Veel te veel gasten voor de faciliteiten. Massa … Pover ontbijt - geen vers fruitsap, beperkte keuze, afgrijselijke koffie .. Biij betalen voor een stoel en handdoek .. in een 4sterren hotel? Zonnestoelen op de rotsen in de zon zonder enige schaduw?

Goed opletten met boeken; het bijgebouw is heeft een totaal andere Vibe dan het hoofdgebouw! het is niet te vergelijken met elkaar; ze zouden het losmoeten koppelen en een andere naam moeten geven

Internetové připojení zejména v budově Ennshof bylo slabé, kolísalo a někdy i vypadávalo

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen, es war hervorragend! Auch die Lage zum Skilift und dem Ort war perfekt. Das Personal und die Wirtsleute waren sehr bemüht.
Leider waren wir im Nebengebäude und dies ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Teppiche alt und zum Teil schmutzig, auch das Bad brauch unbedingt mal eine Auffrischung. Und Federbetten sind auch unhygienisch in der heutigen Zeit…….der Skikeller etwas chaotisch, die Skischuhheizung nur lauwarm, also kalte Skischuhe……..schade.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Snídaně byla naprosto úžasná – skvělý výběr, všechno čerstvé, krásně připravené a hlavně opravdu chutné. Jídlo bylo průběžně doplňované, takže i když jsme přišly později, bylo stále vše plné a perfektní. • Kvalita surovin byla znát na první sousto – poctivé, dobré a „domácí“ chutě, žádná levná náhražka. Bylo vidět, že si na tom tady dávají záležet. • Personál byl výjimečný – milý, ochotný, usměvavý a přirozeně vstřícný. Největší plus ale bylo, že se do provozu zapojovali i samotní majitelé. Přesně ten typ místa, kde má člověk pocit, že mu někdo opravdu přeje krásný pobyt a že je o něj postaráno. • Čistota a vůně – všechno bylo krásně voňavé, čisté a upravené. Tenhle detail je za mě obrovsky důležitý a tady byl splněný na 100 %. • Sauna byla boží – po dni na horách úplně perfektní relax. Skvěle vyhřátá, příjemné zázemí a celkově takový ten pocit „tady se mi fakt dobře dýchá“. • Perfektní poloha – blízko sjezdovky a zároveň doslova v centru dění. Všude jsme to měly kousek, ať už na lyže, na procházku nebo večer někam posedět. Celkově to byl pobyt, na který se nezapomíná – kombinace skvělého jídla, výjimečné péče, krásné atmosféry a perfektního zázemí. Určitě se rády vrátíme.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026Valóban nagyon közel van a Starjet1 állomás, gyalogosan még síbakancsban és léccel is könnyen megközelíthető, 2-300 m. A reggeli választékos és finom volt, a kiszolgálás kedves. A síléc-tárolóban fűtött volt a bakancstartó, és működött is a rendszer.
A foglaláson a főépület szobáinak a képét látjuk. A melléképületek ezzel szemben elég lehangoló felszereltséggel rendelkeznek. Kopott, öreg, emiatt nem is tiszta padlószőnyeg, öreg bútorok, ennek megfelelő alacsony szintű mellékhelyiségek. Csalódás volt a szobát átvenni. Ha ezeket a képeket tették volna ki a honlapra, biztosan másik szállodát választottam volna.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Really nice that they offer lunch, drinks and afternoon cake for free when you pay for breakfast. The sauna facilities are good and calm. Swimming pool outside is quite busy with children having a good time but here is a gorgeous lake nearby. It is mostly a hotel for families but we stayed there with the two of us and we had a nice time. Parking is free in front of the hotel or in another location nearby. Flachau is an authentic, original village, with locals walking and working in traditional cloths. And the best is that it near the main road to Salzburg, so easy to combine with other destinations.

The only down side is that there is no climate control option in the room.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2025Location is great, few minutes walk from the lift. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent. Good spa facilities. Playground facilities. Convenientl parking. For families with kids it is a great choice.
The rooms in the main building are tiny and I’m not sure everyone will appreciate the design - it is pretty but not practical (bathroom doesn’t have a door and toliet has a sliding door with a big gap). Strange smell from the toilet. Wifi in the room is shaky - for video conferences you’re better off in the restaurant, if you need to do a bit of work on your vacation.
