Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Les équipements dans la chambre sont complets. La chambre est spacieuse et bien isolée. La chambre est très propre. Le parking est gratuit et se situe juste devant l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Les serveuses/ serveurs du restaurant sont très gentils et souriants comme tout le reste du personnel de l'hôtel. Je recommande le séjour dans cet l'hôtel.
Si l'on devait trouver quelque chose à redire, cela serait de mettre des brosses à dents dans la salle de bain et du lait pour le corps...

Leider haben Hotelgäste an einem Samstag Abend keine Parkmöglichkeiten,da von den Restaurantgästen alles besetzt ist. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für Hotelgäste seperater Parkbereich absperren. Auch um auf der Terrasse kurz etwas zu trinken, da alles reserviert ist keine chance obwohl alle Tische frei waren. Schade

De bedden waren niet heel zacht.

Honden zijn toegestaan. Er verbleef een gast met een hond op de kamer naast ons. Dat was niet prettig.

We hadden een, op de foto gekozen, kamer gereserveerd. Toen we de sleutel kregen en de kamer bezochten schrokken we ons rot! Niet de kamer op de afbeelding! Vloer kapot! Meubels beschadigd! Badkamer smerig met gigantische kalk aanslag! Kamer was direct onder de afval containers dus ons raam kon niet open. Bij de receptie gevraagd om ons de kamer te geven die wij hadden geboekt. Na wat heen en weer gepraat de kamer gekregen die wij geboekt hadden . Die was beter maar de bad kamer was een schande vieze kitranden, douche Lek en alle douche koppen waren met kalk. Zonde want er zit potentie in dit hotel!

La habitación más pequeña de lo que parece en foto y no tan moderna como en fotos. Lo peor las camas, son muy incómodas, necesitan cambiarlas, el ruido de la habitación de al lado se colaba por la puerta, se escuchaba toda la conversación. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, siempre es el mismo no varía ni un poquito y siempre faltaban cosas.

Die Zimmer mit Zimmernummern > 400 sind runterkommen, verwohnt und schäbig im Zustand. Hätten wir das beim Buchen gewusst und uns nicht auf die veröffentlichten Bilder verlassen, hätten wir dieses Hotel niemals gebucht. Rund €300,- für 2x schlechte Zimmer.

Die etwas sehr überzogenen Preise in der Hotelbar...besser was im Restaurant trinken gehen oder außerhalb.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Größe des Zimmers, das Frühstück war gut, der Kaffee ist MEGA. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Gut beleuchteter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Viele Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Gute Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck.
Die Matratze sollte getauscht werden Zum Schlafen war's ok. aber die Federn waren deutlich spürbar und hörbar. Im Bad gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Straßen zum See sind etwas chaotisch geführt und sehr holprig. Die Fahrt nach Como oder zum See dauert länger als normal bei so einer Entfernung.

Their service really added a lot to the overall experience, and I would give them five stars. The breakfast was also very good. Although the coffee machine was out of order, the staff continuously checked on us and asked whether we needed more coffee, which was very thoughtful and attentive.
For guests like us who have stayed in many four-star hotels, we were a little surprised that some parts of the rooms felt slightly dated. However, the hotel was clean and well maintained overall, and the excellent service from the staff made our stay much more enjoyable.

Es war kalt. Im Ganzen Hotel und Restaurant keine Heizung, da es nach dem 15. April war und ab dann alles abgestellt wurde. Draußen waren 12 grad.. Lift zum Restaurant funktionierte nicht. Das Bett knirschte und hatte nur 1 tiefes Kissen pro Person.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Ich bedauere sehr, aber ich kann an dem Haus nichts empfehlenswertes beschreiben. Immerhin gab es zum Abschied eine Flasche Wasser für die Reise.
Die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße und einem Kreisverkehr kann für empfindliche Gemüter zu einer unruhigen Nacht führen. Wir waren in einem Zimmer in der obersten Etage und die gesamte Etage ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die schwarzen Tapeten im Gang sind durchgängig beschädigt und der Teppich teilweise zerrissen. Im Badezimmer ging ein Riss quer über den gesamten Boden. Die Bettgestelle waren stark ramponiert. Ein Hinweis an der Rezeption auf den schlechten Zustand des Zimmers brachte nur den Kommentar, dass sie ausgebucht seien. Ich kann also nur hoffen, dass andere Zimmer renoviert sind. Der Zimmerpreis war genauso hoch wie im 4-Sterne Mercure in Grenoble. Und dort hatte alles gepasst.
