alles alt, old and dated. would not recommend to anyone. breakfast just ok for aisian taste , Breakfast not much for European travler standed . Room air con. noisy no remote to turn off. Bad night sleep. Balcony flithy bird poo everywhere.

สระว่ายน้ำมีขนาดกว้างใหญ่ดี น่าเล่นน้ำ มีมุมน้ำตกและจากุซซี่ เตียงนั่งนอนริมสระก็มีเยอะ สระว่ายน้ำสวยเพราะไม่ใช่ทรงสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้าเหมือนทั่วๆไป

บังเอิญเลือกห้องพักเองเลยไม่รู้ว่าเป็นห้องที่ไม่ปัญหา เนื่องจากน้ำที่ฝักบัวและที่อ่างล้างหน้าน้ำไม่แรง ท่อระบายน้ำทิ้งตรงที่อาบน้ำระบายช้าจนเอ่อท่วมแต่ไม่มาก เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นใช้งานไม่ได้ และตอนกลางดึกอยู่ๆแอร์ก็ดังที่ตัวเครื่อง เลยขอย้ายห้องในวันรุ่งขึ้น

Näköala oli upea huoneen parvekkeelta merelle, uima-allas oli myös tosi hyvä, aamupala ihan perus munanpaistajineen.

Hotelli aika vanha ja kulunut, katolla näköalatasanne josta todella hienot näkymät mutta pulut ovat vallanneet sen. Moni ikkuna kaipaisi pesua ja jos ei anna muutaman hämähäkin seitin huoneen katossa haitata niin ihan ok majoitus, mielestäni ei kyllä vastaa 4 tähteä.

Morgenmaden kunne være bedre med et bredere udvalg af brød, bedre bacon.

Hotelli oli sinänsä ihan hyvä, vaikka tiloissa näkyy kulumisen merkkejä. Huone oli melko isokokoinen ja pienellä parvekkeella. Hotellissa yöpyvät enimmäkseen kotimaisia asiakkaita ja se näkyy aamiaisella, joka on thai-painotteinen.

Huomasin hotellista lähdön jälkeen, että minulla puuttuu farkut, eli jätin ne ilmeisesti vaatekaapin ”pimeäseen” nurkaan. Laitoin viestin varausfirman (booking.com) kautta – ei vastausta. Koska minulla oli ystäviä, jotka asuivat samassa hotellissa, pyysin heitä kysyä housujen perään hotellin vastanotolla. Ikävä kyllä ei tämäkään onnistunut, vaikka on ilmoitettu oleskeluaika ja huoneen numero. Ilmeisesti henkilökunta ei ymmärtänyt, mistä on kyse. Olen hyvin pettynyt hotellin asiakaspalveluun.

Strand war sehr sauber, direkt vor dem Hotel, schöner Strand. Schwimmen gut möglich, man kann weit hinein laufen. Bei entsprechedem Wetter Quallen. Tidenhub nicht sehr groß. Wir haben keinerlei Belästigung durch Verkäufer oder andere Badegäste erlebt. Das Publikum besteht aus zumeist älteren Badegästen oder Familien mit Kindern. An der wenig befahrenen Fußgänger-Strandstraße liegen viele Restaurants und kleinere Geschäfte in allen Preisklassen. Trotz belebter Umgebung war im Hotel absolute Ruhe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und verfügte über gute Englisch-Kenntnisse. Jede Beanstandung wurde sofort abgestellt, sofern möglich. Im Restaurant zeigt das Personal Professionalität, hat offensichtlich eine Fachausbildung, was sehr angenehm war. Positiv war auch das Fehlen von Animationsprogrammen. Die Aussenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt, ebenso ein Pool, der bewacht wird. Das Essensangebot war überzeugend. Umfangreiches Frühstück mit guter Abwechslung, geschmackvoll. Auch das warme Essen war vielfältig und bot ein gutes Angebot für Gäste aus allen Herkunftsländern. Wir waren sehr überrascht und erfreut.

Das Hotel bietet leider nur ein offenes Wifi ohne Passwort. Das sollte unbedingt geändert werden. Seine Erreichbarkeit ist stabil und weit. Dennoch haben wir uns zur sicherheit Simkarten zugelegt.

Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Klimaanlage müsste mal geprüft werden bzw erneuert werden.

Lekker zwembad, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer werd elke dag grondig schoongemaakt. Grote kamer met uitzicht op zee. Goed ontbijtbuffet

The hotel situated in good location. Beach and many restaurents are just walk away distance.

1. The hotel is very old and needs renovation. 2. Break fast is below average 3. Toilets are very old and stingy. 4 .cockroaches are there. 5. They charged for 5 star hotel rates but the facilities are 2 star only.

De ligging.

Er was geen Wi- Fi in de Hotelkamer net als in het Hotel in Chiang Mai. Daar baal ik wel erg van. Moest steeds naar beneden gaan bij de receptie voor Wi- Fi op mijn Laptop.

Rent på rommet. Sentralt.

Elendig frokost. En del støy fra heisen. Hard seng. Lite varmtvann i dusjen

เตียงเสริมนอนไม่ได้เลย แข็งมาก

Framförallt bemötande och personal. Dessutom mycket prisvärt. Bra laddmöjligheter på rummet. Utmärkt swimmingpool. Bra hissar vilket var viktigt eftersom vi bodde på våning 20.

