I went to here for a study abroad trip this summer and the hotel was wonderful. All different kinds of fresh Amazonian food was prepared for lunch breakfast and dinner. Not to mention the staff was extremely helpful and very kind pertaining to any needs. I wanted to give a special thanks to Lorena and Aimēe for making this experience very enjoyable and helpful for my studies abroad.

O quarto é maior do que aparenta nas fotos, gostei muito! O banheiro é excelente, com várias toalhas (cheirosas). Tem bastante espaço para guardar malas e roupas. A cama é confortável e têm lençóis cheirosos. A vista é excelente. Além disso, o café da manhã me agradou bastante, gostoso e variado.

O quarto estava limpo, mas apareceu uma barata morta. Solicitamos que retirassem a barata e logo atenderam o pedido. O ar condicionado fez um barulho estranho durante a noite, o que atrapalhou um pouco o sono.

This was the value for money option in Manaus for a night so we could get our lift and tour to the jungle the next early morning. We thought it would be safer staying away from the downtown area and we saw online there is a shopping centre next door. The hotel is tired but it was super clean and everyone friendly. The breakfast was plentiful but the proposal is different so remember you're not in Europe or a nice cafe somewhere. Nevertheless you can't complain if there's two types of tapioca cake and at least they had some sort of coffee even if it was the basics. Excellent value for money though and safe and we caught ubers to and from the city. We did seem to have to drive through some questionable areas to get to the main city square but we didn't have any issues. When we arrived, a bus load of airline staff did as well and if it's good enough for them too, there's nothing to complain about though manage your expectations. You get what you pay for. The mall next door was very limited and the foodcourt had local fast food options. No complaints though as you can buy water and the basics which was just for the night. There's like a very small and limited TKMaxx or K Mart equivalent in the mall. You can get to it via a walkway and overpass from the back of the hotel. Woudln't recommend going that way at night time though - think the walk along the main road 80m is better. The pool on the top floor was surprisingly passable and water clean. It is about 15m and decent enough if you're waiting for a pick up. That goes for the gym too - a few machines and does the job.

Helpful and friendly staff

Café da manhã razoável com boas opções. Falta organização no buffet - itens de louça faltando, sem jogo americano nas mesas, por exemplo. Quarto ok, mas limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar.

Easy check-in, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast . Staff was outstanding with helping me contact a no show travel vendor and vetting our taxi driver.

Prima plek, wel wat verder van centrum maar met taxi ben je er zo. Winkels in de buurt. Vriendelijke mensen die goed engels begrijpen.

Overall the property itself was nice. The front desk staff was very rude. This was my second time staying here and both times I have encountered this. Other staff are friendly, but the front desk staff are unprofessional.

Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas pero comparadas con los hoteles de centro de Manaus están muy bien. Cleaning staff service was good, also Aimée, front desk agent was courteous and helpful. Breakfast is good. Localization is about 15 minutes from main local Shoppping Centers & Restaurants. The gym and pool is clean. Laundry service is good.

Falará dos pontos positivos que são interessantes, mas o negativo pesa demais. Positivo: hotel muito limpo e o café da manhã, pago a parte, é excelente. Contudo, a cama é desagradavelmente desconfortável, de molas bem duras que fazem pressão em vários pontos do corpo e os travesseiros muito duros e altos também. O staff é bem capacitado e educado, pecando no conforto da cama, que não minha opinião é fundamental.

Fui comemorar meu aniversario junto com a familia, no entanto, não recebi nem um parabéns. e ainda por cima quiseram me cobrar por uma pequenissima mancha de chocolate no lençol. Foi um desgaste horrivel até o gerente usar de bom senso, e não me cobrar por este acidente que seria facilmente resolvido com uma lavagem na lavanderia...

Minha experiência neste hotel foi simplesmente incrível e superou todas as expectativas. Desde o momento do check-in até o momento da minha partida, fui recebido com extrema cordialidade e profissionalismo por toda a equipe. A recepção foi muito eficiente, o processo de entrada foi ágil e os atendentes sempre muito bem treinados, simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as necessidades. O quarto em que fiquei hospedado era espaçoso, extremamente limpo, confortável e muito bem decorado, com uma atenção especial aos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A cama era extremamente confortável, o enxoval de alta qualidade e o ambiente transmitia uma sensação de aconchego e tranquilidade perfeita para uma estadia relaxante. Além disso, o quarto contava com uma excelente infraestrutura: ar-condicionado silencioso, televisão de tela plana com vários canais, frigobar bem abastecido e uma conexão Wi-Fi estável e rápida, fundamental para quem precisa trabalhar ou se manter conectado. The staff at this hotel are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Large rooms with everything you need including a smart TV so I was able to watch Netflix.

The buffet was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. The rooftop pool was fun. A little far from the airport and downtown but a nice place to stay prior to leaving town for a tour of the Amazon.

