Carlos was very friendly and always made us feel welcome!! The jacuzzi tub in the room and the views from the room were amazing!!
Excursion to Pompeii arranged by the hotel cancelled last minute.
Totul a fost curat, personalul foarte dragut si amabil.Au multe lucruri de facut!
Very Nice hotel in the middle of Atrani. There are many good restaurants in the City. There is an easy 15 minute walk into Amalfi with even more restaurants and shops. Ravello is reachable on foot but there are many stairs. The hotel staff is very friendly. The reception is quick to answer on whatsapp with any questions. The ladies at breakfast are very friendly and the buffet is variated with rotating dishes. The room was always kept clean by the Nice service staff. Carlo is a luggage beast, and very service minded. He does not speak english, but he is good at gesturing and explaining in italian and making us understand him that way. Can definately recommend this hotel and Atrani.
A great hotel with wonderful staff. There are many stairs to get to the hotel, but that was initially by the hotel staff before arriving. The hotel is well maintained, and the breakfast is intercontinental with good quality of food. The porter Carlo was helpful with the luggage.

La gentilezza della proprietaria
Breakfast service from Emilia.
To many steps to get to the hotel.
Best Stay in Atrani! We had another wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spotless, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. This was our second time staying here, and it certainly won’t be our last. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.
Posizione fantastico con vista mozzafiato. Accoglienza pulizia.
The location was amazing, just a ten minute walk from Amalfi. Atrani was authentic, quiet and picturesque. We were pleasantly surprised to see that our room had a wonderful view at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene and the sea which was pure magic! The hotel staff were amazing, very kind and responsive to our needs. Carlo was also great helping us with our luggage, always with a smile! Everything was perfect!
The steps leading to the hotel can be slightly challenging at times but this is the situation everywhere on the Amalfi coast. If we ever visit this part of Italy again, we will definitely stay at the same hotel.
Wonderful rooftop bar. Very nice staff helped us book taxis to and from the hotel and booked an all day boat tour to Capri. Good breakfast with lots of options. Room was modern and views were exceptional!!
Everything was wonderful - really nothing to complain about.
From the big room with a clean big bathroom, to the view over the sea and over the city. The wonderfull breakfast, the kindness
Modern and new interior
Rooms could be a little bigger
Not as many stairs. It’s a proper hotel so liked that. It comes with all facilities.
The staff conduct was meh.
The location. Friendly staff. The view.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren super zuvorkommend und hilfreich.
Carlo was great. He helped with the luggage and he is do friendly and helpful
The stairs and very hard to find. I wouldn’t find the hotel and had to call the hotel to come and get me
Vyborna lokalita, vyborne ranajky, izba s nadhernym vyhladom, terasa na streche.
Terasa by mohla viac fungovat ako bar.
Accueil, propreté, situation géographique
Cosy room with a view! Superbly friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Property was in rhe middle of everything (with 80 stairs to reach there 😅).
Massage services were not available daily, so it was a bit disappointing ’cause we did not realise that until it was too late. For this price of a hotel, maybe water could have been included in the room price for the whole stay.
Super emplacement et personnels très bien
Lit seul pas assez large
Tutto partendo dallo staff molto gentile fino alla camera veramente uno spettacolo
Our stay at Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel & Wellness was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you goes to Carlo from the service team — truly the best ever!! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Carrying our heavy luggage up and down all the hotel stairs looked effortless for him, and he did it with a smile every time. We also want to praise the ladies in the breakfast room. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome every morning. Their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel & Wellness for anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, friendly staff, and a memorable stay. We lived i room 201, which had a fantastic wiew over Atrani. Mona & Morten
Hotel was beautifully presented and all staff were pleasant and always helpful with a smile. The views from the rooftop bar were exceptional.
Like all hotels on the Almafi Coast we needed to walk up some steps to get to the hotel however we were greeting by staff at the bottom who helped carry the suit cases.
The porter service to carry my bags up the stairs from the street level up and down was amazing. Carlo, grabbed a hold of my bags and we met him at the top. I didn’t have to carry anything. The staff inside was so friendly and sweet! Even the late night staff when we came back to the hotel after a long night of eating and drinking!! We had a nightcap at the bar and took our beverages to the rooftop. Again just taking in the night sky with a such a romantic view made for a memorable experience!! I will definitely book here again!!

The location is not bad - 4 minutes walk from the city center, 10 minutes to Amalfi. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The views from the rooftop and room windows- amazing. The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The breakfast - one of the best hotel breakfasts.
