Lovely main areas in hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. All amenities functional-hot water, fridge, comfortable beds and pillows.

Room not as nice as common areas of hotel (bathroom better than room area). Photos on Booking.com make the room appear more attractive than in reality.

le prix payé (nous avons payé le prix d'une chambre vue mer alors que la vue était sur rue) la chambre devait etre vue jardin mais elle donnait sur rue pas de déco dans la chambre, poussière sur le rebord des meubles

The hotel is very well located to the town centre and restaurants. Exceptionally clean, modern rooms. Comfortable bed. Free parking near by. A very good budget hotel. Didn’t have breakfast but will probably consider it next time. Will definitely stay here again.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr professionell und entspannt und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

The room was spacious and calm and peaceful, which was what I wanted. I requested a bath and the bath was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was self-service but with a member of staff on hand if we needed anything. i loved the machine for boiling eggs, with the egg-timer hourglasses ! The location was perfect - midway between the centre of town, the beach and the chateau musee, close to the market. The best thing about it was the staff, who were absolutely lovely really put themselves out to help with any question I had. I would return in a heartbeat :)

Staff are lovely helpful and welcoming. The foyay is very stylish and modern with some fab art pieces and nice areas inside and out to sit and enjoy hot or cold drinks and great for taking pictures. The hotel is in a great location, too. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Our family room was a letdown compared with the pictures you see of some of the rooms online. It is very dated but not so much of an issue as it was clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. It was just too hot for 4 people sleeping in a room with no air conditioning!! As we were at the back of the hotel, if we had the windows open, we'd hear all the street noise from the road cleaning trucks and rubbish bins being emptied every day. Delivery drivers, etc. So our sleep was not good at all. And no tea tray, which is very disappointing. It's nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room when you wake up or before bed. I would happily pay more if they were included. But it must just be an English thing to have and expect one..

Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt voldeed aan de goede normen: alles aanwezig. Tafel werd voorbehouden voor groepen van 4 personen. Badkamer was proper en hygiënisch.

Das Zimmer war sehr muffig, nicht sauber und wenig komfortabel. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, ein Doppelbett und zwei Klappmetallbetten (war nicht so auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung ersichtlich, dass es Klappbetten sind). Es hingen Kabel an der wand , unmöglich für ein Familienzimmer mit Kind. im Bad war Schimmel an der Decke und an den Fugen. Es gab nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang, somit war duschen nur möglich indem man das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt. Kein Druck um die Brause vernünftig zu nutzen, allerdings war aufgrund des Kaputten Stöpsels auch kein Baden möglich. Im Bad waren viele Haare vom vorherigen Gast vorhanden. Die Waschbecken waren dreckig und im gesamten machte das Zimmer einen schlechten Eindruck. Gardinen hingen defekt runter. Frühstück war akzeptabel aber nicht besonders. Saft leer, zweite Kaffeemaschine defekt. Wenig Auswahl für den Preis. Beschwerde an Rezeption brachte nichts. Reklamation wurde Schulter zuckend entgegen genommen und es wurde drauf verwiesen schriftlich bei Booking zu beschweren. Für den Preis absolut inakzeptabel.

Location fantastic and breakfast good value.

The receptionist couldn't get me a taxi to the ferry port. I don't think she tried very hard. However, if there are a shortage of taxis in Dieppe, then perhaps offer to pre book these when guests are checking in. Walking to the station with my young son and our baggage was stressful.

Great beachfront location and minutes walk into old town centre on foot. Family room was an adequate size. Staff were all extremely warm, welcoming and helpful, and kind to our kids.

Mooie locatie, dicht bij zee en centrum Dieppe. Geen parking hotel maar gratis parkeren vooraan. Vriendelijk personeel. Heel lekker ontbijt (super croissants).

Schönes Hotel, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, direkt am Strand und in wenigen Gehminuten in der Fußgängerzone. Dem Preis entsprechend ist das Hotel schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Meinen Roller konnte ich vor dem Hotel auf dem Gehweg abstellen. Klare Empfehlung, hier würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen

Fantastic location 2 mins from the beach. Family rooms can fit family of 4 easily with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds.

