Avevamo un appartamento con due camere da letto e due bagni

Posizione, l'hotel è vetusto, è diviso in due zone. Stanze piccole. Zona orribile (ma tutta la citta è orribile). Nessun riscaldamento danno una stufetta elettrica per stanza che non è sufficiente in inverno. Avevamo un appartamento con due stanze e ci hanno detto che ne davano una sola. Mi sono dovuto incazzare per avere la seconda stufetta. Nel complesso direi un 2 stelle

La ubicación, la atención del personal y la comodidad de la habitación fueron lo mejor de la estadía.

La señal de internet era muy baja y caía con frecuencia.

Muy bonito el departamento, super limpio, cómodo y buena ubicación.

Big rooms.

Quite unclean, it was clear the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned in a while and there was dental floss stuck to the tiles from a previous guest. Someone had smoked a lot in the room so everything smelt. Even after removing all the sheets and using our own bedding we couldn’t sleep well as the traffic outside was extremely loud.

Very spacious. Sofa comfortable. Secure and safe place.

Poor breakfast. Pointless. Better to go hungry. Very noisy neighbours as it’s connected to a fire station so you had 5 guys smoking outside till late.

Well located and feels like home

Ficamos num apartamento para familia, o espaço era ótimo, com cozinha e acessórios. Tudo muito limpo e confortável.

O Hotel é bem localizado, o apartamento não tem luxo mas é confortavel, fomos bem atendidos e o café da manhã é bom.

It was clean, staff were friendly, location was good.

No elevator, but it is an old building, not a real problem.

Good overall hotel. We really appreciated them arranging breakfast for us at 5am because we had to leave at 5h20.

Street noise. Quite centrally located. Maybe also not the safest neighbourhood, but otherwise no complaints.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave. WiFi speed was good.

WiFi on the second floor went down for two days and no one at the hotel cared. I had to work in the lobby. I chose to stay in Calama for two days because I've heard San Pedro de Atacama has unstable internet. If you are considering this, just go to San Pedro, it's much nicer there. Breakfast was quite basic. The daytime staff at the front desk did not speak any English.

The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, but check-in could have been more efficient - I got the impression the receptionist didn't know how to process bookings from foreigners. The hotel room was adequate but fairly basic - in particular in terms of the self-catering kitchen. Although the hotel is fairly central in the town, I was slightly disappointed by the area's general lack of things to do and the cleanliness of the area, hence the lower score for neighbourhood.

Fuimos por trabajo, éramos dos mujeres sólas y cuando llegamos de noche al apart hotel fue impactante ya que no es un barrio tranquilo, hay bares y personas que se paran en las esquinas, no fue para nada cómodo, también por el ruido en las noches de gente gritando y ruido de autos, finalmente nos cambiamos de lugar por la inseguridad.

卡拉馬是一個來往波里維亞和聖地牙哥間必經之地,如果你不是中國人,沒有那麼觸目,這酒店十分適合.酒店設備優良,舒適整潔,服務員英文不錯,而且十分熱心.只是治安欠佳,我們在大街上遇刧,酒店職員免費送我們到機場往聖地牙哥求助,十分感謝.

El hotel tiene una ubicación central y de facial acceso a restaurantes, habitaciones cómodas y una muy buena atención de su personal. Recomendable.

O hotel é muito próximo ao terminal rodoviário (é possível ir a pé mesmo com bagagem). Nessas condições, a vizinhança era boa, em comparação com outras cidades. A equipa do hotel é muito atenciosa. O quarto tinha carpete e era um pouco empoeirado. De maneira geral, é compatível com o preço, e superou as expectativas!

It's a decent hotel. But is right near a dangerous neighborhood. Don't stay here if you're not a local.

We stayed for 2 nights. the first night we had a "neighborhood dog concert" several times at night, the second night was fine. Staff, though they did not speak English was friendly, very accommodating and helpful. We had read some reviews regarding having to pay in cash, credit card was accepted without problems. The hotel does not have an elevator and we had to go up two flights of stairs, but the staff was on hand to carry the luggage. The room was clean, had a kitchenette and desk with 2 chairs, though no sitting area and no AC,

Enge Treppen, kein Lift, schwere Koffer mussten in 2. Stock geschleppt werden. Nàchtlicher Lärm an Hauptstrasse. Frühstück auf Tablett am Vorabend ins Zimmer geliefert.

Hotel simple, propre avec un accueil correct. Attention peu de maîtrise de langue étrangère, et difficulté à parler espagnol lentement ... De même le transfert à l'aéroport qui était soi-disant inclus nous a été facturé par le taxi à l'arrivée.

Absolutely fine. Not astoundingly cheap but I get the impression Calama isn't cheap anyway. A few blocks west of the plaza but not particularly out of the way. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. Free wi-fi worked fine.
