Sehr entspannte Anlage mit einem sehr schönen Außenpool. Nettes und Ruhe ausstrahlendes Personal. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir ohne Aufforderung einige Tipps für das Erkunden der Insel erhalten. Zimmer ausreichend groß mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Unterkunft direkt am Strand, viele Restaurants fußläufig in der Nähe. Für mehr „Leben“ eignet sich jedoch eher der Ort Maragkas.

Etwas staubig, aber durch die tägliche Reinigung auszuhalten. Die Dusche könnte eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Frühstück liebevoll, aber einfach gehalten.

Location and the view. Also there are lots of places near by to have dinner or buy groceries. We travel to town by local bus 2,5 euro per person, it work perfect at least in summer.

Die Anlage ist absolut empfehlenswert! Das Appartement wird täglich gereinigt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt super Tipps für Ausflüge/Restaurants auf der Insel. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Balcony privacy was missing due to very close balcony to neighbour. Coffee in the room would have been nice. Exposed pipe/hose on the premise grass near the pool could potentially be tripped on. Drying rack was very flimsy.

This property is on the quiet side of the plaka, which I personally loved. It was a short walk on the beach or drive down the dirt road to get to restaurants or rent a sunbed. Since the pool has sunbeds, we didn’t rent and just went back to hang by the nice pool when we wanted them. The patios are nice and towel service was great. The operator Nas was nice and helpful.

You have to walk across a short stretch of grass from the parking lot to your room. The beach chairs, the umbrellas, and floats were not good, broken, not splentiful respectively. There is no restaurant or snack bar.

The hosts and communication was 10/10. Our room was nice and tidy and a cleaner came by every day for a tidy and change of towels etc.

The apartment is decent but maybe a little small. The outside also could maybe do with a little upgrade like having some paving over the grass from the carpark/pool to the apartment complex rather than grass.

Fantastic serene location. Plaka over all. Water color and less crowds. Walk or drive to the action but stay here you won’t regret the feels. The vistas are rustic and phenomenon. Pool is amazing and overlooks the beach. Need anything else? Amazing breakfast and Nas is so helpful! She really goes out of her way to make sure you got what you need. Thank you for the amazing stay. Which I could stay longer!

The kitchen amenities are quite are basic but sufficient for preparing simple meals.

Hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones de 4 , tienen una habitación y las otra habitación está en la cocina-comedor. Es cómoda, pero para ir al baño hay que pasar por la cocina-comedor, por lo que no son dos habitaciones independientes.

Todo fue perfecto, viajamos en familia y lo pasamos muy bien. Nos encantaron los apartamentos, la piscina, la playa de delante y la amabilidad del personal. Nos ayudaron en todo, desde un problema con el pago hasta nos dejaron disfrutar de la piscina hasta nuestro vuelo, ya que hacia mucho calor.

Todo fue perfecto, lo recomendamos 100%.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Nas and Kiki were absolutely amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back!

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon hier. Das sagt alles. Wir genießen vor allem die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer und auch die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Besitzerin Kiki hält zusammen mit Salome und ihrem Mann die ganze Anlage super in Ordnung. Vielen Dank!

Das Taxi zum Flughafen war für die kurze Fahrstrecke sehr teuer, aber dafür kann die Besitzerin nichts. Vielleicht könnte man einen günstigeren privaten Transfer anbieten.

Die Lage direkt am ruhigeren Teil des traumhaften Plaka Beachs mit fußläufig erreichbaren Lokalen etc., die Sauberkeit und die Ruhe (meistens).

