Apartament trochę przestarzały ale miał wszystko co potrzebne do krótkiego pobytu

Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 25 Gehminuten von der wunderschönen Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. Der Strand befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Anlage, und auch zahlreiche Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Preise in der Umgebung empfanden wir als angemessen. Bei der Ankunft gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten, in das Gebäude zu gelangen. Über die Vorderseite erreicht man die Rezeption sowie die Wohnungen im Hauptgebäude. Diese sind über einen Aufzug bzw. das Treppenhaus erreichbar. Alternativ gibt es auf der Rückseite einen barrierefreien Zugang, der insbesondere für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität sehr praktisch ist. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich die Rezeption und die Eingänge zu den verschiedenen Apartments. Außerdem gibt es dort einen Automaten mit Getränken und kleinen Snacks zu angemessenen Preisen sowie einen kleinen Spielraum für Kleinkinder. Ebenfalls vorhanden sind eine Toilette, der Zugang zur Tiefgarage, die Müllentsorgung und ein separater Duschraum mit drei Duschen. Letzteres ist besonders praktisch, wenn man am Abreisetag nach dem Check-out noch etwas Zeit bis zur Abreise hat und sich beispielsweise vor der Heimfahrt noch einmal frisch machen möchte. Das Hauptgebäude verfügt über mehrere separate Eingänge zu den Wohnungen. Je nach Eingang können die Apartments über das Treppenhaus oder einen Aufzug erreicht werden. Da meines Wissens nicht jeder Eingang über einen eigenen Aufzug verfügt, empfiehlt es sich, bei Bedarf vorab direkt bei der Unterkunft nachzufragen. Die Wohnungen bzw. Gebäude rund um den Pool sind über Treppen oder teilweise auch über einen ebenerdigen Zugang erreichbar. Die Reinigung des Apartments erfolgte regelmäßig und auch die Handtücher wurden zuverlässig gewechselt. Besonders angenehm fanden wir im Hauptgebäude die zwei Balkone: Einen zur Straßenseite und einen weiteren auf der ruhigeren Rückseite mit Blick in Richtung Pool. Gerade der hintere Balkon war sehr angenehm, da es dort deutlich ruhiger war.

Wie in fast jedem Urlaub, kommt das Gefühl zustande, dass die Nachbarn morgens oder bis in die Nacht irgendwelche Umbaumaßnahmen im Zimmer durchführen bzw. die Kinder nicht gebändigt werden. So leider teils auch hier aber da kann das Haus selber nichts dafür. Es war einfach hellhörig. Bitte wenn Sie dort Urlaub machen, dann einfach nicht das Gehirn zu Hause lassen und etwas mitdenken, damit die anderen auch einen schönen Urlaub ohne Baulärm :-) verbringen können.

Tetszett, hogy a szálláshely a vízparton helyezkedett el, a szobához nagyon jó, tágas erkély is tartozott.

Az olcsóbbik szobák közül foglaltunk. Az ágy régi, kényelmetlen volt, ha éjszaka egyet fordultunk már hangosan nyikorgott. A zuhanyzó feje nem volt mobilis, a falra volt felszerelve így normálisan nagyon nehéz volt letusolni. A zuhanykabin borzalmasan kicsi volt, alig lehetett becsukni, miközben zuhanyoztunk. Ha az olcsóbbik szobákban gondolkodik valaki, akkor ár-érték arányban nem ajánlom.

Velmi dobre umiestnenie, v podstate na plazi. Prijemny komplex, pekny a vyborne zariadeny apartman. Blizko restauracie, potraviny alebo kaviarne. Vyhodou je aj bazen s lehatkami a slnecnikmi.Ochotny personal. Urcite by sme sa vratili.

Geen koffiezetapparaat of waterkoker aanwezig. En de badkamer was krap voor 4 personen

Excelente ubicación, justo delante de la playa. Muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y zonas de ocio. También está delante de una de las mejores heladerías de Alghero y hay un buen supermercado muy cerca. La piscina, aunque pequeña, es tranquila y dispone de jacuzzi. Muy práctico que faciliten sombrillas y juguetes de playa. El personal es agradable y la residencia está además muy cerca del hospital y de urgencias.

