The staff attention and service

The hotel itself is dated.Lack of maintenance 100% hardly no light around the hotel, the air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms was broken along with the bathrooms being with leaks and mould....we found cockroaches. The staff were amazing and friendly.

Nothing at all instead I was disappointed according to the photos and standard they advertise

From parking to the rooms, broken and rotten showers, 💔 rusted bins in bathroom, very old and teared towel, dusty rooms, dusty equipments, poor hygiene of the room (weired smell of sweats)

Everything was so bad experience i didn't stay actually I asked for booking cancellation because there was a big different between photos and reality so big different. Rooms was dirty no hot water no Ac in several rooms and so.

ان صوت ديسكو والمراقص الي في اسفل الفندق صوتها يصل الطابق الخامس لابد من تركيب عازل صوت المرقص حتى لا يوصل الصوت الطوابق العليا من الفندق

pool closed - gym closed - hotel on general not clean -no facilities

It was the worst stay in this hotel , the facility was so dirty and smelly, beddings set up is very poor , no towels and the telephone to contact the reception is not working

Nothing was ok ,very loud music not clean room, late check in and I waiting more than 45 minutes, room key wasn’t working and i went to the reception 2 times to fix it, very old towel and only one in the toilet,

Hotel room dirty, not maintained and obvious floor not cleaned in days, has feet stuck to the floor. Worst of all hotel frequented by men, partiying till all hours, then the lobby littered with male prostitutes. Do not stay here!

A/c not working very well I changed more 3 rooms and the stuff so bad they not answered for calling and the closing the line with out hearing ur full confursion and some times give u busy?? Omg never seen like this in my life. So bad hotel.

- Not clean enough - Not family friendly at all - No lighting enough in the rooms - very very expensive compared to what you get back in return (1 night 350 euros just because it is a season) - Noise and sounds from the night clubs around are there all night - People were fighting and shouting around 2am in the corridor for more than 1 hour - Bathroom is not the best -

Hi we stayed at the baisan in bahrain. The hotel is really not up to scratch. The first room we were shown had a leak in the bathroom. We then were taken to another room which looked slightly better. Only to discover that there is no toilet seat in the night when we went to bed. Not enough towels were provided.. The pictures do not look like what we have experienced. The bathroom tiles and shower looked old and scummy. the hotel is classified as a four star. I would rate it a one star. We cannot cancel because if the policy on the booking but I am very disappointed.

Someone from the maintenance department He opened the door directly and did not knock Unfortunately its was very bad for me and i checked out after 3 hours of my check in because of that I didnt feel safe.