Wir mussten während unseres Aufenthalts das Appartment wechseln! Nachdem wir uns, vor allem die Kinder, schon wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Gepäck für 4 Personen packen und wieder auspacken ist nicht, was man sich im Urlaub vorstell. Dafür gab es weder eine Preis-Reduktion noch ein Frühstück aufs Haus noch sonst ein Entgegenkommen - so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Es wurde als „Service“ dargestellt, dass unsere Koffer ins andere Appartement gebracht werden. Das Frühstück, das man sich bringen lassen kann, kann man sich genauso auch im Supermarkt kaufen, fast nur Süßes in Päckchen und Schinken-Käse-Toast (zum Frühstück?), kein frisches Gemüse, kein Obst außer ein paar Stücke Melone. Nach 2 Tagen haben wir es uns selbst gemacht. Schade, die Anlage hätte echt Potenzial. Nebenan, wo wir morgens Cappuccino geholt haben, wurden wir herzlicher empfangen und verabschiedet.

The location was excellent, so close to the beach and the quiet end of the beach. The pool area was emaculate ! The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linen. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing I could say is the room was on the small side, and there was a lack of hanging space for clothes but neither of those things were a problem

Location and friendly staff

The property grounds were well kept, pool was clean, great housekeeping. The owner was accommodating and available, suggestive and helpful in our requests. The onsite manager (Naz) was also helpful…. Close to beach and walking distance to nearby restaurants and grocery stores.

Struttura accogliente e curata, con un bellissima piscina, a pochi passi da una spiaggia di sabbia e da un mare molto bello. Situata in una zona tranquilla con locali carini. La città principale dell'isola è a soli 15 minuti di auto ed anche le spiagge più famose sono facilmente raggiungibili. L'accoglienza di Nas è stata perfetta; succo di frutta all'arrivo e tutte le informazioni utili per muoversi sull'isola. Camera bellissima per la nostra famiglia con super vista sul mare.

Rooms were cleaned everyday. Near amenities. Pool was quiet and relaxing.

Only thing for us was the kitchenette could have been bigger for cooking.

Wir waren rundum begeistert. Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt und die Bettbezüge jeden 2. Tag. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle sind sehr bemüht allfällige Herausforderungen und Wünsche umgehend zu lösen. Wir haben zwar kein Frühstück probiert, aber es sah sehr reichhaltig und gut aus. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Direkt am ruhigen und schönen Strand - im FKK-Bereich (man kann dort auch mit Kleidung baden oder sonnen). Eine Auto ist empfehlenswert, aber die Busstation und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind auch nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit - wir kommen gerne wieder!

In einem Zimmer rochen die Küchenschränke etwas modrig. Man hat uns einen Zimmerwechsel angeboten, aber wird sind geblieben, weil uns das Zimmer gut gefallen hat. Wir ließen einfach die unteren Schränke geschlossen und die Türen der Oberschränke ständig geöffnet, wodurch wir dann keinen störenden Geruch mehr hatten. Es wäre aber schön, wenn dies in Zukunft gelöst werden kann, denn es ist schade, da alle Zimmer sehr schön und renoviert sind.

Fantastic location right by the beach, very quiet, easy walk to beach bars. Gorgeous pool at the property too, with sea views. We had a lovely terrace (a little close to the one behind us but it was fine) and beautiful room. Nice staff. Easy drive to bigger beach town and Naxos chora. Free parking. Would absolutely stay again.

Everything was fantastic - perhaps having some basics in the kitchenette like coffee filters, sugar, coffee for the first day would be nice. But otherwise everything wonderful.

It was right on the beach. Price for value was correct. The staff was very friendly and did everything to ale our stay comfortable.

Great location and spacious rooms. Please be aware that the beach directly in front of the hotel is a nudist beach, and you’ll need to walk 5-10 minutes up the beach to clear the nudes. However the beach is amazing and it’s so convenient if you want to visit for chill beach days. Also nice pool (hours are 8am-8pm). And great cats on the property! Super friendly and fun to greet when coming home in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast (12/euro each) was not our taste but nice of them to have an option if you’re in a pinch.