Toaletten var trång och sliten, men helt funktionell. Plazan framför hotellet var öde och tom.

Man sieht leider an vielen Stellen das es baulich nicht mehr das schönste Hotel ist. (In die Jahre gekommen) Auch die Ausstattung wie zB. Klimaanlage sind teilweise sehr alt und ohne Fernbedienung.

This used to be our favorite hotel in Cha Am. But they don't seem to maintain it properly. First of all, the bed sunk in the middle creating bad back ache. Second of all. Whenever the property is empty, they would switch off the internet. Who's is bizarre! Second of all. The water heater stopped working most of the time. We would not stay here anymore.

Dieses Hotel ist etwas älter, aber sehr sauber und der Service ist sehr gut. Die Angestellten von Raumservice bis Concierge sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wenn man um Unterstützung fragt.Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen. Aus jedem Zimmer Meer-und Bergblick.😁

Lite rörigt i början då WiFi inte fungerade då vi i stort sett hade behov av detta pga kommande bokningar då vi reste runt i Thailand. Men det löste personalen Saftyboxens batteri hade slutat fungera. Så vi kunde inte låsa in vissa saker vi inte ville ha framme. Några golvplankor var lösa, glipade och åkte upp så man slog i tårna ibland när man gick på dom. Städningen kunde varit bättre. Poolen var ganska sandig och det låg mycket löv på ytan. Såg ingen som städade poolen under de 4 dagarna vi var där. Personligen tycker jag att det är ohygieniskt att bada med kläderna på (observera t-shirt, shorts, cykelbyxor, skor som troligtvis var badskor för havet) i en pool. Tycker att det borde vara självklart med BADkläder.

Cool place would stay again

Friendly staff. Breakfast just ok. Room just ok. It was decent nothing great.

I didn’t stay at the property as the agent booked a different date to the date I booked so actually didn’t stay at here I had to book an alternative property as there wasn’t any rooms when I tried to confirm with the property

Property receptionist was very informative but you as the agent need to look at what the customer wants to book but don’t adjust the dates as to what I require

Large and spacious room. Very Good breakfast buffet but no bacon. Very helpful and friendly staff. We get our water, coffee, etc. replenished daily. The beach is in front and lovely pool. Lobby Thai decors & furniture are beautiful. Bed pained my back. Broken bed sections, light covers, poor electric wirings, broken phone, very old aircond & exhaust, etc. Dusty and very old room furniture. Dark room if no lights during the day. No balcony clothes hanger. Cleaning staff need training how to clean better.

To much to list from WIFi being very bad unsecured, anyone from the area could log in and get your information. Water pressure was terrible not consistent one min you would showering and it elavat to scolding hot. Had lunch in there restaurant the waiting staff was great the cook was in the back cooking my food then I could hear him coughing and coughing came to the front where I could see him no mask on and coughing on my food food was brought to table and I said something to the waiter and only eat the French fries could not eat anything else, told the front desk and they said they would tell manager. Just an old hotel that has not kept up normal maintenance restaurant shut down 7:30pm. The breakfast buffet is not good Signs are all in Thailand.

Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. They went out of the way to go online to purchase Bus Tickets from Cha Am to Suvarnabhoomi Airport. They also helped in booking a Rapido for going to Bank for changing money.

Very clean, nice pool, great breakfast.

I'm afraid the only reason to stay here would be for price considerations. The property is old. Lots of alternatives all along the beach. And upon departure, the concierge offered to get me a taxi to the main road for more than double what the cost was on a Grab taxi. I went with the Grab taxi and saved my money.

i like the room because it is very spacious

i don't like fruit. You have only Watermelon and pineapple . you should have more fruit.

The communal areas of the hotel were modern, sleek and clean. The swimming pool was nice and I spotted a gym next to it (but didn't use it). The location really couldn't be better. The beach is just across the road from the front of the hotel. In the evening, street food stalls set up along the road just down from the front of the hotel.

The room we had was a bit dated - the bathroom had newish tiles retrofitted around old doors and the chipboard cabinets in the room were losing their covering in places; it was clean though. I noticed a few painters going in and out of rooms on other floors, so maybe the place is getting a freshen up.

Very good buffet breakfast and good coffee. The hotel staff went above and beyond to please. All were very friendly.

The pigeons would come on the balcony or into the room if door was open.

A lovely old property that is well maintained. Perfect location near the beach and many restaurants and bars. The breakfast is very good and there is lots to choose from.

Location was amazing- direct access to a great beach, cheap food stalls/ market and good restaurants. Pool was clean and awesome. Breakfast buffet was decent- no bacon but had ham and chicken. They have a kids play room suitable for toddlers. Lots of Thai TV channels, honest housekeeping. They provided a cot free of charge.

All the previous reviews were accurate- it’s an old out-dated hotel but functional with amazing location. The lifts are slow and take forever. The beds are too soft and pillows overstuffed and hard- not comfortable or good for backs. Also only one pillow per person provided. The Aircon and hot water didn’t work in our suite and so we had to have repairmen in on day 2 to fix it all. But then it did improve but still with the proviso of having to turn it on a certain way for a certain time etc. so it’s just not a hotel where you can switch off and relax. But the staff were sweet and very helpful/ patient with our kids. And so for the sake of location and cost - we’d probably come back, but we’d look for other good value options first.

The staff was outstanding. It’s a super quiet area, mostly for retirees and the occasional couple.
