No particular criticisms. As a coffee addict, a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

The location was great stones throw from the main lifts and town centre, communal areas and facilities couldn't be faulted so clean everywhere the pool area was really relaxing after a day biking/hiking great view was just perfect.

The rooms were basic, this didn't spoil our stay but do feel they could just have a few touches such as Kettle for tea coffee making also a small fridge and it would have made a big difference the room was certainly big enough to accommodate this. Also as we visited in the summer the rooms were sooo hot at night quite uncomfortable I understand putting air conditioning in is a big cost however maybe a fan for the summer months.

Great location for access to footbridge into town, sitting late afternoon into evening in July sunshine, enjoying dips in the pool with fab views. Corner room with double balcony was such a bonus. Lovely helpful staff Sauna and showers in the little wellbeing space.

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage. Pool, ruhig, zentral gelegen.

La struttura mi è piaciuta tantissimo, è posizionata bene e ha la piscina che può essere usata sia d’estate che d’inverno. La colazione è discreta e la sala è bella ampia.

Super homely and welcoming. Everyone was eager to help and we loved having our own table where our wine was waiting for us when we arrived for dinner. The food was excellent to the point we ate in every night, we also loved not having to choose our dinner. The room was comfortable and the pool / jacuzzi a bonus. 5 mins from the Intersport and Super Morzine. Highly recommended and we will be back I am sure!

We didn’t have a shower. There was a shower head, all that was needed was a curtain and a bracket.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, it's a small hotel so they look after you.

Put glasses in the rooms instead of paper cups.

Les repas étaient excellents et très bien présentés et le personnels très chalheureux.

L'entrée de l'établissement peut être mieux indiquée sur la route de derrière ce qui aurait évité à mon amie de faire une grave chute. Il faudrait mettre une barriére à la sortie des escaliers de la piscine car il n'y a rien pour se tenir.

The room was great - warm, spacious and clean with a beautiful view! Short walking distance from the Super Morzine and into the town which was excellent for us! The pool and jacuzzi were a bonus after a long day skiing. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

I liked everything

Les gérants sont très serviables et attentionnés. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le cadre est très joli, les chambres sont typiques des chalets de montagne et les zones communes restaurant, piscine... mélangent un style moderne et rustique très réussi. L'hôtel tout comme ses abords sont propres et bien entretenus, les équipements sont en état de marche et ne faisant pas l'état d'une obsolescence avancée. Les petits déjeuners sont complets et les repas du soir en demi pension sont tout simplement succulents. Produits régionaux et dressage proche d'un restaurant gastronomique. Nous conseillons vivement l'établissement.

Hôtel situé idéalement à deux pas de la passerelle qui vous emmène au centre de Morzine. Accueil chaleureux, personnel disponible est agréable. Piscine couverte agréable, elle donne sur l'extérieur. Jacuzzi à disposition.

Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le sauna car il était éteint. La fourniture de peignoirs et de pantoufles serait un vrai plus pour se rendre de la chambre à la piscine

Le confort, le calme et la proximité avec la ville. L hôtel est joli et typique de la région. Les repas du soir sont très bons et originaux. La chambre est très belle et spacieuse. Le pass montagne est parfait.

La chaleur dans la chambre. J aurai apprécié dans la chambre de quoi me faire une tisane ou un café.

The property was nice. Couple of annoyances 1. We weren’t told we could get the multi pass from the hotel which wasted a lot of time and could have been expensive and additional fees for using sauna was not great. Otherwise, rooms clean and breakfast basic but fine. Location great and swimming pool nice.

Het totaalplaatje. Een prima familiair hotel met alles erop en eraan. Mooie ligging, prima kamer en lekker zwembad. Ook het avondeten was lekker en het weekmenu goed uitgebalanceerd. Met de multipas tegen een heel aantrekkelijke prijs zijn bijna alle bergliften in de regio te gebruiken evenals een deel van het OV. Daarmee zijn tourtochten door de bergen goed te organiseren.

