Only one shower and toilet for several rooms, Someone from the staff entered my room around 10:00, two hours before checkout. And most importantly cold water in the shower. It is not winter yet, but Tromso is not the best place for a forced cold shower. Booked a double bed, got a twin bed. Not sure if it was positive or not, but I filtered here in booking.com for a free parking spot, then got info from the place it was 350 NOK, after asking to cancel they said they would offer me the park. When I got there there was no parking place available, I managed to squeeze the vehicle in some hole next to the marked parking spots. Hope I don't get any parking tickets.

Café, té, leche y galletitas gratis en el comedor, aunque no hice uso de las instalaciones de cocina había cocina, nevera. Habitación muy limpia y servicio de habitaciones diario. Cama cómoda. La habitación individual es pequeña pero no necesitaba más. Aunque está en el mismo centro de la ciudad y a unos 10 minutos de las calles principales, hay que subir una cuesta de una, dos calles un poco empinada para llegar al hotel, hay unas vistas bonitas desde arriba ya que está en la pendiente. El tranposrte público a unos 5, 10 minutos andando y tienen buena frecuencia. Hay varios supermercados cerca. Solo estaba para dormir y fue más que suficiente, Precio correcto.

In my first night there was no hot water in all the hotel. When I dared to complain and ask for a solution because I really needed a warm shower, I did not get any solutions from the staff and was warned they will call security if I keep pushing and complaining. Very bad customer service In addition, I have to say They gave me a different room than the one I ordered, the room was very dirty, and the fridge in the room did not work.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Emplacement intéressant, prix raisonnable, personnel souriant et enthousiaste. Cuisine pratique et propice à faire de belles rencontres. Frigo partage très apprécié. Plancher chauffant de la salle de bain est très plaisant. Le lit est très mou, mais tout de même confortable.
Nous savions que la chambre serait petite, mais elle gagnerait à être mieux aménagée : plus de crochets et de tablettes permettrait de mieux nous organiser pendant notre séjour. Une table de nuit (ou juste une petite tablette judicieusement placée) de chaque côté du lit serait fort pratique. Plus de crochets et de tablettes dans la salle de bain privée serait nécessaires. La ventilation de la salle de bain n’est pas suffisante, elle est constamment humide et a dea taches de moisissures.

The apartment was pretty dated and far from perfectly maintained; cleanliness was all right. There are no blackout curtains (not even regular curtains), which is bothersome if you're sensitive to daylight when sleeping.

旅店的位置位於半山腰,離公車站雖不遠,但都有些距離,若是拖著大行李箱找到旅店會非常辛苦,我就是,好在到達旅店後,工作人員很溫暖的幫我搬大又重的行李。

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Lage ist sehr zentral. Fußläufig ist vieles erreichbar. Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr einladendes Aufenthalts- und Esszimmer. Gemeinschaftsküche hat alles was man so braucht.
Wir waren zu dritt mit drei Koffern. Dafür sind die Zimmer zu klein! Betten bequem aber sehr schmal. Wir waren im Untergeschoss, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt der Bewohner über einen. Bad könnte sauberer sein!

Quando sono arrivato ho fatto il selfcheckin ma le schede non aprivano le porte perchè erano state programmate per un altra struttura. Sono andato io in un altra struttura per farle riprogrammare e ho percepito un certo distacco..in queste realtà piuttosto "automatizzate" a volte forse scarseggia un po il giusto rapporto con il cliente. Nonostante ciò il giorno a seguire lo staff mi è sembrato cordiale e disponibile.

Noi abbiamo avuto delle stanze doppie con bagno e gli spazi sono veramente piccoli per potersi muovere in due.

Tärkein ja ensimmäinen tavoitteeni oli varatessani majoituksen, että saan nukkua ja tämä jäi toteutumatta. Huoneemme oli yleisen tilan vieressä, jossa möykkäsi porukka pitkälle yötä ja mekkalointi jatkui taas aamuyöllä. Huoneen seinät olivat hyvin ohuet eikä huoneessa ollut minkäänlaista äänieristystä. Henkilökunta pahoitteli tapahtunutta, mutta olivat lähinnä vain huolissaan, että voivat veloittaa mekkaloijilta ylimääräistä.

W dniu przyjazdu- zamieszanie dotyczące zmiany pełnej nazwy obiektu- co przy bardzo trudnym poruszanie się po mieście (uliczki zagmatwane, z trudnym dojazdem)- nie ułatwiło dojazdu. Pomogły - BIAŁE NOCE :)

Å komme to ganger til den ene felles toalett i 2.etasje som er ulåst og folk der. Rom låsen fungerte ikke andre dag, og skapte utfordringer. Måtte gå til deres søster hotell ned fjellskrenten for å få ny, men fungerte heller ikke når jeg skulle bruke den heller.
