Unsere Strandvilla hatte eine sehr dünne Zwischentüre. Du hattest das Gefühl deine Nachbarn sitzen bei dir im Zimmer.

We liked the whole experience very much. Pergaps the fact that the hotel is isolated; not much to do in the vecinity.

Modern and clean throughout. Two big swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. A bar and restaurant, barber, shop and pharmacy all available. You can easily find everything you need without having to leave the hotel. There was a good selection of food at dinner, and continental breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We stayed in a villa with an amazing sea view, and the lovely pools and great service made the experience even better. Special thanks to Gloria, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was quite basic, but overall we had an excellent stay and would happily return.

Huone oli erinomainen ja mernäköala teki siitä spesiaalin. Hotelli oli kaunis ja uima-altailla oli mahtavaa viettää päivää. Saimme ilmaiset tervetuliaisjuomat, joista tuli kiva lomafiilis. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihana paikka. Myös illan esiintyjät olivat hyviä ja heitä oli ilo kuunnella ja katsoa!

Nice please, super steaming pool, nice food in restaurants

During our stay, there was a disco until midnight, and it was quite loud. We also had an issue with our car’s battery and needed a jump-start, but the staff refused to help in any way. The only person who helped us was a woman from the parking staff.

Zumos de frutas de bote imposible de beber...la verdad que es desayuno no está a la altura, este servicio es de 2 - 3 estrellas como máximo, una pena ...

I loved the fact that the property had two pools, including a lovely saltwater pool as well as direct access to the beach. The pool bar was great and the beautifully landscape gardens and outdoor areas made the property feel relaxing and enjoyable. Overall the facilities and surroundings were fantastic.🌞🏝️

The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool area opened at 9 am and closed at 7 pm. I filled the pool should stay open a little later especially during summer when there is still plenty of daylight other than that we really enjoyed the property.

Could not understand why regular customers would be treated like second zone citizen by limiting them to small areas since the D club has all the best amenities and sunbeds. If it is a private club than it should not be accepting regular guests. All the animation is strictly in Italian, nothing is done to include international guests. Rooms were quite old, the chair in our room was rotten.

Seppure mancava lo show cooking con cibo cucinato a vista, il cibo era buono e variegato nei pasti principali, personale cordiale e disponibile, intrattenimento serale top con spettacoli eseguiti da bravissimi artisti professionisti, il caratteristico pontile che consentiva di farsi un bagno al mare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Il design delle camere, a noi è toccata quella nera (che secondo i nostri gusti era la meno peggio) ma le stanze rosa shocking sono del tutto rilassanti, per lo meno alla vista. La colazione da migliorare: proponevano sempre le stesse cose (mancavano per esempio crepes, nutella, uova fritte..). Acqua da bere pessima (per i nostri gusti), siamo stati costretti a comprare quella in bottiglia. Il bar Cava, che oltre al servizio bar offre pranzi veloci, ha solamente 4 tavoli e 3 divanetti dentro con aria condizionata, il chè considerato che la struttura può ospitare più di 600 ospiti circa, è decisamente poco! Soprattutto per chi come noi ha deciso di consumare il pranzo al Cava bar e siamo stati costretti a farlo fuori con 40 gradi.

La localizacion, lejos del bullicio del pueblo y el enclave eran espectacular

Si vas en Agosto, todas las noches (o de miercoles a domingo por lo menos) tenian montado musica y bailes en la piscina principal que da a las habitaciones y hasta las 23:45 no paran… la musica bastante alta y nosotros estabamos en la ultima planta (no quiero saber como se escucharia desde la primera). Si quieres madrugar para ir a mil sitios; que estab todos lejos en coche, dormir pronto te va a costar!! Aparte, el sabado noche queriamos cenar en el luxury beach club y tenias que hacer reserva porque tenia actuacion de lo cual no informaron ni anunciaron; el siguiente restaurante tambien tenia un evento privado y no te dejaban cenar… estaba el buffet pero tuvimosnque cocher el coche e irnos a proticello a cenar; la verdad que muy a disgusto

There is a preference given to club members over other guests. This is reflected in the seating arrangements at the restaurants, the seating areas around the pool, and also in the parking arrangements. Club members are allowed to park inside the hotel, while guests who are not club members have to park in a remote parking area and walk to the hotel. At check-out, they also tried to charge me twice for the same meal.

