Café poderia ser pouco melhor, exemplo capuccino parece ser feito com água (muito ralo sem sabor), o mesmo pro café (parece um chá de tão fraco).

Trata-se mais de uma pousada do que de um pequeno hotel. Nesta perpetiva é confortável e o ambiente bastante tranquilo, estando bem localizada no centro de Chacras. Funcionários muito educados, simpáticos e prestativos.

Nada em particular. A sala de jantar onde servem as refeições é pequena e à hora do café da manhã, por vezes, fica congestionada.

Comfortable modern rooms, cosy reception lounge areas, great location near wineries and restaurants, peaceful gardens and views. Breakfast buffet was good with optional eggs and coffees made to order. Super helpful staff booking tours and transfers and wine tastings for you each day!

I would strongly recommend Lares de Chacras. The property is comfortable and calm, with excellent amenities. The location is perfect, near lots of great restaurants and bars, but away from the busy of the city and in a very safe neighbourhood. The area is a short walk/cycle to lots of bodegas and wineries in Luján de Cuyo, but also well located to drive out to the Uco Valley and other wine areas. The staff are the real highlight of the hotel, with everyone eager and ready to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Gabriel in particular is brilliant, and helped us organise a great day cycling between vineyards. Thank you so much to all the staff!

We loved everything about Lares de Chacras — the beautiful stone property, the wine cellar, the pool, and the nightly tastings. The staff were incredibly attentive, arranging tours, drivers, and restaurant bookings without us ever having to ask twice. A wonderful base for exploring Mendoza’s wine region. Highly recommend.

An absolute delight from the glass of wine at arrival through to the return transfer to the airport. The property is a lovely oasis but it was the staff that made it so memorable. They were so helpful with any questions we had, and their suggestions on wineries to visit and activities to complete was perfect. I would highly recommend this property as a place to stay in Mendoza.

Amazing property - the staff was incredible. They took great care of us - they checked in to see if we were ok when our flight was late and asked if we needed an express breakfast in case we were leaving early (we weren’t). The breakfast was great and great quality. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. The location is a nice easy get away from the city center and has a few cute restaurants with in walking distance. Can’t recommend them enough!

O hotel é um charme! Lindo e aconchegante! Todos os funcionários e o dono são muito simpáticos e extremamente solícitos. Fizeram de tudo para que nossa experiência fosse a melhor possível. Na nossa última noite, chegamos tarde da rua e perguntamos se daria para conhecer a bodega deles que fica no subsolo, que não tínhamos ido ainda e já íamos embora. Nos levaram no maior bom grado, aquele horário.. e quando percebemos, ainda tinham colocado uma playlist brasileira tocando bem baixinho ao fundo. Resultado, passamos a madrugada lá embaixo com outro casal de amigos, tomando vinho, petiscando, dando boas risadas… e essa se tornou uma das melhores experiencias da nossa viagem, para fechar com chave de ouro!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lares de Chacras. Thr hotel and grounds are beautiful, and the staff is very caring and attentive. Hot tub and cold plunge in the pool was the best. Beds and bedding super comfortable.

This was a truly delightful experience in Mendoza, exactly what we’d hoped to find. The hotel is beautifully built and boutique in nature, with great amenities. The best part is the hospitable staff, from Juan to Gabrielle and all the other staff, they just get hospitality here. The dinner meals are absolutely delicious, and the staff cannot do enough to help with whatever request you may have. The hotel is situated outside of the city centre which is perfect, there are multiple exquisite eating options within walking distance, not to mention the hotel itself. It was the perfect place to base ourselves for winery tours and a local experience with truly fantastic hospitality which is getting a lot harder to find. Well done to all of the staff and management at Lares de Chacras, and thank you for making our stay so memorable. Anthony Charles.

We had a phenomenal stay at Lares de Chacras. They made us feel special the moment we walked in the door, and the staff was so helpful with any questions we had and making sure our needs were met. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with great views of the mountains and gardens. There are cozy fireplaces to lounge by and lots of nice outdoor seating options. The location is also great for touring wine yards in the neighborhood! Loved it!

Absolutamente TUDO! Desde a reserva fomos tratados com muita atenção. Comuniquei que seria aniversário do meu esposo e fizeram uma surpresinha fofa. Ao chegarmos fomos super bem recebidos… a equipe é EXTRAORDINÁRIA!!! Sério, estamos muito encantados… a beleza do hotel tb, a limpeza, a localização… o quarto tb é muito aconchegante. O CAFÉ é saudável e delicioso. NOSSA HOSPEDAGEM FOI INCRÍVEL, agradecemos a todos do lares de chacras.

