Iberflat Vega de Triana vs Similar Hotels

Apartments described as well equipped and comfortable overall, but recurring issues with beds/sofa bed and pillows being uncomfortable and one report of a dirty iron; mixed sentiment on bed quality and sofa-bed comfort.

Generally praised for cleanliness (multiple guests: 'limpieza', 'súper limpio', 'propreté'), though isolated issues reported (dirty iron that stained clothes, reports of ants in one apartment).

Location is convenient by car with easy access and close to sights; praised for parking and proximity to motorway/center by car. Some guests note it is in a polígono/industrial area and less convenient for walking, but overall location is seen as very favorable for drivers.

Consistently highlighted as a strength: staff described as very kind and attentive, with specific mentions of helpfulness even when guests lacked Spanish (several reviews praise personnel and assistance).

Effectively lacking or absent: guests request a restaurant/cafeteria and note none is available; F&B is a negative or missing aspect for some visitors.

Good practical amenities like (free) parking and decent in-room equipment; however guests miss leisure amenities (no pool, no on-site restaurant/café) and some report paid underground parking in some cases.

Multiple comments cite good value ('Buena relación calidad-precio'), affordable local transport/taxis, and satisfaction with what is offered for the price.