Unfortunately we got a room on the ground floor (#5) that suffered from a very foul, persistent smell near the door. It didn’t dissipate and got worse during our stay, eventually seeping into the bedroom at night. Nothing we did could resolve the smell, indicating it was likely a fault with the building’s sewer plumbing or mold somewhere. The air freshener the hotel gave us did nothing. Bummer because the rest of the room was enjoyable but the smell made it difficult to remain in the living room or use the kitchenette area. I had read a previous review about a room with an uncapped sewer pipe smell… we hoped we wouldn’t end up with that one but we think we did. Also, I thought it was strange having the playground in line of sight of the nude beach. At one point this little girl was swinging while a naked man was laying out near the edge of the bluff/dune. Strange but no ill intent, just bad proximity. I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable with my kids out front by themselves.

Amazing hotel if you want to relax and have the beach close by. There are not a lot of services near the hotel (restaurants, supermarket, rent a car, etc). However we found it perfect for our stay and the host helped us with what to see, with renting an ATV, etc. Would definetely recommend if you want to have the beach close by and have a relaxing holidays. We really enjoyed the balcony on our room with the sea view :)

We already knew this, but the hotel is a bit secluded. Only has a few restaurants close by and the bus stop is 10min away by walking. However if you rent a car or a scooter you'll be fine :)

Beautiful setting right opposite the quieter part of Plaka beach. The room was clean and comfortable with good sized terrace and lovely pool area. Kiki and Nas very friendly and welcoming.Have stayed here before and would most definitely stay again.

Excellent location on the Plaka Beach, only a dirt road between hotel/pool area and long beautiful stretch of beach. Pool was clean and kept up, sunbeds were thick and comfy. Our apartment room was clean and comfortable, with refrigerator and stove top and coffee maker and teapot. Short walk to pool, nice covered porch area with chairs and table. Lovely. Helpful staff.

The a/c fan speed was only '4 bars and full force', so kinda too blowy when sleeping.

We did not order breakfast, so I can't comment on that. We were offered fresh juice & a muffin at check-in, which was nice. Nas, the receptionist, was super helpful, kind and happy to help with any concerns/recommendations. She was the best. I loved the location, down a private road & right across from the beach. We had two rooms, and one was definitely smaller than the other. We also did not have a stove in either. If we would stay here again, I would choose different rooms. The pool was nice and very clean. Communication was easy with WhatsApp.

The rooms need some updating. Also could've been a little cleaner. FYI the beach has a nudist section that is very close to the apartments. To each their own, just be aware.

Läget var superfint om du vill ha lugn o ro. Poolen precis utanför med fina solsängar. Jättefina nyrenoverade rum. Plus att det fanns både kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och smörgåsgrill i lägenheten. Superfina stora uteplatser.

Det enda var att det var dåligt tryck i duschen och att varmvattnet ibland tog slut.

Un bel endroit en face de la grande plage de Plaka au calme, au bout du chemin qui longe la plage. Un coucher de soleil magnifique dont nous avons profité depuis notre chambre ! Et un petit déjeuner de qualité, très copieux préparé par Anastasia . Une mention particulière pour la qualité de l accueil d’Anastasia et son sens de service ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette semaine passée dans cet établissement.

Direkt am Meer sehr freundliche rezeptionistin

Direkt am Hotelstrand wurde uns abgeraten denn im Wasser sind felsplatten und mal kann sich verletzen. Mussten leider unseren Urlaub gesundheitsbedingt um eine Woche verkürzen ( war bereits 2wochen zuvor abgeklärt )mussten allerdings fast den gesamten Preis bezahlen. Angeblich versteht die zuständige Dame kein deutsch ( komisch zum reservierten ging’s ). Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Die wurden mit Chemie ausgeräuchert dass wir erst mal nicht rein konnten. Beim auschecken mussten wir bis 10 Uhr die Zimmer geräumt haben, durften aber gnädig an dem Pool bleiben. Auf meine Frage ob es eine Toilette gäbe wurde Diese verneint. D.h. Ich musste von 10 bis zur Abfahrt um 15 Uhr ausharren. Dies und nich mehr du d keine guten Erinnerungen an das Haus.

