Sehr gute Lage, im Zentrum. Öffis in 5 bis 10 MInuten erreichbar (Bus, Bahn). Sehr gutes Service, Reception, Zimmer, Bar, Restaurant, alle sehr kompetent und freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauber und großzügig (Appartement). Parkmöglichkeit beim Hotel (kostenpflichtig aber OK) oder gratis (10Minuten Fußmarsch). Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, für Unterhaltung ist gesorgt (Klavier- Gitarrenabende), Kegelbahn, Kidsclub usw.

Organizzata in blocchi tutti ben collegati tra loro. In particolare la zona Spa con saune e piscine. Confortevole ed accogliente, in inverno deve essere strepitosa.

Tutto molto curato, ad ogni modo il livello di attenzione nelle pulizie dell’appartamento andrebbe migliorato.

Jeg kan ikke rose dette hotel nok: for det ekstremt venlige og imødekommende personale, for faciliteterne, for de æstetiske omgivelserne, for de FANTASTISKE lejligheder. Vi var der med vores søn on datter og deres familier...i alt 6 voksne og 4 børn under 8 i tre pragtfulde hotel-apartments. Der var meget mere end vi havde forventet og vi havde 10 dejlige dages ferie.

All great, lovely hotel, lovely personnel, great location, dog friendly. We got an upgrade to a better view appartment which was appreciated. The pool and spa facilities were a great ending to a day of hiking. Recommend.

מלון מקסים מול נוף משגע של אחת העיירות היפות באלפים האוסטרים ובמיקום מרכזי. קיבלנו חדר קסום בקומה ה6 הכולל מטבח מאובזר שולחן אוכל ומרפסת לנוף. במלון יש בריכה נחמדה וג'קוזי גדול, חדר משחקים והופעות. הצוות נחמד מאוד ומסייע בכל בעיה באופן מידי. מומלץ בחום.

Ruim appartement, heerlijk ontbijt, personeel is erg aardig en super behulpzaam, fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen, heerlijk groot zwembad.

Kan niks verzinnen! Als ik dan toch iets moet opnoemen: De zomerkaart was erg basic. Moesten voor zwembaden en liften bijbetalen.

Beautiful large hotel in a fantastic location with amazing balcony views. It has multiple exits to different streets, making it super convenient to get around. Great facilities including 3 small pools, a sauna, bowling, a gym, a kids' playroom, and a lovely lobby bar. The hotel feels very alive and active! We loved the evening live music in the lobby with free wine and canapés.Rooms are equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. They also offer great value breakfasts, dinners, lunches, and afternoon coffee with cake if you prefer not to cook. Everything is nearby: restaurants, an open-air music stage, the waterfall, a grocery store, a pharmacy, the cable car, and the thermal baths. Special thanks to the polite staff who surprised me for my birthday with sweets and a complimentary cocktail at the bar. Highly recommended!

Hotel priamo v centre kúsok od ikonického vodopádu a zároveň 5 minút chôdze k dolnej stanici na kabínkovú lanovku na vrch Stubnerkogel. Vynikajúce raňajky, pohodlné postele. Mali sme izbu panorama s balkónom na 6tom poschodí a úžasným výhľadom na hory. Priamo v hoteli požičovňa ebikov aj bikov . Na izbe bola plne vybavená kuchyňa aj so spotrebičmi a chladničkou

Jako ljubazno osoblje, na recepciji, u restoranu i na baru. Igor, Branka, Adis, svi su izuzetno susretljivi. Ima dosta sadržaja za stariju djecu (Air hockey, stolni nogomet, bilijar, stolni tenis...), za manju djecu ima igraonica s animatoricom koja priča engleski. Kuhinja opremljena svime što treba.

Pool zum relaxen und mit Kleinkindern könnte noch ein Tick wärmer sein. Aber dann wäre der Bereich wahrscheinlich total überfüllt. Etwas nervig, dass alle tobende Kids mit im wärmsten Wellnesspool waren. Wir hatten unseres Kleinkind da auch mit drin. Aber manche Kinder waren da sehr wild.