El apartamento es demasiado pequeño y su equipamiento es bastante limitado. El sofá cama resulta muy incómodo, no hay microondas ni horno, la cubertería es escasa y la nevera es pequeña. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bastante mal. Por las noches puede haber algo de ruido y la piscina cierra a las 18:00, lo que resulta poco práctico si vuelves de la playa y quieres darte un baño o relajarte. Para una estancia en la que quieras cocinar o pasar tiempo en el apartamento, se queda corto.

Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji ,moderan , čist , udoban.Lepo nam je bilo , nemamo zamerki osim preporuku da češće daju peškire .Bilo nas je četvoro a peškire ( po 2 ) smo dobili prvog dana dolaska 28.08 pa tek 01.09. što je jako malo .

Struttura nuova, ben pensata e strutturata. A due passi (letteralmente) dalla spiaggia e lontana dalla bolgia. Personale accogliente e gentilissimo. Ampio parcheggio coperto. Nonostante l’impossibilità di prenotare il posto moto, appena arrivati ci hanno assegnato un posto che è rimasto “nostro” per tutto il soggiorno. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti servizi. Sul terrazzo un utilissimo stendino a disposizione.

Sarebbe utile avere qualche asciugamano in più, tipo quello per bidet, e un asciughino per la zona cottura.

Bardzo ładny apartament, czysto i komfortowo. Na terenie obiektu niewielki basen. Lokalizacja super, do starego miasta można dość promenadą w 20-30 minut. W pobliżu supermarket, restauracja i pyszne lody.

Great location nice pool easy to navigate

Świetna lokalizacja, obiekt bardzo czysty i zadbany. Blisko do centrum, do sklepu spożywczego i piekarni. Plaża na wprost hotelu (prywatna -27-37€) lub mały kawałek publicznej. Duży plus za to, ze można było pożyczać z hotelu akcesoria plażowe (parasole, koła itp). Duże balkony z widokiem na morze. Dobrze zaopatrzona kuchenka. Hotel dysponuje parkingiem (15€/dzien)

Niezbyt wygodne materace i poduszki, dosyć słabo wygłuszone pokoje, mieliśmy sprzątanie i wymiane ręczników raz na pobyt (8nocy). Na koniec pobytu musisz posprzątać apartament (w innym przypadku 50€ kary).

L'emplacement de la résidence, la piscine et le personnel était souriant et agréable

Les petits appartements sont très basique niveau confort et assez peu de place

Ubicación perfecta, delante de la playa, pegado a bares, restaurantes, heladerías, tiendas, supermercado... El apartamento amplio y cómodo, moderno, con una terraza enorme, con vistas a la playa. Fuimos con nuestro coche desde España (en ferry) de ahí que escogiéramos Alguer, por su cercanía a Porto Torres, y muy contento, a apenas media hora del puerto. A pocos minutos del centro de Alguer y del puerto, y bien ubicado de muchas playas y poblaciones preciosas. El hotel tenía parking (15€ la noche) pero en pleno agosto, pudimos aparcar al lado del hotel, gratis, todos los días...sin tardar mas de 5 minutos en dar vueltas. El A/A enfriaba muy bien.

El sensor de la luz del baño funcionaba muy mal, a veces no te detectaba y tenías que mover los brazos como un tonto durante varios segundos. Y luego se quedaba la luz encendida mucho tiempo, en plan 15 minutos, lo que por la noche es un problema y te obliga a cerrar la puerta. El frigorífico era una neverita pequeña sin congelador, y nos hacia falta para poder congelar los heladores de la nevera. Estaría bien poner un frigorífico/congelador pequeño, ya que al ofrecer cocina para muchas familias esa mini-nevera es insuficiente.

