Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Симпатичный бутиковый отель в центре города. Все рядом. Очень тихо. Второй корпус отеля все еще не достроен (но шума не было и нам это не мешало). Неплохой завтрак, хотя если любите покушать плотно -- может быть маловато. Своей парковки нет, но есть буквально рядом за очень адекватную стоимость.
В номере не работал слив в раковине -- вода практически не спускалась. Попросила посмотреть и починить, помыли раковину и все, больше ничего не поменялось. Попросили бокалы для вина (в номере ничего такого нет, даже чашек, только бумажные стаканы) -- дали пластиковые. Стеклянные почему-то принципиально не дали :)

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Much quieter than one would expect a city centre hotel to be,possibly because no traffic is allowed on the road,other than electric trams.The reception staff were very helpful and had some nice jazz playing in the background.
Access by car is a bit difficult because no vehicles are allowed,but the staff said an exception is made for vehicles that need to be there.The building itself is in a state of flux as upgrades were in progress and some areas were rather like a building site.The public car parking is about 100 metres away and underground,but not unreasonably expensive.Walking the nearby streets in the evening I was approached by beggars twice and there seems to be quite a nucleus of them in shop doorways.I won't be in too much of a hurry to return.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Die Lage direkt an der Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, oder man nimmt die Straßenbahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut. Es gibt einen netten Bar/Café Aufenthaltsbereich, auch mit Spielen und Büchern für Kinder. Das Hotel wir gerade frisch renoviert/umgebaut und die Farbgebung ist sehr farbenfroh und freundlich.
Da gerade Umbauten stattfinden, ist die Treppe zum hinteren Bereich noch nicht fertig und an der obersten Stufe, ehrlich gesagt, recht gefährlich. Ich bin auch, zum Entsetzen des Mitarbeiters, der meinen Koffer trug, gefallen. Ich hoffe sehr, das ist inzwischen fertiggestellt.

As at August 2026, the link/area between Reception/Bar and the Accomodation Block is a construction site open to the weather - staying here will be more pleasant when building work is completed.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026De locatie midden in het centrum, het zeer vriendelijke personeel, de parkeergarage erg dichtbij tegen erg goed tarief via het hotel.
Bar was niet zoals site deed vermoeden, er was een verbouwing gaande waarvan wij vooraf niets wisten, daardoor toch wel gevaarlijke weg naar de kamers, erg basic ontbijt met maar 1 keuze in brood.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Good value for money and a very convenient location in the city centre. Breakfast was good, and we particularly liked that freshly prepared scrambled eggs could be ordered on request. The room itself was fairly average, but perfectly adequate for a short stay.
There is no lift in the hotel. Our room was on the third floor, which meant carrying all our luggage up several flights of stairs. The staircase leading to the top floor is also quite narrow and winding. This was particularly inconvenient as we parked in a public car park and preferred not to leave any valuables in the car, so we had to carry everything up to the room.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026L'hôtel est idéalement placé, proche de la place principale sans être dans une rue trop bruyante. C'est parfait. La décoration est aussi sympathique et colorée;
Malheureusement l'hôtel est en travaux actuellement (pour devenir encore mieux j'imagine) ce qui diminue l'expérience client. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner qui est pourtant correct en qualité, n'était pas prêt à l'heure...c'est dommage sachant que certains client peuvent être pressé le matin par leur travail ou un train.

Le petit déjeuner un peu décevant… il faut déranger le personnel de l’accueil pour certaines boissons chaudes…

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Alles war tipptopp as its best. Sehr originelle funktionale Ausstattung Zimmer warextrem sauber und komfortabel. Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unbedingt empfehlenswert.
Aktuell gab es einen großen Umbau und Neusanierung des Hotels und Baustelle im Innenhof, die aber bald fertig wird und die Zimmer waren in absolut ruhiger Innenhof Lage, gab nichts zu beanstanden !!

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Friendly, helpful staff. We had 3 x small double rooms - all close together as we'd requested for our older children. The rooms were small but bed very comfortable, air con brilliant and shower good. Liked the decor and the vibe of the whole hotel. Breakfast was good - not a massive range but all good quality. The hotel is being renovated - that wasn't very clear to me when booking. There are steps to the rooms which would be tricky for anyone with access needs or use of walking sticks etc. This wasn't a problem for us and did not impact the stay. The recommendation for dinner given at the Brasserie Septant-Deux was great. Lots of good restaurents nearby to choose from and the nearby underground parking easy. Thought it was a good value place and would book again if returning to Le Mans and look at other hotels in the chain.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Betten waren super, die Ästhetik des Hotels hat uns auch extrem gut gefallen. Uns war allerdings nicht klar dass das Hotel im Moment eine Baustelle ist. Rücksichtsvollerweise waren die Bauarbeiten morgens recht leise, nur ab und zu eine Kreissäge...
Das Frühstück. Ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten in Zimmer u Bad haben gefehlt.

No really negative points. Restaurant was in renovation but owner warned us and suggested restaurant in the neighbourhood. Looking at the remarks on the board, the restaurant must be very good so our only regret is that we couldn't try it.

It’s currently under construction and the room, while comfortable and large, had bad ventilation. None in the toilet room, none in the bedroom.

There was some remodeling work going on which meant the restaurant wasn’t available. Luckily there was food to be found not far away. I bet it’ll be great once the work is completed

L'hôtel est actuellement en travaux et l'ascenseur en maintenance donc bagages à monter à pied. L'hôtel se trouve dans une rue ou la circulation n'est pas autorisée (difficile pour décharger des bagages), l'aménagement de la chambre spartiate

Geen probleem voor ons maar geen lift en kamer op de 2de verdieping.

No lift in hotel and we had to climb up 2 stories with luggage. Room stuffy as no AC available this time of the year, had to open windows. I don't understand why it's very difficult for hotel staff to speak basic English but staff are still helpful. Don't eat the scrambled eggs for breakfast, it tasted sh*t Hotel is good only for one night which was our stay

Jammer dat het restaurant niet open was wegens verbouwingen. Was wel handig geweest om te weten voor we geboekt hadden met een klein kindje mee.

Alles We hadden een klein kamertje waarvan de badkamer soort kast was Ook 2 hele lange trappen zonder lift Kwamen aan er was geen receptie aanwezig Later wel heel vriendelijk Waren op doorreis en 3 hele mooie hotels gehad in spanje voor minder