The value for money wasn’t good. The is no parking. The nearest parking is in Amalfi. Our jacuzzi in the room wasn’t working, and we didn’t receive any assistance from the staff to fix the problem during our stay. The views were breathtaking, but in Amalfi you have that kind of views on every corner.
PRENOTATE ALTROVE!
Good place to rest near the sea with family, with nice and friendly stuff, especially my new friend Carlo is the best employe there, best wishes to hotel and Carlo
Śniadanie całkiem dobre. Fajna lokalizacja
Great Staff , very nice view!
Everything was great - the views of Atrani and the ocean cove from our balcony superior room were really spectacular, and beds were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and varied, and the coffee bar staff were super friendly. The reception team helped us arrange many logistical aspects and activities, including our transport from Naples train station, which was much better priced than anything I could find online. It really helped make the trip special and memorable.
Traveling with a large group of 10, the journey up to the hotel from the only taxi street drop-off location is about 80 steps and was a little difficult with heavy bags - this was well-stated, and the hotel did have a few porters meet us to assist, but with so many of us, several of us got a good work out with the haul.
We loved our stay here at the hotel! The staff were so friendly and helped us with any questions or demands we needed. It’s also a short walk to Amalfi so it’s the perfect place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and relaxing. And the view of the ocean was incredible!
Staff (Carlo, Alexandra, Emilia and Katia) were lovely. Location was safe and quiet, yet walkable to Amalfi city. Could improve the room cleanliness as not cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.
The hotel was very nice, our room was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. Water did back up in the shower though. Grateful for the cleaning staff who cleaned the room everyday. The front desk staff was very nice as well. Only thing we really did not like was one of the staff members took more tip than we had wanted to give. We told him to take €5 and he took €10 which was fine and we didn’t say anything because we appreciated his help, as it is a long way up. For checkout though he brought our bags down with out us requesting his help, then when at the bottom he did not let us leave until we gave him money. That made us uncomfortable. We did not have change and were in a rush and we had to wait for him to get change. I think it was inappropriate to beg for money, especially considering we gave him €10 to begin with, and it was just all around unprofessional.
We had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Ferraioli for 4 nights in September, and I wish we had been there longer. Upon arrival, the porter team greeted us and graciously carried our luggage up the numerous flights of stairs to the hotel lobby where we continued to be greeted by the lovely team members. We had the Liz Taylor room and it was perfect. The view is the view you’re looking for from the experience - highly recommend. We also enjoyed aperitivo on the terrace, watching the boats come and go while enjoying the peace and quiet of Atrani. It’s the perfect retreat after a day spend exploring Amalfi or other villages along the coast. The town is small but with no shortage of restaurants to choose from as well as the perfect little bottle shop and a great alternative to crowded beach clubs in other parts of the coast. We greatly enjoyed our time in Atrani and at Palazzo Ferraioli and would recommend it to anyone researching places to stay. (Don’t let the stairs intimidate you - they are wide and manageable. Only a concern for those with mobility issues as there are not handrails.)
Aside from the fact that when you arrive in a place like Atrani you are amazed by its beauty, unfortunately within just a few minutes of walking to reach this hotel, there are no signs indicating its location (considering the structure and layout of the houses), which causes confusion. The next issue is the reception staff: long delays in handing over the room, rude behavior, lack of attention to guests, impatience in their attitude, and so on. Finally, because of the many stairs, there are staff who carry luggage down the steps. Unfortunately, after check-out, when we handed our suitcase to one of these staff members, they dropped it, and as a result the suitcase’s wheel and bottom part broke. We only noticed this after arriving in Naples.
The staff member who was carrying our luggage threw it, and the wheel broke, which caused us a lot of trouble carrying it afterwards. Night shift stuff was angry because we ask about change rate The cost of the hotel is too high for the services they provide
Everyone was so helpful and accommodating even though it was a last minute booking since our other Hotel refuse us check in because the ferry was 10 minutes late.
If you can make it up the 70-80 something steps with your luggage, you’re in for a treat. This hotel is very kind. Very clean. The free breakfast buffet is incredible. Wide variety of options and everything was fantastic. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had from an hotel. Things your gps probably won’t tell you. There is a private pedestrian tunnel on the edge of Amalfi to take you through the hill into Atrani. Avoiding the winding mountain road where there is no sidewalks. Makes walking everywhere an easy breeze. The staff is very polite and professional. Our room was clean. Spacious. Gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains from our balcony. Came here for part of our honeymoon and we were very pleased. Thank you
Overall good experience. However plumbing in room - both the tubs and showers need maintenance. Continuous backups and poor drainage. Constant smell of sewage coming from pipes. Kitchen and dining staff are wonderful. Lovely ladies that work very hard.