Posizione fronte mare, circondata da servizi eccezionali (fermata autobus, noleggio bici, ottima pizzeria/ristorante, gelateria, farmacia e supermercato), piscina nuova e pulitissima, staff gentilissimo e professionale, tutto impeccabile. Ho adorato fare l'idromassaggio nei momenti di relax. Tutti i giorni prendevamo l'autobus per esplorare spiagge nuove e il pomeriggio ci rilassavamo in piscina o sulla bellissima spiaggia davanti alla struttura. Alla sera, stupenda la passeggiata verso il centro di Alghero.

Wszystko perfekcyjnie. Apartament bardzo czysty, nowoczesny, tuż przy plaży. Wygodny basen na dziedzińcu. Bezproblemowy kontakt z recepcja. Klimatyzacja w obu pokojach. Balkon po obu stronach budynku. Szczerze polecam!

Wszystko super, naprawdę trudno znaleźć jakieś minusy.

Spacerkiem 15-20 min do starego miasta. Blisko morza. Personel bardzo miły.

Od strony ulicy (restauracji) bardzo głośno. Hałas w nocy przeszkadzał spać.

Really lovely modern property, sea view, great shower, comfortable beds and great AC.

A little farther from the old town, about a 27 minute walk and when 37 degrees this was wearing!

Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt am Strand und ca. 30 min Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum. In die andere Richtung Strand Pia Maria ebenfalls ca. 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Eine Bar wäre schön gewesen, war aber nicht notwendig. Die Betten waren etwas ungemütlich und quietschen teilweise.

Accoglienza, preparazione e competenza dello staff ottime. La posizione è strategica, struttura vicinissima alle spiagge (anche il centro di Alghero raggiungibile con una piacevole camminata sul lungo mare di 20 minuti), a pochi passi dal supermercato alimentati e dalle fermate del bus.

Appartamento spazioso e accogliente, già dotato di tutti i servizi!

Location, directly across from beach, supermarket very close, choice of restaurants, gelato shops and bars close by. 30 minute walk to old town on a nice promenade by the water. Air-conditioning worked very well in all rooms. Nice pool, plenty of sunbeds. No need to put towels out early to keep beds. Spacious apartment with all essentials needed.

Towels were not the best quality.

The studio was very comfortable and contained everything to make your stay perfect. The pool was perfect and even if a sunbed wasn't available right away, the wait was never long.

The stairs up to our 2nd floor studio was incredibly steep and no hand railing so not safe if you had any difficulty with your legs / walking.

Minden!! A part közelsége, boltok stb… A szállás tiszta volt, recepciósok aranyosak! Viszont aki nem bírja a nagy zsivajt és a millió embert az ne ezt a környéket válassza főként ez a főszezonra igaz!

A takarítók nem a legkedvesebbek voltak… egy példa: kértem egy tekercs wc papírt és nem kaptam, pedig ott volt a gurulós kocsiján..

Super basen. Nieskazitelnie czysto w całym obiekcie.. Darmowe parasolki matki i inne gadżety na plażę co było miłym zaskoczeniem.

La ubicación, junto a la playa (aunque esta playa no es la mejor ya que huele mal) y a 20 min del centro andando. Hay zona para aparcar gratis alrededor, y restaurantes de todo tipo: pizza, marisco… La piscina estaba bien y hay sombrillas, esterillas etc por si las quieres llevar a la playa en vez de comprar

Por ponerle alguna pega, la piscina muy clorada, y falta de menaje y utensilios de limpieza en la cocina. Un trapo nuevo, un estropajo, servilletas… no cuestan nada. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Bra lägenhet, fräscht och kändes nytt. Mycket bra läge nära Lido-stranden och ok distans till stan. Väldigt trevlig personal, parkering fanns i närheten gratis och vi lyckades hitta plats där.

Odległość od plaży była dużym udogodnieniem choć nie była to plaża na przeciwko obiektu tylko ok 10 min spaceru w prawo - ta była ładniejsza .

