Lovely bright room with balcony with sea views. Comfy bed & pillows. Great pool area. Well located, right near the beach. Impressed with complimentary slippers, eco friendly bag with toothbrushes, shaving kit, comb, tissues etc. Also a little sweet treat (Haribo sweets). Great stay!

Les différentes piscines, les transats disponibles, le buffet du soir La vue sur les immeubles et la mer. Petit déjeuner quantitatif mais peu qualitatif.

Le personnel qui prend les gens de haut, le fait d'avoir demandé une chambre PMR non reçue, beaucoup de choses abîmées dans l'hôtel (porte, peinture, chasse d'eau, etc.), devoir demander la clé pour accéder aux toilettes PMR du hall d'entrée, le lit qui était dur comme du bois et très petit pour une chambre double, le parking payant avec uniquement des escaliers pour accéder à l'hôtel avec des valises, etc.

Ca 1500 kr + nu ca 100 kr i parkering pr døgn da min kone kommer i kørestol kræver det parkering tæt på måske er parkeringen for dyr inden betalingen var der næsten fyldt op denne gang 1 -3 biler men personalet i restauranten er fantastiske vil vi gerne fortsætte hos jer hvis det er rimelige priser

The pool area and bar was nice and chilled! Drinks from the bar were good and the view of sunrise from our room was gorgeous! The room was on the smaller side but what you expect from 3 star.

The smell on the 5th floor corridor was soooo bad! The walls were so marked and scuffed it just needs a fresh lick of paint

La piscina está bien cuidados pero el personal una de ella era desagradable nos soltó el comentario a sólo se vais a quedar una noche pues esta habitación la peor habitación que había sin vista sin balcón y encima detrás de la habitación estaba el pasillo que utilizaban el personal un ruido una molestia de carrito Y la mujer nos dijo que nos teníamos que aguantar.

Detalle de vino y fruta en la habitación. Buffet bueno y variado. La zona de la piscina es amplia. Buena ubicación.

Cama de matrimonio pequeña y almohada baja. Las puertas de la habitación forman mucho ruido al cerrarse. Muchos vasos y botellas en la zona de piscina en las hamacas de restos de huéspedes.

En mi habitación había una gotera.

Me encantó el hotel, muy cuidado y el personal súper amable!! Dejamos la habitación y nos dejaron pasar el día en la piscina y utilizar la ducha antes de irnos! Eso es un súper plus, y volveremos a ir sin duda alguna. Luís el chico de recepción un encantó y mas atento imposible!!!

El buffet me lo esperaba mejor, pero compensa todo lo maravilloso que es el personal y el hotel.

La ubicación...a pie todo esta en cuestas empinadas y en coche es casi imposible encontrar aparcamiento. Y aparcar en el hotel te cobran 15euros por dia. El hotel pone que es de 3 estrellas pero no lo veo asi. Las habitaciones pequeñas.

Great location with decent room size. Pool is excellent and plenty loungers so no issues getting one each day. Short walk to the Marina or on to Torremolinos. Breakfast buffet great and evening meals even better. They mix up the menu to keep it interesting and will grill a steak or tuna for you fresh. Highly recommend for a group holiday.

Hotel bonito, limpio, cómodo y el personal estupendo. La atención desde el primer momento hasta el final de 10. El buffet genial, variado y abundante. Los precios del bar nada caros. Sus piscinas geniales, con muchas tumbonas. Y detallistas, la última noche nos regalaron una botella de vino espumoso y unas brochetas de fruta. Estancia inmejorable.

La zona de la piscina está genial, hay mucho espacio y tumbonas de sobra y la zona Zen es muy bonita y es perfecta para relajarse, además el bar tiene la barra por fuera para poder pedir y eso es un servicio muy cómodo. Sobre el desayuno o la cena no puedo opinar porque no contraté el servicio pero no descarto hacerlo en un futuro. También tengo que destacar la amabilidad del personal en general, todos fueron muy amables desde las personas de la recepción del hotel, hasta los camareros del bar, las limpiadoras, la socorrista... todos estupendos. Comentar también que tuvieron un detalle muy bonito con nosotros el segundo día, cuando volvimos de la piscina nos encontramos en la habitación unas brochetas de fruta y una botella de vino, nos hizo mucha ilusión.

por decir algo, es que las puertas de las habitaciones se cierran de forma muy brusca y eso hace que desde bien temprano en la mañana las personas que bajan a desayunar al salir la puerta de la habitación pega portazo y se escucha mucho.

