I love how close it is to lots of dinner options. The shower was great. Really quiet considering how close it is to a main road. The staff were super helpful.

The bed was about a 5/10. Only complaint.

It was very spacious, and a beautiful big building

It was cold in apartments on arrival, had to turn all heater on. It was noisy. The cleanliness could have been improved, chips under the couch cushions. And the shower leaked through the glass wall onto the floor.

Being on the ground floor. There was alot of noise from people going up and down the stairs. And loud footsteps from upstairs room

We were upgraded to a premium apartment, it was tidy, comfortable and warm and absolutely suitable for our little holiday.

That our apartment was up stairs, but I did not specify a ground level booking was preferred. I'm sure if I had the request would have been addressed.

I liked the location and the price.

The room had a bit of mould in the shower and it was very cold and then too hot with the heating they had.

Location, quiet. Renovated suite was lovely and spacious.

The laundry had no working dryers. Fortunately there was a laundry mat on next corner.

Wifi was terrible. Shower was blocked and there was no working clothes dryer. Rooms were freezing as was the bathroom. Air con needs to be installed! The idea of curtains hovering over the bed, sheets and pillows was unhygenic and

Arrived about 5pm to a very cold unit. Every window in the unit was open. Took some time to warm the room up as only 2 heaters for the 3 rooms. Whilst unit was clean and comfortable there does need to be some some handyman work done to improve it.

It was very noisy surrounding and could not sleep well, sounds from outside continued even after midnight.

Great size rooms and sufficient to cater for a netball team across three rooms.

It was a little cold and took a while to warm up the room but this is nothing compared to the convienence of the location and the facilities.

Loud truck traffic at night would prevent us staying again unless we had a quieter back unit..This is a major problem for owners.

We liked the layout of the 2 bedroom apartment with the master bedroom on the top floor. Close walking distance to university and Tūhara museum as well as fast food options. Whole kitchen in apartment which allows easy food prep

Location was good. Traffic was horrendous as we’re in the front. Whole unit vibrated when trucks went past

One door had a hole in it. Floors creaked! Bathroom although great the wall around outside of shower was damaged. Windows were needing a lot of tlc. Actually whole unit needed redo. One of the switches in bathroom was damaged health and safety would be an issue. Kids being kids could poke something into it.Laundry was pretty sad at least it had a washing machine.

Amount of rooms and beds and I like 80,s designed buildings being split level and with high pitched ceilings. Good amount of dinner set and cups etc. Shops near by and garden setting

Noise from parties in the neighboring student back yards Stairs inside are a bit narrow for big feet! Carpet, bathroom need a refresh. No fan in bathroom for external venting

It was just a little musty smelling at the start, soon aired out

Die Anlage liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, im Innenhof ist davon nichts zu hören. Die Appartements sind sauber und gut in der Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss, wo unser Zimmer lag, war es etwas dunkel. Die Anlage hatte Charme, ist aber langsam in die Jahre gekommen.

Comfortable and clean. This is a 3 star motel. Does need some upgrading but functional for an overnight stay. Full kitchen so can cook own meals which was great. Quiet in the rooms. Walking distance to eating options

Little bit noisy at the night. Trucks, police cars, teenagers.

Friendly staff. Great location. Very comfortable and suited our needs well. Will definitely stay here again as there was no traffic noise and our unit was very roomy.

The units need updating but the refurbished one we had was really nice.

The block of units we stayed in was in original condition, but apart from that the location was great and space available for 5 people perfect and with a really reasonable price.

For the price I can't fault the stay.

The beds were ok, the unit was very dated, there was a soft part in the floor just adjacent to the bathroom door, carpets worn and somewhat dirty, the sofa had collapsed springs in it.
