Check in was very quick meaning we weren't even told where the pool was. I actually forgot there was supposed to be a pool until I am writing this review. A shame, as we would have liked that. There was zero soundproofing between upstairs and downstairs and it sounded like upstairs were slamming things constantly. We also woke up with a dusty face when sleeping on the left side of the bed. Not sure if something is falling from the ceiling from the upstairs tap dancers, but that wasn't nice.

facility and fittings dated. beds nad blankets were old and potentially in need of replacement. shower facility dated... eg no internal door handle, no extractor fan; rooms v proximate to parking and major road yet windows only single glazed. grounds not well maintained. Overall an older property that has not be maintained or refurbished to modern standards.

Had issues with stove top as unable to see symbols so couldn't cook for the family on the first night.A frustration, didn't need to happen. Cars parked in parks not for their unit number , shouldn't have to tell others to move vehicles. Need rules surrounding that or will cause a problem. Could have been better.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026We didn't get much interaction with the staff but what little we did was friendly, each day the facilities were refreshed and cleaned which we appreciated. They were very accommodating towards our dog who was on her first road trip. We also loved the access to the pool on hot days! location was easy access to the supermarket, pub across the road, Pollard Park within walking distance.
Bit of road noise was distracting for sleeping but it's not the fault of the property. We did have the windows open due to the heat.

Was a bit dated like most motels. The renovations were appreciated but felt unfinished, like the lack of silicone around the vanity. Still, everything was comfortable and in good working condition.
