Una buona posizione ! Un po fuori .con la metro vicino raggiungibile in 3 minuti ,dove ragiungi tutto . Stanze un po adattate almeno la nostra ! Colazione buona ottima qualità dal dolce e salato Quello che guardo in tutti i alberghi .consiglio : le uova dovrebbero gestirli meglio Sicuramente lo staff avrà capito .lo staff del giorno alla reception non molto cortesi visto che devono dare una accoglienza principale sembravano sempre scocciate . Il ragazzo della sera molto gentile ! Diciamo che per la qualità prezzo buono per la prossima volta che ci sarà sicuramente .proverei un altro ibis per capire la differenza .grazie comunque !

Hotel jest wart swojej ceny jak na Paryż. Odległość do głównych, historycznych atrakcji Paryża dość znacząca ale wciąż w zasięgu dłuższego spaceru. Komu nie chce się chodzić, 300-400 metrów od hotelu jest stacja super (b. często) jeżdżącego metra. Z kolei blisko (10-15 min) spacerkiem do Moulin Rouge i kultowej dzielnicy Montamartre z bazyliką Sacre Coeur. Śniadania w hotelu jak na francuskie standardy śniadaniowe bardzo przyzwoite (nie tylko croissanty i kawa, jak wielu sądzi ;-).

Après accord de l'hôtel, nous avons été en mesure de pouvoir sécuriser nos vélos dans une chambre suffisamment spacieuse. Dans un voyage en vélo léger, ce service est tout simplement indispensable et super confortable. Merci au personnel pour son accueil. Le petit déjeuner inclus n'est pas en reste 👍

La posizione è ottima in un quartiere tranquillo e con supermercati, vicino alla fermata della metro, davvero vicino. Lo staff alla reception parla inglese e ed è molto gentile. La camera è moderna e comoda, anche il bagno molto pulito.

Ho trovato un pò di scortesia nelle signore della colazione e spesso alcuni prodotti della colazione non erano disponibili. La colazione è carina ma migliorabile.

Pe tot parcursul sederii usa de la camera a fost defecta. De fiecare data cand doream sa intram trebuia sa chemam pe cineva de la receptie. M-as fi asteptat sa ne schimbe camera, lucra care nu s a intamplat. Ultima zi jn care a trebuit obositi fiind sa asteptam jumatate de ora ca cineva sa deschida, nu a fost placuta. Tevile de la baie erau infundate, foloseai chiuveta si mizeria refula la dus. Micul dejun, era ok, dar nu foarte divers.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko stacji metra, co ułatwia zwiedzanie. W sąsiedztwie hotelu restauracje i sklepy spożywcze. W pokojach klimatyzacja i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie.

Pomieszczenie piwnicy, gdzie wydawano śniadanie bardzo ładne, ale niestety ciasne i przy większej liczbie gości brakuje miejsc przy stolikach. Sufit pokoju pomalowany na ciemny niebieski kolor.

Gutes Frühstück mit herzhaften und süßen Speisen, sehr guter Kaffee. Die Lage zur Metro war super, drei Minuten zu Fuß. Die Betten waren bequem bis auf die Kissen, die besser sein könnten. Unser Zimmer war zum Hinterhof, was zur Folge hat jetzt, dass es sehr ruhig war.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben, die Kissen waren nicht so toll. Auch die Ablagefläche für Kleidung könnte etwas größer sein, für drei Nächte kein Problem, aber wenn man länger dort wohnt wird es etwas eng.

El hotel tiene cerca 2 estaciones de metro y una parada de bus, por lo que tomar transporte es relativamente fácil. Queda cerca a Montmartre, 10 minutos en transporte público o 5 en carro. La ubicacion es muy segura, tiene una droguería cerca, y comida a buenos precios al frente del hotel. Destaca la atención y la recepción del hotel. Fueron muy amables en nuestra estadía, pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check-in 3:00pm.

