Our 4-bedroom villa is located 1640 feet from Burriana beach, in Lucena street, Miramar urbanization.
It has 3 floors in total.
The main floor has a toilet, the living room and the kitchen. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning and one of them with a ceiling fan. This floor has a full bathroom.
The ground floor of the house has a room with 3 more beds and a complete bathroom.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The location of this apartment is great, right by the beach and the restaurants in Burriana beach. The whole checkin process was very simple and we were able to, upon check out, stay for a couple more hours in the pool area as we were leaving later in the day.
Nothing, all was great! but people should take into consideration that the location and beach are not the ones near the center of Nerja. Seems some people overlooked that detail and were complaining about it so worth the reminder

Städningen var lite så där tyckte vi då golvet var smutsigt men man kan förstå det då gästerna måste städa själva och det fanns inte ordentliga bra städ grejor såsom dammsugare eller golv rengöringsmedel.aönskar stt det fanns dammsugare samt golv rengöringsmedel för att städa ordentligt golv.

La limpieza puede mejorar, el cristal del salón estaba hecho un asco, en las paredes de la habitación decenas de manchas de haber matado mosquitos. No me gustó tampoco que en mi reserva indicaba con vistas al mar y aparecía fotos de salón y habitación con vistas y la.habitacionnera sin vistas al mar. El menaje escaso, éramos cuatro y había cuatro cubiertos exactamente,eso me pareció irrisorio.

Zona super tranquila, longe do movimento do centro.. que também fica a 10min de carro, para nós bastou um dia para ir visitar e logo fugimos para a pacífica burriana 😅 o hotel mesmo em frente á praia literalmente! E com tudo á porta! Desde restaurantes, mercados e lojas. A vista da nossa varanda nem se fala! Wow perfeita! Espaço limpo e muito muito agradável mesmo! O senhor da recepção super simpático e sempre atencioso! Adoramos tudo e tivemos umas férias maravilhosas 😊 iremos voltar definitivamente 💯

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Appartamenti spaziosi con bellissima terrazza proprio di fronte al mare. Staff gentilissimo. Bella terrazza all’ultimo piano con piccola piscina molto curata. Cucina completa accessoriata. Utile aver previsto la lavatrice.
I bagni andrebbero rifatti, sono vecchiotti ed hanno lla vasca con la tenda…un bel box doccia sarebbe decisamente meglio. Le pulizie ogni quattro giorni forse sono un po’ pochino, ogni tre sarebbe perfetto.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026El apartamento era muy bueno: amplio, limpio, cómodo, bien equipado y decorado, con una amplísima terraza también bien equipada, con excelentes vistas al mar, aire acondicionado muy adecuado. La amabilidad de la persona que se ocupaba de la recepción también estupenda.
El único pero, la constante subida de humos de las brasas de los restaurantes y chiringuitos de la playa más próximos, francamente molestos, y que condicionaban mucho el uso de la terraza y la ventilación del apartamento.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026L'appartamento è in una bella posizione, comodo per il mare e vicino a tanti servizi come minimarket e locali. Di buone dimensioni, molto bello il terrazzo con vista mare. È provvisto di servizi di base come microonde e lavatrice, ottimo condizionamento. Molto bella la piscina di piccole dimensioni ma confortevole per rilassarsi in alternativa al mare. Consigliatissimo prenotare il parcheggio soprattutto in estate, la zona è molto frequentata e ricca di vita...forse anche troppo. Non abbiamo molto gradito il continuo odore di cibo cucinato dovuto alla vicinanza di tanti locali. Pulizia decisamente da migliorare.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026We were met at reception and the key handed over, there was a small issue with power on arrival in the apartment but it turned out the washing machine was tripping the power, the matter was rectified immediately and a new washing machine was delivered the next day. The location was fantastic, walking distance to Nerja Centro and all along the coastal walk. 2 grocery shops provided all we needed for breakfast (self catering) and lots of restaurants to choose from for lunch/dinner.

Creo que lo que mas falta es equipo de playa (sombrilla y sillas) y toallas para la playa. Tambièn serìa bueno si pueden agregar una opcion de servicio de desayuno con alguno de los restaurantes que estan debajo.
Falta servicio de playa siendo que esta tan bien ubicado.

There was a local power cut when we arrived and so there wasn't any electricity or AC for the first few hours. It would be great for the reception to have some emergency battery operated fans should it happen again! Miguel on reception was very apologetic and helpful

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The location was perfect. Pillows were really great for my neck thank you. A lift that actually functions perfectly thank you. Loved the sea and mountain views from the apartment balcony and the pool. Loved the pool area as it was really clean.
A second key would have been great, however i may have been able to get one if I had asked on Saturday morning before the reception closed at 1pm but I forgot to ask. Everything else was perfect for us

L’appartamento era molto piccolo per 4 persone. Arredamento molto datato. Materassi assolutamente da cambiare. Affaccio su strada senza balcone. Aria condizionata funzionante ma molto poco. Di notte sudavamo. Accessori cucina scarsi e tutti spaiati e diversi fra loro. Non c’era una Pezzetta per i piatti. La carta igienica sembrerebbe non era essere dovuta quindi per gentile concessione me ne hanno data due rotoli in più!

