Reviewed Jul 3, 2026La disponibilité et l'aimabilité du personnel. l'endroit, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. le buffet du petit déj. et le bar-restaurant.
La façade de l'hôtel est impressionnante, malheureusement la chambre que j'ai eu (je pense que c'est à cause du prix proposé par booking) n'était pas à la hauteur. Heureusement, il y avait la réception où j'ai passé la majorité de mon temps. Par mal chance je suis tombé en plein pic de canicule, chaleur avec humidité c'était difficile à supporter. Le système de climatisation qui utilise l'air conditionné était très bruyant et impossible à supporter pendant la nuit. Je pense qu'il y avait des chambres meilleurs avec balcon sur l'extérieur, mais elle n'étaient pas disponibles.

La camera che mi è stata assegnata necessitava di lavori di manutenzione (pareti sporche, zoccolini in legno che si stavanosfaldando). Non capisco poi perché ci fosse un mobiletto in legno per frigobar ma senza frigobar, ed un mobiletto copricalorifero senza termosifone...

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026La ubicación es excelente, a 10 minutos caminando de lo más céntrico de Cartagena. Estaba limpio, tenía miedo por reseñas que había leído, pero como aún no es temporada alta ni hace tanto calor imagino que estará recién fumigado o por temperatura no hay cucarachas. El buffet del desayuno no era tremendo, pero estaba bien. Pasamos dos noches y casi solo estábamos para dormir y ducharnos. Si es tu caso y estás poco tiempo en Cartagena lo recomiendo.
Como indican la mayoría de reseñas necesita una actualización en el interior de las habitaciones y pasillos. Óxido, muebles desgastados, las camas duras y de muelle, lla cortina con agujeros... las toallas estaban limpias, pero se notaban gastadas. Las moquetas del los pasillos no han visto una aspiradora a saber desde cuando. Si vas a pasar más de 3 noches entonces no te lo recomendaría.

Bedroom was awful. Beds were like concrete, so uncomfortable to the point we actually had to check out the next morning and come home. Bedcover was badly stained. Bedroom curtails had lots of holes in them and when the sun came up in the morning there were lots and lots of rays coming through, not that we got much sleep with the beds being so uncomfortable anyway. Restaurant was closed as they had a private event on so we had to have dinner in the bar. Food was nice and again staff were lovely. No sockets anywhere near the bed except one for their telephone so we had to buy an extension lead to keep their phone plugged in and be able to charge our own phones at the same time. One socket is definitely not suffice ! Had to then unplug everything to use a hair dryer !

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Très bien situé pour visiter mais difficile de se parquer à proximité. Le parkng de l'hôtel coûte 11 euros par jour ! L'état de la chambre était un peu vétuste car situé dans la partie ancienne. Nous ne nous en plaignons absolument pas car la vue était magnifique et le personnel nous a changé de chambre pour satisfaire à notre demande de lit double.
Matelas beaucoup trop durs. Maux de dos. Manque de rangements et crochets dans la salle de bain.