Las instalaciones y el enclave del hotel, excepcional.

La comida, excasa y de calidad baja. El personal de recepción bien, así como los animadores y limpiadores siempre con una sonrisa, pero creo qie los del pool bar podrían ser un poco más simpáticos.

Le cadre magnifique avec une vue degagee sur la piscine et la mer a perte de vue. Le personnel extraordinaire en passant par les femmes de menage , les serveurs , les receptionnistes.

Les chambres et salle de bain etaient un peu petites a notre gout mais reste ok . Les serveurs qui voulaient tellement bien nous servir qu ils recuperaient lescassiettes un peu trop vite ... Les petits dejeuners un peu redondants d un jour a l autre.

El desayuno escaso en variedad, había cantidad pero poca calidad. Habitación pequeña, colchones muy incómodos, decoración francamente mejorable , olor a cañería en el baño. Aparcamiento fuera del recinto del hotel.

The hotel is beautifully located and well thought out, with large pools, stunning views, and a location right next to the ocean. The entertainment was really nice, and we loved having the choice between a pool with music and a quieter one without. The rooms were clean and ok in size for three people. The hotel does give a luxurious vibe.

​We spent the last four nights of our vacation at this hotel, which unfortunately felt like more than enough time. While the facilities look nicer in reality than in pictures, several areas are clearly in need of touch-ups and maintenance. Unfortunately, the service was generally poor. There was no table service at the Cava Bar or Cava restaurant unless you actively flagged someone down. Service was so slow that most guests ended up going to the counter to order themselves. Settling the bill was also a hassle, no one asked for payment, and going to the cashier often caused confusion, which was exhausting. On top of that, opening hours for the beach club and pizzeria, as well as entertainment schedules, etc. were very unclear. Every staff member we asked gave us conflicting information. Overall, the staff was uninformed, disorganized, and a few had noticeably negative attitudes. We often felt unwelcome, and there was no real effort to provide good service. We had pre-booked breakfast and dinner, but the food was a major disappointment compared to what we experienced elsewhere in Sicily. While the selection was ok, the quality was extremely poor. Daytime lunch and snack options were also very limited, with most menu items unavailable. Additionally, no one ever explained what the "D Club" was or offered any information about it. ​The hotel has great potential to offer a wonderful stay, but it is poorly managed and executed. Given the current conditions, we would not return.

Great placement right next to the ocean, with easy access to the water. Both saltwater and regular pool. A/C was good. The beds was a little hard.

Food. Transport possibilities to and from airport and city. The taxi is super expensive and the hotel has no transport back and forth to the train station 2 min down the road, so if you want to save some money on transport you have to walk ~20min to the train. No shop to get essentials in the hotel, the closest supermarket is around the train station. Seems like the hotel is for people who get there by car or rental car.

Le cose che non ho apprezzato della struttura in primis e’ stata la Colazione, Siamo stati 8 giorni ed ogni giorno erano presenti sempre le stesse cose! poi ho trovato i prezzi un po’ alti, sia della ristorazione sia del bar e mini bar presente in camera, tutto un po’ troppo!

Fortunately we booked an independent beach house near the sea and not one of the rooms of the horrible big hotel structure.

