Staff is very nice. The location is great and the apartments and the area are quiet. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nous avons été très déçus par notre hébergement ici. Je ne comprends pas la note élevée donnée dans les commentaires. Lorsque j'ai réservé l'hiver dernier, la note sur Booking.com était de 9.1/10. Elle est maintenant à 8.9/10. Je crois donc qu'il y a eu détérioration depuis ma réservation. Nous avons réservé une "chambre double" en fonction des photos qui sont présentées sur Booking.com. Malheureusement, les photos ne représentent pas du tout les chambres doubles, ou du moins les deux chambres que nous avons visitées. Après être entrés dans la première chambre, je suis retournée à la réception pour dire que ce n'était pas la chambre que j'avais réservée. Elle était très petite, le coin cuisine n'était pas non plus comme sur les photos. On nous a amenés à une autre chambre qui était presque similaire à la première, on nous a dit qu'elles étaient toutes pareilles... Donc, ne vous attendez pas à avoir une chambre comme sur les photos si vous choisissez une "chambre double". Les photos embellissent énormément l'endroit et semblent avoir été prises à grand-angle, ce qui déforme la réalité. Pour ce qui est de la "cuisinette", il n'y a qu'un petit lavabo et une plaque à induction double, sans hotte de cuisine, un seul petit chaudron, une tablette au-dessus du comptoir avec tellement de choses dessus, un grand désordre, et il n'y a pas de coin repas comme indiqué dans la description d'une chambre double. Donc, ne vous attendez pas à y faire de la cuisine, à part café et rôties... la plupart des photos montrent une armoire au-dessus du comptoir, mais ce n'est pas le cas des deux chambres visitées, c'était seulement une tablette, pêle-mêle. Notre balcon était situé à l'arrière, une belle terrasse, donnant sur la cour arrière. Malgré que la cour soit en sable et pleine de mauvaises herbes, nous avons aimé la terrasse qui était située à l'ombre et très calme.

Todo salió perfecto! La ubicación es excelente, es muy cerca de la playa y del pequeno centro. Fuimos muy bien recibidos, el personal es super amable y fueron muy atentos en todo momento. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y las camas son muy cômodas. Recomiendo este lugar!

Family run, perfect if you appreciate wholesome European hospitality. Ioanna and her husband ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. The lush gardens provide excellent respite from the harsh sun, the pool is perfect for cooling off between morning and afternoon beach trips. The property is walking distance to the beach, super market, bakeries, taverns (the viral Taverna Giannoulis) and restaurants. We had an incredible time exploring the Island of Naxos.

Friendly welcoming staff. Excellent location as 5 minute walk to the beach. Great buffet breakfast with a choice of hot and cold options and a lovely area amongst the beautiful trees to eat. Rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard and towels changed daily too. Pool area was spacious with numerous sun beds. Umbrellas available to borrow for the beach.

L’établissement se situe à moins de 5 min à pieds de toutes les commodités (bus, supermarché, plage, salle de sport, restaurants) et a vraiment un emplacement idéal. Tout était vraiment super, et le personnel adorable. La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée et le balcon qui donne sur la piscine était un vrai plus. A good and clean location very close to the nice beaches of Agios Prokopios. Everything that we needed such as bakery, mini market etc. was close by and the way to the beach was less than 5 minutes. They even had beach towels for us, which we didn't expect.

It was great to return to this family-run hotel. The warm welcome was fantastic, the facilities clean and comfortable, with a lovely pool to rest by during after a day at the beach, and right on the edge of all the action in the town. A 5 min walk to the beach. The home-cooked cakes and freshly made Greek doughnuts made the breakfast a little extra special. Our private balcony was an additional little escape

Locatie was fijn, want je was makkelijk en snel bij het strand. Kamer werd elke dag netjes schoongemaakt en je kreeg elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en schone lakens.

Het bed was erg gehorig. Als ik omdraaide maakte het heel veel geluid..

Das Gebäude liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Der Pool ist toll, der Garten drum herum auch. Bei Problemen wurde einem sofort geholfen. Der Kaffeevollautomat war toll.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher überschaubar und direkt an der Rezeption, wenn mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig im Raum waren war es ziemlich eng.

Très bien placé, tout est à moins de 5 minutes à pied (bus, supermarché, location de voitures, restaurants, plage) Grande piscine (partagée avec un autre hôtel), sur notre semaine passée à Naxos en juillet il n y a jamais eu plus de 8 personnes autour d'elle. Bien entretenue, plein de transats Le balcon est super pour manger le soir. Nous avions une vue sur l'arrière du bâtiment, cela ne nous dérangerait pas et nous avions le couché du soleil. Chambre propre et spacieuse (nous étions deux dans une chambre avec un grand lit et un petit lit). Lit confortable.

Les poignées sur les portes font du bruit donc on entend les autres touristes rentrer dans leur chambre Il y'a l'essentiel dans la cuisine (petit frigo, plaques chauffantes, vaisselle, casseroles) mais il manque quelques choses comme une spatule ou une passoire.

The room had great air conditioning, modern electrical stove top, and new fridge. Also hand bidee was useful. Good size balcony.

The given room was small and located in a hallway where people chatted and all noises came to the room. The kitchen counter top had no space at all to cook. There was no blanket besides the sheet.