Lovely stay in Atrani. It is far more authentic and quieter than Amalfi which we found incredibly busy and overwhelming. Hotel was very nice and clean with nice staff. Only downside is the steps getting up to the hotel.
Carlos was absolutely amazing! He worked so hard and carried all of our luggage up the 85 steps to our place with a smile. His help made such a big difference after a long day of traveling. Truly grateful for his effort and kindness!
Definitely was not a 4 star hotel. My room was damp the entire time there. Bed was firm and finding the hotel initially was very difficult. Trying to communicate with the staff about how to access the property turned into them sending me responses in caps lock. Not a great start to the trip.
A többi városhoz képest szinte semmi. 🙂
We enjoyed this hotel very much. Jere’s the thing *Dont expect GPS to help you find it! While the hotels lovely, the signage is nearly non existent! Enter in the Le Palme restaurant and it’ll lead you there. You’ll need to call the hotel to meet you for your luggage if you drove. And the parkings not easy or cheap. Carlo is a beast with the luggage. You’ll marvel at him carrying your bags up the 72 steps (oh yeah, so many stairs to climb in this region!) it’s worth it. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, the breakfast was delicious and the beach was just beautiful. This is a 10 minute walk from Amalfi and while it’s not the easiest walk, it’s well worth it to get out of an extremely crowded area. We were very happy with this choice.
The hotel room we got was partial ocean view... the views are stunning!! The room was clean and we got the 2 twin beds we asked for. Carlo at the front desk helped us with our bags he was very sweet and a big help!! Thank you Carlo!! It made me a little uncomfortable that they ask for the key whenever you go out to leave it at the front desk they say it's for security, but I just didn't like that. The hot tubs on the 6th floor terrace were perfect. The only downside is the stairs of course but not much u can do about that. The free breakfast is very nice.
Hotel is in a nice location, walkable to amalfi. But it has 85 stairs so be ready for cardio. Hotel staff is friendly, do use their porter service and don’t lift your own bags. Carlos is a great guy, picked our luggage like it’s nothing. Breakfast was pretty good, no complaints i just felt that Atrani is not that happening so no reason to stay so far.
Wish they had a res
The place is very quiet and beautiful , you can walk into Amalfi Center ,The around to the hotel is beautiful and is to menu restaurant, The hotel have very good location and easy to find but also I recommend the taxi service they have from airport to the hotel there’s going to be someone waiting for you in the airport
Upon arrival there was no staff available to assist with our luggage and we had to carry everything upstairs ourselves During our stay the room was only cleaned once and that was after we specifically requested it Basic amenities were also lacking, We never received the complimentary water that was supposed to be provided and we had to repeatedly ask just to get tea bags Overall the lack of attentiveness and poor service made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their hospitality standards going forward.
Said it had car parking when it didn’t.
Great hotel, amazing service and the best breakfast ever!
Super friendly staff! Carlo is so sweet ;)
Honestly I expected a bit more for 425 euros a night! Location is great! View is lovely! Breakfast was fine. The room needs to be vacuumed better upon arrival like there is sand everywhere under bed..Bathroom is run down! The town itself is perfect if you are looking for a quiet area with delicious food and a beautiful not too busy beach! It’s a 10 min walk from Amalfi centre which is not the vibe we were looking for but is the hub for day trips/busses etc. Highly recommend Ravello for a day!
AMAZING!!! We are so in love with this place, the staff are amazing and friendly and more than accomodating, Carlos took good care of us the entire time and i cannot recommend Diana up on the solaris enough she was the sweetest, great food great drinks STUNNING views. Do your research theres obviously going to be stairs, but they are well worth it (i think i counted 60 stairs) haha The breakfast included is amazing! All of the staff here are just the best, i didnt get everyones names but thank you 💗 We well enjoyed our stay and will be back for more! - Ashley & Kraig - visiting from Canada 2025
Fantasztikus kilátás, reggeli, jacuzzi.

Beautiful
First let me say that Carlo, the male Employee who helped carry our luggage is a wonderful person! He was so attentive and very kind. He is the number one reason we would return to this hotel. Carlo number one! But it's important to note- this property is not for the weak. 80 plus steps just to get to the lobby. We were there for several nights. The most incredible part of this place is opening the balcony doors of our room and seeing the ocean shimmer every day. The cool breeze at night was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was delicious and as we were traveling with our 3 kids, it allowed us to fuel up with ease before a long day of adventure.
We stayed here from August 8th to 10th and everything was perfect! We booked a room with a hot tub and a small balcony – absolutely ideal for a romantic getaway. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking both the beach and the famous curve in Atrani. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, offering almost everything you could wish for. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a romantic and memorable stay.
