franchement une honte payer un tel pris pour ça une honte une salle de bain vieille des prises à ce prendre des coups d’électricité une piscine avec de la moisissure même pas le droit à des bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres non faut les payer de l’eau du robinet même potable vraiment honteux

Premessa : solitamente viaggiando scegliamo strutture varie per alloggiare. Beb, hotel, Airbnb per variare l'esperienza. È la prima volta in un hotel a 5 stelle. Seconda premessa : le nostre non vogliono essere critiche ma solo segnalazioni. In camera abbiamo trovato appoggiati al letto due accappatoi ma un solo paio di ciabatte per la Spa. In bagno il tasto per lo scarico del wc perdeva acqua. Due cose segnalate alla reception quando abbiamo terminato il nostro soggiorno. In bagno due scomodità : il rubinetto del lavandino è troppo corto e oltre a essere scomodo quando lo si utilizza, l'acqua bagna il marmo che lo circonda uscendo dal lavandino. La doccia ha una protezione di vetro/plastica per non bagnare a terra ma mentre ci si lava, essendo troppo corta o si utilizza il doccino manualmente o se si lascia attaccato al muro con l'acqua che scorre da sopra la testa, l'acqua fuoriesce dalla vasca bagnando molto il pavimento. Alla reception al momento del pagamento c'è stato un errore per il pagamento. Ci è stato addebitato un aperitivo in piscina che noi non avevamo ordinato. Prontamente tolto dal conto prima del pagamento. I cuscini erano scomodi. Consigliamo di inserire nelle camere (anche se considerate standard) i cuscini Memory per aumentare il confort. Crediamo che queste segnalazioni servano a migliorare il vostro servizio. Essendo il vostro hotel un 5 stelle il cliente si aspetta sempre il meglio.

We have been staying at hotel president for 31 years , the staff are professional ,kind & caring our room is lovely and kept immaculate by the staff the treatments are first class The one thing that lets you down is the food, the breakfast is good but the lunch and dinner are not The chef over describes the the items on the menu this year was the worst its been it has slowly deteriorated over the last few years we would rather pay more and have better quality food The buffet at lunchtime is poor compared to how it used to be there is nothing to put with a salad if you do not want what is on the menu There are never any vegetables with the main course just a lot of dried up cold vegetables on the buffet table which are inedible The chef should maybe put on less choice but good quality meat and fish with vegetables served at the same time and a vegetarian option and not make it all sound like Michelin star food quality which it certainly isn’t our rating would be 2 star Also when the hotel is busy the waiters cannot cope as there are not enough of them Your saving grace is your pastry chef as her desserts are 5 star That is why we have rated 4 stars overall

I was very happy to return to the wonderful President Hotel in Abano after 11 years having gone there for seven consecutive years with my late husband. I was happy to find several of the same employees and very relieved to find that in spite of being under new management and now part of a group, instead of the Sabbion family, it had lost none of its charm and excellent warm service. The hotel is very comfortable with excellent food. The Spa is fantastic and I benefit enormously from the Fango, thermal bath and massage as well as a wonderful facial and an excellent hairdresser. The fango, bath snd massage relieve aches and pains. I cannot wait to go back there for longer!

I had a lovely relaxing time on this my second visit. Elegant room, easy access to spa pool and restaurant. Staff helpful and friendly. Would like more alternatives for dinner such as bar snacks or other light meal.

Very friendly happy hotel with lovely staff throughout.Easily located near shops and a few restaurants.There is a varied selection of rooms which are beautifully cleaned and reasonably quiet as away from the noisy centre.There is a relaxed atmosphere and the breakfast is well managed and easy.The treatments are of a high standard with an excellent variety of therapists.Delicious buffet served each evening.

Hotel Lobby - Möblierung ist in die Jahre gekommen - könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen

Struttura di classe, arredamento vintage, spa grande e dotata, ottima qualità degli alimenti, servizi hotellerie per terme e spa completi, camere silenziose e confortevoli. Personale multilingue cortese e disponibile. Parcheggio interno, posizione centrale.

Piccole cose che possono essere migliorate: più acqua e frutta nella zona silenzio, dotazione di ciabatte in lattice per spa anziché solo in spugna, estendere anche di soli 30’ l’apertura della cucina nel ristorante.

We liked the hotel. Highlights: the pool outside, the courtesy of the staff during breakfast, the location. And most of all, the sculpting face lift with Mrs. Svetlana. She is fabulous, an exquisite person.

La suite era meravigliosa: spaziosa, curata in ogni dettaglio e con un’atmosfera raffinata che ti fa sentire coccolato dal primo momento. Le terme e la spa sono un vero angolo di paradiso: ambienti impeccabili, silenziosi e rilassanti, ideali per staccare completamente dalla routine. Il personale è stato estremamente professionale, cortese e sempre attento a ogni esigenza.

