Location is excellent. A great place to be based for the UTMB week of races and to explore the Chamonix Valley. You are away from the main crowds but have excellent public transport available on the doorstep. The views are stunning.

The extractor fans, which run constantly in the kitchen and bathroom, are a little noisy at night but you soon get used them.

Es war alles in Ordnung und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A fraca ou nehuma disponibilidade de supermercados na localidade, sendo necessário sempre que necessário ir de comboio até à localidade mais próxima que era Argentiere.

La dame de l'accueil était d'une extrême gentillesse! L'appartement était tres bien avec un très grand balcon agréable quand il fait beau! Le parking en sous sol et les chariots pour déplacer les bagages étaient très pratiques.

Le canapé convertible n'est clairement pas fait pour dormir plusieurs nuits.

Le lieu est très beau. Les appartements confortables. Le personnel a l accueil sympathique

1 petit bémol sur le fait de payer en sus pour être sur d obtenir un appartement en étage.

FANTASTICO. La piscina gratuita, grande e non affollata (pieno agosto) a fine giornata, dopo escursioni lunghe e faticose, è veramente una grande cosa. Posizione tranquilla e ben collegata con il trenino (gratuito) che ferma in tutte le località maggiori intorno a Chamonix, arrivi, parcheggi e riprendi l'auto per andare via. Appartamento a due piani, grande, spazioso, 3 bagni ed ampio balcone. Kit di benvenuto con caffè e spazzola per lavastoviglie molto apprezzato. Se dovessi tornare in quella zona, sicuramente tornerei al Dormio Resort. Altra cosa importante, il prezzo, molto competitivo.

Proximité de la gare et d'un télécabine

Odeur de chlore de la piscine dans le bâtiment. Manque de restaurant et d'une épicerie à proximité. Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas venu en train ce qui avait été envisagé initialement.

Die Lage ist super! Seilbahn sowie die Haltestelle vom Mont-Blanc-Express nebenan! Der Spa-Bereich ist ansprechend.

Das Bistro ist nicht geöffnet. Es gibt keine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen, obwohl der Platz vorhanden wäre. Leider ist der Spa-Bereich nur von 10.00 bis 20.00 Uhr geöffnet.

Balcone dell’appartamento invivibile per pavimento di legno rotto in molte parti. Pericoloso per noi e il ns cane. Trovo fuori luogo comunicare ai clienti di levare la biancheria usata comprese lenzuola e federe e fare un cumulo per terra. Siamo a quattro stelle ma ne darei tre così la gente non ha aspettative

تسجيل الدخول سهل، خذو تأمين 300 يورو الحلو بالموضوع ان كاش ورجع بنفس يوم الخروج، موظفة الاستقبال ودودة، مساحة الصالة واسعة، وحتى الغرف ماستر ومساحتها ممتازة، والبلكونة حلوة والاطلالة جميلة سواء عالنهر او على التلفريك والقطار، المطبخ كامل الادوات

موظفي الاستقبال مو موجودين على مدار الساعة، لايوجد كافيه او مطعم، لا يوجد مطاعم توصل، المخدات غير مريحة، لايوجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف مع ان الفندق 4 نجوم، بعيد عن المطاعم والكافيهات بعيد عن السنتر

L’emplacement est agréable, dans un beau cadre de montagne, et l’appartement dispose d’une cuisine ainsi que d’un balcon.

Le séjour nous a malheureusement beaucoup déçus au regard du prix et du positionnement de l’établissement. Le lieu donne une impression générale de manque d’entretien. Notre balcon était sale et n’avait visiblement pas été balayé. Il n’y a ni restaurant, ni bar, ni possibilité de petit-déjeuner sur place. Même si l’appartement possède une cuisine, cela devient très compliqué lorsqu’on arrive en train, car il n’y a aucun commerce dans le village. Les rares restaurants étaient complets lors de notre passage. Heureusement, le patron du Vallo Express, à la gare, nous a gentiment dépannés alors qu’il était fermé afin que nous puissions quand même avoir quelque chose à manger et à boire. La réception est également ouverte sur des plages horaires très limitées. À notre arrivée, les draps du canapé-lit n’étaient pas préparés. Enfin, il est demandé au départ d’enlever soi-même les draps et de vider les poubelles. Pour un établissement présenté comme un resort 4 étoiles et au tarif pratiqué, nous nous attendions clairement à davantage de services. Nous avons davantage eu l’impression d’être dans une résidence de vacances en autonomie que dans un véritable resort.