Wonderful spot within walking distance of Amalfi. Atrani is less busy and still very beautiful. This spot is so close to the beach you don’t need to bring a bag.
We had such a great experience at the Palazzo Feraioli in Atrani! We first arrived by ferry at the Amalfi Port from Salerno port, and it was a quick 15-20 min walk to the steps leading up to the hotel. Walking away from the port of amalfi, keep the water to your right. Its a little hard to see unless you are using your Maps, but if you can get to the Dejavu Cafe, the entrance to a pedestrian tunnel is just to the right of that cafe and takes maybe 2 minutes to walk through. It keeps you from having to walk through a heavily used driving tunnel on the main road leading to Atrani. Once you exit the walking tunnel, you can walk across the road to a restaurant (Zachariah’s, i think is the name) and walk through the restaurant to some steps leading down to the beach area of Atrani. The beginning of the steps is a small alley right next to the Restaurant Le Palme. You can call up to the hotel and ask them to send their valet Carlo to help with luggage. He is wonderful, and he can carry at least two suitcases up to the hotel, and be sure to tip him because it’s a bit of a climb! He also helped carry our luggage down the steps when we were checking out of the hotel at the end of our stay. The room we were in was beautiful, and clean, and had such a great view of the mountains, the church/bell tower, and the water/port. Such an incredible way to wake up in Italy! There is a wellness spa in the hotel, we didn’t get to experience it this stay, but we hope to be back and book a service. There is a patio up on the roof, and it offers some incredible views. Atrani has a wonderful square with a small market for drinks and snacks, and there are a number of restaurants and cafes. Check out Savos! The food and service was excellent. You can walk just outside of the square and reach a beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. There is a small fee to use the sunbeds all day, and it’s such a beautiful, relaxing spot. It was easy to walk to Amalfi town and do some shopping and sight seeing. You can also walk towards Ravello from Atrani, be sure to check out Lido Beach club restaurant. It’s a beautiful walk down some steps and there is a 3 euro charge per person i believe to be able to sit at a table if you’re not a guest at the resort, but the drinks and food were great, and so was the service. We also walked up a whole lot of steps to Ravello and visited the square and Villa Rufollo. Such beautiful views up there! You can take a bus if you don’t want to climb a literal mountain, but it’s definitely worth a visit. While staying at the Palazzo we took a ferry from Amalfi port to Maiori and Capri, and if we had a longer stay we could’ve taken the ferry to other towns along the coast. We felt safe staying in Atrani. It was so quiet and beautiful, and we definitely wanted to stay outside of any super busy tourist like towns. We hope to go back again!
Gennaro De Rosa was terrific! He made check in seamless. I needed to Check in earlier to prepare for a wedding and he made it happen! He also assisted with recommending me a salon where I could get a manicure and have my hair done for the wedding at a last minute notice. The hotel is beautiful and I loved my room
Love the hotel and location, in the heart of Amalfi! Carlo was excellent and very helpful!
Manzarası ve konumu
Super cool room, amazing view. Carlos was awesome so was the young lady on the rooftop. I would highly recommend
Beautiful location with a great room overlooking Atrani. We had a corner room with ocean/City view and large jacuzzi in the room...magnificent. Great views, awesome air-conditioning, great bed, and beautiful rooftop for Aperitivos!
Nothing!
This is our second stay. We love this hotel, the spa, the staff, and the entire experience. The view from our room is always so magical. There is a rooftop area that we love to enjoy once the sun goes down. It's quiet and not many people are up there. We love the breakfast. The staff that prepares and serves the food are terrific. They are so sweet and kind. The breakfast is a full breakfast, with hot options, like scrambled eggs. Carlo helped us with our bags and was helpful in providing tips on where to eat. The spa is a beautiful and private. This hotel is in Atrani, a short walk from the town of Amalfi. You get the beauty of Amalfi without the hustle and bustle. It's quiet and more low key. There is always plenty of beach access.
Excellent customer service
Great hotel in Atrani providing access to busier areas of Amalfi coast without the cost or hassle. Walking tunnel to Amalfi nearby makes things very easy.
staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are very very clean, and cleaned daily. the location is also very good.
Excellent staff! Very helpful. Delicious breakfast. Stunning ocean views. Will recommend to others and will come back to stay with extended family. Loved the hotel!
This hotel has poor accessibility, 74 stairs, no elevator or ramp to access and with all luggage was a nightmare, the staff was nice, rooms with poor cleanliness ,definitely I not recommend, 4 stars but for me is only 2 stars