Esta es mi experiencia de sacar 2 habitaciones de 2 personas por 6 dias. La habitación a la que llegue fue mas pequeña a lo que se ve en la foto. Fue el último piso y me explicaron que solo podían dar 1 llave por seguridad. Las dimensiones eran muy diferentes a lo que esperaba, casi no se puede estar dentro de la habitación. El baño es demasiado angosto, la tasa y la ducha estan pegadas, no tiene separador y el piso se moja completo. Nuestras cortinas tenían agujeros. La habitación del lado que era de mis padres tenia las sábanas rotas. No vimos que cambiaran las toallas. Encontramos todas las noches algo parecido a Hormigas, algo desagradable. Lo peor de todo es el aire acondicionado. Hace demasiado ruido y no hace nada, si bien llegas y la habitación está "fría", pasadas 2 horas dentro queda al clima. Dormir fue incomodo por el calor. No quiero imaginar en verano como debe ser en este Hotel, una pesadilla. El desayuno fue muy decepcionante. Estuvimos 6 dias, y siempre fue el mismo desayuno: cafe y pan. Tienen manzanas, 3 tipos de jamones y quesos, pero cuando se acaba alguna estacion de comida no vimos nunca que se rellenara de nuevo. Tienen solo 1 maquina para hacer huevos hervidos de 8 estaciones, para todo el Hotel, por lo que siempre está ocupada. Si bien el desayuno abre a las 7 am, hubo dias que no estaba listo a esa hora, la maquina de huevos no tenia agua, la maquina de cafe se dañaba. Y no vale la pena madrugar, siempre está lleno el lugar de 7 a 10 am. No volvería pagar desayuno. El hotel esta un poco separado de lo turístico. Al menos 30 minutos. Por la mañana los trenes siempre estan congestionados entonces es incomodo moverse. Mucho peor con maletas. Despues de cieta hora (no tan tarde como esperaba) dejan de operar y tienes que tomar o bus o Uber, el cual te va costar al menos 20 euros por ejemplo desde el museo Orsay, para tener en cuenta.

Le personnel pas souriant sauf une personne à la réception. Le petit-déjeuner qui manque de choix et d’indications. D’ailleurs, je n’ai même pas été accueillie ni saluée à mon arrivée au petit-déjeuner. L’absence de lumière dans les espaces communs du 1er étage. L’état de la baignoire: mastic au fond de la baignoire et difficulté d’écoulement de l’eau.

Très belle chambre bien décorée, spacieuse, extrêmement propre et très confortable. Salle de bain très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner dans les superbes caves voutées (l'accès PMR peut se faire par l'ascenseur sur demandes) ou en terrasse.

Il manquerait une bouilloire dans la chambre comme dans d'autres hôtels Ibis Style. La climatisation (qui était réglée au minimum) ne fournit pas assez. Peut-être un problème de filtres ?

Chambre mal située au fond du bâtiment, sans ascenseur. Vue sur un mur et la chambre du voisin, au dessus d'une grosse climatisation, avec peu de lumière naturelle. Pour le même prix, la chambre n'est pas de qualité équivalente. Les chambres semblent être attribuées en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée. Si vous arrivez apres 17h, il vous reste des chambres moins sympa.... Aleze de lit sale : nous avez demandé à changer de chambre.

La déco, la taille du lit et de la chambre, l’emplacement, la literie, les toilettes séparées de la salle de bains.

Comme beaucoup d’hôtel qui se trouvent dans des vieux bâtiments, il est mal insonorisé. Quand on est un peu sensible aux bruits, on entend facilement les gens qui ne parlent ni ne marchent jamais discrètement dans les couloirs, qui laissent les portes claquer. Attention aussi aux chambres situées à proximité de l’ascenseur, on entend le mécanisme. Un peu de remontée d’odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bains La configuration des salles de petit-déjeuner n’est pas super adaptée, on est vite entassés autour des plats.

Individuell eingerichtet. Tolles Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Hotel unbedingt zu empfehlen für den günstigen Preis.

Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war gut mit dem Bus vom Gare du Nord zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war absolut ok und reichlich mit gutem Kaffee.

Das Zimmer war recht beengt. Das zuerst größere Zimmer musste aus Gründen einer undichten Stelle gewechselt werden. Doch für 3 Nächte war es in Ordnung.

En juin 2026, j’avais laissé une note très négative à cet hôtel, car il faisait plus de 30 °C dans ma chambre en raison d’une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas. À la suite de cet avis, la nouvelle directrice, Mélanie, m’a personnellement appelé. Elle s’était engagée à me faire un petit geste commercial et à améliorer la climatisation de l’hôtel. J’ai donc fait confiance à sa parole et, à sa demande, j’ai supprimé mon avis. Deux mois plus tard, je n’ai toujours reçu aucun geste commercial. Au-delà du montant ou du geste en lui-même, c’est surtout le principe qui me déçoit. Lorsqu’un engagement est pris personnellement auprès d’un client, il me semble normal qu’il soit tenu. C’est dommage, car cet épisode laisse finalement une impression plus négative que le problème initial de climatisation.

