Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön. Der Pool ist toll .

Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an der ein oder anderen Stelle zeigt sich der Zahn der Zeit.

Si mangia benissimo e la location è davvero particolare

Het is een mooi oud gebouw en ontbijt was lekker

Het was niet echt een goed onderhouden complex en daarmee waren er een aantal dingen minder comfortabel: in het zwembad zaten dode insecten, airco werkte niet goed. Daarnaast was er de laatste avond een feest die enorm goed te horen was tot in de nacht. Ook was er blijkbaar dubbelgeboekt en kwamen er mensen per ongeluk onze kamer binnen om 12 uur s nachts.

Hebben iets laten liggen. Geen hulp om dit terug te krijgen. Nauwelijks water in zwembad. Eten te prijzig

Le bâtiment historique. La chambre et la salle de bains très spacieuses. Le restaurant très agréable. Le calme et la classe de l'établissement sous tous ses aspects.

Beautiful old building, with lovely gardens. Quiet and secluded. Very nice swimming pool.

The head waiter in the restaurant was over pleasant and got things wrong. She didn’t like the fact that she had made a mistake, with us and we noticed with other guests too.

Ottima soluzione per passare un week end di relax. Letto molto comodo e bagno grande. Buona colazione. Piscina un po in disparte che permette di godersi a pieno la tranquillità. Parcheggio subito fuori la struttura.

La location e la tranquillità

Forse, ma solo per la collocazione, era un po' troppo distante dal luogo dove mi dovevo recare per il lavoro, ma la zona non offre molte possibilità di soggiorno con piscina

La camera non era pulitissima, una buccia di pistacchio è rimasta sul tappeto 4 giorni e non è mai stato fatto cambio asciugamani e lenzuola

Тихое, комфортное место, удобные номера, хорошая звукоизоляция даже несмотря на мероприятия. Прекрасное место для свадеб и семинаров.

Il verde curato, la spa, i cocktail, staff professionale e cortese, piscina molto bene tenuta e pulita.

Se proprio devo provare qualcosa di negativo, avrebbero fatto comodo degli asciugamani da bidet... Premetto che non li ho chiesti e sicuramentee li avrebbero procurati.

L’expérience au SPA avec Gabriele était exceptionnelle. Le château et son jardin étaient jolis. Le repas dans le restaurant était bon. L’emplacement est bon. Le personnel est sympa.

Mi sono trovata davvero molto bene in questo hotel. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, e la colazione era buona e abbastanza varia; forse avrei aggiunto giusto qualche scelta in più, ma nel complesso era soddisfacente. Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo anche avuto modo di provare la cena, che ci è piaciuta molto. Alcune cose erano forse un po’ care, ma nel complesso i prezzi non erano eccessivi e la qualità era buona. La posizione e l’ambiente sono stati sicuramente un punto forte: un luogo perfetto per stare all’aria aperta, immersi nella tranquillità e lontani dal caos. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole e ci siamo sentiti davvero bene. Consigliato!

Posto bello e ristorante magnifico con piatti variegati e squisiti sia a pranzo che a cena.

Non ideale per andarci con i bambini piccoli, ci hanno dato una camera, la 401, che, aperta la porta di ingresso, aveva una ripida rampa di scale per raggiungere la camera vera e propria. Avendo avvisato che viaggiavamo con un neonato e un bimbo di 6 anni, non me lo sarei aspettata. Non hanno il gelato al cioccolato o dolci per bambini però gentilmente gli hanno preparato una pasta al ragù (fuori menù). La piscina è profonda 130cm con l’acqua molto fredda e senza alcun gioco per bambini.

Beautiful property with nice rooms

It would have been nice to have been informed that on one of our nights they rented out the location to organize a party in the garden until 1 in the morning. When we mentioned this at reception they told us the music was not so loud, although it was, and didn’t propose a solution or apologised. Our complaint was not even so much about the noise, just about not being informed and coming home to a full parking and a party with +200 guests.

C'est un hôtel charmant qui surplombe toute la vallée,donc il ya une très vie dont on peut profiter depuis la terrasse. Nous avons dîné sur place et c'était délicieux. La chambre est simple et jolie, la literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et on peut le prendre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur dans le jardin au son des oiseaux (2 boissons chaudes et oeufs brouillés/bacon compris dans le menu préparés sur demande). La piscine est très bien avec des transats tout autour (ouverte de 10h à 19h, pas de serviette). Grand parking sur place. Je recommande vivement, nous avons adoré.

La douche était petite mais sans grande importance...

