Very clean,tidy, very helpful staff. Nice touch of turning heaters in early evening. Child friendly, milk provided and crisp clean bedding.

Nothing really!! Not the most modern toilet/bathroo but nice and impeccably clean with all we needed.

Nice quiet location, good size unit, warm bedding and good shower pressure. Arranged a contactless check in due to late arrival and arrived to a warm unit which was much appreciated.

Could benefit from some venting in the bathroom.

The heat pump didn’t adjust to heat the room. Or maybe I’m technically inept. It wasn’t important enough for me to contact management - just a bit annoying

Friendly staff, good facilities, we were able to do our washing while there. My son said he slept well and he got good rest there, he didnt mind the room at all. I only stayed one of the nights as I was needed at my fathers bedside (he was at end of life). Beds were comfortable, room had what we needed.

The decor and finishing touches are dated but clean, I wasnt a fan of the bathroom (concrete floor and it smelt damp). On checkin, I had to complete a form and write down my credit/debit card details despite having prepaid the whole stay, this is actually a security/privacy breach to request anyone leave cc details, as trusting as the lady was at the counter, once recorded, those details are there for anyone who comes across them. I did not want to upset the lady so just went along with it, my bank would be horrified if they knew what I had done.

Great location and very quiet. Room was a good size and the beds were really comfortable. Caught up on our laundry at a good price and even had powder left over.

Nice room, comfortable beds, just outside the center of Blenheim. Wifi was strong, spacious clean bathroom. Owners were very friendly. Plenty of on site parking spots.

The only reason why we didn't give 10 was because the walls were quite thin. We had a loud neighbour that kept us awake the first night.

Great little motel in the heart of wine country. We were only here one night but wished we'd stayed for more. Very comfortable, clean room. The owner even upgraded us to a suite when we arrived.

We were upgraded to a larger room and were really happy with the comfort of the bed and overall space. We unexpectedly got a jacuzzi tub as well, which was nice. We appreciated having facilities to cook our own meals. Location was also great - convenient for accessing wine country to the West, near shopping and restaurants.

The pool was smaller than expected but we didn't use it anyway. Parking was a bit tight in some areas. Otherwise everything was great.

We needed to stay for a week while waiting for our furniture to arrive for our new home. the unit was well set out with plenty of room. Like a home away from home. Staff were amazing and so friendly. absolutely loved our stay and will recommend to others.

Great place, Linda was super friendly and helpful. Every little detail had been thought about (down to which milk we wanted for our tea/coffee!) spotlessly clean and well equipped studio unit. Handy location walking distance from supermarket and a bar. We loved our stay here!

They contacted us before we arrived to ask us what sort of milk we would like. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. TV had most streaming channels.

The description of our unit said something like 'pool view' - but it was actually a view of the exterior painted fence of the pool. The outside seating area had a view of the car park & every other unit's seating area. The interior decor looked dated & dull.

It was so clean, Linda and Steve were very accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. On arrival I was greeted with a friendly face and recommendations for local attractions. You have access to the pool area, BBQ and there was a laundry plus a large hanging area, which is always welcomed when travelling for a few weeks. The size and amenities in the room were also excellent. One of the best places we have stayed on our travels from the north to the South Island.

Very friendly, kind and welcoming staff. Made effort to connect and provided us with more information for the areas we were planning to go to. Really happy with the unit we got, tidy, clean and lots of space in the the two single rooms even with two beds in each. Pool is great for those sunny warm days and location of motel is close to a supermarket and exit west towards the wineries.

I have nothing to add here, if I did it would be extremely nit picking of me.

Me and my family of 5 stayed for one night. The rooms were tidy, had all the amenities that we needed. Kids enjoyed the pools, and next to it were outside toilets, laundry and washing line. The owners were lovely and easy to talk too. Very accommodating. An easy walk or drive to pak n save, kmart amd cafes.

Unit was very spacious and suited a family with kids really well. Exceptionally clean! A little dated in building style but decor and furnishings very up to date and comfortable. The most comfortable bed I've slept in, in a long time! Super convenient large supermarket close by, kids loved the pool and extra pool towels provided which was great. Gizmo the cat was very obliging for pats.

Found bed was too soft for us, we are used to a firmer bed. Tea was available in the room, but if wanted coffee, had to pay extra. We were happy to stick with tea.

Spotless property - grounds and unit. Well set up unit. Quiet. Location - easy to explore town and surrounds. Highly recommend Framingham Winery for a smaller, unique and personal experience

Positive Aspects • This is a well-maintained motel with comfortable beds and exceptionally clean sheets. • The unit includes basic kitchen facilities and a Smart TV with access to popular streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, and Prime). • The owners, Linda and Steve, are very accommodating and consistently keep the area clean and tidy. • Climate control includes an air conditioner in the lounge and basic standing fans in the bedrooms.

Dining Space: The small kitchen and dining table make seating for five people uncomfortably tight. The table needs to be moved to allow five guests to sit comfortably. • Kitchenware: There was an insufficient number of large serving bowls. • Bathroom: The bathrooms lack exhaust fans. The shower area features an old-style dial control and a shower curtain that is too short for the floor barrier, leading to water splashing outside.

The Commodore was a lovely surprise and the photos definitely didn't do it justice! The place was probably one of the cleanest we've ever been too! The kitchen floor was glistening! We were very impressed!

Hmmm maybe should have taken my own pillow. They were fine if you like big pillows, just a personal preference.