Nothing to dislike

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile and welcome to the hotel. Things just kept on getting better. The staff are exceptional, the breakfasts were great and the location ideal for the town. The room was well laid out, bed was really comfortable and the double shower was brilliant. Everything from the pods in the coffee machine were great. The range of wines is very good and they invite guests to join them at 6:30 for a glass each evening. In May it was too cold to use the pool and jacuzzi, but they we were well kept and presented. The steam from the jacuzzi almost tempted me. As boutique hotels go this has it all. The building has a lodge feel, with an awesome door and constant log fire. Staff that are helpful, efficient and friendly. Wines that are exceptional and a room with a bed that just makes you happy to chill in your room

We had an amazing stay at Lares de Chacras and would absolutely stay again. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was especially nice after a day exploring the wineries, and the whole property felt peaceful and well maintained. The staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One of the best parts was being able to rent bikes directly from the hotel to visit nearby wineries, and the hotel also helped arrange everything which made it really easy. The local area was quiet and charming, but still only a short trip into Mendoza city if you want restaurants or nightlife. Perfect place to stay for a relaxing wine trip in Mendoza.

Such a beautiful 'lodge' in Mendoza with a very warm welcome from the staff. We loved our large comfortable room and the outdoor area. The 6:30pm wine tasting was most welcome and the staff were very knowledgeable about the wines.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary 6pm wine from their own vineyard was a real hit! Loved the outdoor jacuzzi and open fire. Dinner also good.

My only criticism was the neighbours dog that barked all night and interrupted my sleep. But I doubt you would have heard it from the main building.

Estancia excepcional que tuvimos en su hotel. Desde el primer momento, la atención fue impecable y cada detalle reflejó un verdadero compromiso con el huesped. La calidad del servicio, la calidez del equipo y el cuidado en cada aspecto hicieron de esta experiencia algo realmente memorable. Se percibe claramente una gestión orientada al huésped, donde nada queda al azar.

Lares de Chacras is a truly charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Chacras. The room was excellent—comfortable, well-appointed, and complemented by a spacious balcony that made it easy to unwind. One of the highlights was the hot tub under the stars, which added a special, memorable touch to the stay. The location is also a major plus, within walking distance to several wineries, making it ideal for a relaxed wine-country experience. The staff was consistently warm and attentive, contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere. The only downside was the breakfast, which could use some improvement to match the quality of the rest of the experience.

Fantastic service, staff - everyone was great but especially Ximena & Gabriel. Loved the innovative touches like the 6.30pm drinks as a way to meet other guests. The hotel seems to attract like-minded people, so it's a natural hub for connections!

A lovely small hotel on the edge of Chacras de Coria near Mendoza. We dined in the restaurant every night as the food was very good quality - steak and pasta being particularly good choices. Rooms are a decent size, well furnished with comfortable beds. The hotel has its own vineyard and every evening they do wine tasting with little nibbles. Very enjoyable and allows you to try some different wines. They are also near numerous other wineries; we took an Uber to the Alta Vista winery which was a great way to spend an afternoon. We had an early morning flight leaving the hotel at 5.40 am. The reception staff were there to say goodbye and give us a take away breakfast to keep us going. Again, very good quality. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool is small but fine for keeping cool if you are sun bathing.

The room size was incredible, the wood gave it a very cabin vibe, I arrived with cold weather and it felt very much like I was back in the Rocky Mountains, a beautiful patio to my room, a good gym, hot tub and warm pool, autumn leaves, the staff where all incredible, I experience my Own private dining due to them being busy in the restaurant they set me up in the cellar, which was a moment to remember, all very helpful with ideas, places to eat, wineries to visit, the breakfast selection was amazing, I stumbled across it and wish that I had of not booked the rest of my stay already, or I’d of been staying every single night, the cozy fire place, wine on arrival, I absolutely adore this little slice of paradise and cannot wait to share it with my friends and family, and come back again soon! Maybe I’ll even cancel my last night and move back in for one more visit, thank you so much, the meal was amazing, the atmosphere, staff, surrounds xxx

Beautiful Hotel set in a quiet town just outside Mendoza, very comfortable rooms with lovely linen and a well appointed bathroom. The atmosphere was quite friendly with the most delightful staff who are there for your every need, really lovely people. The restaurant was comfortable with a view over the gardens. The food was fantastic, a very good chef delivering excellent well prepared food. Before dinner all the guests are invited to have a glass of the hotel's own wine before dinner which was a very nice touch indeed. We had a heated swimming pool that was well tended and very clean set in the gardens. We highly recommend this hotel and would certainly visit again.

