Breakfast was fantastic too, all locally sourced, home made and some even from their own garden which was a lovely touch. Added to all that it was great value for money, would definitely recommend!

The breakfast was delicious with all kinds of fresh homemade options and fruit from their garden. The room was comfortable and spacious.
Our room was noted to have a mountain and partial Meteora view but that was not the case - we were on the backside of the building in the far corner furthest from Meteora so no view. Regardless, the room was comfortable and everything else was wonderful.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned and dark inside. There was a problem with lack of water, it seems to be a general problem im Meteora this year

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We had a reasonable sized room, bathroom and balcony. The outdoor restaurant seating area was lovelly. The breakfast was tradional aswell as western and the coffee was very good. The location was great located in the original smaller village nearest Meteora.
The WiFi was intermittent and lacked bandwidth. Also a modern TV with access to Netflix etc would have been nice but not essential.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich beim reinkommen, schon wie in einem alten Schloss oder Kloster. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Beim Frühstück gibt es das beste Bougatsa, das ich je gegessen habe. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön groß und mit Balkon. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten bei einigen Tavernen.
Einziges kleines Manko - im Bad hat es etwas nach Abwasser gerochen und der Duschkopf war recht verkalkt und für uns große Personen etwas zu niedrig.

The views are spectacular and so peaceful, exactly what you hope for when visiting Meteora. The breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had — homemade, fresh, and with ingredients grown and picked locally. You could really taste the difference. The location is perfect, close to everything and especially convenient for visiting the monasteries. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful people, great food, and such a peaceful atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Absolutely amazing place with kind and helpful staff. Hotel rooms are nice, comfortable and very clean. The view from the balconies is stunning. Very good breakfast with local products. Hotel is situated in Kastraki which is much more quiet and nicer than bigger and louder Kalambaka. You can easily find here nice taverns and little shops. IT is very close to the Meteores which you can reach by car in just 8-10 minutes.

It is not like 5-star hotel bfast but it was definitely very good for the price range. Parking is plenty. Location is great if you have a car. We stayed one night but i would like to stay a bit longer to enjoy the view from front garden and have a lazy day.
The facility is a bit dated, it is not a real issue though, just cosmetics.

The location is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly convenient for visiting the breathtaking Meteora monasteries. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were simply spectacular and made our experience even more special. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Meteora — a truly unforgettable place and a fantastic hotel! ❤️

Camera confortevole, letto molto comodo e climatizzazione perfetta. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio. La posizione è eccezionale: praticamente l’hotel più vicino alle Meteore, con una bellissima vista sui monasteri. Nonostante la posizione, l’ambiente è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Una menzione speciale alla splendida terrazza, dove viene servita un’ottima colazione con una vista davvero spettacolare. Assolutamente consigliato!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The location is absolutely unbelievable. You are basically 2 minutes drive to Meteora itself. This is the reason you stay here in my opinion, the front facing rooms are far more worthwhile. The staff are absolutely wonderful. parking ample and on site. Breakfast decent.
The air con we had on maximum power and was almost pointless and it was a super hot day. I assure you we had it correctly working to its capacity (they have a note about getting it to function and we absolutely had it cranked to maximum) and its just not cut out for summer temperatures, its an outdated system. Not ideal. Beds weren't great. Rooms quite small. Overall its a pretty dated place.

Además, las instalaciones , la habitación están muy bien. La habitación tenía un aire acondicionado muy bien regulado y dormimos muy bien. El desayuno es extraordinario, todo homemade, realmente increíble de rico, nos explicaron detalles de cada producto. El yogur maravilloso. Una joya realmente.

Old style hotel, cleanlines .(stain on the pipes) damaged bathroom (soap). They need my room, and i have to pay for the “upgrade” of the room. Parking “sherif” at the gate of the hotel.

There were a few bugs and you could not smoke on the balcony.

A few minor issues - no tea making facility and the bathroom in our room needed a refresh as the shower leaked onto the floor and the hand basin tap was problematic.
