Hotel Ristorante La Conchiglia

Very friendly staff, you really feel welcomed there. Restaurant is quite nice, we had our first dinner there, and food was amazing. Location is super, it is convenient to get in and out of the town and go explore other places. In Cala Gonone itself there are many things to do, few beaches, hikes, many places to eat. Harbor is around the corner where you can rent a boat or go on an excursion. We did a private boat tour (12 ppl) to visit multiple beaches, and we did 2 stops at the sea to swim from the boat. Highly recommend! There is also a supermarket 2 min walking from hotel, we got water and food for hikes there. Good selection of wines, and other spirits if you are into that. Hotel had their own little parking which is amazing, because this area is difficult to find a parking spot, especially in high season. We were there in September, and it was still quite busy. We also liked the fact you can do laundry at the hotel for 25 euro, no matter how much stuff.

My biggest complaint is that it's very noisy until midnight and from about 8 am. As in many Mediterranean hotels, there is zero sound isolation. Neighbors watching football on TV - you hear it. People walking past the room, or hanging out talking in the corridor - you hear every word. I am just wondering when people stopped being considerate of others, and forget that someone might be sleeping at this time..? Why stay and talk and laugh in the corridor instead of their own room? Anyway.. take your earplugs if you are a light sleeper - you will need it. At night it was quiet though and I did manage to get a good sleep every night. Minor room complaints: there were light, non blackout curtains, so it was never fully dark in the room. You could use the wooden blinds in addition, but it was a bit tricky to use them. AC was facing the balcony, which on one hand, was nice to dry clothes, on the other hand you cannot really sit on the balcony because it is blowing hot air on you. I had problems switching off the AC also. Breakfast, if you go down around 9 or later, food will be cold, probably all bacon and sausage gone, and eggs are mushy and cold. Pastry was nice, the rest of the food was just ok, not bad, but also I can't say I enjoyed it a lot. But you know, food is food, and you can enjoy nice coffee on a terrace by the sea, so can't complain much.

The staff were awesome. Most of the staff spoke English, which was helpful. It is centrally located and close to beach and downtown area.

Parking was limited and had to pay for night, but is was only a few Euros. Water pressure in shower was sporadic.

Great location Waterfront view was great, cafe was fantastic. Rooms were spotless. Staff could not do enough to help you. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Owner even gave up her car spot for us. Then they made us a picnic for our cruise. ❤️

Very well located on the main strip close to everything. The port was within walking distance. The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was always fresh and tasty. The AC worked well, the room was cleaned daily, the beds were comfy

The beds were right under the AC which made it difficult to sleep.

Gute gefallen hat mir die Lage direkt am Meer und auch die sauberen und geräumigen Zimmer. Das Reinigungspersonal als auch die Kellner*innen waren durchaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es gibt keine Parkplätze an der Unterkunft!!! Das Auftreten der jungen Dame an der Rezeption ließ leider etwas an Professionalität vermissen.

"There is no parking space. The air conditioner in our room wasn't working, and they couldn't come to fix it until the next day—even after the repair, the problem wasn't fully resolved. The balcony door didn't have a mosquito net, so we couldn't open it."

Das Hotel Lage direkt am Meer. Bootsverleih lag nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt.

Auch wenn das Hotel direkt am Meer liegt, sollte man darauf achten, dass nur Steine/ Kies dort sind. Der Pool war leider im Nachbarhotel.

Ikke mulighet for å bestille seg en smoothie på hotellet på kveldstid da restauranten har det travelt. Lite service og fasiliteter på selve hotellet for gjester på ettermiddagen

לחדר שלנו נוסף ג'קוזי במרפסת, מול הים. המיקום מעולה. לכל מקום הלכנו ברגל- למעגן הסירות ממנו יוצאים סיורים, למרכז העיר. ממליצה להזמין מראש חניה במלון, למי שנגיע ברכב, כי מספר החניות מוגבל. לנו סידרו חניה חופשית במלון אחר בבעלותם במרחק הליכה של כמה דקות מהמלון.

早餐非常好吃，地理位置很优越。出发去海滩，只要换个泳裤，什么都不用带出门就好。从出门到进入海滩只需要两分钟，是非常好的位置。

Tout est neuf !!! Très bel hotel avec resto sur le bord de mer. on se trouve dans le centre de la ville et un peu d'animation le soir (en mai). Le stationnement est un peu éloigné et payant... il devrait être inclus dans le prix de la nuit. Très bon déjeuner et bon emplacement pour effectuer des excursions. La route pour s'y rendre est magnifique ! ET prenez l'excursion pour aller à Cala Luna !

O quarto que nós reservamos foi o com vista mar, então tinha uma vista maravilhosa, com uma hidromassagem na varanda. O quarto é bem grande, cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso. O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, nos atenderam com cordialidade e nos deram todas as informações que solicitamos. Eles possuem guarda-sol para emprestar e toalhas para "alugar" a 3 euros cada. A localização é ótima. O café da manhã é bom, mas nada de espetacular. Enfim, o hotel tem bom custo-benefício.