The hotel is horrible for the price you pay. You get a welcome drink card but you can only drink a smoothie and can't get even a beer which gives you immediately a bad impression. In the morning the breakfast room looks like a school canteen and the quality of the meal is very very low, considering that Sicily has one of the best food of all Italy: no typical products and only self service (also espresso is from the machine). Just basic one star hotel breakfast. You can't have nothing for free even asking for a mask for snorkeling one hour isn't possible. You have to rent it for the hole day, pay 5 Euro and you get a piece of plastic were you won't see nothing. Avoid trips with the boat, we heard one of the concierge calling the boat rental and saying:"add 20Euro more for me because I called you and not another one". Some zones of the hotel are reserved to a private club and you are not allowed to stay there including the parking. Therefore you need to park outside the hotel in a earth parking with a door with a code access, which they can change at any day without telling you and you risk to be stack in the parking without getting out (happened to me).

Ho messo 6 stelle per la vista come sempre mozzafiato, le stanze sono sempre pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort. Il ristorante della spiaggia superbo e ottima qualità prezzo, e la vista impagabile. Bella musica, spettacoli molto carini, ballerini molto bravi. Gelato buonissimo, staff del bar e dei ristoranti sorridenti e cortesi. Le ragazze della reception sempre disponibili sia per trovarci una farmacia notturna sia per poter liberare più tardi la stanza vista la neonata

Da dove parto? Mando un messaggio una settimana prima per sapere quanto sarebbe costato avere una culla, mai risposto. Chiedo quindi se fosse possibile avere il check in anticipato in quanto ho una bambina di 6 mesi, mai risposto. Mi ritrovo quindi fino alle 15, al caldo con una bambina piccola perché le camere non erano ancora pronte. Rispetto a due anni fa, mi rammarico di poter mangiare solo pizza nel ristorante della piscina perché il pane e il pesce erano stati magnifici, se li sognavamo con mio marito. Un aperitivo 16€, un caffè e una lattina di estate 6 euro, ok essere in una struttura a 4 stelle però mi sembra un tantino esagerato. Decidiamo di mangiare al ristorante dell'albergo, nessuno ci dice che è serata siciliana, arriviamo e la ragazza alla reception ci spara 105€ di scontrino. Morale? Mio marito non ha mangiato nulla, io e mia figlia grande un trancio di pizza rossa e un mini panino con una mini Panella, non abbiamo toccato il vino e abbiamo bevuto una bottiglia di acqua in 3, 70€. Concludo con il dire che pagando per il check out finalmente scopro quanto costava un LETTINO DA CAMPEGGIO, dove mia figlia ha solamente dormito, 60€! 20€ a notte, UN LETTINO DA CAMPEGGIO. Peccato perché ci eravamo innamorati del Domina, ma non credo faccia più per noi

Misleading advertising: this is a timeshare, not a normal hotel. Ruined holiday.My stay (planned for July 6–12) ended the exact same day it started. This structure is operated as a timeshare (Domina Club/multiproprietà), a crucial detail that was completely omitted during booking. As regular paying guests, we were treated like second-class citizens.Upon arrival, staff insisted on booking a mandatory appointment for Thursday at 5:00 PM. They claimed it was to explain the hotel activities, which made no sense since we arrived on Monday. Later, other guests and staff confirmed the truth: it was a aggressive sales pitch to buy timeshare shares.The room was a disaster: the air conditioning unit was ancient and yellowed, the Wi-Fi did not work, the safe was broken, and our explicit request for twin beds was completely ignored.Furthermore, the property is heavily segregated. "Domina Club" members have exclusive access to the best areas, private zones, and discounts on drinks. Regular guests are restricted and constantly turned away, even from pool seating. When I messaged our hotel contact about these issues, the shocking reply was: "If you wait until your Thursday appointment, you will get your answers."Refusing to spend our vacation being discriminated against and ignored, we checked out immediately on day one. Domina Zagarella refused any refund, and Booking.com support unhelpfully demanded "proof" of our experience, despite numerous identical complaints from other furious guests on TripAdvisor.This is a misleading and deeply unprofessional establishment. Avoid at all costs if you expect a real 4-star hotel experience.
