Very courteous staff. Usha at the restaurant was very helpful. Location was very good close to the beach and not too far from the city centre.

The room was not big enough for 3 of us and the size of the bathroom was too small.

The location is good, but it's an old property that needs a bit of makeover.

Rooms are very small , the bathroom is also very small and the balcony is not clean and somehow I felt the room had a little misty smell.

Bang on NH66, big property. Decent rooms. Picked sea view on 4th floor. Food is decent can order. Breakfast had an average spread which is ok.

Not worth the money charged for sea view- it’s ok at best. Swimming pool had insects biting. I complained nothing happened.

WI-FI SPEED WAS VERY SLOW LIKE A LOCAL HOTEL IT'S NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS MEETINGS AND STAY.

Ordering drinks at dinner was more complicated than it should be.

We had a lovely room with separate seating area and nice bathroom. It was very comfortable. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were very welcoming and friendly. Loved the swimming pool which was kept clean and towels provided. We thought the beach was great. It was deserted when we were there!

Most of the actual hotel grounds were kept clean but there was some rubbish left about. It's a real shame about the rubbish next to the hotel. and also between the road and the beach.

The location, parking facility, comfortable rooms and beds, lots of convenient storage. Very quick checkin and check out.

The shower area of my room was congested though the bathroom was good.

We had booked 4 rooms and they were very comfortable. Very convenient storage spaces. Good parking facility even for our 12 seater van. Room service and housekeeping was excellent Very good value for money.

Out of the 4 rooms, the shower area of the bathroom of my room was very congested. The other 3 rooms had spacious bathrooms.

Location, property is clean and covers all requirement for perfect stay. Hotel staff Jaya, Rani serves you fresh meals and make you comfortable throughout the stay.

The food was genuinely the highlight of the stay. We had the buffet dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the quality across the spread, including the non-vegetarian options, all of which were very good. The breakfast buffet was also quite enjoyable and well done. The property does have an activity area with a pool, which looked decent, though unfortunately we couldn’t make full use of it due to time constraints.

We were very disappointed by how deceptive the photos and the hotel page on Booking turned out to be. The room was sold as a sea-view room, but from our first-floor room, all we could see was a tree. The room itself was extremely small, with virtually no space for our toddler to move around. While the Booking listing mentioned a room size of 28 sq m, it felt nowhere close to even 20 sq m, and we genuinely felt cheated, especially because we paid ₹10,000 for the room. I understand it was a high-demand day, but charging this much for a room of this size and quality feels unjustifiable; this room should not cost more than ₹5,000 on any day. There was no assistance with luggage on arrival or departure, and to make matters worse, there is no ramp to reach the lounge. If you have heavy suitcases, you’re forced to carry them up the stairs. The property has only one small lift, which takes forever to go up and down. The lobby area is poorly lit and gives off an uncomfortable, slightly shady vibe. Parking was another issue; with the hotel full, parking spots were limited and we had to park in a dark corner. Overall, this felt at best like a 1-star or 2-star hotel and fell far short of what was promised and what we paid for.

Именно такие сотрудники вытягивают сервис на нужный уровень. ​Соотношение цена/качество: Мы брали номер категории «Люкс», и за ту цену, которую заплатили, это был абсолютно адекватный и оправданный вариант. ​Инфраструктура: На территории есть бассейн, что для этой локации большой плюс.

Состояние фонда: Отелю и всей территории объективно требуется реновация. Общая усталость номерного фонда и инфраструктуры бросается в глаза. ​Итог: Придираться к чему-то, кроме общего износа, не хочется. С учетом того, что в Карваре практически нет конкуренции, это твердые 8 из 10. Если бы рядом были современные сетевые отели, оценка была бы ниже, но на текущий момент это один из лучших выборов в городе.

The variety in breakfast menu was amazing. The idli served though was a little hard . The parathas and the dosas served was very tasty. What made the experience amazing was the friendliness of the staff. They were super helpful.

The offer on ala carte menu was limited. Buffet dinner or lunch cannot be relished by every guests. As such please have more variety of food in ala carte menu.

The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is outdated, has a weird smell, tiny bathrooms, old cupboards and doors. The whole building is worn out

Sea view room didn't have any sea view, only garbage was viewed from balcony. The EV charger was not installed at all as against the claim of EV charging available.

The property is a fantastic location located close to the main beach and also has back way pathway to the nearby estuary. The sunrise and sunset at the estuary is really breathtaking The staff were really professional and polite. Food was homely and good as well. Overall recommended

The river/sea view is the best in the area. I like being high up as there are no mosquitoes. I also like the pool and the grounds. The staff is very hardworking and extremely helpful. Right from the front office staff - Vilma, Shubadha, and intern Nitin - to housekeeping Raksha and Rakshita - and the sweet restaurant staff Usha, Ranaya. I also like that I’m able to take a morning walk on the bridge - just wish there was a proper walking path and there wasn’t so much litter.

It can be noisy with all the traffic. And I wish they didn’t have a garbage dump right on the road by the hotel. It is a real eyesore. It attracts stray dogs and one was sadly killed by the traffic while we were there.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean at all — I noticed visible spots on the bedsheets and overall cleanliness was lacking. It didn’t feel hygienic or well-maintained. The hotel really needs to improve its housekeeping standards to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

The rooms i booked ..which falsely mentions as "sea view" are NOT SEA view at all.This is entirely false clwim..There might be rooms upstsirs which might hv a view of the backwaters or kali river but certainly not thr rooms i booked.The balcony was littered with pigeon droppings which is a grest HEALTH HAZARD.there was also water drip from aleaked AC pipe from a floor above.The room smelt of damp.Food most ordinary but overpriced.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative, and the rooms were very clean. The location was also good, and the view from our room was amazing, making the stay quite enjoyable overall.

However, due to rain, some of the activities we were looking forward to were cancelled, and the recreation area became quite messy. It would have been better if the hotel had alternative indoor options during bad weather.

this hotel is easy accessible from the N66 with good parking. Our suite was clean and comfortable with good seating in the lounge area. The bathroom was a good size and very clean, with commentary shower gel etc. Restaurant food was good. and breakfast was excellent. A special mention to Jaya who's hospitality and professionalism was excellent, always a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Vilma. Good wifi!

Unfortunately the pool looked very cloudy and our mantra is 'if there is anything lurking in the pool we give it a miss'! The room lacked any written information, phone numbers or room service menus. A box of tissues would have been a nice touch!

I had booked Sea view Premier room. It says 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed while booking. However the room was very congested and had just 1 double bed. There was no sofa bed like advertised online. The location is pretty average. Just beside highway and not good. The balcony was just for namesake. It was very small and really not much useful. The Sea view rooms again didn't had any proper Sea view. Most of the view is of the highway. Overall I'd avoid staying here.

Courteous staff. Good location just outside of Karwar town.Close to the river and beach. Walking distance to the bridge gives you a good view of the sunset. Restaurant food was good. Jaya deserves a special mention . She was very welcoming and friendly.

Second visit to this property . Excellent location , great hospitality. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Excellent staff at the restaurant.