The location was great, so near the beautiful beach. Lovely swimming pool. We had the best view from our balcony. we were out of season so it was very quiet.

The grounds are basically not kept up. You approach the property from the parking lot and there are no paved paths to the building. Rather, you walk across beaten down paths across the grass, which is not neatly mowed. They allegedly supply equipment to be used by guests,, such as umbrellas for the beach and bicycles, but the latter are in such poor repair that they couldn't be driven 1 meter These are things that could be easily fixed by the ptoperty if they wanted to.

L'appartement n'était pas prévu pour 2 couples, et nous avons dû demander avec votre intervention le changement de logement qui était plus grand mais avec 1 seule chambre.

A very nice place, quiet, chill and just good to be at Akti Plaka. Rooms were really nice and the every day clean beds and towels was amazing! Also that the washed dishes were placed back to their places felt like extra service. We felt welcome without beeing to much 😀 thank you for everything!

The kitchen is really small and after washing the dishes, need to use the cooking plate to dry the dishes, but we got a dry and kitchen cloth every day so it wasn't an issue actually. The place is really nice, at the end of the road and not many places open anymore at the end of the season, but we had nice walks to the center everyday so we were happy at the end to getting really good icecream Dionysos!

Be careful with food storage as there are lots of ants and insects around the property. Floors in the room could have been a bit cleaner as they were quite dusty

Frühstück war nicht besonders und jeden Tag gleich. Keine Abwechslung möglich. Wegen des Wetters konnten wir nicht wie geplant abreisen. Am Tag zuvor sagte uns die Verwalterin zu, dass wir unser Zimmer problemlos für 1-2 Nächte länger mieten könnten. Am Morgen der ursprünglichen Abreise schmiss sie uns dann aber unvermittelt raus, weil sie das Zimmer brauchte. Ohne uns ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten.

The hotel was wonderful. There are not many rooms, so it felt very private. We were given lots of information at check-in about the island and what we should do there, including some great recommendations. A car was arranged for us for our time there within a few minutes by the host. Breakfast was brought to our door on the mornings that we wanted it. The pool was amazing with luxurious sunbeds and even day beds in the pool. Luxury atmosphere for a very affordable price!

proximity to beach and restaurants was great, very short walk to either, with various options on beaches and other restauant choices, others were a short drive away. Pool is very nice and kept washed off daily, Rinse station was a plus too.

NIce place but it had many guest who brought their kids, so there was kids making noise as kids do. No problem we would go find a nice quiet place on the beach near by. Play ground on property shows they cater to families.

Ottima scelta per il mio soggiorno a Naxos in una zona tranquilla ma meravigliosa con una spiaggia che ahimè seppur ventosissima era a un passo dalla camera. Lo staff si è presentato gentile e disponibile ad aiutarmi anche per i transfer.

La maleducazione degli ospiti. C'erano molte famiglie con bambini piccoli che alle 8 del mattino facevano rumore.

Die Lage direkt am weitläufigen Strand ist sehr schön und der Pool war besonders für die Kinder ein extra Benefit.

In unserem 4er Zimmer war die Küche derart winzig, dass Kochen und Abwasch wirklich sehr schwer zu bewerkstelligen war. Salatgeschirr wurde uns netterweise auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Die umfangreichen Infos von Anastasia beim Check in hätten wir lieber schriftlich in Ruhe durchgelesen. Es war sehr nett und bestimmt gut gemeint, aber nach der Reise und mit zwei müden Kindern im Gepäck waren wir für so viel geballte Info nicht aufnahmefähig. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gründlich, aber leider immer erst nach 13:00, wenn wir gerne wieder zurück ins Zimmer gegangen wären.

I went with my partner to spend a few days in Naxos and it was extremely calm and relaxing. The accommodation is great, with beautiful great views of the sea and the host is lovely.