In camera non c'è frigobar, per la colazione ci sono meno tavolini rispetto alle camere che ha l'albergo quindi se ci si trova negli stessi orari a fare colazione devi rimanere in attesa. La sala per la colazione è in uno scantinato, nei vassoi messi a disposizione abbiamo trovato delle formiche.

La stanza, il bagno piccolo (troppo)! Albergo che ha necessità di ristrutturazione profonda. La porta di entrata con spacchi evidenti

Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo time da recepção, que nos permitiu entrar no quarto antes mesmo do horario do check in. A CIA area perdeu minha mala e entregaram enquanto eu estava fora do hotel, mas o time da recepção recebeu e guardou a mala pra mim na minha ausencia. Outro ponto de destaque foi poder deixar as malas guardadas no hotel após o check out, assim foi possível aproveitar o último dia em Paris.

O cafe da manhã podia ter mais opções e ter mais mesas. Dependendo do horario, é necessário esperar vagar mesa e cadeira.

De badkamer, afvoer was verstopt. eerste kamer lag aan de patio. Airco maakte vervelend geluid, maar werd gelijk de volgende dag naar een andere kamer overgebracht.

The smell of rotten pipes in both rooms, noisy door when opening. Staff at the breakfast making us very uncomfortable, watching us while eating and in a rude way. Staff in the kitchen should be able to learn another language and kindly enough to answer a minimum “bonjour”. Expensive for what we get. Breakfast very mediocre

La posizione è ottima. Vicinissimo alla fermata metro e in una via molto servita da locali e vicini supermarket. Nel complesso una buona soluzione in una posizione non troppo centrale ma servita benissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona ma bisogna andarci presto la mattina per non trovare troppa gente e trovare vivande disponibili.

Camere molto piccole, ma credo che per lo standard di Parigi siano nella media. Il prezzo è alto ma nella media di Parigi è anche un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile. Il locale colazion è carino, ma interrato e piccolo, quindi quando c'è gente si fa fatica a gestirla

Heel vriendelijk personeel aan het onthaal. De kamer was heel netjes en proper. De kamer lag aan de achterzijde van het hotel waardoor er amper lawaai was en het dus heel rustig was om te slapen. Dichtbij bushalte en metrohalte. Veel horeca in de buurt, voor elk wat wils.

Een klein koelkastje op de kamer zou wel handig geweest zijn. Onze kamer lag op het derde verdiep en was enkel te bereiken via een trap. Voor ons was dit geen probleem. Maar voor mensen die minder goed te been zijn, kan dit een issue zijn.

The room is spacious, has great air conditioning. It's located in the courtyard. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good and delicious, everything is very fresh. It's great to have breakfast on the terrace. The staff was very friendly, the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. The metro is 3 minutes from the hotel, the district is quite quiet.

Kamers comfortabel en leuk ingericht. Alles schoon en bedden liggen fijn. Leuke, gezellige wijk met metro om de hoek. Ook fijn dat er een watertappunt in de lobby is.

Ontbijtruimte is heel krap en donker. Bij de zitjes boven kun je aan de drukte ontsnappen.

En la habitación había hormigas, tras reclamarlo varias veces nos cambiaron a otra y también había pero menos. No nos hicieron mucho caso, y su única solución fue echar veneno. También vimos en la zona del desayuno. Las instalaciones estaban viejas y había varias cosas rotas, como algún enchufe, la lámpara se caía, etc.. no volvería.

Great location, near Brochant metro, near plenty of supermarkets. Vibrant, and felt safe. The hotel staff are great, very helpful, very welcoming, really good.

The air con does not work well inside the rooms, it works very well in the rest of the hotel. We changed room but was not much better, so be prepared for poor air con in the rooms if you visit July/August. This hotel would score a 10 if they could sort out the air conditioning.