Room was very hot with no air con or fan. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room although I was told there would be when I contacted the hotel before our stay.

The terrace outside the front of the hotel was a favorite spot to chill with drinks, and a sheltered sun trap, with very comfortable seating. Staff were helpful and friendly.

No shower curtain on the over bath shower and what were described as sofabeds in the listing were actually single z beds. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Le plus grand avantage de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute son personnel chaleureux et la propreté irréprochable des chambres. J'aurais aimé y rester plus longtemps !! Dommage que notre séjour n'a duré que 2 nuits. Mon copain et moi avions pris la chambre avec vue sur la mer, et c'était très romantique ! Je recommande vivement Hôtel de la Plage.

La qualité de l'accueil. La propreté, l'emplacement, la taille de la chambre avec baignoire et une bonne literie.

Je venais pensant avoir une vue sur mer mais vue sur mur. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre ce qui est une base pour un 3 étoiles.

De lift ging niet tot de hoogste verdieping, er was geen airco op de kamer, onder het raam lag een dode meeuw, de bedden en get meubilair was oud.

Unfortunately we didn't have a fan in our room which I feel would have made the room a bit more comfortable during the hot weather, but the room itself was perfect.

De ligging van het hotel is echt prachtig, beter kan niet. Het personeel aan de receptie was erg aardig

Het was bloedheet in onze kamer, een ventilator was fijn geweest. Wij hebben de raam open gezet maar daardoor een enorme geluidsoverlast ervaren. De toilet spoelde in het begin moeilijk door, op gegeven moment helemaal niet meer. Wij moesten daardoor beneden naar de wc gaan. De föhn in de badkamer deed het ook niet goed. Badkamer is verouderd, je moet in een badkuip douchen. Douchewater loopt moeilijk weg. Kortom voor ons helaas geen fijne ervaring, en zeker voor die prijs niet.

The breakfast was excellent, but it was a bit ambiguous on Booking as to whether it was an extra cost, or included. It was extra.

The staff were pleasant . The hotel clean and it’s situated close to shops and restaurants.

We had a seagull nest outside our window and the noise was unbelievable. No air conditioning and they wouldn’t supply a fan. We ended up buying a fan through our own expense. The heat was unbearable.

Hôtel agréable et de bon standing qui a du charme. C’est idéalement situé à côté de la plage. Dans la chambre le lit est de très bonne qualité et on est au calme. En plus des chambres il y a une terrasse, des salons et patios. Un grand merci au personnel particulièrement serviable et accueillant.

Une bouilloire dans la chambre serait un plus!

L'absence de ventilateur dans la chambre en période de canicule Le ménage non effectué à 15h30 le dimanche. Nous avons dû demander des serviettes de rechange et vider les poubelles de la chambre 🙃 C'est plus que limite pour un hôtel 3 étoiles... Si le dimanche tout était parfait au buffet malgré l'affluence, le lundi en revanche l'employée était débordée et il était difficile d'avoir le nécessaire au milieu des tables non débarrassées...

L'emplacement est parfait, vue sur la mer et près du port et des restaurants. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Hôtel très bien situé, en face de la mer et proche du centre-ville. Nous avions réservé une chambre vue mer, très sympa. L'accueil était top !

Difficile de se garer à certaines périodes de l'année (ou certains week-ends). Chambre très bien mais assez simple pour le prix payé (c'est sans doute la situation géographique qui fait monter le prix ;-)) et côté petit-déjeuner c'était bon mais peu de choix et surtout après une certaine heure, il manquait certains aliments (oeufs, pain...). Juste faire attention à ça, surtout un week-end de l'Ascension ;-)

Staff helpful and friendly. Location. We could store our bikes in the garage.

Pillows in bedroom weren't good. Noisy outside during one night. Lighting in garage very poor.

La baignoire avait un côté cassée. Nous n'avons pas eu internet du week-end, donc pas de possibilité de payer en carte non plus.

After our ferry got cancelled the staff were very kind and let us check in early with our baby. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Great location close to Dieppe beach and old town.