We returned to this hotel for the second time, and once again it reminded us why true Italian hospitality is so special. There is a distinct sense of tradition here — an atmosphere of warmth and genuine care. The breakfast deserves particular mention: a wide selection for every taste, beautifully presented, and even a light glass of prosecco to start the day if you wish. The pool and spa areas are clean, well-maintained, and offer a calm environment where it is easy to relax. The professionalism of the administration truly stands out — every question is handled quickly, attentively, and with a sense of personal care. The housekeeping team also deserves real appreciation: their attention to detail and the comfort they create in the rooms make the stay even more pleasant. And a special thank-you to the mud-therapy specialists and to the doctor with the wonderfully fitting name Buonocore — “good heart.” Their kindness, professionalism, and care added so much to our experience. A wonderful place to relax, recharge, and feel genuinely welcomed. Grazie di cuore!

I cani non sono ammessi al locale ristorante dove si consuma anche la colazione.

Junior suite ampia

Non è possibile che a nessun orario in hotel a 5 stelle si trovi uno sdraio disponibile e non vi sia la minima collaborazione dello staff anzi… completa noncuranza. Sono presenti pochissime postazioni idro. Inoltre, la colazione che termina alle 10:30, a partire dalle 10:20 lo staff chiudere il buffet nonostante si stia consumando la colazione…

Personale di ottima preparazione professionale e disponibilità ed attenzione al cliente. Colazione ottima.

Costo eccessivo rispetto alle consumazioni interne alla struttura e frigobar in camera. Intrattenimento serale di qualità non eccellente e di durata troppo breve (2 ore), orientato ad un target di età senile.

Posizione comodissima al centro. Pulizia impeccabile e cortesia del personale sopra le aspettative. Area piscine e spa buona, anche se alcuni servizi non sono all'altezza della classe dell'Hotel.

Il bagno turco e' in realta' un tepidarium, ampio ma senza vapore. le saune (due) sono piuttosto piccole, sebbene funzionali. La nota peggiore riguarda l'affollamento dei lettini in area piscine: erano tutti occupati con asciugamani e libri di persone ... assenti. Probabilmente questo e' dovuto al periodo di elevata presenza in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Tuttavia una politica della direzione meno tollerante verso questi evidenti utilizzi impropri dell'area puo' rendere piu' gradevole la visita per gli ospiti che sono realmente presenti nell'area.

We found the President Hotel for our family a long time ago. Later, friends join us. Celebrating Christmas here has become a wonderful tradition for us. The hotel is very conveniently located in the center, just a few steps from a beautiful street with shops, boutiques and cafes. The atmosphere feels like home. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are cozy and clean. Wonderful SPA area. Excellent cuisine.

Manutenzione non perfetta della stanza. Stanza troppo calda anche con riscaldamento spento. Si è dormito con finestra aperta nonostante il soggiorno fosse durante il ponte dell'Immacolata.

Accoglienza, pulizia, camera, arredamento elegante

Piscine, quella interna non abbastanza calda, poche aree con giochi acqua ma soprattutto l'aria fredda che usciva vicino ai lettini sulle vetrate dopo il bagno.

Purtroppo ho avuto a che fare con la mela marcia dello staff (Christian) che mi ha rovinato il soggiorno, mettendomi in bocca cose mai dette, mettendo in dubbio che in stanza ci fosse scritto un orario di check out (poi dimostratosi tale) e anziché scusarsi dell'antipatia e maleducazione dimostrata, ha avuto l'ardire di chiamare il direttore, pensando di tutelarsi la reputazione dalla mail che avevo inviato all'hotel, con la foto sul comodino dell'orario di check out. Dopo ciò ha avuto l'ardire di dichiarare altre falsità ancora,davanti a colleghi e direttore, facendomi perdere tempo inutilmente. Il direttore per quanto estremamente gentile, non ha preso alcun provvedimento nei suoi confronti ed ha permesso che il suo dipendente continuasse imperterrito a blaterare sul più totale nulla. Spero che al mio ritorno non debba mai più assistere o avere a che fare con persone lontanamente simili a costui. Non è possibile in un hotel a 5 stelle, formato da personale di altissimo calibro, ritrovarsi in una situazione simile. Avrò cura di accertarmi dei provvedimenti intrapresi per questo triste episodio

This is a very friendly and welcoming hotel.I stayed alone for a few days before my friends arrived and was perfectly happy.The rooms are comfortable and are always cleaned well by the excellent chambermaids.They offer a variety of rooms,some modern and the more classic ones with carpet.I had a lovely marble bathroom and my only wish would be for more luxurious bath products and better quality tea and coffee.Perhaps also complimentary water in the room daily ,which is standard in many other hotels.The free sweet at night is not really a treat… The breakfast is lovely and served in a comfortable dining room with wonderful staff. The highlight of this hotel is the spa, which is maybe less glamorous than many other hotels ,but the standard of therapists and treatments are excellent. Both of the indoor and outdoor pools are very good with ample sunbeds and towels.

Die Suite war überaus spärlich. Ein Bild an der wand sonst nur nackte Wände. Im kleinen Wohnzimmer noch nicht mal ein Tisch. Schmutzränder unter der Kante des Waschbeckens im Bad und im Schlafzimmer hing der Vorhang einseitig herunter.
