We chose this hotel because of its location, it's at the north part of Siem Reap, closer to Angkor, with cycling paths to Angkor starting from the next street. This was ideal for our plans to explore the temples of Angkor by bikes. We had a family room, which was very spacious. The pool was a good addition to our stay, to cool down after the long day of exploring.

The breakfast was okey, but not more then that.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com serviços excelentes e muito amáveis! A limpeza é perfeita, spa muito bom e piscina maravilhosa. O quarto era muito espaçoso, limpo, confortável. Em relação ao restaurante, o mesmo tinha um pequeno almoço muito variado e, nas restantes refeições a comida era ótima e muito saborosa. Recomendo vivamente marcarem as excursões com o hotel e tudo que necessitarem.

Tout y est parfait. Tout d’abord l’accueil, le personnel est au petit soin. Hôtel à taille humaine et tellement agréable. La chambre familiale est spacieuse et vraiment agréable. Enfin le petit déjeuner est excellent. Un sans faute.

L’hôtel est dans un cadre magnifique simple et authentique. Proche des temples et de la ville . Il permet de séjourner simplement mais avec tout le confort attendu. Le bar et la piscine vous permettent de faire une pause après vos aventure culturelles.

Being a cinephile, I confess I was attracted to this hotel because of its name; "Indochine." Nevertheless, this hotel did not disappoint in that it is quaint and warm with a very classy décor that is gorgeous yet not oppressive. The staff is very caring and helpful but not intrusive. Also, this property is far enough from the main traffic routes to provide silence and piece of mind yet not too far so you feel sequestered from the rest of Siam Reap. Breakfast is provided and caters to the European (more specifically, French) palate. The itens on the lunch/dinner menu are abundant enough that most everyone will find something they'll like. The quality of the food prepared on site is outstanding.

The first thing that caught my eye was that there was no TV in the bedroom. While I didn't like that at first, by the time I was checking out, I was thankful for that because it open a door to a realm of possibilities I had not been in touch for a very long time. I was reminded that it is important to be able to unplug. Thanks for that.

Ein Kleinod und für uns die perfekte Kombination aus Gemütlichkeit und tollem Service! Super leckeres Essen, große geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmern, sehr gute Betten (wir sind alle groß!) gemütlicher kleiner Poollandschaft zum Entspannen nach den Tempelbesuchen und einem tollen Guide für die Ausflüge. Am ersten Abend haben wir kostenfrei auch Fahrräder leihen können, um den Sonnenuntergang in AngkorWat zu sehen. 10 von 10 Punkten, für uns hat alles gepasst!

The hotel is in a quiet location but close to many activities. Breakfast was very nice. The staff super friendly. I was happy for the early check in and check out given to me.

Nous avons séjourné durant une période creuse donc les installations de cet hôtel étaient en permanence toutes disponibles pour notre couple . Nous avons réservé taxi (transfert), tuk tuk (transfert et visites des sites ou en ville), vélos (sites et ville), profité de la piscine, du bar, restaurant (bons petits déjeuners, très copieux), massage khmer (essayez, c'est intense). Tout s'est déroulé sans encombre. Bien situé pour atteindre facilement les sites Angkor Vat et Angkor Thom ou se rendre au centre-ville de Siem Reap. Excellent rapport qualité/ prix.

This beautiful hotel is conveniently located on the way between downtown Siem Reap and the temples of Angkor. Because of this, an early start to Angkor Wat to see the sunrise is easier doable. After an airport pickup by the hotel, we enjoyed a warm welcome and a good check-in. The team answered all our questions, organized the next day's tuktuk / remorque and even made it possible to get a Cambodian SIM card even after hours in the evening. Thanks a lot for that! Whatever you are looking for, the very friendly and helpful team is giving its best to make it possible. Different kinds of tours can be arranged via the reception. Transportation in all directions is possible through the hotel's own remorque or van. Furthermore, the hotel's staff took great care of our big luggage. Bicycles can be rented free of charge. They are a great option for a leisure stroll to the city center or a ride to certain temples close by. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Complementary drinking water is provided daily. Hot water and wifi were reliable. In front of every room on a porch are comfortable chairs for a relaxing view of the pool. All rooms are arranged around a courtyard with the pool in its center. The pool makes a refreshing opportunity for a start in the day or a cool down swim after a day of exploring the amazing ancient temples of Angkor. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast. The buffet offers a variety of fresh fruit and home made marmelades, cereals, whole grain as well as toast bread, juices, scones, banana bread and some daily changing options (Cambodian rice cake, waffles etc.) Omelette, fried eggs and pancakes are freshly prepared on request. If you have an early start in the day to catch the sunrise or so, the kitchen team will provide a packed breakfast. Afterwards, there are snacks, salads, mains and desserts available throughout the day until 9:30 pm. The menu ranges from Cambodian to Western style food. All of it is freshly made.

