登記入住時，櫃檯接待的小姐，真的瞬間讓我一肚子火。 問她問題，直接跟我說她等一下會說明，己經跟她說我們沒有開車來，硬說明了一大串停車和開車外出需知。 更惱火的是，全部講完後，我問她我剛才問的晚餐費用的問題，她回我剛才不是講過了嗎？吐血~跟本沒有。 我問，因為還沒開放進房，行李可以寄放在櫃台嗎？她說我們這裡不是下行李的地方。我告知我們是搭車來的，她才開放讓我寄放。

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026酒店所在地的環境太贊了；我們入住的漢光樓很新很乾淨，房間配有抽濕機，保持乾燥。透過玻璃大窗戶外的翠綠風景映入眼簾，极好的住宿體驗、令人享受其中。
退房之后的行李存储要去主楼，因天下雨推着行李走过去不很方便，离开园区时再原路返回去坐巴士，往返推行李会消耗很多时间和体力，为难之时辛亏汉光楼的客服小姐允许我们特别存一段时间，解决了问题，感谢🙏

房間冷氣不能調整，床上的電熱毯不能用，電視遙控器也沒功能，最恐怖的是乾濕分離的淋浴間居然積水不退還反吐出黃色髒水。因為以上現象發現/發生的時候已經晚上 10 點半了，若是再找服務人員，可能要折騰到更晚，影響睡眠，以及第二天的活動，所以是到退房時才跟櫃台反映。

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026櫃檯服務親切，小朋友走坡道不慎摔倒膝蓋擦傷，致電櫃台後房務立刻把醫藥箱送至房間，非常貼心。 房間安靜舒適整潔，有溫暖的免治馬桶墊，也有除濕機和電熱毯，設備齊全。
下午三點多辦理入住時福華園區停車格幾乎全滿，停車不太方便。 大學樓沒有電梯，必須一路走坡道台階和樓梯，將行李箱搬上二三樓，徒費體力。 大學樓外觀及住房周遭環境相當老舊，建議適當造景整理。

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026入住櫃檯服務人員態度極度冷淡，跟機器人一樣，五星級的價格但沒有五星級的服務，連發訊息問附近是否有生日蛋糕可以購買，太太是壽星，到現在也還沒回答問題，當天入住提問只冷淡說旁邊咖啡廳看一下有沒有，住在大學樓，也沒說能把車開上去卸行李後再開下來停，門禁需要用房卡感應旁邊的感應器，但感應區並沒有貼任何告示說明。下次不會再住了！