Obsługa przy basenie nie zachowywała się miło. Jednego dnia twierdzono że basen jest czynny do 19 i przy po podejściu do basenu już było upomnienie że jest nieczynne choć byliśmy w ubraniach i tylko rozglądaliśmy się co gdzie jest po przyjeździe a następnego dnia o 18.15 wszystko zaczynał Pan sprzątać ( mimo niby czynnego basenu do 19) a gdy zapytałam do której ten basen jest czynny twierdzono że do 18.30. Zatem nawet nie można było poczytać książki na leżaku. Duży minus za takie podejście.

prehriata terasa bez pristresku, slnecniku, vylezane postele, zle otvaranie skriniek, opotrebovane, sprchovy kut velmi maly, odtok vody v sprchovom kute velmi pomaly, v nasej kuchynke slaba vybava (chybala mikrovlnka, rychlovarna kanvica), maly stol na ranajky, vyhlad bocny a nie ako bolo uvedene, nie je apartman ako apartman.

Das Hotel liegt ideal – sehr nah am Strand und direkt mitten im Ort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders praktisch ist die hauseigene Tiefgarage, die das Parken extrem erleichtert. Den Pool habe ich selbst zwar nicht genutzt, aber es ist ein tolles Plus, dass einer vorhanden ist.

Es wäre super gewesen, wenn man den Tiefgaragenstellplatz direkt bei der Buchung über Booking.com hätte reservieren können. Aus meiner Sicht kann man sich über nichts beschweren.

Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko m.in: świetne lody i pizza na metry prawie na miejscu, plaża parę kroków, super wyposażony sklep w zasięgu ręki. Do starówki spacerkiem 20min, na plażę Maria Pia 15min. Super basen na miejscu. Po wymeldowaniu i przed zameldowaniem można korzystać z dobrodziejstw obiektu i zatrzymać się w tzw. poczekalni. W samym apartamencie znajdziemy wszystko co potrzeba. Jeśli czegoś braknie wystarczy zgłosić. Klimatyzacja w apartamencie działa wzorowo i w punkt. W zależności od długości pobytu sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników w cenie.

Wygodne mieszkanie, idealna lokalizacja, basen, bardzo miła obsługa.

Nous avons payer 1500€ la semaine pour 2 adultes et un bebe de 2 ans. Pas de lit bébé disponible à l’hôtel nous avons dormi à 3 dans le même lit. La literie n’est pas confortable. Dans notre appartement située coter rue. Celle ci est bruyante jusqu’à 2h du matin . Et un terrain de paddle est ouvert de 8h à 23h tous les jours .. je vous laisse imaginer le bruit des balles toute la journée . Le parking n’est pas compris dans le prix 15€ par jour… De plus, les dames de l’entretien sont de mauvaise foi et mon dérober une trousse à bijoux . Malgre plusieurs contestations rien a été fait et trousse pas retrouvée .. je déconseille cette établissement..

They paid attention to every detail. We had an issue with the bed, but they resolved it within a few minutes. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage there until our flight, and we could even take a shower before heading to the airport.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room could have been stronger. However, there were no issues with the Wi-Fi in the common areas. We were staying on the second floor, and there was no elevator. It would be helpful to let guests know this before they book, as it may not be suitable for everyone.

La struttura è nuova, dotata di tutti servizi, i letti sono comodi. La posizione è perfetta, dotata di parcheggio coperto, con una passeggiata si raggiunge il centro città. Le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili

Je ne comprends pas les bonnes notes pour cette résidence! Chambre pitoyable, cuisine et vaisselle vétuste, odeur d’égouts dans les toilettes, douche toute petite, literie qui grince et je pourrais continuer avec la Clim impossible à régler, soit t’as chaud soit tu gèles et son thermostat qui ne s’éteint pas! C’est noté cuisine mais rien pour cuisiner, pas de grille-pain ni cafetière ni four ni micro-ondes. Prévoyez des allumettes pour allumer la plaque de cuisson au gaz. La réception m’a indiqué qu’il fallait payer plus cher lors de la réservation si nous souhaitions une chambre plus confortable alors qu’aucune option n’était possible sur le site Booking!

