Four Points by Sheraton Palawan Puerto Princesa

Absolutely everything here is top notch. The facilities, the location, the view, the staff: at the desk, restaurants, safeguards… I haven’t seen this type of friendly community in a hotel for a long time… they work more as a family then even a team. Would love to come back to this place. Thank you very much for a very special vacation !

Our stay was a retreat to comfort for 2 nights, from a delightful but distant beach hut. It was very comfortable, a great relief and the room, breakfast, pool, staff and internet were excellent.

Not used to paying at that level in the Ppns, but it was worth it for the reset.

Alisha was exceptional in her guest relations, she assisted all the way through from upgrading to ensure the stay is as comfortable as possible

The hotel has partnered with a local women’s cooperative foundation that make their staff uniforms - I like how they are giving back - I wish this was celebrated more. It was easy to arrange a tour for the underground river.

Being bitten all over by bedbugs on the first night was a bad start to a disappointing holiday, lost two days of relaxing due to severe itching and the need to stay out of the sun. The hotel needs to work hard on staff training and expectations to reach brand standards. Multiple examples of staff standing around chatting or on their phones - rather than doing their jobs. Was hard to find staff when needed as they were distracted. There was dog poo next to the pool, whilst 3 lifeguards stood looking at something on social media on a phone. Rusty nail by the pool was another hazard. Food was sub par - very little options for a celiac or non-fish eater. Meals were inconsistent with quality - ordering the same dish 4 times and getting something different each time was worrying. Breakfast opens at 6am but when you arrive they are still madly setting up (they hadn’t even turned on the lights). Random power outages in the night would cause an emergency light to turn on in the room which woke us a few times. Pool towels were tatty and stained. Do not stay here if you are expecting Sheraton standards.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Im Restaurant war leider Vieles den gesamten Zeitraum nicht erhältlich. Aufgrund der Lage ist es auch schwierig außerhalb gut Essen zu gehen.

Einfach alles ist so wunderschön und traumhaft, wir sind so unglaublich begeistert von allem: Hotelanlage, Suite, Empfang, Personal, Lage, Ausstattung, Pool, Strand… SENSATIONELL!

The beach has no better in the world, truly pristine and perfect, and wild life in rich abundance with very interesting places of interest very near. The hotel has beautiful landscaped gardens.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful resort. Nestled away from the busy tourist areas, it provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. While the surrounding area is quiet, with limited attractions and dining options, the nearby local village offered a wonderful opportunity to experience the culture and enjoy authentic local food. The resort itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities including a large pool, pool bar, comfortable beds, and great showers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil and authentic escape.

The resort is located approximately 1.5 hours from Puerto Princesa, and while the drive involves some winding roads, the peaceful destination at the end is well worth the journey. The resort's menu is somewhat limited, but this wasn't an issue for me as there are several local restaurants nearby offering great dining options. The property is also quite a distance from El Nido, with travel times of around 5–6 hours each way, making a day trip a significant commitment of roughly 10 hours on the road. However, as I was specifically looking for a quiet and relaxing escape away from the busier tourist destinations, this suited me perfectly.

People that work there were really amazing and helpful, that was surely the best thing that contributed to our overall experience. On our day of departure we got called by the resort beach security cause they remembered we’ve asked about the turtle eggs and wanted to tell us that they’ve just hatched and showed us little turtles. Really shows how amazing these people are.

Food in the restaurant was prepared well but the quality of the ingredients could’ve been better. Breakfast was great, great variety.

Schöne Anlage direkt am Strand. Der Pool ist klasse. Super freundliches Personal. Direkt am Underground River. Sehr zu empfehlen der nicht nur Aktion möchte. Hier kann man entspannen.

Kein wirklich heißes Duschwasser.

The resort was secluded so we had essentially a private beach.

I personally didn’t have any complaints, but i could understand if those looking for a lot of things to do could find the local attractions lacking.

ausser als Transferstopp und für den unterirdischen Fluss gibt es nichts rundherum. Keine wirkliches Dorf oder sonst was - war uns aber bewusst.

Overpriced for what it was. Especially the restaurant. If I’m paying American prices for food the food needs to be much better and definitely served much quicker. Usually took an hour to get food from when you ordered it. Staff at front desk messed up our travel to airport and tried to up charge us for private transport. Didn’t help accommodate, I had to stop a driver outside who had a much cheaper rate than theirs. It would been nice if they had tried to make an effort in understanding or at least offered to cover the difference in their mistake. It’s a Sheraton after all.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und Management. Luxuriöses Ressort und ausgezeichnetes Restaurant, wunderbar direkt am Strand gelegen, umgeben von herrlicher Natur. Gigantischer, aussergewöhnlicher Pool. Bootsablegestation zum Underground River in kurzer Gehdistanz.

Fitnessraum könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Früchteauswahl zum Frühstück könnte durch Mango und evtl. Passionsfrucht ergänzt werden. Im Vergleich zu den konkurrierenden Strandlokalen in nächster Umgebung müsste die Preisgestaltung des Restaurants günstiger gestaltet sein.

Classic Sheraton. Bit sterile. Seems out of place in Sabang but perfect for the underground river. Pool is the main feature - can’t fault that!

