The receptionist was very friendly, and the hotel has a central location.

Unfortunately, the first room I was given had not been cleaned at all — there were dirty socks on the floor, the whole room smelled terrible, and there were food leftovers next to the bed, etc. I went to reception and asked to change rooms. When I entered the new room, I didn’t notice any problems at first and went straight to take a shower. However, when I came out, I discovered that there were no bed sheets or pillows on the bed. Unfortunately, the reception was already closed, so I couldn’t ask to change rooms again.

Huone oli äärimmäisen kuuma jopa syyskuussa. Nukkuminen ja huoneessa oleminen oli mahdotonta. Huoneen ikkunasta oli näkymä vastapäiseen seinään joka oli muutaman metrin päässä. Huoneen ikkunan ulkopuolella oli myös "parveke" tai kulkureitti, josta näki suoraa huoneeseen. Siivooja tuli aamulla huoneeseen kun vielä nukuimme ilman koputtamista. Aulassa työntekijä puhui huonoa englantia ja ei ollut kovin palvelualtis. Huoneissa oli surkea äänieristys ja kaikki muiden huoneiden äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen.

Instabilen WLAN und keine überdachten Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Fahrräder. Eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.

Exzellente Lage im historischen Zentrum Ein tolles altes Gebäude im romantischen Zentrum von Feldkirch. Ein Haus mit Geschichte, das modern eingerichtet ist. Gut zu erreichen mit der Bahn.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reihhaltig und von sehr guter Qualität.

Das Personal war unfreundlich. Nachdem ich mein Ladekabel im Zimmer vergessen hatte und um Nachsendung gebeten habe, wollte man eine Gebühr von 10€ verrechnen. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich das als nicht serviceorientiert empfinde, erhielt ich eine patzige Antwort. Zudem waren Vorhang und Gardine im Zimmer schmutzig. Aus der Toilette kam ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, der es notwendig machte, die Tür permanent geschlossen zu halten.

Fahrradraum mit grosser, steiler Treppe erreichbar

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Lage - man kann vom Bahnhof Feldkirch den dort an einem Bahnsteig angeschriebenen "Weg ins Zentrum" nehmen, der direkt zum Hoteleingang führt und der um einiges kürzer und bequemer zum Gehen ist als der von google vorgeschlagene. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind freundlich und nett bis nicht so besonders motiviert.

Wenn man um ruhige Zimmer bittet, muss man damit rechnen, dass man Zimmer mit Blick auf einen kleinen, vollkommen ungepflegten Innenhof erhalten kann und/oder einen Lüftungsschacht vor dem Fenster hat. Die Alternative wäre dann wohl ein Zimmer mit besserem Ausblick, aber mit Lärm, vor allem bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die fehlende Klimaanlage ist von anderen Bewertungen bekannt, selbst Ende August mit "Tropennächten" leidet das Wohlbefinden darunter. Man könnte evt. wenigstens einen Zimmerventilator bereitstellen, den man zeitweise laufen lassen kann.

Wie von der Unterkunft angegeben bzgl. Parkplätze gegenüber : das sind wenige, die alle besetzt waren (im Sommer), musst daher kostenpflichtig parken. Zimmer im Dachgeschoss sind im Sommer sehr heiß.

Zeer uitgebreid - vriendelijk personeel - veel variatie - ik ben gewoon om gezond te eten met granen, muesli, fruit, lactosevrije melk / yoghourt, Dit was allemaal in het aanbod! Fantastisch! Douche was top, badkamer + zeep = top!

Er was 1 van beide matrassen die wat doorlegen was.

Největším bonusem je ochotný personál a čistota. Další je lokalita přímo v centru města.

Umístění v centru sebou nese zároveň hlučnost, zejména při otevřených oknech, která trvá cca do 22.00 - 23.00 hod. Na pokoji by se hodila klimatizace, zejména při letošních letních teplotách.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt am Rande der Altstadt und etwa zehn Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Geräumiges Zimmer und Badezimmer, freundliches Personal.

Wie schon in vielen anderen Kritiken erwähnt: Es war wirklich sehr, sehr warm im Zimmer. Mit Klimaanlagen wäre das Hotel hervorragend, so ist das zumindest im Sommer leider ein deutlicher Minuspunkt, zumal bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen aufgrund der Unruhe von draußen schwierig ist.

L'hôtel è a 10' a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. La stanza è grande, sembra un vecchio stanzone di ostello.

L'ingresso dell'hotel ha una rampa di scale da entrambi i lati, se arrivate con valigie pesanti dovete fare dell'esercizio. Il prezzo è molto alto per quello che offre. La colazione è da 3 stelle, abbastanza deludente.