La beauté du lieu, l’architecture, l’histoire du château du 14e siècle, la piscine, la végétation, le jardin est très bien entretenu même si après un mariage il y avait des verres en plastiques qui restaient et n’étaient pas retirés . Un immense potentiel très mal exploité malheureusement

L’accueil et le personnel à la réception : je m’explique avec nuance et sans méchanceté. Un manque de soin et d’effort dans l’hospitalité. Le personnel met 5 jours à répondre à une demande de clarification. Au petit déjeuner , à 09h30 il manquait des aliments. Le personnel au breakfast fait beaucoup d’efforts mais est dépassé. Le problème n’est pas le personnel mais le top management qui ne fait pas d’efforts pour améliorer les conditions de travail du personnel et ne considère pas son personnel cela impacte le moral et la motivation du personnel , qui n’a pas le sourire à la réception et manque d’empathie comme s’ils étaient fatigués de leur rythme. Cela n’est pas un jugement mais un constat. Le top management doit se ressaisir car les secret shoppers peuvent dévaluer la note de l’expérience client qui doit être améliorée. Une anecdote, une personne de la réception se présente à la piscine et nous demandent de venir faire le Check in. Je réponds en anglais que je suis a l’hôtel depuis des 5 jours, le personnel semble un peu perdu c’est la responsabilité du top management et non du personnel qui fait de son mieux avec les moyens à sa disposition . Les autres clients internationaux ont ri de la situation burlesque. Avec un peu de gratitude auprès du personnel le top management obtiendra de la satisfaction client spontanée

Dusche zu eng in dem riesigen Badezimmer. Etwas ältliche Einrichtung.

Bellissima struttura con tanti spazi differenti e tutti molto curati. Grande piscina con lettini comodi e disposti tra ombra e pieno sole. Ristorante molto buono con tavoli su terrazza panoramica molto suggestiva. Colazione ottima, in particolare i formaggi.

Servizio non sempre eccellente, ad esclusione della colazione per cui lo staff è stato premuroso e efficiente.

Colazione buona e varia, camera comoda e pulita. Parcheggio comodo.

C'era una festa serale di matrimonio, con conseguente musica ad alto volume ben udibile dalla camera.

Historisches Gebäude mit sehr vielen Annehmlichkeiten, tolles Schwimmbad, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die neben Englisch zum Teil auch Deutsch sprechen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut! Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt an einem sehr besonderen Ort.

Ein echtes Erlebnis in diesem Schloss zu übernachten. Die Lage des Hotels und der große Schlossgarten mit Terrasse sind ein Traum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Klimaanlage hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert.

Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante del castello..la location è bella, sopratutto fuori, ma anche l'interno; ci aspettavamo decisamente qualcosa di più per quanto riguarda i piatti, sopratutto considerando quantitá-qualitá-prezzo. Peccato.

L'ambiente rilassante immerso nel verde. La piscina. La colazione dolce ottima. Serata al castello, inaspettata e bellissima.

L’accueil plus que froid, condescendant. A notre demande d’un surclassement, payant bien entendu, on nous a lancé un non catégorique, alors que la chambre était toujours libre le soir. Le dîner est hors de prix pour la qualité présentée, à part le thon fumé. Les pâtes sont servies sans fromage. Le pire a été le rack d’agneau, archi cuit, servi avec 2 patates mangeables, un flan de légumes peu appétissant et une aubergine tellement cuite qu’elle était incoupable. La table d’à côté avait du risotto qu’on ne nous a pas proposé. Nous avons pris un verre de mousseux et un de barrolo . Quand le mousseux a été fini, on a demandé un verre de rouge qui a été servi dans le verre du mousseux. La demoiselle m’a demandé si je voulais encore du rouge, j’ai répondu oui alors que mon verre était à moitié plein. Elle l’a rempli à la même hauteur que d’habitude, mais il a été compté prix entier. On ne parle même pas du ristretto italien qui tenait plus du jus de chaussette. Tout cela servi avec dédain.

L'entretien général pourrait être amélioré, et un peu plus d'imagination dans la décoration serait un plus. Le moderne va très bien dans un cadre Renaissance! Le modèle en la matière est sans doute l'Arlatan à Arles.

Breakfast, I can see ,the kitchen managers not have any imagination. They supply what they need but nothing more. The restaurant: Very simple menu. Not fit a restaurant as call himself a gourmet place. A small issues but need to looking for : A hotel ,witch call himself a 4 star hotel not leave empty the minibar. supply to the guest a slipper to not walk with bare foot, not put in the bathroom plastic cups, Not disturb the guests with a noisy events almost each nights. Basically, A good 3 star hotel .Nothing more.

Nulla senza latte a colazione, la signorina mi ha detto sì certo le chiedo in cucina ed è tornata dicendomi che potevo prendere i " confetti" intendeva frutta secca e cereali... Alle 7,45 i giardinieri con tagliaerba rumorosi erano all' opera .... Altra nota nessuna camera con letti singoli, ma purtroppo è abbastanza una costante oggi . Il phon non funzionava.

Non mettono più a disposizione gli asciugamani da bidet e il frigo bar é completamente vuoto! La piscina sarebbe da ripulire un po’ internamente.
