Loved it. Nice. Easy to get too and great location!

The location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is undergoing a total renovation. The room we were assigned was a newly renovated room, which sounds nice, except that the chemical smell of off-gassing or glue was overpowering and there was no opening window. We requested a room change and had to be downgraded to a smaller older room, but it was okay for our needs. The employees were very quick to accommodate the change and credited the room cost difference back to us. I'm sure once renos are complete it will be quite nice! As with all hotels downtown we were lucky to get our car underground into a very very tight space.

CONVENIENT FOR THE CENTRE. TRAIN STATION CLOSE BY. THE ROOM HAD BEEN RECENTLY REFURBISHED TO A HIGH STANDARD. THE UNDERGROUND CAR PARK CAN BE A 'TIGHT FIT' FOR LARGE CARS. BNREAKFAST WAAS VERYN GOOD

SOME NOISE FROM THE ONGOING BUILDING WORKS

Habitación amplia y bien distribuida

It is very good hotel, clean, very well designed, breakfest tasty, very good point about free tea and coffee. Highly recommended

All good!

Great location

The balcony could have been cleaner; there were some spider webs in the balcony

Lokalizacja

Si volviera a Groningen, volvería a alojarme aquí seguro!

Het personeel. Zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend. Uitzicht vanaf 5de verdieping geweldig

It is on a good location and convenient for getting around town

Small parking garage, so the staff parked our car.

Hotel dysponuje parkingiem dla samochodu i bezpiecznym miejscem dla garażowania rowerów.

The room was perfect and the view great!

Renovations are being carried out and even though I heard no noice I assume that at other times you may.

Nice hotel in the center of Groningen. Good breakfast, efficient staff

renovation is under way, including underground garage, which made parking rather difficult

The rooms were modern and equipped with good amnesties. The mattress is soft and good location

Currently with construction for modernizing it. They were bit loud too early in the morning

Rustig en snelle incheck

Your team is very very very friendly! It was nice to be able to leave the room early for visiting the city and to let the car in the garage until 15h. The location is so easy to visit the center of Groningen. The location usine also quiet for a Walkman in the evening on the pier. Thank you very much again

Alles was prima

Ligging

Lovely location by the marina, and close to all the attractions of the city centre. Clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff

Nothing

Great location, modern facilities inside despite the ongoing renovations

Massive lovely room, with stunning floor to ceiling window view over the river and into the town. Wonderful reception area with free guest coffee 24 hours, small bar and nice areas to sit and hang out. The room was very well appointed with a huge bathroom too and hot showers, good linens and comfy beds. The location was superb, very close to the main town centre only a 5 min walk, with cafes all around us. Very quiet location too and the standard of the hotel exceeded my expections, as did the service and staff. Highly reccommend

Nothing. It was great

Locatie midden in centrum

Betere parkeergarage, koelkast op kamer.

Ontbijt en personeel was goed

De kamers, hotel,in volledige verbouwing. Wel volle bedrag betalen. Lakens zaten vlekken in.

Zimmer in obere Etage mit schönem Blick. Gute Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.9

Baustelle im Hotel, aber mit geringer Beeinträchtigung. Lüftung im Bad nicht abschaltbar.

We stayed in the apartment. It was large and comfortable with two separate bedrooms. I loved the location and enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The kitchen was very well equipped and staff were the best!

The parking situation wasn't great, but no one needs a car in this location anyway so we returned our rental and that was much better.

Zeer vriendelijk en betrokken personeel.

Betalen voor het parkeren van je auto.

Nieuwe ruime familiekamer.

Weinig ramen in de slaapkamer

Mooie ruime kamer. Netjes. Vriendelijk personeel.

Location

The hotel had exterior construction going on which was not mentioned on Booking.com at the time of booking. We were woken up at 7.00am by workmen who were on the scaffolding just outside hotel room window. Not very nice on a Saturday morning and a huge intrusion on our privacy. The room-rate is totally out of whack given the construction going on.

Super Lage

Teilweise alte Möbel, Reinigung könnte besser sein

aardig personeel, goeie locatie.

Locatie

Friendliness of crew, was again more than perfect

Our refurbished room on the ground floor was spacious, comfortable and surprisingly quiet given its location between the lobby bar and the street. Staff members were friendly and helpful but unobtrusive.

The hotel is in the throes of renovation, and scaffolding surrounds the outside of the building. But all is calm and clean inside.

Frühstück in Ordnung.

Ontbijt was erg goed.

Great value for money. Very nice and helpful staff with re-bookings and printing all kinds of stuff. Clean (luxury) room with superb view, good bed and bathroom with strong (hot)water flows. Nice breakfast. Good walking distance from the center.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the valet parking service was very good. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel was reasonably priced. The room (booked one of the new renovated ones) was super nice, spacious, and comfortable. Same with the bathroom. The location was also perfect — just a short walk to the city center and shops.

Spacious room with big windows allowing great view in convenient location

No traditional bar

Dicht bij de Oostpoort en het centrum

De verbouwing

A localização é bem central.

Lokatie

Niet veel

Great Breakfast! Highly reccomended!

Super vriendelijk personeel.

Fijne locatie in het centrum. Ontbijt was prima.