الذي أعجبني في المكان الهدوء والمسبح للأطفال ويبعد 25 دقيقه عن سنتر شامونية خيار بديل في حال عدم توفر سكن ملائم في سنتر شامونية والموظفة في الاستقبال جدا طيبة وخدومة وسهوله مع الموقف للسيارة تحت المبنى و الوصول للمكان ممتاز من يبحث عن الهدوء

الذي لم يعجبني هو البعد عن سنتر شامونية وكذلك لاتوجد خدمات مثل السوبر ماركت قريبه او بقالة او مطعم وكذلك الوسائد في الغرف والسرير غير مريح متعب جدا

The reception was not easily accessible and once we had to wait for the reception for almost half a day

منتجع صحي استشفاء مكان هادئ تتوفر فيه المسابح. وأيضا، هناك تفريق قريب جدا منه وايظا يوفر بطاقة للتنقل من فلوريزين إلى سنتر شامونيه مجانا.

Near station, large apartment

Very ungenerous in everything. 5 pm check in, 10 am check out. Not ideal if you’re only staying 2 nights. Strip your beds etc and then final insult an inspection before you leave! Not like any hotel or even Airbnb I’ve stayed in previously and not an organization I would stay with again. Oh, and bistro/bar not functioning outside of winter season.

L'appartement était top, propre, bien équipé. Lits confortables, même le convertible du salon. La proximité avec la remontée mécanique et la gare est très appréciée pour faire pas mal de choses sans utiliser la voiture c'est top. Le stationnement en parking sous terrain, j'apprécie beacoup.

Fermeture de la piscine à 20h, c'est un peu tôt je trouve. On bouge la journée et quand on rentre le soir on aimerait profiter plus de la piscine et pas se dire qu'elle va ou qu'elle est déjà fermée.

Ruim opgezet, we verbleven in het penthouse. Karren voor bagage, zodat je maar 1 keer hoeft te lopen voor laden en lossen van je koffers. Prima bedden, nette badkamers. Uitgeruste keuken. Groot balkon. Gratis OV kaart gedurende je verblijf. Zo kan je gratis reizen naar Chamonix.

Gebruikssporen badkamer. Er is geen bakkertje of supermarkt in het dorp. Hiervoor moet je +/- 10 min met de auto naar het volgende dorp.

Die Ruhe.. die Natur.. das Rundherum... Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer mit Schlafcouch die sehr bequem war. Die Küche ist vollkommen ausgestattet damit einfache Mahlzeiten zubereitet werden können. Nahe am Bahnhof und der Gondelbahn. Preis/Leistung 10 von 10 Ich werde wieder kommen.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds and 3 good bathrooms. The views and balconies were perfect.

It’s the 3rd time we have stayed at this complex and it felt a little run down this time. The bar and bistro was closed and all the washing machines and the jacuzzi were out of order for the full 2 weeks we were there.

Location is great, at the cable car and train station. The apartment and kitchen were well equipped, the lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, underground covered parking was a huge bonus when it was 30 degrees outside. There's very nice lounge area. Views around are amazing. Free transport around Chamonix area with guest cards.

Pillows could be much better, there was only one roll of toilet paper and very limited bathroom amenities, you have to buy it yourself, which is odd for a 4 star hotel, keycard stopped working (luckily only 20 mins before reception open, but it could have been worse if it happens late night). You have to throw away trash and remove bedsheets. It felt more of an AirBnb than a hotel.

La literie , matelas mou avec un « trou « du fait qu’il date je pense . Le fait que les 2 chambres soient équipées de lit individuel… 1 lit double serait mieux .

Appartements récents et spacieux avec un très bon équipement. La taille des appartements pour des logements de montagne. La piscine chauffée ainsi que le sauna et le hammam sont très appréciables. La carte hôte pour avoir le train gratuit dans la vallée.

