チェックインした時にロビーに土産を忘れ翌朝気づきチェックアウトの時に伺ったところ、ありましたが1つ廃棄したと申し出がありました、宿泊者にロビーに忘れ物しなかったかチェックアウトの時に聞くのでは？それから廃棄するのでは！ 女性スタッフがあまり役に立たない

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Location was central, especially because we dropped our car rental a few blocks away after arriving and departed town via the train station a block away. They have a nice complimentary self-serve luggage holding system, which we used both before check-in and after check-out.
Lots of little annoyances added up. The room and the bathroom were cramped even by Japanese standards. We didn't hear noise from adjoining rooms, but any noise from the hallway came in pretty clear. Mediocre breakfast options in small, sterile cafeteria. The bedsheets weren't comfortable, and the shower head was substandard (there's a toggle the water between the sink and shower). Although the hotel was more affordable than most others in central Kushiro, we still felt like we overpaid.

窓の周りに柵を作るなどして、子どもなどが（小さい子）が落ちないようにするなど、子どもや高齢方など配慮した（置物など）造りだと安心できます。 危ない部分など（タンスや椅子）にカードやクッションを付けるなどし、怪我を防ぐことも大事だと思います。 宿泊され方が快適で、安心して過ごせるホテルだといいと思います。 感想 僕は、家族や団体の方でも快適に宿泊することができる その様な最高の想い出をいつしかではなく、必ずとし作りたいです

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Due to the fishy smell for my 2-night stay, I have nothing to like .....
If I am not wrong, I believe my room number was 901. When I checked in, the room had a strong fishy smell. I suspect that previous guests may have eaten seafood in the room, and the odor had not been properly removed. I reported the issue to the hotel staff immediately. Unfortunately, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked on 8 July 2026, so there were no available rooms for me to change to. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful. She followed me to my room, confirmed that there was indeed a strong fishy smell, and provided me with an air freshener as a temporary solution. However, the air freshener only masked the odor for a short time. The fishy smell remained throughout the night, making it very uncomfortable to stay in the room. I woke up several times during the night just to spray the air freshener again. I appreciate the staff member's efforts and professionalism, but I was disappointed that the room was not properly deodorized before my arrival. I hope the hotel will take better measures to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and free of unpleasant odors before assigning them to future guests.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026朝食はサービスとのことでしたので軽食くらいと思ってましたが、サラダから始まり副菜、主菜ともに充実していました。 混雑状況を事前に教えてもらっていたのでその時間を外し、落ち着いた時間となりました。 翌日の行程を考え駅前という立地からホテルを選びましたが、大正解でした。
セルフチェックイン待ちの人が多く、時間がかかった。 利用者側が慣れるにはまだ暫く時間がかかるのでしょうね。

無料朝食とあり、内容もある程度充実していましたが、釧路と言う地域がら札幌などから比べるとそれ程お得感はないかも…

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Conveniently located within walking distance of the Fish Market, Kushiro Station, the Kushiro Bus Terminal, and numerous izakayas. The complimentary breakfast was well above the standard continental offering, with a satisfying variety of choices. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was also kind enough to store two of our suitcases while we traveled elsewhere and returned two nights later, which we greatly appreciated.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Comfort hotels are like McDonald's: no surprises. You've been to one, you've seen them all. Consistent in quality, cleanliness, good breakfast. We spent just one night in Kushiro and needed to stay close to the station, for which it was perfect.
Also as usual, a small room with the bed in the corner, but you know that when you take the standard double.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Just okay la... the air in the room was super stuffy even I have switched on the zircon. But the air ventilation got greatly improved after I have asked for assistance from the front desk (the night-shift staff), although you may need to use Japanese to communicate with them. The staff members in daytime have a mediocre command of English, which is good.
The breakfast does not especially good but the food is surely edible. Since it is included in the price of accommodation, I appreciate the hotel in providing such food for clients during their stay.

Reviewed May 11, 2026北海道康福特酒店物美價廉。位置絕佳，進出非常方便。 從釧路JR站走路大概三分鐘之內就可以抵達， 走路去幣舞橋看日落，大概10~12分鐘的路程 酒店本身有含早餐，早餐是自助式的很簡單，乾淨又衛生。 這酒店非常的新 設計感很現代，房間不大，但是配備很完整。