Alles war in Ordnung und wir werden sicherlich wieder mal zurück kommen in dieses schöne Hotel. Die Lage ist auch sehr Zentral so dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann

Die Lifte sind doch schon sehr langsam, die könnten mal modernisiert werden.

Nagyon kellemes tartózkodás van mögöttünk a feleségemmel, egy minden szempontból kitűnő hotelben (A kellemes időjárás csak még hab volt a tortán) A szálloda 4-csillagos, és annak minden pozitívumával rendelkezik: teljesen komfortos, jófekvésű & jólfelszerelt apartman, választékos svédasztalos reggelik és vacsorák. A hotel fekvése is optimális a városon belül. A szálloda személyzete viszont már 5+ csillagos(!): a recepció segítőkész és rugalmas, az étterem személyzete vendégbarát és motivált, a technikai személyzet a kisebb problémát a zuhanyfejjel pillanatok alatt megoldotta. Összegezve: minden szuper volt, pedig a wellnes+medence felkeresésére a sűrű kirándulás-programjaink miatt még időnk sem jutott…. A higiéniai felszerelés a törölközőktől a fürdőköpenyekig, a tisztálkodószerek minőségén túl és a fürdőszobai műanyag kisszékig bezárólag egyszerűen hibátlan, imádtuk. Bőséges terek és rakodó-/pakolóhelyek az apartmanban, dupla WC, mikrohullámú sütő és hűtőszekrény fagyasztórésszel, poharak, csészék, konyhai eszközök, makulátlan tisztaság: kiváló volt minden! A világítások, étkezősarok, nappali, a panorámás erkély székekkel, ruhaszárító, etc. : minden kényelem adott volt. Életünk egyik legszebb hetét töltöttük itt! Ez a szálloda (és szerintem a lánc többi tagja is) kiemelt figyelmet érdemelnek. Köszönjük szépen ez úton is az ott dolgozóknak, hogy minden napunkat egy-egy szép élménnyé varázsolták. Csak ajánlani tudjuk ezt a szállodát, mégpedig teljes szívünkből. Remélem, fogunk még jönni- és visszatérni ide!

A hotel fantasztikus helyen található, közel a belvároshoz, a vízeséshez, a vasútállomáshoz és a felvonóhoz. A környezet egyszerűen lélegzetelállító – számunkra tényleg olyan volt, mint egy csoda, egy álom. A recepción mindenki nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, bármilyen kérdésünk volt, készségesen segítettek. Kaptunk Gastein Cardot is, amellyel ingyenesen használhattuk a helyi busz- és vonatközlekedést, és ezt többször ki is használtuk. A szobánk makulátlanul tiszta volt, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, a fürdőszoba és a konyha pedig gyönyörű és igényesen kialakított. Különösen jólesett, hogy mindennap jöttek takarítani, így a törölközők és a fürdőköpenyek mindig tiszták és kellemes illatúak voltak. A szálloda wellnessrészlege is nagyszerű: spa, gyerekmedence, valamint bio-, gőz- és finn szauna is rendelkezésre áll. A szaunát különösen imádtam. Az egész szállodában érezhető az igényesség, a precizitás és az odafigyelés. Az ár-érték arány kiváló. Ingyenes parkoló is rendelkezésre áll, körülbelül 3 perc sétára a szálloda bejáratától, az út túloldalán, a hegyoldalon. Csodálatos élmény volt itt megszállni, szívből ajánljuk a hotelt! 🏔️❤️

Ilyen igazából nincs! 😊 Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. Egyetlen kisebb nehézségünk az érkezéskor adódott: a szálloda utcáját elsőre nem volt egyszerű megtalálni. Ezért egy kis segítség a később érkezőknek: a Mozartplatznál a középső utcába kell bemenni, ez vezet a szállodához. Érdemes előtte a Google Mapsen is megnézni az útvonalat – így már könnyen megtalálható. Ez azonban semmit nem vont le a szállodában töltött idő élményéből. ❤️