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und trotzdem war immer jemand zur Stelle und das gesamte wunderbare Frühstück wurde aufgetischt mit täglich einer neuen Leckerei nebst den sowieso guten Croissants, Chocolatines, Pancakes etc. Mit den Hotelvelos haben wir die Tempel erkundet. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, schattig und ideal zum Relaxen. Es läuft angenehme Jazzmusik im Hintergrund. Die Kinder liebten die Katzen.

Nous avons tellement aimé Pavillon Indochine Boutique que nous y sommes restés 6 nuits: l hôtel est à taille humaine et on se sent vite chez soi. Belle dimension des chambres qui donnent sur un patio autour d une belle piscine .Grande propreté avec un personnel qui nettoie tout le temps. Décoration soignée. Bons massages . Restaurant très bon et bon rapport qualité prix . Prêt de vélos . Hotel sur la route des temples ce qui est pratique . Et surtout un personnel de qualité , gentil, aux petits soins, très professionnel.

Over all ambience is so relaxing. Entire staff is so polite, always cheerful. Our check out was at 4 am and they packed our Break fast that early proactively. Amazing people.

Très bel endroit très bien entretenu. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Tout est très bon. L'hôtel est au calme de la ville. Il est sur la route des temples. Des vélos sont à votre disposition à l'hôtel pour vous rendre en ville. Et à l'extérieur un gentil chauffeur de Tuk-tuk est prêt à vous emmener aux temples.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top car proche des temples. On a l’impression d’être en pleine nature. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. L’équipe est très accueillante et serviable. Le petit dej’ est très bon. Piscine très agréable. Le resto est bon et pas cher. Bons cocktails. Il y a un loueur de vélo pas cher et super sympa à 3 min à pied pour les plus aventureux.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, interesting decor, nice pool, very clean. Well placed for getting to Angkor Wat, so a short distance from the main centre, but that made it quiet and peaceful and tuktuks were very easy to find and cheap. Very good breakfast.

スタッフさんがとても気さくでいつも笑顔でとても気持ちが良かったです。 ウェルカムドリンクとバナナのパウンドケーキ、とても美味しかったです！ 朝は5時に出ると伝えてあったため、朝食をランチボックスにしてくれ、朝出発の際貰えたのもとても良かったです！ 空港に着いてから、ホテルのグラブを予約しておきました。出口のすぐ目の前で名前が書いてある紙を持っていてすぐ見つけることができ、また大きい車でとても助かりました。 夜着くのが遅くなってしまったため、ホテルのレストランが22:30までやっていると聞きそこで食事させてもらいました。 近くにコンビニ、スーパーが無いため、レストランがやっていて良かったです。 チェックアウト後も、荷物を預かって貰いました。アメニティはシャンプーとシャワージェル？があったかな？

アジアンチックなのでそういうものかもしれませんが、部屋が薄暗く、化粧するのが大変でした。小さめのか蛍光灯のライトが欲しかったかな。 エヤコンの効きが悪く、4月に行きましたが、湿気と暑さでお風呂上がりは暑くてドライヤーが大変でした。 シャワーの水圧が弱く、お湯もぬるかったです。

A perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and super friendly and an added bonus, they could put together a perfect Mai Tai! They also arranged the hire of a scooter for us which was a very convenient way to get around. All in all, very happy, no complaints!

La bruit du balai à côté tôt le matin, nous étions la première chambre. Par contre, on ne peut leur reprocher. Le site était parfait et c’est ce qu’on a apprécié.

We loved everything about this hotel. Setting aside the value for money (which is incredible) this was such a great place to stay. Lovely room, nice pool, fun bar and great food in the restaurant. We liked the breakfast selection a lot. Every member of staff, whatever their role, went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Cannot recommend highly enough and I am a tough critic!

We had loads of misquotes in our room, not sure where that came from. Every night we would get bitten even though I would kill at least every night. Pool area needs to be updated. Sofas peeling, tiles loose, full of ants. Pool was quite cold.

Rien,même la distance du centre ville ne constitue pas un problème, d’autant moins que l’hôtel est sur la route des sires d’Angkor.