Geschmackvolles Hotel, gutes Frühstück, große Zimmer, nettes Personal

Die Lage war direkt an einer Hauptstraße mit Ampel direkt vor dem Hotel, d.h. ein ständiges Bremsen und Anfahren, teilweise Hupen war zu hören. Das von uns gewählten 3 Bettzimmer war direkt zur Straße, direkt auf Ampelhöhe es konnte leider auch nicht das Zimmer getauscht werden. In den Zimmern war es extrem warm und stickig, lüften ging durch den Lärm leider nachts garnicht. Wer das weis und wenn Straßenlärm nicht stört, hat ein guten Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Das Personal war sehr nett und alles war sehr unkompliziert. Das Frühstück war wirklich super. Schöne Auswahl und der Kaffee war sehr lecker. Die Lage war sehr schön. Abends haben wir noch draußen vor dem Hotel gesessen.

In unserem Zimmer (mit Fenster zur Straße) war es sehr laut auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Das WLAN hat am Gang/Frühstücks und Rezeptionsbereich funktioniert im Zimmer hatten wir keine Verbindung (meine Vermutung Dicke Wände und Entfernung zum Router ) Im 3 Bett Zimmer gab es nur 2 Stühle nicht 3.

Vi manglet en dyne og en pute, selv om vi var to stykker og hadde informert om dette. Det var en ekstra dyne og pute i skapet, men uten sengetøy.

We Got a room on first floor with only a window facing inwards into the building and no air. The room was very hot, no aircondition and only a window on the first floor facing into the building (room 111)

Personal wirkte nicht sehr professionell, vorhandene Parkplätze waren angeblich alle reserviert sodass ich pro Tag nochmal extra 17€ für die gegenüberliegende Tiefgarage zahlen durfte, die vorhandenen Parkplätze am Hotel waren nie belegt..kam mir sehr suspekt vor. Haare auf dem Bett, Zimmer sehr hellhörig - Lage direkt an der Straße, hatte zum Glück ein Zimmer in die Innenstadt, da war es etwas ruhiger.

Alles bestens, die Lage war klasse, das Zimmer ausreichend groß, das Badezimmer ebenso ausgezeichnet und gut. Dazu ein überaus freundlicher Empfang, es wurde einem erklärt, wo man kostenlos parken könne, alles Top also.

Called the hotel for reserving the parking which was confirmed but when i reached then staff said there is not one for me but for someone else and then made me park over X sign. I had to then probe further and then after 1 hour i was able to park it at the place i reserved.

Absolut ingenting. Vi betalade för ett dubbelrum, men fick istället ett rum intill frukosten som lät hela natten samt morgonen. Dessutom fanns ingen fläkt och i rummet var det enligt min termometer 24 grader på natten.

Allt. Det var inte välstädat, sängen var obekväm, det var lyhört och varmt. Inte alls värt pengarna och ångrar djupt att vi valde att bo där.

Нет кондиционера, очень жарко спать, спасти с открытыми окнами не вариант т.к центр города и шумно.

Das Personal ist unmotiviert und nicht einladend. Die Fernbedienung beim Fernseher ist defekt, niemand erreichbar, schade. Im Frühstücksraum dröhnt laute Musik, glücklicherweise gibt es einen Nebenraum.

Je n'ai pas séjourner comme prévu à l'hôtel, il semblerait qu'il faille un code pour entrer dans l'hôtel, je n'ai eu aucune communication de leur part pour me permettre de passer la nuit comme prévu. J'ai dû prendre un autre hôtel.

Leider keine Klimaanlage, wenn man dann die Fenster aufmacht, war es sehr laut. Das kann aber blöderweise auch daran gelegen haben, weil an diesem Abend ein Fußball-WM-Spiel gelaufen ist und es daher in den Gassen laut war …

This was a quality hotel in an excellent location. Superb breakfast offering.

Room facilities were poor. No tea or coffee-making or even water. No aircon and no fans available. No information of any kind and the one member of staff on duty whilst very friendly, seemed unable to provide any help.( when we arrived, Reception was unmanned and he was in the bar eating pizza with a friend!) There is a very sophisticated Nespresso coffee machine in the Reception but no-one was ever available to explain how to use it!

No tiene aire acondicionado y eso es verano es terrible, tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas para apaciguar el calor. Después de las 7 no reciben a los huéspedes y no dan señales claras de que hay que ir a otro hotel a hacer check in.

We weren't able to sleep from the heat. No air-conditioning not even a fan. We spent the entire night taking turns to take a shower only to sleep for a few minutes and then wake up again. We tried to open the windows but the noise from the street, the hotel's spotlight that was right next to our window and maybe also the fear that someone might come in stopped us from doing so. The sheets had holes and there were spider nets that covered 1/3 of the window. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, in what seemed like a long time; mold and dirt in various parts of the bathroom even on the hair dryer's plug. Broken tiles and shower door. If I could turn back time we would have slept in the car!