I just needed a hotel for a couple of shoulder nights to the Airbnb I’d had before a was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was pretty good and a reasonable price for august

Our stay at this hotel was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had. A huge thank you to the entire staff for their hard work, kindness, and dedication in making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It is difficult to choose just one thing that we liked the most because everything was simply excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was large and there were plenty of sun loungers, so there was always enough space to relax. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety of choices. Everything we tried was fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience. Please keep up the excellent work! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you very much for everything! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

El Wi fi no funciona. Esto es grave. Aún de vacaciones, se necesita hacer gestiones vía internet. Si no fuera por este grave defecto, el hotel estaría perfecto.

la limpieza de las instalaciones, el buffet del desayuno y la cena la atención del personal, las piscinas en general todo nos ha gustado mucho. además la última noche como cortesía nos llevaron una botella de cava y unas brochetas de fruta a la habitación.

It was a beautiful hotel. The pool was lovely and lounging area surrounding the pool was great. Access to food and drink was extremely easy and very reasonably priced. The restaurant food was excellent and again very reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. An altogether lovely experience

At night if you wished to return early, there wasn't a great buzz/atmosphere. But you could sit poolside and have a quiet drink. If holidaying with someone with mobility issues be aware that there is a short but rather steep hill from beach to hotel.

Nothing,customer service was terrible. The property cancelled my accommodation less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to fly over, lost all my money on flights as I couldn’t sort other accommodation as bookings were too expensive last minute.

After ringing that my accommodation was cancelled, I got a very poor excuse explaining why. When I asked if they could reverse that decision they were very unaccommodating. Got put on hold for 5 minutes and during being on hold they hung up the phone without speaking to me.

Calidad-precio muy buena, hotel tranquilo, buena variedad en el desayuno como en la cena, zona de la piscina con buena música y tumbonas de sobra (nosotros íbamos a la piscina por la tarde) Las camas muy cómodas y el cuarto de baño con amplia ducha, la habitación como en las fotos y con la suerte de que la terraza daba al parking en el que se veía el mar. Está muy cerca de la playa, eso sí la cuesta y las escaleras se las traen a la vuelta, pero a nosotros no nos importó, que después de tanta comida viene bien el ejercicio La afluencia de gente en el buffet correcta no se formaban grandes colas, y el horario que tenían estába muy bien tanto para el desayuno como la cena.(como española se agradece que no acabe tan pronto) Tuvieron un detallazo llevándonos una botella de cava y fruta a la habitación ( por reserva con Booking). Muy agradecidos

La tranquilidad del entorno, la estancia en sí del hotel y que la relación calidad precio es súper buena, además de añadir que el hotel tuvo un detalle conmigo muy bueno porque fue mi cumpleaños y supero mis expectativas.

En el check in digamos que no tuve buena experiencia por un par de errores del recepcionista. El resto de veces que tuve contacto con recepción trato atento y resolutivo

Meget lydt! Vi boede lige ud for trappen/elevatoren, og det forstyrrede vores nattesøvn, når folk kom sent hjem. Vi spiste én aften på hotellet, og buffeten var ikke noget at råbe hurra for.

Quizas por decir algo que no habia animacion en el hotel, donde se realizaran actividades para los niños y adultos.

Lo mejor sin duda, todo el personal. La amabilidad que desprendían y el cariño con el que lo hacían todo. Además de esto, la habitación amplia, limpísima, y cama excepcional. También destacar la zona de piscina. Hamacas y espacio de sobra para no tener que correr a por ellas.

Nada! Guardamos un recuerdo estupendo del conjunto.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede keuken, propere accommodatie. Fantastisch zwembad en veel ruimte rondom het zwembad.