Ideální lokalita (restaurace, obchod, půjčovna aut - to vše prakticke hned vedle hotelu). Čistý, dostatečně velký pokoj se dvě balkóny, takže naprosto dostačující pro 2+2. Bazén byl taky velké plus.

Quite noisy, even with everything fully closed street noise and neighbors were heard easily. The WiFi was absolutely terrible and unreliable in our third floor apartment - luckily you don’t go there for the internet connection

Super miejsce blisko plaży. Przestronny apartament z klimatyzacją i potrzebnym wyposażeniem. Niedaleko dobrze zaopatrzony sklep z barem i pyszna kawą.

Bra läge! Nära stranden, restauranger,glassbarer, livsmedelsaffär. Rena och fräscha rum , stor balkong . Garage att hyra till bilen 15€/dygn ,väl värt.

Lovely big apartment for 4 people, very clean, pool area always clean as we're all common areas, 25 min walk into town but bars and restaurants close by, beach across the road . Two big balcony's. Supermarket just across the road and huge conad 10 min walk away

Beds were very uncomfortable, cleaners left 2 toilet rolls every 4 days for 4 people. Lots of pool rules , I was stopped one morning putting towels on sunbeds which resulted in me having to be at pool by 9am, pool attendant picked and choosed who he allowed to leave towels, younger bald guy, balls not allowed in pool but was constantly getting hit by them as small pool Room could do with extra sockets and mirrors in bedrooms, no kettle thankfully we brought our own, we had to buy wine glasses as only tiny champagne flutes

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Excellent location, beach across the road, supermarket near by and a 25 minute walk to the old town.

L’appartamento ben arredato e pulito, al terzo piano , con balcone su entrambi i lati , cucina essenziale ma con tutto il necessario. Personale gentile e pronto a soddisfare tutte le nostre necessità Nel complesso ci è piaciuto tutto!

Solo un appunto: la chiusura della piscina alle 18:30 , orario che impedisce anche solo un breve tuffo al rientro dalla spiaggia o comunque in tardo pomeriggio, se si alza il vento.

Struttura bella e pulita, posizione eccellente nel lungomare di Alghero, nella struttura vi è una grande piscina a disposizione dei clienti , nei dintorni vi sono parecchi supermercati, vari ristoranti e bar dove poter mangiare e fare colazione.

Unico difetto a mio avviso, la mancanza della lavatrice negli appartamenti.

Sängarna är verkligen stenhårda och vi hade bekymmer med tv men ingen lösning på en vecka

Jag saknade vissa köksredskap så som brödkniv och skärbräda. Kniven som fanns där var väldigt slö.

Posizione sul lungo mare, in mezz'ora di passeggiata si arriva nel centro di Alghero. Comodo parcheggio sotterraneo (a pagamento). La piscina è un plus della struttura molto apprezzata. L'appartamento spazioso e perfetto per 4 persone. Supermercato e farmacia sono a 2 passi. A disposizione dei clienti ci sono ombrelloni, stuoie, seggioline per la spiaggia e giochi per bambini. Ottima struttura. Staff molto gentile. Il prezzo non è economico ma i servizi sono veramente validi.

The hotel was wonderful, great location, supermarket nearby, bus stop nearby, beaches (Maria Pia was much better than the city beach). The staff were very polite, everything was perfectly clean and maintained. We rented one of the older apartments and it was more pleasant than it looks in the pictures. Good budget-friendly option. As our flight was late at night, they let us leave our luggage for safe keeping, use the pool, shower and everything during the day. We are very thankful and would return.