Nothing except location

The lady in reception it was very rude from the start we check in she wasn’t helpful and not kind. Not even smile. my friend When he order before we check in she insisted to pay first in rude way I even asked her we will pay not going anywhere. I check out from the hotel next day because of this attitude and when we asked and call first time regarding there is no service of water or anything she responded amazing this what it’s. Also, we called her to ask her many times and she didn’t answer I came down at the same time she was there and she said I am busy!!! This not kind of people you need to be working or dealing it’s her job to answer the phone not just see it and ignore it. We forgot one thing and I came back and she refuse to help or asked the people in the room.!

Das Hotel liegt am Rand der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und haben einen guten Standard. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl.

Von 22-6 Uhr sind keine Mitarbeiter anwesend.

Close to the castle entrance

The room misses basic stuff like a AC, hair conditioner, mini bar, etc. Moreover, I faced a rude situation with their staff, I had something left with them. I needed it. The reception staff is not present at same hotel. Someone came, he left my stuff on the floor, at the ground floor and didn’t give to me in hand. Moreover, the ground floor was too dark, the staff member even refused to turn on the light. Additionally, the receptionist made fun of me because I said that the place is so scary and I asked him to kindly turn on the light. He kept making fun of me and said silly jokes. I have never seen a rude treatment like this in my life and would have never expected that from a hotel! Guests are coming to have fun and chill out and not to have rude treatment from your staff!

The place was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. The parking was just across the street, during our stay was for free. We didn't buy breakfast. Yet we tasted very good apples offered in the hotel.

The only thing we had a room towards the main street and being so hot outside we had our windowopen during the whole time and after 4 or 5am was quite busy with cars on the road so was quite noisy. Next time I'd ask for a room facing the downtown walking zone.

Nagyon jó helyen található, az Óvárosban, a vár lábánál. Gyalogosan minden megközelíthető. Nagyon bőséges, finom reggelit kaptunk. A szoba hatalmas volt, a szivacsok egy picit puhák voltak nekem.

Az ágymatracok lehetnének keményebbek. A nagy hőségben jó lett volna a légkondi vagy egy ventilátor.

Not related to the hotel but there weren't enough family friendly places to take children and way too much smoking on terraces. We were there for my husband's work so ended up just eating Kebabs. The only room related thing was that the shower leaked through two gaps in the rubber gasket where the door shut against the frame.

Dit hotel was een sauna. Er is geen airconditioning en bij warme temperaturen krijgen ze het gebouw niet afgekoeld. Ik had twee verschillende kamers omwille van hitte-, lawaai- en waterproblemen, er zat geen druk op de douchekraan. Er is veel lawaai, gelijk welke kant je slaapt. Ik heb daar in die 2 nachten amper geslapen en normaal slaap ik onder veel omstandigheden goed. De Wifi werkte niet.

- Wir waren 1 Std. vor der offiziellen Eincheck - Zeit 16 Uhr dort und es war nicht möglich ein Zimmer zu bekommen - laut Politik des Hauses - während dann aber ein Reisebus kam und der Operator sofort seine 20 Zimmerschlüssel erhielt. Sicher kann man respektieren, das eine Eincheckzeit festgesetzt ist, doch dann für alle! und - wenn um 10:00 auschecken angesetzt ist, sollte wohl 15:00 ein Zimmer verfügbar sein. - Beim Frühstück um 7:30 waren mehrere Aufschnittplatten bereits komplett aufgebraucht und die meisten liesen nur noch erahnen, was darauf gewesen ist - es kam auch kein Ersatz. - Wir erhielten ein Zimmer unter dem Dach. - die Temperatur war unerträglich. 40 + grad Das Zimmer hat keinerlei Belüftung ausser die Fenster - auf die den ganzen Nachmittag die Sonne prallt. Kein Ventilador - nicht mal einen temporären Standventilador - von Aircondition ganz zu schweigen. Kurzum unmöglich zu schlafen.

During such a heatwave, a minimum requirement for a (almost 200€/night) hotel room is a ventilator if there is no airco. However there was nothing and the road below the window was quite busy and noisy even during late hours.

Lage sehr gut , Frühstück ausgezeichnet

Skvělý hotel v centru Feldkirchu a s úžasným výhledem na hrad nebo historické centrum města. Pěšky je to odtud asi jen deset minut chůze na vlakové nádraží. Tento hotel byl velmi čistý a celkově z něj mám dobrý dojem. Personál byl velmi ochotný a příjemný, mají zde fantastické a velmi bohaté snídaně s velkým množstvím různých chutí. Chci pochválit zejména velmi sympatickou recepční Janu. Tento hotel mohu doporučit.

I když je hotel celkově pěkný, je vidět, že nábytek má už svoje nejlepší roky za sebou. Možná by nebylo špatné provést nějakou modernizaci odpovídající dnešním trendům.
