Notre séjour était absolument parfait, le site est exceptionnel et d’un calme plus que reposant. La seule chose à savoir est qu’il faut réserver pour diner au restaurant même lorsque nous sommes client de l’hôtel. Bon à savoir pour la prochaine visite ;)

L'établissement est très beau et la chambre très confortable. Personnel très gentil et garage mis à disposition pour notre moto sans supplément. Il pleuvait beaucouo le jour de notre départ et nous avons pu conserver la chambre un peu plus longtemps et gracieusement

Comme dans bcp d'hôtels un manque de patères notamment absence d'endroit pour faire sécher son maillot de bains (piscine dans l'établissement).

Beautiful property with interesting history especially around gastronomy. Very nice staff who were accommodating. Rooms are spacious with nice decor. Bar lounge has a great wine list by the glass. Excellent breakfast with great variety, high quality and local ingredients. Outdoor terraces are beautiful too. And the swimming pool is a perfect size! A car is ideal to get around …

Absolutely beautiful with a wonderful vibe. The buildings were architecturally interesting, surrounded by wonderful verdant gardens (and a discreet swimming pool which integrated perfectly with the overall landscape). The interiors were stylish and understated. Polished floors, intricate brickwork ceilings and rugs everywhere. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant was excellent (both for dinner and breakfast) and complemented by a relaxed bar with a great range of wines. Faultless. Looking forward to returning.

Een unieke locatie in de UNESCO gebied met een groot park en mooi zwembad. Pallenzo is een unieke site, dit wisten de Romeinen reeds zeer lang geleden!

Très bel établissement. Personnel accueillant parlant le français à la réception pour certain. Séjour de trois nuits, bonne literie, propre. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité. Espace piscine agréable. Chien admis, un vrai plus si on veut les balader dans le grand grand parc. je recommande cet établissement.

Dat we niet verwittigd waren dat het restaurant gesloten was voor renovatie toen ik een tafel reserveerde. We konden er wel eten maar het was eerder “bistro” en het aanbod was beperkt

Es ist eine schöne Anlage mit weitläufigem Ausblick. Das Hotel hat große Zimmer mit traditioneller Einrichtung, wie den Bildern zu entnehmen ist. Bei der Buchung ist zu beachten, dass es ein Hotel und kein kleines Agriturismo ist. Dass es viele Zimmer und Gäste hat, merkt man beim Frühstück und am Pool. Das Frühstück und der Service sind sehr gut.

Die Ledermöbel hatten bei den heißen Temperaturen einen seltsamen Geruch. Das Personal versuchte, ihn zu neutralisieren.

En arrivant nous sommes déjà agréablement surpris : une immense bâtisse ancienne superbement restaurée (invisible de la route), les jardins sont entretenus à merveille. Grande piscine. Nous avons diné en extérieur : simple mais très bon (le restaurant est en travaux). Petit-déjeuner très copieux avec tout : oeuf, charcuterie, fromages de la région, yaourt, etc ..... En plus il y a la banque du vin qui mérite le coup d'oeil et pourquoi pas un achat avec la remise de 5% accordée aux clients de l'hotel.

Il faudrait mettre des plateaux pour se servir au petit-déjeuner.

L'hôtel et son environnement nous ont tellement impressionnés, que nous avons décidé de prolonger notre séjour.

Accoglienza super, camera spettacolare, ottimi i servizi e la posizione comodissima per raggiungere le maggiori mete turistiche (e cantine) della zona in meno di 15 Min di auto. Ottima la colazione.

Purtroppo siamo capitati in un momento in cui il ristorante Garden era in ristrutturazione. Abbiamo però usufruito del Bistrot interno, molto buono. Il letto un po' da rivedere, senza infamia e senza lode, varietà dei cuscini scarsa. Per me tutti troppo bassi.

Struttura con tutto il confort per una pausa rilassante con piscina (e spa), ristorante e parcheggio in mezzo ad un parco tranquillo. Colazione buona e abbondante.

Il ristorante è da prenotare in anticipo, i lettini in piscina un pò scarsi, una camera era più piccola della descrizione e il costo per l'animale è abbastanza caro (essendo 30€ a notte! e non a soggiorno)

Nous y allons depuis quelques années et c’est toujours égal en qualité hôtellerie et restauration le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins pour nous

Bien que le restaurant était en travaux lors de notre séjour, l'établissement était époustouflant. Le lieu est somptueux, l'intérieur est authentique, distingué mais à la fois accueillant et confortable. Le personnel est adorable, serviable et de bon conseil. Les chambres sont parfaites, literie très confortable, bel espace devant le lit, large étagère sur un côté de la chambre, salle de douche de très belle taille. Une attention est portée sur les petits détails (décoration, eaux de bienvenue, petits livres à disposition..). Nous avons été ravis de la piscine et du SPA privatif. Le petit dej était aussi très diversifié et de très belle qualité !! Enfin l'emplacement est idéal. La ville charmante, la banca del vino à proximité immédiate. Pour nous, c'est un large sans faute !!! Dernière chose : nous n'avions pas d'enfant avec nous mais avons apprécié de voir des jeux à disposition des enfants, des livres et le personnel accueillant pour eux.

