Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing from start to finish. Broken Air Conditioning: The AC did not work at all. The room was extremely humid and uncomfortable. Poor Maintenance Response: Maintenance came to our room at 2:00 AM to try to fix it, but they could not repair it. We were forced to pack up and change the room because of the heavy humidity. Room Conditions: The room had a strange, unpleasant smell. Lack of Basics: Breakfast was very average, and the dining area ran out of basic items like napkins, cups, etc. Slow Service: The staff was very slow to respond to our complaints and did not resolve our issues in a timely manner.