Lo unico que recomendarìa es poner a disposicion en las habitaciones sombrilla, sillas y toalla para playa.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Since we paid top euros (265 euros a night) we obviously had high expectectations. There were many positives about HC Burriana such as the friendly reception staff, the location right next to a gorgeous beach, the spacious rooms, the huge terrace, the well-equipped kitchen and the absolute cleanliness.
Unfortunately there was a very limited sea view on the first floor when you were sitting on the balcony. AC was not efficient in the hot weather, the door and the walls let noise through and although it was great to have hot water, it was difficult to control it and I nearly burnt my hands several times. I usually give a rating of 10/10 because I spend a lot of time selecting an accomodation beforehand but this time I think the value for money was an 8.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Fabulous location. Right on the beach front. We paid extra for a larger room with Balcony with a Sea view and it was really worth it. Check in and communication with Miguel was straight forward and we paid €15 a day for private underground parking. Also worth it as it was the weekend so extremely busy. The space in the apartment and kitchen area was great and the small pool on the 4th floor was a lovely place to cool off on a hot afternoon. Sunbeds and garden area balcony perfect. And of course the air conditioning with a good regulator was very welcome.
Cannot fault this property at all.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Fantastyczne miejsce do spędzenia kilku dni w Nerja. Tuż przy plaży, dzięki czemu można spać przy szumie fal. Na plaży Burriana wieczorem i w nocy jest naprawdę spokojnie. Apartament jest duży i dobrze wyposażony. Mógłby mieć jeszcze ekspres do kawy ale jest kawiarka, a w pobliskim sklepie można kupić kawę i wszystko co potrzeba. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest genialna. Mimo, że do starego miasta trzeba dojść, to jednak dzięki temu tam jest gwar, hałas i mnóstwo ludzi, a tu jest cisza, spokój i jest chłodniej. Na dachu jest mały basen. Idealny do schłodzenia. Sa również leżaki, bardzo fajne miejsce do opalania i relaksu. Można zaparkować przy ulicy za darmo. Ogromny plus także za obsługę. Miguel był przemiły i bardzo pomocy za co bardzo dziękujemy. Chętnie wrócimy.
Minusem było łóżko. Rezerwowaliśmy pokój z łóżkiem podwójnym / małżeńskim, a dostaliśmy dwa łóżka pojedyncze, dwa osobne materace i pościele postawione obok siebie. Łóżka były w dodatku na kołach więc rozjeżdżały się. Były całkiem wygodne ale rezerwowaliśmy totalnie inną opcję.

The beds could use an upgrade. I can imagine older people not sleeping very comfortably on those old matrasses.

Lo único que he notado está vez es un poco la falta de limpieza las toallas estaban muy desgastadas y algunas sucias. Lo demás como siempre es un lugar agradable para estar unos días,sobre todo la ubicación. Valoro mucho la independencia y trato del personal

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026perfect location, beautiful view of sea, spacious balcony, friendly staff-Miguel in office was so helpful. Everything was easy and we will definitely be back! stone throw from all the restaurants, cafes, beach and ten minute walk into balcon area
beds were too hard for me and not comfortable. I ended up sleeping out on the couch bed because it was softer. This is just a personal preference and my friends didn't mind much. Check out at 10 am was also too early for us but luckily they allowed us to store our luggage and use the pool before our transfer collection.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Wir waren schon vor der Pandemie 2020 schon mehrfach in der Unterkunft. Seither hat sich nichts verändert. Natürlich wäre es schön statt der Badewanne aus den 80ern eine moderne Dusche zu haben, allerdings ist die direkte Lage am Strand einfach gigantisch.
Im Laufe der Zeit etwas abgewohnt.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Der tolle Ausblick, Balkon mit Sonnenliegen und Markise, die Größe des Appartments, Bad mit Fenster, der Pool auf dem Dach, die Nähe zum Beach, alles war perfekt organisiert von der Rezeption, auch wenn wir nach der Öffnungszeit angereist sind, wir konnten viel zu Fuß erledigen (es war alles in der Nähe, was wir brauchten, auch nur ca. 15 min zum Balkon von Europa (toller Weg)
Fenster schließen nicht dicht ab (Umgebungsgeräusche bis ca. Mitternacht)

Reviewed May 19, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut, gleich am Meer. Im Mai ist es noch nicht so voll, so dass es noch angenehm dort ist am Strand. Nerja ansich ist schon recht turbulent gewesen. Es ist ein gut geschnittenes großzügiges Apartment. Der Service war gut, gleich wurde eine neue Kaffeemaschine gebracht, als diese nicht mehr ging. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Dach ist ein kleiner Pool. Wir haben die 3 tage sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
Leider waren das Geschirr und besteck etwas knapp bemessen.

Notre appartement était au premier étage avec vue sur la rue , ç était très dommage car on voyait les gens passaient et surtout c’était très bruyant le soir compliqué pour dormir Pareil l’isolation des chambres est terrible . Nous entendons chaque bruit des personnes de la chambres d’en haut , qu’il prenne une douche tire une chasse d’eau ou fasse tomber quelque chose . La journée ça va car on n’est pas là mais le soir pour dormir c’est compliqué Enfin les oreillers sont littéralement à changer pas du tout confortable en longueur et tout fin . En gros heureusement qu’on est resté que deux jours car pour dormir c’était vraiment compliqué , on aurait aimé avoir une chambre en hauteur avec une meilleure vue .

Reviewed May 11, 2026The apartment was lovely with a beautiful sea view, with a large balcony. Very close to the beach. The pool was on the roof with a beautiful view of the beach. Miguel at reception was very helpful and very nice to deal with. He really helped us with our airport transfer. I would stay there again. Nerja is a beautiful place to visit with lovely people, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful scenery. I would recommend everyone to visit.
This is the only thing I did not like, which has nothing to do with the Burriana. There is a very steep hill walk up to the centre of Nerja, but getting a taxi or taking the cliff walk, which isn't as bad, can remedy that.