Un petit souci quant à une demande de guide francophone formulée dans le courrier électronique avec Booking ainsi qu’un transfert aéroport que la réception affirme ne pas avoir reçu. À l’arrivée on nous a dit qu’il était impossible de trouver un guide pour le lendemain or nous nous sommes débrouillés par nous mêmes avec les difficultés que peuvent rencontrer les étrangers et nous avons trouvé tout seuls. Preuve que cela était possible !!!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, mit einem hervorragendem Ambiente. Der Weg zu den Tempeln ist vergleichsweise kurz. Ganz besonders ist das nette, zuvorkommende Personal zu erwähnen, das einem jeden Wunsch fast schon von den Lippen abliest. Nicht nur das Frühstück, sondern auch das abendliche Essen haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Poollandschaft, samt HappyHour Preisen, tragen zu dem sehr guten Eindruck bei. Völlig problemlos wurden für unsere Temoelrunde zwei hochwertige Räder zu einem fairen Preis organisiert Danke für die Herzlichkeit. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Das Personals war nett, sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Der Pool hatte ausreichend saubere Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Wir hatten zu Dritt ein großes geräumiges Zimmer und eine kleine überdachte Terasse. Die Bungalows lagen schattig unter Bäumen. Das Essen war gut. ANGKOR WAT und auch das Zentrum waren schnell erreichbar. In das Zentrum sind wir mit den kostenfreien Rädern geradelt.

Commencer la journée par un délicieux petit-déjeuner composé de spécialités cambodgiennes et internationales, profiter de la piscine pour se détendre, s’offrir un massage (parmi leurs options, je recommande vivement Le Méridien), puis partir à la découverte des temples d’Angkor a été un véritable privilège. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la balade à vélo l’après-midi, lorsque la température devient plus fraîche. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, qui a pris grand soin de moi tout au long de mon séjour.

Il serait appréciable de pouvoir utiliser les vélos pendant la nuit.

I usually dont write reviews, but this small hotel was really amazing. They were very kind and friendl from the get go and helped with everything, from organizing the Angkor tour to making sure you get a late breakfast. I would absolutely recommend!

Tout,un lieu extraordinaire de tous points de vue. Notre chambre avec les fauteuils ´privés ´ devants la piscine, le calme, nourriture excellente et le personnel formidable!

Ruhige Lage 10 min mit Tuk Tuk in die Stadt um 2 Dollar . Vor der Tür stehen immer genug Tuk tuk. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr bemüht. Haben sofort ein ganz ruhiges Zimmer in den Garten bekommen. Vorderes Zimmer hörte man Autos. Frühstück reichlich und sehr ansprechend hergerichtet. Gutes Restaurant, Preise ca 6€ pro Gericht. Gratis Fahrräder zum leihen, ideal um APOPO (Minen Ratten) zu besichtigen. Massage sehr gut um 17€/Stunde. Taxi zum Flughafen 33 Dollar, ca 1 Stunde Fahrt.

Außergewöhnliches Ambiente, Herzlichkeit des Personals, wunderbares Essen.

Очень удачный вариант в Сием Рипе, особенно если цель — Ангкор: отель стоит по пути к храмам, и это реально удобно по логистике. Главный плюс — тишина: после города и экскурсий возвращаешься как в спокойный “зелёный рай”. Плюс хороший бассейн, где приятно поплескаться между выездами. Отдельная благодарность персоналу — великолепное обслуживание, сотрудники внимательные и очень деликатные, с ощущением, что тебе искренне рады. Завтраки — прямо сильная сторона: обильные - хватает до вечера, много фруктов, всё свежее и приятно организовано. Ужинали тоже в отеле: да, дороже, чем в городе, примерно на 30%, но зато качество того стоит — и важный момент: амок был самым вкусным из всех, что мы пробовали в Камбодже. Удалённость от центра — двойственная: с одной стороны, это плюс (тихо, спокойно), с другой — если хочется вечером “в город”, придётся брать тук-тук и потом возвращаться. В целом, для спокойного отдыха и выездов в Ангкор — отличное попадание.

Из минусов — вокруг практически нет альтернатив по еде: если выйти “куда-то рядом”, ближайшее место оказалось очень "народным", с толкучкой и без особых условий для ужина - один стол и ограниченный выбор еды, хотя дешевой и вкусной. И ещё нюанс — рядом негде нормально купить фрукты, брали в центре.

The setting around the pool was magnificent. The rooms and balcony were beautifully presented.

My only gripe was with the hotel policy that allows guest to sit around the pool and smoke. At one point out of 10 possible pool lounges there were 4 smokers. It is not a big area. Unpleasant.