Highly recommend in every regard previously mentioned by others- convenient location, quality and cleanliness of accommodations , excellent dining, warm and serene I ambiance/vibe, and attentiveness to every guest. We were a family of 11 and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive to every single one of us. They even gave us the social room near the lobby to watch football and have a private dinner. Special thanks to everyone who works there including Gabriel, Gabriel, Camila, Ximena, Agustina, Juan and Jose.

I love a hotel that offers happy hour — not because I'm looking for a drink, but because it sets the stage for something rarer: calmness, reflection, and genuine connection. That spirit runs through everything here. The rooms are well-appointed, the on-site restaurant is a pleasure, and a handful of excellent dining options are just a five-to-ten minute walk away. What really makes this place special, though, is its location — it's an ideal base for exploring nearby wineries or hiking in the mountains. If you're looking for somewhere to unwind and explore, I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Unglaublich schönes und angenehmes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus was sehr gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Sehr gutes Bett. Besonders bemerkenswert ist die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals. Hier ist man als Gast willkommen und das spürt man. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet!!

Die Einfahrt zum Hotel könnte besser beschildert sein, der Google Pin ist zwar präzise aber wir sind trotzdem das erste Mal vorbeigefahren. Wir haben erfahren, dass das gewollt ist, man möchte unauffällig bleiben.

Such a special place. Beautiful setting, wonderful smiling staff who made us so welcome. Room so comfortable with lovely view of the garden and pool. Super hot tub. Loved the pink flower and card left in our room for International Women’s Day. Great location for wine tasting. Short walk to Main Street and shops. 20 min Uber to centre of Mendoza. Easy to walk around the city. Lovely park. Food at the hotel was delicious. A wonderful stay, highly recommended. Our best hotel on Argentina trip so far. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff was superb, courteous and made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast and quaint location was convenient to explore the area. Room size was spacious and very clean. We felt we had first class treatment.

The stay my fiance and I had at Lares De Chacras this past week (early March) was absolutely fabulous. The staff are professional, accommodating, and communicative. For example, they were able to arrange for a private driver for a olive oil tasting, and vineyard tours one day. The lodging grounds and rooms are secure, quiet, and private, supporting two separate swimming pools. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is tasty and a great way to start any activity/day in Mendoza. Finally, the evening wine tasting are a great way to meet fellow travelers, facilitating a small community. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a stress-free stay within the city of Mendoza with family and friends.

Great location, staff friendly and efficient a very relaxing place.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while we explored Mendoza. It’s located in a small town with a selection of very good restaurants and interesting sights to see all very walkable. Visits to vineyards, Mendoza town and the Andes are all easily arranged and the area is well served by Ubers. The hotel is excellent, a real oasis, peaceful, the staff could not be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The gardens and pool area are well maintained and relaxing to sit in. The rooms are beautifully clean and well laid out and the restaurant good.

This was such a great hotel for the Mendoza part of our trip. Daily happy hour set the tone — and, obviously not on the hotel but always something you hope for, the other guests were all weirdly friendly and pleasant, which just added to the laid-back, calm vibe. Rooms were spacious and super clean, and the staff were legitimately exceptional — welcoming, helpful, and always ready with a smile or recommendation. It’s the kind of place you remember not just for the comfort, but for the overall feel of it. Really solid stay that gave us a relaxed home base in Lujan de Cuyo.

Lares De Chacras is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. The property is beautiful and clean with a variety of amenities such as two pools, gym, complimentary breakfast, wine cellar, tastings etc. The staff single handedly makes the experience incredible (thank you so much Jose, Gabriel, Camila, Juan, Agustina, and everyone else!) and the location is close to a bunch of restaurants, vineyards and stores. I can’t recommend this hotel enough - do yourself a favor and stay here if you are in Mendoza!

Rooms are very well appointed & larger than most hotels. Charming environment with lots of greenery, and friendly, helpful staff. Pool was a nice bonus and on-site restaurant better than many larger places in town. Complimentary breakfast with eggs to order was a very nice touch.