This is our third year staying at this wonderful property, nestled in the beautiful and picturesque town of Bad Gastein. The hotel boasts an exceptional panoramic view and a truly friendly and professional staff. Special mention goes to Adis at the reception, a 360-degree professional who is always helpful and attentive, as well as all the wonderful members of the restaurant and bar teams, who serve fantastic cocktails during happy hour. Breakfast is absolutely breathtaking, with an excellent selection and outstanding food. Dinner offers a rich and delicious buffet, combining international cuisine with traditional Austrian dishes — truly something for every taste. The SPA area features beautifully clean swimming pools for both adults and children, as well as a completely renovated sauna and relaxation area, creating a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Alles ist in diesem Hotel fabelhaft. Servis auf dem hohen Niveu, Lage des Hotels - alles perfekt zu erreichen

Alt var simpelthen i top! Har aldrig været så overrasket over et hotel"værelse".... det var nærmest en tre-etages lejlighed! Vi var der med vores søn, datter og deres familier (incl. 4 børn på 7, 5 og 2 x 2 år) - og blev mødt med venlige, tålmodige personalemedlemmer og fantastiske faciliteter. Alt meget ren, æstestisk og comfortable. Morgenmadens kvalitet levede op til det formidable udsigt man kunne kikke på mens man spiste den og ... ekstra-speciale tak til restaurant staben som holdte morgenbuffeten kørende som smurt. Og med en smil. Oh... næsten glemte at rose hotellets pool og spa området. Åbnings tider hertil var fra tidligt til sent., og området var meget BEDRE end man kunne se ud fra billederne... det er en sjældenhed!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'été. Les enfants ont adoré les activités proposées par le club enfant. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine, le petit déjeuner et de pouvoir louer des vélo électriques sur place. C'est aussi un point de départ pour de nombreuses randonnées dans les montagnes. We like everything! Always warm nice welcoming from the receptionist staff, especially Tanja and Adis. Excellent breakfast and dinner, also great service friendly from Igor and Neda. Kids friendly as they have some kids outdoor and indoor activities. You can strolling nice walking surroundings the hotel. We feels like home. Definitely we've returned again every summer there. They even upgrade our room.

Wir haben an der Rezeption bei Ankunft nach Essensbuchung gefragt, dann kam die Auskunft, das wir keines gebucht haben. Bei Booking wurde Frühstück nicht angezeigt ! Es stellt sich raus, das es dazu gebucht war. Fand das richtig unverschämt. Dann sagt man, ihr Frühstück kann in dieser Uhrzeit eingenommen werden.

We came to this hotel several times. Therefore, it should be quite obvious that we like the place and that we consider it not simply a place to sleep, but a part of our holiday experience. The location is excellent, with picturesque views. The hotel is only minutes away from the town center, the waterfall, and the railway station, The room was spacious, comfortable, and included a kitchen. It was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The undisputed highlight of the room, however, was the balcony. We could never tire of the spectacular view of the valley and of the Alpine mountains. We spent many hours just sitting there, over coffee or tea, enjoying the great scenery. Those moments will stay permanently in our memory. My wife enjoyed the spa area quite a bit and spent a considerable amount of time there. The breakfast deserves a special mention. They offer a very large breakfast buffet with excellent variety and quality. Each and every staff person was extremely kind throughout our stay. In conclusion, we could not ask for more, and it should be patently clear why we keep coming back.

Perhaps a Nespresso coffee maker could be added.

Hotel is huge, has most of facilities and is located in the very center of Bad Gastein. Bikes for rent are in excellent condition.

Tout était parfait ! L’espace spa était très agréable, la chambre très confortable et l’emplacement était parfait. Nous avons utilisé les transports en commun gratuits (avec la carte) pendant nos 15 jours de vacances. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable.