On apprécierait plis de coussins et des moins mous pour pouvoir lire confortablement au lit

L'établissement est agréable, situé juste à côte des télé-cabines pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter des pistes de ski. Et pour se détendre, piscine, hammam et sauna! Il n'y a pas de restauration sur place mais on peut avoir des viennoiseries et du pain frais tous les matins. La "carte hôte" donne accès gratuitement au train Mont-Blanc Express qui va de St-Gervais à Martigny. Juste à savoir: presque aucun commerce à Vallorcine même (une boulangerie et un café) il faut faire les courses avant d'arriver.

It has been nearly two weeks since my departure, and you have failed to refund the deposit as per your own stated policy. At this point, your silence reflects a clear disregard for your responsibilities as a service provider. You are hereby given 7 calendar days to refund the full amount of €300. If the funds are not returned by then, I will immediately proceed with formal complaints to: • My bank (to initiate a chargeback), • The booking platform I used, • And French consumer protection and tourism authorities. I am keeping a full record of this communication and will not hesitate to take further action. This matter requires your immediate attention.

Nedostali jsme prostěradla do sauny, prý máme použít ručníky, nedostali jsme toaletní papír (na WC bylo po 1ks pro 5 lidí na 5 dní) - prý si každý musí dokoupit. Zkrátka není to hotel, ale "resort" a člověk nedostane vše, co by dostal v hotelu.

This was our third stay at this place. Clean, spacious apartments with wooden finishes. Friendly receptionists. I recommend it.

Dormio Resort Les Portes du Mont Blanc: "It's Your Problem" In 15 years of traveling, I've never experienced anything like this. We were delayed by traffic and tried to contact the hotel from 7 p.m. onwards, but without success. No one answered. Not even to the Booking.com customer service. We had to book in another place. In the morning, after unsuccesfully trying to contact them again several times, we found out that the reception staff left our key in an envelope without notifying us. No text, no call, no email—nothing. We did not get a refund nor any excuses or clarifications. When we pointed this out to the incredibly rude woman at the desk, she smiled mockingly and insisted that "if you didn't contact reception in time, it's your problem." The reception times are not marked in the reservation nor in the automated text you receive when you book. As if it's normal for a hotel to vanish into thin air at 7 p.m. and leave keys lying around without any notification. To solve the problem, next time we'll simply book with a professional establishment that values customer satisfaction more than being right about their ridiculous policies. You can smell the overpowering chlorine from the pool all the way down the hall. The wooden terrace is old, and completely soaked after the rain. Go somewhere else; there are dozens of great hotels in the area. But if you choose this one, hey! That's your problem :)

Grande appartamento ben arredato, pulito e fornito di tutto, bella terrazza con tavolo e sedie. Posizione un po’ isolata ma presente stazione dei treni giusto dietro.

Assurdo dover togliere le lenzuola dal letto il giorno del check out, capisco lasciare l’appartamento in condizioni decenti ma addirittura dover disfare i letti è troppo. Inoltre dovrebbero almeno mettere delle macchinette automatiche con l’essenziale, il primo supermercato è a Chamonix, più di 20 minuti di auto.

Check in was very good and arrangement to get your luggage up to the apartment very good. Superb view from the apartment. Very accommodating for pets.

Location is pretty good, though you do need to drive to get groceries.

The building needs some renovations. Our kitchen was very old and the cabinets were wonky and felt like they were falling apart. When showering the water goes everywhere, no way to stop the water from making the whole bathroom and toilet wet. The balcony wood was rotten and dangerous to step on.

الغندق مليئ بالكلاب وأخذوا مني مبلغ تأمين 300 يورو وعند المغادة بلغوني ان المبلغ سوف يتم ارجاعه كامل وتمت مغادرتي في تاريخ 8/1 والان التاريخ 8/31 ولم يتم ارجاع مبلغ التأمين حتى الان باختصار نصابين

J’attends toujours le retour de ma caution. Malgré plusieurs relances de ma part par courriel et par téléphone, je n’ai toujours rien reçu et n’ai pas eu de retour. C’est tout à fait inadmissible et reflète un grave manquement professionnel.

Cleaning and sufficient parking area.

Far away from the city . There is no supermarket near to it. If you want to buy even water , you have to go a long-distance drive to the city.

Bigger appartment and balcony, Indor parking, connection to Chamonix, coffee machine nespresso, quiet place.

Rather smelly appartment ( probably carpet?), blinking led light in the bathroom, noisy neigbours. No shops in the village.

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce resort, le calme, le confort, les receptionistes sont sympas et serviables, je vais revenir