Vi havde et skønt ophold, venligt og hjælpsom personale. Hotellet ligger perfekt både til byen og liften. Perfekt udgangspunkt både til sommer og vinter aktiviteter. Poolen og haven er dejlig og rolig. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen

- locatie super, 3-5 minuutjes lopen naar de gondel naar Super Morzine, hotel ligt net uit de drukte van het centrum - hygiene, uitstekend - eten (HP), prima - correctheid medewerkers, prima - faciliteiten, een heerlijk zwembad/bubbelbad/sauna

Tip (dus absoluut niet negatief) Persoonlijk zijn wij wel van het "gemutlichen". Dat hebben wij minder ervaren. De service was meer dan prima, maar afstandelijk en onpersoonlijk. Anders zou het voor ons een 9 zijn geweest.

Belle chambre avec double vue sur la montagne Hôtel bien décoré,salle à manger et piscine avec belle vue dégagée sur Morzine dont le centre est facilement accessible par la passerelle spectaculaire. Bonne nourriture, personnel performant et sympathique.

One of the b st hotels that I have ever stayed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious in the evenings ( I can recommend the hanlfboard )the accomodations location was 2 min near the ski lifts, the facilities were great and the room was comfortable and great size. I would like to thank you for the owners and the staff that stay as it was perfect 1 week relax.

Clean, nice location, spa was good for relaxing. Even the sauna was warm and worked as expected.

No way to dry wet ski clothes. There was a boots drier, but that didn't work. There were absolutely no common items in the hotel room: No pen, no glass, no corkscrew, no iron, nothing like that. No air condition.

The staff were very pleasant, but overall the rooms were very tired. Bathrooms are in need of an upgrade and towels had holes in. It was disappointing not to have a bath, I didn’t even think to check when booking. Nice to have the option of a sauna, but the jacuzzi was too cold to use and you had to request the sauna to be turned on, and only between 3.30-7pm, a bit of an odd and annoying system. Breakfast was very basic. Overall I wasn’t very impressed, and wouldn’t recommend.

Breakfast was ok. Good coffee machine, good pastries. The staff were on hand if you needed anything.

Not a lot of choice. I understand that you could ask the hosts to cook for you at breakfast but this wasn't made clear if true. No decaf coffee. The serving time of 08:00 to 09:30 isn't the best if you're trying to catch the early lifts.

Pool and Spa area was nice after a day on the slopes.

Energy saving light switches didn’t stay on long enough. Dark stairwell and corridors.

Nothing - it was all very good

The facilities make this more like a 4* Breakfast is excellent and mercifully free of “music “. Bathroom was well appointed. It is located just by the foot bridge to the centre, but being away from it, one gets the pool and lawn for sunbathing. It is owner managed so service and welcome are first rate. Adequate parking.

The rooms do not have air-con but I guess it would be prohibitively expensive to install.

La piscine et le jacuzzi, la vue sur le massif. Le petit déjeuner . La localisation juste en face de la passerelle pour accéder au centre ville. Le calme.

Les propriétaires sont chaleureux, discrets mais toujours présents et disponibles. L' hôtel est vraiment idéalement situé. Tout a été pensé pour satisfaire le client, très entretenu et décoré avec goût....la piscine est un véritable atout. Le multipass proposé est très intéressant pour les activités alentour. A recommander+++

It was a very cosy hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. We had great access to the centre of Morzine. The view from our room was amazing.

The bathroom was not that comfortable. We expected the shower to be better and the towels might need a renewal. The shower head was not easy to use.

The property was incredibly clean. However we used the pool and I was wearing a new bikini which was completely bleached of its colour which I believe is die to excessive chlorine. I was originally offered a voucher for 40 euro for inter sport, but I was leaving the next day. I also left a gold eternity ring which I asked if it could be returned but they are not responding to my email. If I am honest only the gentleman that worked in the evening was kind. The breakfast was very limited.

The location was fantastic great view of Morzine and a short walk to ski hire and bubble… easy to find and close to shops and restaurants etc.. had a steam room and pool, jacuzzi

Duvet was too heavy and door to shower gave no room to get in and out

High quality finishes, comfortable rooms, decent food.