Some of the nights, there were parties at beach bars, which are very close by and can be heard clearly in the apartment. All sorts of other noises were also coming in from... seemingly everywhere. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. There was a tourist tax due, not included in the price we paid via booking.com. We arrived relatively late and apparently it's not possible to register us with the local authorities at night, so at reception they wanted us to leave an ID with them overnight, as we might not pay it during our stay. We had prepaid everything else and didn't know about this tax. I offered to pay it instead of leaving documents, but apparently that wasn't possible either, for some reason. I didn't agree to leave my ID overnight, it doesn't seem acceptable to me - I have no other form of identification and I'm abroad. In the end, my wife left hers, but it was just unpleasant after travel to face a hidden tax, which you can't pay immediately and you're not trusted enough to pay later, so you have to leave your ID with them. This was the only thing out of the ordinary, though - everything else was top notch.

Stor och rymlig lägenhet

Hårda sängar, höga ljud utifrån med glas som slänges i soprum precis utanför fram till 02:00. Bar med extremt hög musik utanför. Städning en gång i veckan. Sopsortering där man får fixa egna soppåsar. Badrumsartiklar var snålt. Att man inte kunde tända och släcka själv på toa och fläkten som startar väcker alla i lägenheten när man går in i badrummet.

Purtroppo la sistemazione al secondo piano con una scala ripidissima e scomoda e un alloggio molto scarno con dotazioni scarsissime e povhissima assisrenza da parte del personale

Terasa priamo pri bazéne, čisto. Lokalita blízko mora, mestečka i reštaurácií. Boli sme spokojní.

A medence közvetlenül a teraszunk mellett volt, a gyerekek egyedül is fürödhettek, mert rá láttunk a vízre. Patyolat tiszta volt minden, a személyzet végtelenül kedves és barátságos!

Bra läge utmärkt för att bo där med familjen , allting ligger nära.

Städningen de soppar inte golvet dessutom fanns de myror på balkongen och inne i lägenheten dök myrorna upp så fort man tog ut sopporna och la de vid dörren för att ta med dom ut. Men annars var allting jätte bra

Za dużo chemi jest w basenie. Małe dzieci dostają uczulenia.

Közel a parthoz, boltokhoz, éttermekhez. Medence tetszett, bár nem tiszta.

A sorozatos áram kimaradás. Nagyon kényelmetlen és ijesztő volt, főleg a gyerekek miatt is.

A klíma tetszett mert anélkül elviselgetetlen lett volna az apartmanban való tartótkodás.

A törölköző és ágynemű illetve ágytakaró tisztasága nem volt érezhető. Hiába volt meleg, azért jó lett volna vm kis huzat amivel tudunk takarózni. A falak vékonyak és áthallatszik a szomszéd ha fürdik valamint a takarítónők hangosak. A zuhanyzóban elkelt volna a tusfürdőtartó.

La insonorización, por las noches se notaba el ruido de bar y chiringuito de playa

Muy nuevo, apartamento amplio y cómodo. Al lado de la playa y en 20 min paseando estas en el casco histórico. En la zona tienes restaurantes, heladerías y la playa cruzando la carretera.

No hacen limpieza de los apartamentos, pensé que tenía los mismos servicios de un hotel.

Hotelul are vecini gălăgioși , sunt barurile care pun muzică până la 1 noaptea și nu poți dormi

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko. Plaża prawie przed hotelem. Basen mały ale ratował w te upały. To duży atut tej lokalizacji.

Słaba jakość pokoju. Meble dość wysłużone. Niewygodne łóżka. Klimatyzacja działa ale obsługa jej jest dosyć problemowa. Lodówka w nocy stuka i budzi.

Noise from late night bar was off putting

Świetna lokalizacja, cisza wokół mimo bliskości ulicy, wspaniały basen (trochę za krótko godzinowo otwarty). W apartamencie z bocznym widokiem bardzo dobrze jest zagospodarowana przestrzeń a widok z balkonu na basen i morze cudowny

Brakowało deski do krojenia, czajnika oraz kilka zestawów kawa/ herbata. Półka pod prysznicem odkleiła się po kilku dniach