Everything was exceptional. Great location, nothing too much for the staff. They were very friendly and accomodating. Apartment was well equipped with a kitchen. Next time would book panoramic view. Staff at restaurant also really accomodating also. Pool and bowling alley for kids and lots of events for the family. Poker night, hiking and horse roding etc with the family. And live music on a Sunday evening. Even a laundromat on site.

A small thing would like block out curtains and maybe a stainless steel kettle, rather than plastic they currently have.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the town and offers absolutely breathtaking views of the mountains. Our apartment was wonderful — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. It really felt like having a proper home away from home. The balconies and terraces are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the incredible mountain scenery. The spa area is fantastic, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a lovely sun terrace where you can relax and sunbathe. Families with children are very well taken care of. There is a great kids’ club, which our daughter absolutely loved, and we felt completely comfortable leaving her there under the supervision of the staff. There is also a nice outdoor playground. The hotel offers very good lunch and dinner options, which are definitely worth taking advantage of. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything about our stay felt like a true five-star hotel experience. We would happily come back!

Vynikajúce ranajky s velkym výberom, pohodlné postele, výborná lokalita, veľmi ochotný a milý personál, v TV dva slovenské kanály, požičovňa e-bikov, parkovisko cca 200m od hotela, ale nebol to problém, na recepcii nám poskytli všetky informácie, na ktoré sme sa pýtali, dostali sme v rámci pobytu regionálnu zľavovú kartu, úžasný výhľad na hory z izby

The facility is very good, kids club with great activities the balcony facing the valley are amazing.

Breakfast is limited, cleaning service is so bad you have to though you garbage and to maintain-your self till you leave. The restaurant is limited to the buffet for the dinner no al cad menu

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das große Freizeitangebot. Es gibt viele Spielmöglichkeiten wie Bowling, Tischtennis, Airhockey und weitere Aktivitäten, sodass auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine Langeweile aufkommt.

Das Schwimmbad ist jedoch viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es so überfüllt, dass wir es leider gar nicht nutzen konnten. Besonders enttäuschend war das Abendessen. Ich hatte es im Voraus bezahlt, dennoch waren keinerlei Getränke inklusive – nicht einmal Wasser. Das Essen entsprach für uns keineswegs dem Niveau eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Es erinnerte eher an ein Bistro mit Selbstbedienung, und einige Speisen wirkten nicht mehr ganz frisch. Besonders unangenehm war, dass ein Mitarbeiter heruntergefallenes Essen mit der bloßen Hand wieder in die Pfanne legte. Das fanden wir sehr unhygienisch und unappetitlich. Am Ende haben wir das Abendessen kaum gegessen und sind hungrig geblieben.

Mažųjų baseinas yra labai gero gylio, trimetei buvo tobulas. Kambariai minimaliai buvo tvarkomi kas antrą dieną, rankšluosčių daug, keičiami, šiukšlės išnešamos. Du wc išvis buvo labai didelis privalumas. Lovos patogios, vaikams patiko lovos trasformerės 😆

Trūko kempinėlės indams plauti, bet čia smulkmena ir automobilių parkavimas kiek toliau ant kalno. Bet išsikraunant ir susikraunant daiktus sutojama prie pat įėjimo ir neskubant viską galima išsikrauti.

Everything. The view from the balcony to the mountains was breathtaking. The staff were very attentive, the room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast and dinner were all-you-can-eat and you could find international and traditional Austrian dishes, too. All in all, a very good value for the price.

Vybaveni hotelu (bazen, virivka, sauna), vybaveni apartmanu (v kuchynskem koutu vse k dispozici, zupan, pohodlne tvrdsi matrace, 2x wc). Vyhled z okna na hory je prekrasny - bude nam chybet. Koncerty primo pod okny hotelu jsou prijemne zpestreni. Moc radi se vratime.

Wifi je pomala, ale to nevadi😉 V kuchyni nam chybelo kuchynske prkenko.