Great facilities

What a beautiful hotel, we had been travelling for 6 weeks and spent out last week at Ioanna. We had a lovely large room, with kitchenette, which was well equipped..great freezer for ice. The bed was comfortable, good lighting, good AC and a charming balcony with a stone sofa covered in comfy cushions. Cleaned daily and fresh towels daily, absolutely lovely find in the best place on Naxos. We would definitely return and highly recommend Ioannis. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is excellent. Lots of parking next door and a minute walk to bakery’s, bars, tavernas. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Having to leave

Spacious appartments on a fantastic location. The pools are big and clean. Our girls especially loved being able to switch between the pools without having to step out. Big plus is the rooms get cleaned every day. New sheets and towels every day is a big pre. Super friendly owners and on a location with everything in walking distance. We would definitely go back.

Super location, great value for money, very friendly stuff, clean service every day, nice pool and our groundfloor quiet balcony. We appreciated the morning loukoumades from mrs Maria, and the late check-out she provided us.

The only thing would be the size of the double bed, which was smaller than desired.

Friendly family who run the apartments who were very helpful and offered lots of extras- car hire, laundry, book swap. The rooms were spacious and clean with a very nice bathroom. Only 5 minutes to the beach and bus stop in a quiet back street. Nice pool area, lush gardens and a very lovely cleaner too!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet (einfach) mit einer kleinen Pantryküche. Für Spiegeleier, Rühreier, Nudeln oder auch Kartoffeln mit Bolognese, aber auch für Eierkuchen reicht es. am Abreisetag haben wir das Frühstück genossen. Es schmeckt sehr gut, besonders die Eier und die Eierkuchen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Tolle Tavernen, Supermarkt, Gelateria, ein fantastischer Strand (einer der besten auf Naxos) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Abends ist die beste Zeit, denn dann ist der Großteil der Menschen weg. Preis/Leistung ist top. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Das Haus liegt ruhig aber central. Die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gemacht und es gab täglich neue Handtücher. Wäsche und Betten sind gut. Netter kleiner Balkon. Es gibt Seife und Duschgel/Shampoo. Funktionale Klimaanlage. Kleines Frühstück gegen Gebühr.Für ein paar Tage war es okay.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Die Küchenzeile reicht nur zum Kaffee machen und Getränke kühlen.

A wonderful place to stay! The location is great – ​​just a short walk to the beach and the bus stop to Naxos, for example. The room was very nice and clean, serviced daily,and had a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Delicious breakfasts served in the beautiful garden were a perfect way to start the day. The pool and well-kept garden created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, making us feel at home from the very beginning. Even though we arrived late in the evening and Joanna couldn't be there in person, she kept in touch with us via text message and and easily directed us to our room. We highly recommend this place!

The location is great, bus station to the center few minutes by walking. The family hosting was very nice to us, they saw us exhausted on our arrival and offered us to have some rest and breakfast. They were also very helpful to know where to go and how to enjoy our stay. I would recommend to rent an atv that you can park near the apartment, and to be able to visit few villages of the island.

The toilet was a bit small and not very comfortable, but was not a major problem. Also the lamp was too low and i bumped my head several times in it (since I am tall 😅)

Our 4th stay here. Location is brilliant and in the heart of Agios Prokopios. Rooms are spacious and there is plenty of parking.

L'accoglienza e la gentilezza di Ioanna, che ci ha custodito i bagagli (dato che siamo arrivati molto prima del check in), consentendoci di andare subito al mare. Inoltre ci è stata anche offerta la colazione! La pulizia impeccabile, con cambio quotidiano di asciugamani e biancheria. Posizione tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo comoda.

Bemötandet från Ioanna och hennes man var fantastiskt de var behjälpliga och otroligt snälla! Läget var helt fantastiskt och den lilla huskatten som bosatte sig på vår balkong var pricken över iet! Varje dag när vi kom hem från stranden var rummet städat och disken diskad, vilket vi tyckte var över förväntan! Endast en kort promenad till stranden och till bussen som går till Chora! Otroligt lugnt och säkert område där man verkligen kan känna sig som hemma!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal bei Ioanna und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön helle und moderne Zimmer, eine kleine Küche und genug Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Man kann ein gutes Frühstück dazu buchen und Ionna ist immer für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben.

Staff is very friendly, informative, and willing to help. The place is very clean, it's really well located, and the room has all the basic kitchen items.

Double size beds are simply 2 singles pushed together. A crack in the middle of the bed is not the most comfortable. Online pictures made the room seem more luxurious (more decor items, real wood displaying, etc.), but the room feels much more basic in person.

Ioanna and family were excellent hosts. The location is close to the beach and all the restaurants but quiet! They helped out with other things like laundry.

The overall grounds were beautiful, so many trees and plants. There was some space for a toddler to run around, has a good sized pool, and had breakfast available which was a huge bonus. The room had a small kitchenette which was enough for us to make some eggs or store some snacks in the fridge. Our main story room also had a beautiful terrace that my husband and I enjoyed spending time on when the baby went to sleep. The hosts very very helpful and friendly. They also set up a nice crib/cot for our child.

Great value for money apartment with location very close to main town with pool. Host was very friendly, attentive and helped with any queries we had including booking tours and taxis. Room is a bit outdated but clean, they came and cleaned our room most days. Host even offered us free breakfast. We did have some plumbing issues which they attended to quite quickly.

The bathroom was quite small and when we showered most of the bathroom got quite wet. Not a huge issue as we had some extra towels.

The owners are amazingly good and friendly people! They really make you feel like you’re home ! The rooms and exteriors are clean, I really loved the comfort of the beds and the renovated bathroom and kitchen in the room ! It was an overall heavenly experience as we could walk to the beach and every restaurant and mini market was right on the corner ! It’s a place we want to revisit again and again !
