår vistelse så det var väldigt kvavt och instängt på rummet trots att det inte var speciellt varmt ute.. Vi fick en fläkt av personalen men tycker ändå när man betalar såpass mycket för ett rum ska det åtminstone kunna vänta sig att det ska vara ok luft därinne..

Gute Zimmergröße, bequeme Betten, gute Entfernung zur Ubahn (350m) ... einfach sehr praktisch für einen Stadtbesuch. Prima Bad, guter Zimmerservice, Frühstück war okay, nichts Besonderes.

Die Frühstückszeiten in der Woche gehen nur bis 10 Uhr. Für uns als Langschläfer nicht so praktisch, zumal dann wirklich um Punkt 10 Uhr ohne nochmalige Vorankündigung ein Vorhang vorgezogen wird. Außerdem räumt der Frühstücksservice ständig Geschirr von den Tischen weg, ist vielleicht gut gemeint, stört aber, wenn einem ständig der Teller oder die Tasse weggezogen wird, die man gerne noch benutzen möchte. Aber das sind alles Luxusprobleme, sonst gab es nichts zu beanstanden!

Vriendelijk personeel. Comfortabele kamer. Ontbijtbuffet was goed. Gezellige lounch en terras. Op loopafstand van de metro en gelegen tegenover een mooi park.

Lage etwas ab vom Schuss

5 nights with breakfast in a twin Queen room for ~£485pp so definitely not as expensive as similar hotels in Stockholm. Beds are ideal if you don't like the thinner Swedish/Scandinavian mattresses and the room itself had plenty of room for two large suitcases. Location was very good with two Tunnelbana stations (Fridhelmsplan and Thorildsplan) just a short walk from the hotel allowing for easy travel across Stockholm. Breakfast was plentiful with cooked, continental and sweet options, although the bacon was maybe a tad overcooked a few times. Bathrooms were spacious and showers were easy to control. The rooms also have secondary key cards that keep the air conditioning running even when the room is vacant, very handy for the summer. Room has an empty mini fridge that can be used for storing cold drinks and food free of charge.

Breakfast on weekdays ends at 10am which may be an issue if you like to sleep in. The shower's water pressure wasn't as high as I thought it would be but it's by no means unusable. Location isn't necessarily the most scenic but easy access to Tunnelbana means the scenic areas aren't too far away.

De kamer was ruim, de badkamer fijn. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en luxueus met o.a. gerookte zalm en Amerikanen pancakes.

Das Hotel ist im Bereich der Zimmer und Flure renovierungsbedürftig. Wir wurden in einem behindertengerechten Zimmer untergebracht, obwohl dafür kein Bedarf bestand. Dadurch war das Waschbecken und die Kloschüssel eher niedrig. Die Dusche hatte in diesem Fall einen Vorhang. Dieser war im unteren Teil erheblich vergilbt. Das Zimmer war wohl auch kleiner als die angegebene Große

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage zur Erkundung der Stockholmer Altstadt mit Fahrrädern (wir hatten unsere mit dabei). Tolles Frühstück (zu Stosszeiten etwas voll) und sehr saubere Zimmer. Super nettes Personal.