Lots of great recreational activities for everyone, specially the game room with billiards, tennis table, air hockey, darts and the bowling alley. The lunch deal in the hotel is good value for the area and the food was delicious.

Dedicated shower would’ve been better than a bath with a small shower door.

Čistý hotel v centru Bad Gastein, vkusně zařízený pokoj, každý den úklid. Příjemné wellnes, bazén, vířívka, sauna. Měli jsme polopenzi, jídlo bylo také velmi chutné.

Byly vyleželé matrace u postelí, chtělo by to vyměnit za nové. Hned po příjezdu jsme nahlásili rozbité lehátko na terase, ale za celý pobyt ho nestihli vyměnit.

The apartment we stayed was right on the main road. That was kind of a let down as it was extremely noisy to keep the window/ door open

The best stay we had in our trip. Hotel staff was really friendly and provided all useful information. There was good spa, bowling for kids etc. Brekfast was very good. And the nicest thing was room we had for 4 with big living room and separate bedroom. The design was very nice and also included kitchenette.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, aber den Möbeln und manchen Türen merkt man das Alter und den Verschleiß an. Trotzdem eine sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem was man benötigt.

Balkonas - nuostabi vieta pasisėdėjimui. Erdvūs kambariai. 2 tualetai. Pilnai įrengta virtuvė. Itin jauki ir prabangi pirčių zona, poilsio kambarys. Baseinas, gultai lauke- tikra atgaiva po karštos dienos kalnuose. Personalas malonus. Labai tikiuosi grįžti dar kartą. Su šeima puikiai pailsėjome ir pamilome šią vietą. Ačiū Mondi Bellvue ❤️

Dejligt sted med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Dejlig morgenmad, godt varierende.

Kun en bemærkning, bedre opdeling af børn aldersmæssigt ved pool området, specielt ved Rutchebanen, der var for store børn i dette område, aldersbegrænsning til max. 6 år kunne være en ide.

Bellissimo hotel , ottima posizione, hall di presentazione molto bella, ottima colazione con abbondanza e molte scelte. Ristorante a buffet ricchissimo e fatto molto bene . Staff gentilissimo

The room had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony with a mountain view. There were swimming pools, saunas, and delicious beer at the bar. The staff was very helpful, and we'd love to come back!

The pillows were a bit small.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Balkon, mit großem Bad samt Toilette, plus separater Toilette, großes Schlafzimmer mit sehr gutem Bett und auch der Wohnbereich mit Küche und den zwei ausklappbaren Betten waren top. Hier hat mich die Bettenqualität noch mehr positiv überrascht. Küche super ausgestattet - alles da was man braucht.

Möbel in die Jahre gekommen - aber sie waren noch in gutem Zustand - und von guter Qualität.

Skvělá sauna a bazén. Hotel na krásném místě, blízko vodopádu. Nabíječka na auta poblíž hotelu.

Nabíječka na auta je od veřejného poskytovatele a ne přímo od hotelu, pozor na platbu za minuty.

A touch of the Belle Epoque, super professional staff and magic atmosphere. I don't think there are better hotels in Bad Gastein. We had a spacious two room apartment with the best view possible. 10/10 without any doubt

We had a fantastic stay! Kids loved the swimming pool, we enjoyed the views from the balcony, personnel was really nice!

Very friendly staff, with a special mention for Adis at reception. The hotel’s location and cleanliness are excellent. The hotel room is comfortable and spacious, with a small kitchenette. The pool and wellness area are very good.

Vinkki: kannattaa pyytää isoa ja rauhallista huonetta niin saat melkein sadan neliön huoneen. Isossa huoneessa oli kun pyydettiin: kaksi telkkaria,parveke jossa oli kolme tuolia pöytä ja upea näkymä alpeille , keittiö , kaksi sänkyä , kaksi vessaa josta toinen kylppäri ja tyhjä tila johon voi laittaa tavaransa.