Emplacement

The positives are the following. The location as it’s really 1 minute from Brochant metro and there are a selection of supermarkets within the immediate vicinity. The staff are also very good and very helpful. The reception area is nice and very chilled and it’s comfortable to sit there and mind your own business. However, there is a big negative, the hotel has terrible quality air conditioning in the bedrooms. We changed our room on the second day because it did not work in our room but it was the same issue in the new room. So we were literally sweltering in the August heat at night for the remaining 2 nights. Very disappointing and very uncomfortable. Therefore, if you go outside of summer, this is a great place to stay, as the area is vibrant but not noisy. If you go in summer, check the air con situation before booking otherwise you may end up with some uncomfortable sweltering nights.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr günstigen Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Dadurch konnte man die Innenstadt schnell und unkompliziert erreichen. Gleichzeitig liegt das Hotel in einer belebten und lebendigen Gegend mit vielen kleinen, netten Restaurants und Bars sowie einem insgesamt jungen Publikum. Auch mehrere Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass man sich problemlos mit allem Nötigen versorgen kann. Das Zimmer war zwar eher klein, insgesamt aber gemütlich und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es verfügte über einen Fernseher, eine Klimaanlage und ein sauberes Badezimmer. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war insgesamt sehr reichhaltig und bot für französische Verhältnisse eine große Auswahl. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der Aufenthaltsbereich mit einem Wasserspender, an dem man kostenlos Trinkwasser abfüllen konnte – sowohl still als auch mit Sprudel. Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel für einen Städtetrip definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Ein kleiner Nachteil des Hotels ist, dass es insgesamt recht klein und dadurch auch etwas hellhörig ist. Insbesondere aus den darüberliegenden Zimmern sind Geräusche teilweise deutlich wahrnehmbar, beispielsweise wenn jemand duscht oder die Treppe ins nächste Geschoss benutzt. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist, wie bereits in einigen anderen Rezensionen erwähnt, klein. Es empfiehlt sich daher, zum Frühstück etwas früher zu erscheinen, um sicher einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen. Wir waren stets vor der Hauptfrühstückszeit dort und hatten immer problemlos einen Platz. Gegen 9 Uhr wurde es allerdings bereits deutlich voller, sodass es durchaus vorkommen kann, dass man im Frühstücksraum im Kellergewölbe keinen Sitzplatz mehr findet. Das sollte man bei der Planung des Frühstücks entsprechend berücksichtigen.

Rooms and bathroom was a little small. But fine if you aren't there long or used to smaller rooms. It would also be great to have had a little fridge or coffee things.

I lived that the beds were big, sheets comfy and there was air-conditioning. The staff was welcoming, food there and clean water offered.

Abouth the hotel- i liked everything. About other - the area was more on a scary side at night.

Superbe chambre, très propre et l'hôtel a donné une belle attention à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de ma maman avec des ballons et une carte. Ce fut vraiment appréciable. Tout le monde est très accueillant et la terrasse pour se poser est sympa.

La clim ne fonctionnait pas très fort, on a eut un peu chaud, et pas de bouilloire pour se faire un café ou un thé le matin.

L'hotel é situato in una posizione molto comoda infatti é facilmente raggiungibile la fermata della metro che porta in centro in appena 2 minuti. La camera anche pur non essendo molto grande risulta comunque molto funzionale e organizzata. Penso che sia anche particolarmente bella grazie al suo arredo. Una delle cose che ci ha colpito particolarmente é sicuramente la colazione. Ci é piaciuta poiché risulta molto ricca di alimenti tipici francesi e piena di freschi prodotti per fare colazione. In poche parole buonissima!

Z hotelu ibis bylo bardzo blisko do łuku triumfalnego, do bazyliki Sucre, do metro, w kolo pełno barów i restauracji zeby cos przekąsić. Hol hotelu bardzo ładny, pokoiki malutkie ale czyste, w holu dostęp do pitnej wody, można sobie nalewać do bidonu. Czysto, schludnie, pomieszczenie gdzie serwowane jest śniadanie, również czyste. Pokoje otwierane na karte, daje 2 na pokoj.

Najgorsza byla klimatyzacja którą chyba wyłączali w porze obiadu, trzeba bylo zgłaszać, co orawda naprawiali na 2-3h a potem to samo, po kolejnym zgłoszeniu naprawiona. Śniadania nuda, 4rodzaje szynki, 3rodzaje sera, bagietki lub chleb, 3rodzaje płatków, 2 dżemy i czekolada, soki 3 rodzaje lub woda. Na cieplo ala'placki ktore juz sa zimne i jajka ktore musisz sobie ugotowac-koniec. Po 3 dniach bardzo sie nudzi bo jesz tylko kanapki.

The room was super clean, spacious and the beds were crazy comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Very quiero neighborhood, close to the metro and walking too.

Tub douche bouché le 1é jour! Climatisation en panne alors que + de 30°C mais fonctionne en sous-sol, dans la cave déjeuner! Aucune carte ni brochures sur l'arrondissement et endroits intéressants à voir, restos ,... Réseau pour recharge gsm très lent.
