朝食がおいしく、いろいろなものを食べることができ、フルーツも日によって変わるので連泊しても朝食メニューでは飽きなかった。近くにコンビニ（ファミリーマート）が歩いて１分の所にあり、非常に便利。

周囲にジョギングできるコースがあるとよいが、車が多く排気ガスが感じられるのは街中だけに仕方ないが残念。

浴室地板都泛黃黑黑的，枕頭超軟超難睡隔天起床直接落枕，睡過之後根本不會想再來住…..但工作人員服務態度都很好！

停車位很多

房內的環境跟設備不是很理想，椅子都破了，吹風機也很老舊，不像是星級飯店該有的

門口很多人在抽煙，味道很重

The service was good and the staff at the club lounge are very prompt in service and friendly . The hotel is centrally located at a very good and convenient location in north of Hsinchu. The hardware of the hotel is also pretty good and elegant.

Stayed for two nights for a conference. Let me get over the good stuff first: (1) complimentary drinks in the mini fridge (2) generous amount of mineral water provided (3) a colleague of mine visited the indoor heated pool and the sauna and he was suitably impressed (4) fitness centre is quite comprehensive Now for the things that took away two stars. It’s probably unfortunate that many of these “hardware stuff” cannot be easily rectified: a. The buttons that control lighting in the room are terribly confusing b. No charging port or socket at bedside (seriously, in this day and age…?!) c. The cup is hard to hold when it contains hot boiling water - the handle is made such that a finger will be in contact with the main body of the cup… what a stupid design d. The shower temperature is not easy to adjust e. The tap knobs are hard to manoeuvre if your fingers are too greasy, say after applying hair gel. They have sacrificed functionality for aesthetics. f. You can only connect the hair dryer to a socket in the room, not inside the toilet g. They will give you breakfast coupons with a choice of ONE of two timings (0630-0830 versus 0830–1030) and apparently if you wish to change you MUST do so at the main reception. Wow, this is really dumb especially for visitors who have come for say a staycay, or a short holiday, and wish to “take it easy”. Didn’t the hotel management think about the seating capacity when they were planning the number of rooms?? FYI, I have been to other hotels who had ingenious ways to resolve this problem.

Recently build hotel everything perfect. 10x better than any Sheraton in the US and 3x better than any Sheraton in the EU. Hope Marriott bring these standard to the old countries

Not much within walking distance, need to take taxi to anywhere - HSR, Hsinchu Science Park, downtown retaurants

I love the elegant look and safety of this 5-star hotel.

The usual hotel when on business trip to this part. The hotel is consistently good. Quite convenient to eating places. The gym is big with sufficient equipments . They always provide more than ample drinking water and towels. The room is big. Small hiccup this time when I wasn’t notified of the ‘green program’ during check in and was automatically enrolled. Which surprises me when housekeeping wasn’t provided on the Wednesday. Otherwise, everything else is good.

This is our second stay at this Sheraton. It is in a good location in Hsinchu and the rooms are fairly big, but the positives end there. The service has really declined since our last visit. All the staff we encountered at the front desk or restaurant seemed untrained and not friendly. Check in took 30 minutes after I reached the desk even after I checked in on the app. The breakfast spread is decent. As a platinum member, I get 2 free breakfast daily and I had 2 kids under 12 who eat free. I also booked a third room for my mother that included breakfast. Not sure what was difficult about the math that we would receive 5 breakfasts. It took 10 minutes for the front desk to sort this out. Every morning at breakfast the staff would stop us and question us saying breakfast was not included. I had to explain daily I had 3 rooms and as platinum I have 2 free breakfasts with 2 free kids breakfasts and one room with breakfast included in the rate. When you ask for anything at the desk or restaurant, they looked confused. No smiles and we even asked in mandarin so language was not an issue. After traveling across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Japan, I can safely say this hotel had the worse service. The rates are also high for Taiwan claiming they are a 5 star hotel. But service was 100 times worse than the Fairfield Taichung which cost about a third of Sheraton Hsinchu. Finally as we checked out we asked for bell hop service with our luggage and the front desk asked how many luggage we had. We told them we had 7 large luggages and 3 carry on. They sent a front desk lady dressed in a dress suit up with a rolling cart. Needless to say she really could not load or move any luggage so my husband had to do it himself. Really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. If you are looking for good service go elsewhere until management properly trains the staff to be worthy of a 5 star Sheraton.

My family and I have been coming to the Sheraton Hsinchu nearly annually for the last 4 or so years. Our kids love the Bobo Theme Rooms and play space, and I rest easy that they have safe and fun diversions while I'm in Hsinchu on business. I wanted to write this review as a special shout out for this past visit to the concierge team for their thoughtfulness. Unlike previous visits, we stayed through the weekend to squeeze in some extra time in Taiwan and had a night flight out of TPE. Upon overhearing my discussion with my kids about needing to check out of the hotel and leave our luggage at the bell desk while we took our daypacks around the city for a few hours until it was time to leave for the airport, the concierge team took the initiative to offer a later check-out time (4pm) so that we would still have a "home base" at the hotel until our airport shuttle pickup. It's impossible to overstate the overwhelming feeling of relief and gratitude for this kind action. As anyone traveling with kids will understand, having a private space to decompress and clean up - particularly before a long, transoceanic flight - was absolutely amazing. It may not have been much for the hotel to arrange for an afternoon checkout on an off-peak day, but the thoughtfulness of the concierge to volunteer this definitely made a huge impression on my family. We'll be back!

Everything was good or OK but the smell or odor from restaurants inside the hotel and doorways is unpleasant.

The room was large, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor for makeup. The food was overcooked, overpriced, cold and tasteless and poorly presented, both dinner and breakfast. The bath tub was awkward to access, the taps were hard to balance the temperature and in the sink were round and slippery and hard to control with wet hands. There was no bar to sit and relax and have a drink. There was ridiculously loud music in the lobby making it hard to hear the reception as I checked in. The queue for checking and the checking in process was long. I could continue. I sound like a Karen already, but normally I review quite high for most places. I just thought for the price this was terrible value. If you want to charge a lot more than alternatives then get things right. The food in particular, was really low quality and made me really want to avoid staying there again.

Beautiful property, clean spacious rooms, in hotel dining, and convenient to local business.