Привітний персонал, гарна смачна та різноманітна кухня, смачні сніданки. В останній вечір нам презентували пляшку ігристого вина, що було дуже приємно (але краще це робити на початку відпочинку).

Басейн був у доступі із 10:30 до 19:00 це дуже мало, та обмежувало наше плавання. Якщо вам подобається плавати зранку - ви не маєте можливості це робити (((((( крім того, персонал ставив високі паркани навколо басейну і це виглядає як в тюрмі за гратами. Спочатку нас заселили в номер, який розташований в глибокому куті з видом на інший номер. Навколо нас було 4 гучних кондиціонера які заважали спати вночі. Дякуємо що наступного дня нам знайшли інший номер

La primera sorpresa fue que la bebida no está incluida en la media pensión, información que no aparece por ninguna parte ni en las reservas ni en la propia web del hotel. y cuando pedí una botella de agua me dijeron que tenía que pagar en el momento, por lo que tuve que dejar lo que había cogido encima de la mesa, y subir a la habitación a coger dinero. La variedad en la cena era muy escasa, solo la comida fría te la podías servir tú, y si querías algo caliente tenías que esperarte en la barra del cooking, la idea es muy buena pero no para un hotel con tantísimas habitaciones porque se formaban unas colas infernales. El regalo de bienvenida de booking era una botella de seno seco cuando informé de que yo no bebo alcohol no se me dio una opcion no Alcohólica con lo cual devolví la botella y no me dieron nada a cambio.

The breakfast buffet was great, the location wasn’t bad from Benalmadena harbour about a 10/15 minute walk.

Be sure to make it out to sunbeds at around 9 am, it says it's banned to reserve sun beds but everyone will do so and it will be full, plus there's not a lot of sunbeds with umbrellas so better to get out early. The cleanliness was ok, I had some dirty towels though and dishes at breakfast were not always clean.

Gostei de tudo, os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, está situado numa boa zona, 1 minuto das praias e das lojas.

Perhaps the area of where our rooms were was a bit dated and the view from the balcony wasn't great. One of party had a leak pouring onto their balcony all weekend. Maybe from an air conditioning unit a few floors above.

Todo la amabilidad del personal, el día de salida te dan la opción de disfrutar de sus instalaciones y te facilitan un lugar donde dejar las maletas. La habitación preciosa y super limpia, al igual que los baños. Los precios del bar son muy buenos para tratarse de un hotel. Sin dudarlo volveré

Lo único que mejoraria es la organización en la piscina de las amacas, desde primera hora de la mañana están todas cogidas y no aparecen hasta la hora del almuerzo, creo que no debería estar permitido reservar y menos si no apareces

Estamos muy felices con la decisión de haber reservado en este hotel. El personal es muy amable.Siempre atento y resolutivo. Nos hizo enorme ilusion cuando regresamos al hotel después de estar en la playa y encontrarnos una botella de caba y fruta de cortesía. Esos detalles, te hacen sentir cuidados y se agradecen. Queremos hacer especial mención al personal del bar de la piscina; Antonio(es un encanto), Raúl y Ernesto. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa. La amabilidad de todo el personal en concreto los camareros/as y cocineras/os del restaurante y la socorrista argentina, gente majisima y atenta siempre dispuesta a ayudarte y aconsejarte lugares (Tienes un gran equipo Carlota) La comida deliciosa y variada, y habitación reformada y cómoda. Repetiremos!

Que la pobre socorrista la cual hace todo con una sonrisa porque es majisima tenga que vigilar la piscina, cambiar y dar las toallas a los clientes, recoger platos y bebidas de las mesas de la terraza y jardín, poner y quitar las vallas de las tres piscinas, y escribir hasta en la pizarra los partidos del mundial. Dadle un respiro a esa mujer, se lo merece.

Nettes Personal, genug Liegen am Pool, Frühstück war gut

Unser Balkon war durchgehend im Schatten und unmittelbar gegenüber von einem Nachbarbalkon, sodass man den Balkon nicht in Ruhe nutzen konnte. Reinigungsservice hat leider nicht ordentlich geputzt und das Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster( online sind nur Badezimmer mit Fenster zu sehen).