I had an amazing experience at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my visit truly delightful. The location is convenient for visiting the main attractions in Manaus, and the establishment is very well organized.

I visited the Holiday Inn restaurant, and I must say that the food was excellent. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dishes were clearly prepared with care. I particularly enjoyed the Calderada, tempaki, salad, and a refreshing drink like the Marcoja Cobasso. It was an overall satisfying experience. The staff was friendly and courteous, and our orders arrived on time, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant meal. Cons: location is in a very regular part of town. Nothing interesting. The breakfast plates and glasses size are really small. I have never eaten breakfast in such tiny plates. Pros: clean hotel, friendly staff. I had an issue with my room and they immediately fixed it. Nice gym and small swimming pool on the top floor. Lots of airline crew seem to be staying here, so I imagine the hotel must be pretty good. The reception staff can give you a hand out about amazon tours through this company called "ED transporte e turismo" and I went on a couple of the tours with them and I had a good experience.

Hotel bem localizado, com fácil acesso, ao lado de um Shopping. Quarto bem equipado: duchas de qualidade, varal, lenços maquiagem, secador de cabelos, chaleira elétrica, ar condicionado ótimo. Um pouco de barulho em função da avenida, mas não atrapalhou nosso sono. Café da manhã muito completo, várias opções. Único ponto negativo foi o restaurante do Hotel. Jantamos lá um dia à noite e a comida não estava boa, infelizmente. Mesmo assim, o hotel em si nos surpreendeu. Entre os hotéis de rede que nos hospedamos, esse foi o melhor.

This hotel is very clean, well maintained and employs great staff. We had stayed here for 3 nights recently for th enew years. Very great value for the price. Staff took care of all our queries and went out of their way to fullfill our request. The resturnat is not bad, despite us being vegetarians. The food options are good for vegetarians as well with 4-5 items on the menu. Will highly recommend this place for all future travellers and we also would liketo stay here on our future visits.

Hotel confortável e muito linpo. O único apontamento é o jantar. Incluí na minha estadia e não valeu a pena o preço. A sensação é que serviam no dia seguinte o que sobrou do anterior.

O Hotel tem ótima localização; a segurança é garantida, o atendimento é excelente; as condições de limpeza são ótimas; estrutura nova; piscina e áreas de lazer muito boas. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! Enfim, não poderíamos ter escolhido hotel melhor!

Liegt etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Taxi auch schnell an der Oper Amazonika! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit!

The hotel is not in the historic centre but it was quick and easy to get in using Uber. Breakfast was varied. Room was large and comfortable. Effective double glazing, air conditioning and blackout curtains. It was close to a couple of fast food places and a small shopping mall. We checked-in at 02:30 and were greeted warmly by the receptionist

The only downside was that we had to ask for a second door card rather than being given it automatically at check in.

Holiday Inn Manaus garners high marks for its cleanliness, with guests frequently commending the impeccable condition of the rooms and communal areas. The staff are celebrated for their exemplary service and praised for their exceptional friendliness and efficiency. With its proximity to local attractions and offerings such as the local cuisine breakfast, the hotel is known for offering a good value for money. Additionally, the welcoming reception, particularly the young man who I understand is the night supervisor Pyatan, gave us great insight into what to do and whereabouts of the hotel and the surrounding area and also had an excellent command of the English language, which made our stay much easier. This is exactly what I would expect from an IHG experience. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would return!

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã farto e com muitas opções saborosas, jantar bom também. Minha única reclamação é sobre o ar condicionado do quarto, que não dava pra regular bem e ficava muito frio.

The restaurant is the hot point of the hotel. Mr Pawel Kroeny is in-charge for the restaurant at night. He is always receptive and gives good suggestions. Last time I was there, I had the best crusty tambaqui I ever had in Manaus. Wonderful place to have a excellent meal.

Would never book at this hotel again. Terrible service.

Ich war 2 Tage in dem Hotel, welches am Rande eine Industriegebiets liegt. Das Zimmer war im 9.Stock und hatte eine separate Dusche und ein WC. Der Zustand ist gut und alles war sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt an einer Strasse und der Verkehrslärm war zu hören. Im Restaurant wird eine sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Abends kann man dort auch gut nach Karte essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich ud hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine Wäscherei und WLAN steht zur Verfügung.

O Hotel é maravilhoso, muito bem conservado, atendimento bom. Único problema que tive foi no primeiro café da manhã, que a funcionária veio me abordar informando que minha diária não contemplava o café da manhã, foi um equívoco, eu disse que resolveria isso na recepção. Achei a abordagem grosseira além de que poderia ter sido feita em outro momento, já que eu estava hospedada e se fosse o caso poderia ser cobrada.

Quality of evening menu in restaurant not good at all. Used it 3 times during a 7 night stay and didn't finish one meal. Internet connection in room was appalling constantly dropped out and difficult to reconnect. Was a major issue for work and didn't manage to watch one Netflix program all the way through.