The property is very nice

The buffet food was all cold! The front desk over charged us on our stay and refused to correct it. The refilling of water bottles is sketchy, at breakfast the bottle we had was not sealed and had mold around the rim inside! We showed the dining room manager and he took the bottle away.

Der Kleinbus bei der Abholung vom Flughafen war übervoll! Ich hatte nur Platz vorne auf dem Notsitz. Klimaanlage funktionierte in unserem Zimmer nicht. Auf Druck bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer.

We had a wonderful stay at 4 Points by Sheraton Palawan. The pool area is fantastic, and I really appreciated how the beach beds were always clean and never crowded — both by the pool and at the beach. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff made our stay even more special — especially Amel, who kept our room perfectly clean every day, and Engin, who always greeted us with a big smile at breakfast. The breakfast itself was generous and had plenty of choices, even if you came in a bit later after 9:45. Definitely a place I’d come back to — relaxing atmosphere, great staff, and beautiful surroundings.

The restaurant service could be a bit faster, so I’ll leave a separate review for that, but overall, I really enjoyed the steak and the poolside munchies (the sliders were great!). The pasta and pizza weren’t my favorites, mainly because of the long waiting time, but it didn’t affect how much I enjoyed the overall resort experience.

What stands out are the staffs. Very attentive, polite, courteous, helpful, warm and kind. You can really feel the genuineness when you're around them. Which makes you and your family feel very special. And your surroundings that much better.

Unfortunately the brick oven wasn't working at the time and couldn't order what we wanted. Otherwise, there is really no complaints.

The beach was amazing. Pool was huge. Oddly enough my favorite part was the abundant supply of pool towels. Sometime hotels feel like they gate keep pool towels and hadn’t realized until now how much friction that caused, which isn’t the case here.

Food was pricey for what you get. And I found the menu limited.

Spectacular view. Surrounded by mountains. The resort is well-maintained, and clean; staff are courteous and hospitable.

The Italian food is bad. We ordered linguine, and it took a while to be served. When they served the pasta, it was mushy and not al dente. We returned it; luckily, the food charge was waived.

The location was fabulous. We loved the turtle conservation and release of baby turtles.

The food and drinks were RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. As were the tour prices - hugely inflated to the point of extortion . There was a wedding function going on in the public area with loud music till after 9pm which we found disturbing

Service at the restaurant was very slow at lunchtime with several items not available. There seemed to be a lack of clear communication between the kitchen and waiting staff. Food took a long time to be served.

Some things just weren’t quite right - no place to grab a coffee and sit on the beach, had to walk to the pool bar for a drink from the beach, food and drink took a long time although the hotel was not full, no trash cans or dirty towel bins so people just left things everywhere and staff didn’t pick them up quickly, no shower by the beach, hair dryer was terrible - manual push and cord is not long enough, lots of staff coming to you, but not organized or coordinated so things were just not tight service-wise. Menu is limited for dinner, but the hotel down the road had a wonderful dinner that we enjoyed. It needs some refinement, but nothing they can’t address.

It is clean, nice beachfront location, nice pools

It is very expensive. Elevator was out of order the whole time. Jacuzzi is roomy, but should be warmer. Breakfast choices did not include life healthy salads. Except for a very limited salad bar. Everything is fried or very oily. Coffee is really really bad. I guess their bean is just a poor quality.

The staff is extremely kind and welcoming! The restaurant is also really good in my opinion and safe for juices and iced drinks! The chef is also very careful and accomodating with allergies, as he cooked special dishes based on our dietary requirements. Thank you!

The food 💀 it takes 1 hour for starters to reach you if you order drinks the waiters might forget to bring your drinks, the breakfast is bad, no executive chef no where to been seen i think its because the food is bad that they also dissappear. But the bread and deserts are good funny enough. But id recommend eatig somewhere else at the locals we found lost of guest eating there from four points with the same problem "food issues"

The hotel is of a high standard, quiet and beautiful. Perfect pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is good and very varied.

There is no elevator, the food in the restaurant is not very varied and the options without pork or seafood are very poor. The jacuzzi is not really heated and the back currents in it were not active. The location is far from city centers and there is nothing to do in the evening or quality restaurants to go to. If the goal is to stay mainly in the hotel then the hotel is amazing but we wanted a little more and apart from the underground river we didn't really find anything to do there and even that is only active in the morning. There is no activity/entertainment or even music in the pool in the evening.The water flow in the shower is weak.

The beach is really nice and wide, and the pool area is gorgeous. Breakfast was good, and the rooms are very nice with a comfortable bed. Staff very polite.

The service is very slow. the facilities are okay, but there aren't enough activities or amenities for such a big hotel.

Location was perfect, whole qccomodqtion very calm and quiet. Romms were clean. Staff froendly.

I booked a private transfer for me and my children from El Nido port to the hotel, 6h driive. 12 hour prior to the arrival they have informed me of cancelation saying they hope I can find one on my own. I was stressed at first, but manged to find private van for us within 10 minutes for half price the hotel has offered me. I really don't understand why the hotel staff could not do what I as a foreginer could without a hustle.