Wir waren 4 Nächte i der Albergo dell‘Agenzia. Pollenzo hat leider nicht viel zu bieten, ausser dem Hotel. Altehrwürdiger Bau, Zimmer nicht sehr groß, Bad mit Badewanne, keine Haken oder Ähnliches für die Handtücher. Außenbereich sehr schön und großzügig. Pool reicht vollkommen für eine Abkühlung und etwas relaxen. Frühstück sehr gut, dafür ist die Küche am Abend überlastet und es gibt nur wenige Plätze im Restaurant. Wir haben nur einmal da einen Tisch bekommen. Sehr nah und fussläufig das Restaurant Scuderia, gute Qualität zu stolzen Preisen. Praktisch ist das Parken mit 2 Ladesäulen für E- Auto. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Posizione strategica nelle vicinanze delle migliori localita' in zona ma immersa nel verde con ottima visuale e tranquillita'. Colazione nella norma ma non mancava nulla. Soggiorno eccellente.

Il lusso, la piscina, l’accesso alla fantastica banca del vino. È un gioiellino di struttura.

Ci venni un anno fa e prendendo la suite era inclusa un’ora di private spa: quest’anno non lo era più e sono rimasta un po’ basita, considerato che avevo prenotato la suite anche per non dover pagare a parte i 60€/ora di spa a testa…

The staff at the bar and in the wine banc was great. At the reception some were exceptional.

The communication about dinner reservations. We booked the superior rooms but they didn’t look like the rooms shown on the homepage. My impression was if you book with booking.com you get the least attractive rooms with an unpleasant view and not the ones which are described.

La location è meravigliosa e pulitissima. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri dell'ingresso. Camere spaziose e confortevoli. Lo staff è stato tutto molto gentile e professionale. Zona piscina molto bella e pulita.

Purtroppo durate le ore in cui siamo state in piscina ci sono stati bambini che hanno urlato e fatto tuffi per tutto il tempo. Non c'è stato nessun controllo da parte di nessuno, in primis dai genitori che dovrebbero essere i responsabili e nemmeno da nessun menbro dello staff che forse ogni tanto dovrebbero dare una controllata. Quelle che speravamo sarebbero state ore di relax sono state rovinate, nonostante ci fossero scritte le regole di una convivenza corretta.

Struttura bellissima! Appena arrivati ci hanno colpito il grande giardino e l'ingresso, la cortesia del personale, la camera ben arredata e funzionale. Piscina perfetta con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione. Ristorante ottimo, staff impeccabile. Ottima anche la colazione, come ampia scelta tra dolce, salato, frutta.

Un luogo ancora più bello dal vivo di quanto appaia nelle foto di presentazione su Booking. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e abbiamo soggiornato in una camera Deluxe ampia, confortevole e curata nei dettagli. L’hotel è immerso in un contesto fiabesco, estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso, ideale per chi desidera rilassarsi e godersi qualche giorno di pace. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, ma un ringraziamento speciale va al gestore del bar, che con grande cortesia ci ha consigliato degli ottimi vini e ci ha raccontato con passione la storia della location, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole e interessante. Un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere e che ci sentiamo di consigliare senza esitazioni

Davvero difficile trovare aspetti negativi. Volendo essere molto pignoli, aggiungerei qualche proposta salata in più alla colazione, che resta comunque ricca, varia e di ottima qualità

The food, breakfast and dinner, were terrific! Also, the room was very nice and spacious, much nicer than what you can see from the pictures on Booking or their website.

The reception staff was nice but not always extremely friendly and the gym is very basic and some of the equipment are very dated. Everything else was terrific!

Albergo molto ben curato, ottima la pulizia delle stanze che risultano ampie e ben climatizzate. Piacevolissima scoperta. Assolutamente consigliato per un week end di relax e buon cibo.

Wunderbare Anlage wie in einem alten Kloster, sehr liebevoll restauriert mit grossen Zimmern! Hat alles gepasst, super Poolanlage, Sauna, wunderbares Frühstück und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Alles hat gepasst nur eine etwas spezielle Handhabung der Restaurantreservationen, es heisst immer alles ist ausgebucht, doch nach Rücksprache, hat es immer genügend freie Plätze und auch immer unbenutzte Tische....