Nós achamos que a limpeza poderia ser melhor. Todas as vezes que entramos no quarto após a limpeza, o chão estava literalmente molhado, o que fazia com que a gente sujasse todo o quarto novamente assim que entrássemos. Não houve troca de toalhas e dos tapetes do banheiro e da hidromassagem, mesmo estando claramente perceptível que estavam sujos. A pressão do chuveiro não é boa e se alguém abrisse a torneira enquanto você toma banho, diminuía mais ainda a água. Apesar de estar tudo funcionando e de todas as qualidades do quarto que nós citamos acima, nós achamos que a mobília seria mais moderna. Nas fotos parece ser mais do que realmente é.

Die Matratzen waren schon durchgelegen und zu weich -wir bekamen Rückenschmerzen und konnten nicht schlafen. Der Polster zu fest . Die gehören unbedingt ausgetauscht!

Was uns gefallen hat: Die Lage direkt am Meer war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine ausreichende Auswahl. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr angenehm. Insgesamt haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt.

Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Insbesondere das Schließen der Zimmertüren von außen war recht deutlich zu hören.

Lovely hotel with amazing sea views. In a very convenient location on the heart of Cala Gonone. The room was large, clean, comfortable and modern. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to use the pool at one of their sister hotels, which was a great benefit. Breakfast buffet was good, with a good selection. I would recommend this hotel, it was a nice relaxed experience.

Leider roch es im Zimmer sehr unangenehm aufgrund des Abflusses in der Dusche. Meerblick war nur seitlich an der Trennwand zum nächsten Balkon vorbei

Die Lage. Zimmergröße. 2 Waschbecken im Badezimmer.

Das gesamte Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Die Betten haben eine Größe von 80x190. Wir hatten nur in ausgewählten Stunden Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Das ganze war etwas lieblos und unaufmerksam, da z. B. der Instant-Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt wurde und die benutzte Kaffeetasse stand 4 Tage so im Zimmer. Um den Pool des Nachbar-Hotels zu nutzen, konnte man Handtücher für eine Gebühr (keine Kaution) von 3 Euro leihen. Wir konnten das Auto auf einem Parkplatz des Hotels parken, allerdings erfuhren wir erst bei Abreise, dass wir 6 Euro PRO TAG zahlen sollten.

The room was large, with good storage and impeccably clean. Having a little balcony was great for drying our wet bathing items. The breakfast was reasonably good and the location was fantastic. Close to 2 beautiful beaches as well as lots of cafes/bars and restaurants.

The bathroom drains were smelly. Also, because there is no sound absorption/insulation, the corridor leading to the rooms is quite noisy when people are coming and going from their rooms or talking loudly. Whilst the breakfast was quite good, there was not much fresh and nice looking fruit.

Familiekamer was echt handig, door de 2 schuifdeuren konden de kindjes apart slapen. Alles was kraaknet, heel vriendelijk personeel. Kinderstoelen aanwezig, alsook speelgoed in de lobby. Lekker ontbijt en mooie ligging recht tegenover zee.

Goede ligging. Fijn aan de zee en toch dadelijk in de bergen. Restaurants in de straat. Geen straat lawaai en een goed bed. Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid genoeg. Leuk klein terrasje aan de kamer.

Nettes Personal, gutes Essen, beste Lage, Pool am Zimmer, einfach perfekt. Es wäre schön, wenn Wasser und futter für die strassenkatzen aufgestellt wüürde. Man könnte eine spendenbox aufstellen. Die Touristen würden bestimmt spenden. Wäre für alle hotels in sardinien ein Vorschlag.

Goed gelegen aan de boulevard, kamers mooi en schoon. Elke dag cleaning. Ook fijn om een kleine koelkast te hebben. Echt fijn.

Een waterkoker zou welkom zijn. En de kamers zijn iets gehorig.

The only thing that was bothering is the automatic light in the wardrobe. When you go to toilet at night it lights up and wakes up the other person. But this is just a tiny detail 😘

Wir hatten uns spontan dazu entschieden in Cala Gonone zu übernachten und dass Hotel an Hand der Zimmerfotos gebucht. Es war nur noch ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick verfügbar. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schien frisch renoviert zu sein. Alles war mehr als Sauber und es gab genügend Ablageflächen im Zimmer, wie auch im Bad.!!! Auf dem Balkon (der allerdings recht schmal war, gab es eine kleine Sitzgruppe). Wir hatten die Gelegenheit in einem Zimmer mit frontalem Meerblick zu schauen. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und eine tolle Aussicht!!! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, besonders die Dame am Empfang. Reichhaltiges Frühstück welches man auch mit Meerblick genießen kann.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade, mit einer Tischreihe direkt am Meer. Das Personal spricht Englisch und war durchaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das WLAN funktioniert zuverlässig, wenn auch nicht besonders schnell [Download: 16 Mbit/s & Upload: 15 Mbit/s].  Das Frühstück – inklusive leckerer Pizza - war gut, jedoch auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Das hoteleigene Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, allerdings gibt es in der Umgebung viele empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt: Der Pool des Nachbarhotels konnte mitgenutzt werden. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

De locatie! We hadden een deluxe kamer met jacuzzi op het balkon, welke een ‘kamerbreed’ uitzicht had op de zee! De weg tussen het hotel en de kust is eenrichtingsverkeer en daarom erg rustig (in mei), dus elke ochtend en avond met open deur heerlijk genieten van het geluid van de middellandse zee.
