Το ξενοδοχείο δεν άλλαζε καθημερινά τα σεντόνια, ενώ ταυτοχρόνως λειπανε βασικές παροχές από το δωμάτιο, π.χ. πιγκάλ στο μπάνιο, ψυγειάκι και καλάθι απορριμμάτων. Επίσης, το πρωινό ήταν περιορισμένο χωρίς εξατομικευμένα προϊόντα για δυσανεξίες (γλουτένη, λακτόζη...).

Péssimo pequeno almoço - pouquíssimas opções de comida, era tudo menos continental. Almofadas péssimas. Só tinha uma almofada fina e baixa por pessoa. Quando pedi mais duas almofadas na receção (uma pra cada um), só tinham uma única almofada velha, que parecia uma folha de cartão de tão fina e gasta que já estava. Dormimos quase sem almofadas. Esperava mais pelo preço, mas o conforto da localização faz valer a pena

Excellent soundproofing from street chatter/traffic etc Breakfast staff were pleasant and wide range of food was well stocked and restocked and tables regularly cleared over duration of 3+ hours and quality of food/drink exceeded expectations. Securely Locked luggage room for use of early arrivals/ later departures
Plenty of hanging space but would have liked some drawers for underclothes. No tea/coffee facility in room.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026La struttura è ben organizzata, pulita, moderna. La nostra camera era molto bella e spaziosa. Il bagno grande e con tutte le comodità. Personale gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Sala colazione bella grande e illuminata. Colazione varia e abbondante.
Sfortunatamente nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato in hotel uno dei due ascensori sul nostro lato era fuori servizio e questo spesso ha reso lo spostamento dal quinto piano dove alloggiavamo davvero difficile. Sarebbe stato molto meglio farlo riparare, soprattutto visto la mole di ospiti ed il personale delle pulizie in continuo spostamento tra i vari piani.

Its location is strategic for moving in the city, close to the metro and interesting touristic areas are walking distsnce. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is amazing. The room was very clean and is all as shown in the pictures.

Dotazione camera leggermente spoglia: manca frigo (anche vuoto sarebbe andato bene) e bollitore con the e caffè, solitamente per il prezzo pagato sono dotazioni da aspettarsi. In ogni modo nulla di particolarmente grave essendoci market e bar a due passi aperti tutto il giorno.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Die Lage ist bombastisch. Direkt im Gothischen Viertel, Cafés, Restaurants, Shops, Apotheken - alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Man fällt im Grunde genommen mitten ins Geschehen.
Wir hatten das Zimmer 309 und waren extrem enttäuscht. Das Bett ist klein, das Zimmer komisch geschnitten. Und es gibt keinen Smart-TV. Sauberkeit war auch nicht gut, eher so wischiwaschi. Das Frühstück ist grottig, sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Wir sind ab dem zweiten Morgen außerhalb frühstücken gewesen. Außerdem hatte ich die Unterkunft im Voraus informiert, dass ich während unseres Aufenthalts Geburtstag habe. Absolut keine Reaktion des Hotels. Ich bin gewöhnt, dass man zumindest eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit erhält.

O pequeno almoco muito fraco e com funcionarios que pareciam mulas! Antipaticos, arrogantes e nada prestaveis!!! Assistimos a expulsar da sala do pequeno almoco uma familia com criancas pequenas...por estar na hora de fim nem os deixaram terminar de comer o que estava na mesa... Ja tinham feito o mesmo conosco no dia anterior. Inadmissivel!!! Nunca mais lhes dou um tostao

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The Barcelona house had a decent location. We experienced so markets and the tue boardwalk and beach were a easy walk. The hotel offered a fair buffet breakfast. Plus we had table and chairs in the lounge to play games with our friends.
The hotel is noisy! I am not sure if it is built with paper thin walls or what...sleep was difficult if your a light sleeper as I am. The rooms are tiny, with no fridge plus my blow dryer was terrible, died in the end. The front desk did give me another portable one. The beds have little covers, I would have liked a blanket in one of the cupboards. The showers leak all over the floors, whole bathroom floor wet. But for 3 nights it was fine, serviced it's purpose

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Είναι στο κέντρο και δεν χρειάζονται πολλές μετακινήσεις με τα μέσα συγκοινωνίας!! Η περιοχή έχει τις παραξενιές του όμως υπάρχει και πολύ αστυνομία στην περιοχή! Δεν νιώσαμε να κινδυνεύουμε!! Το πρωινό καλό ήταν !! Το προσωπικό αδιάφορο!

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location was the main positive. It was very convenient, with many attractions, restaurants and other places easily accessible on foot.
Unfortunately, our stay at Barcelona House Hotel was quite disappointing. First of all, there was a very strong sewage smell in our room, which made the stay very unpleasant. The second night was especially difficult, as it was practically impossible to sleep. There are bars/clubs below or very close to the hotel, and the loud music and heavy bass could be clearly heard in our room until around 3–4 AM. The breakfast was also disappointing. There was very limited choice, with boiled eggs being the only egg option. The toilet in our room was also leaking water. Unfortunately, some members of the staff were quite unpleasant and not particularly welcoming either. Overall, considering the price we paid, we expected a much better experience. The sewage smell and especially the extreme noise during the night significantly affected our stay.

La zona es un poco peligrosa por la noche, el ambiente que hay por la calle no es muy agradable

No fridge in the room, no extra pillows if needed. Glass (dommed though) door to the bathroom with no lock! Never seen a bathroom door like that, no real privacy.

Die Begrüssung. Ich fühlte mich gar nicht willkommen . Auch wenn ein Hotel mit der Lage punktet. Die Freundlichkeit ist das a und o. Leider sehr unfreundlich und nicht verständnisvoll. Hatte heute früher gehen müssen als geplant, da ich Frühstück inkl hatte bat ich um etwas mitzunehmen . Bin sehr viel unterwegs und dies geht meistens. Ok ging nicht. Aber als ich morgens dann neben dem gesenkten Buffet vorbeilief und fragte ob ich wenigstens ein Brötchen mitnehmen kann wurde dies verneint. Dies geht gar nicht. So was habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La posizone centrale anche se i taxi non ti lasciano sotto l'hotel e non vengono sotto a prenderti per via dei lavori sulla Rambla. La camera è sufficiente ma si sentono molto i rumori nel pianerottolo se passano le persone durante la notte. A parte il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione centrale ci penserei due volte la prossima volta.
La colazione è decisamente insufficiente, tutta roba confezionata, niente di fresco se non qualche mela e qualche pesca, Bibite tutte da distributori automatici, ho avuto difficoltà sia sul dolce che il salato. Avere interventi che nemmeno ti ritirano i piatti sporchi dal tavolo ma che passano nella sala coi carrelli per pulire per terra durante la colazione non è igienico. Il letto matrimoniale erano 2 letti singoli attaccati rumorosi e scomodi.

Il Wi-Fi non prendeva bene (si può dire che in camera non funzionava mai) e l’aria canalizzata ci metteva tanto ad arrivare in temperatura quindi in pieno agosto c’era veramente caldo
